Great service, after my Baron was forgotten, there was a double portion and a free cola on top - that's how service works, great team, everything done right.

Good, but when there is a lot going on, the meat is only grilled on one side. 👎 And I've had onion rings that were brown on the inside. Very rarely are the fries or chicken products really hot. Most of the time (90%) the food is lukewarm, but it must be hot or cold. Food kept lukewarm spoils very quickly.

Basically a Burger King like any other. Unfortunately there are only a few parking spaces and the gaps are quite narrow. The outdoor area is relatively large and has plenty of shady places to sit. The playground for the children is relatively small. The service was completely overwhelmed that day. Our order was overlooked and we had to wait a very long time, so at one point my husband asked where our food was. When we finally got served, he got the wrong burger and had to go back in, ask and wait again. At least the real burger was brought to our table, but of course the fries were already cold by then. Because we also had a very unpleasant experience there that day with other visitors to the Burger King (an older boy spat in the face of our two-year-old child on the slide and the boy's parents didn't think it was necessary in any way to take responsibility for fw's behavior to apologize for her child), we have particularly bad memories of our stay there. Of course the restaurant can't do anything about this event, but it makes it pretty unlikely that we'll go there again.

This place has become a pile of fos! Cold inedible hamburgers at lunchtime! When we told them that the food was bad, they just shrugged their shoulders... I like Burger King, but I won't go here again, I'll stay far away! -5 stars if there were!!

Wow. Never had such bad service. At first half of it was forgotten after almost nothing was available.....and you can't speak more unfriendly than these young people who "work" there. Definitely won't be coming back.

The employees are nice and do their job, but ALWAYS when I want to eat there or take away the food is almost cold, you could say. Very slightly lukewarm.

Heute waren wir seit langem mal wieder bei Burger King, da ich mal wieder Lust auf einen Whopper hatte. Personal war in Ordnung, allerdings war das Ambiente nicht ganz so toll, Pommes und andere Dinge lagen rum. Vom Whopper ganz zu schweigen, das war kein Whopper wie ich ihn kenne, das Fleisch ist meiner Meinung nach geschrumpft, der Burger war trocken.... einfach kein Whopper mehr wie ich ihn kenne und geliebt habe... Der Preis ist für solch eine Qualität wirklich unverschämt..... Burger King war immer einer meiner Lieblings-Fast-Food Ketten.... aber ich denke dass hat sich nun leider erledigt, wenn sich nicht bald was am Preis und der Qualität ändert, sorry

Nun, der Burger King ist OK. Die 2 Mitarbeiter im Back/Küche machten bei meinem Besuch einen gelangweilten Eindruck, dafür rotierten die 2 Mitarbeiter an der Kasse/Front um so mehr. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse akzeptabel. Hab *gehört", dass ein Lächeln helfen soll. 😊 Die Schnelllader für E-Fahrzeuge ums Eck waren rege besucht. Im Ganzen OK für eine Pause zum Zwischenladen.

Leider war das Personal etwas überfordert und die Kartenzahlung war ausgefallen.

klassischer BK, nix zu meckern, WC kostenfrei (ist ja am Autohof mit dran, daher nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich) Ambiente und Ausstattung typisch, bis auf 1 Kasse ist alles nurnoch über die Bedien-Terminals zu bestellen, Mitarbeiter soweit mal Kontakt da ist freundlich.

Das Essen ist so wie bei jeder anderen Filiale auch. Es hätte sauberer sein können an dem Tag und der Parkplatz ist viel zu klein dafür das es direkt an der Autobahn ist.

Eines der Besten Burgerking Filialen die ich bisher besucht habe, top Service und offenbar sehr motivierte Service und Küchenmitarbeiter, auch der Schichtleiter/Manager wirkte Professionell und Kundenorientiert. Sowohl der Gastraum als auch die Waschräumer (der Männer) waren Sauber. Ein BurgerKing den ich immer wieder gern Besuche. Vielen Dank 😊

Ich war Lange nicht bei burger King gewesen... Nun denn gestern wars soweit... Bin enttäuscht... Vielleicht bin ich auch naiv aber Angebot auf Bild und Realität lagen noch nie soweit auseinander. Sorry mit mir und meinen Mitfahrern kann die Kette sicher nicht mehr rechnen.

Ja es mag nur ein BK sein. Und alle mögen gleich sein. Doch es gibt auch feine Unterschiede. Hier ist es der Service, man wurde freundlich begrüßt und es schnell und frisch zubereitet trotz der Uhrzeit. Dazu noch bei passendem Wetter kann ich den Außenbereich empfehlen, sauber und ein super Ausblick :-)

Sauberes Schnellrestaurant. Die Toiletten sind für Autobahn Nähe sauber. Auf das Essen wartet man hier eine gewöhnliche Zeitspanne nette Mitarbeiter.

Völlig überfüllt! Wegen Regen konnten die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen nicht genutzt werden, die wurden auch nicht entsprechend abgetrocknet nach dem Regen. Relativ lange Wartezeit für das Essen. Personal war total überlastet.

Klassisch Burger King... alles OK, Preise mittlerweile aber zu teuer! Immerhin gibt es hier noch Strohhalme!

Genau 20 Minuten auf die Bestellung gewartet, obwohl nicht viel los war, das ist kein fast food mehr.

Das gesamte Essen war einfach kalt. Keine Ahnung wie man das hinbekommt.

Also der Chef auf Zack das Essen lecker aber der junge Herr der mich bedient hatte war genervt des Todes. Berufung eindeutig verfehlt.

Diesen Burger King habe ich mittlerweile zwei Mal innerhalb 4 Wochen unverrichteter Dinge verlassen, weil die Besetzung dieser Bude eine absolute Frechheit ist. Unfreundlich und vollkommen unmotiviert!

Nach Jahren mal wieder gedacht, Burger King ne Chance geben zu können, da das Plant Based Sortiment lockte... Fazit: Allein der Bestellvorgang dauerte 20 Minuten, da bloß einer von 6 Bestellscreens funktionierte, sich jedoch besagter auch immer wieder aufhängte. Oldschool an der Kasse bestellen geht nämlich nicht mehr und alleine fürs nachfragen bekommt man einen dummen Spruch gedrückt. Nach 20 Minuten hatten wir endlich ein Menü zusammen gestellt, in dem es auf einmal hieß "extra Zwiebeln +20cent" Wissentlich, dass der Automat beim korrigieren dieses Fehlers wieder abstürzen würde, nahmen wir dies nun einfach hin. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, ob wir denn draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen könnten, da wir selbst nachts nun noch 25°C haben kam ein dumpfes "neeee is abgeschlossen" (ach nee 🙄) Maximale Gewinnoptimierung, da eine Millionen Dollar für Müll! Der Plant Based Chicken Burger war definitiv der teuerste Müll den ich je gegessen habe. (Körper bitte verzeihe mir!) Bestellt wurde vegane Mayo zu den Pommes, bekommen haben wir konventionelle Mayo. Auf Nachfrage kam nur die plumpe und teilnahmslose Aussage "vegane mayo is grade aus" Darüber informiert zu werden, nach Bestellung eines veganen Menüs, ist wohl zu viel verlangt. An Unfreundlichkeit und Inkompetenz nicht zu übertreffen! Außerdem glich die Filiale einer Müllhalde, alles war schmutzig und Müll türmte sich auf den umliegenden Tischen. Da frage ich mich, ob das "F" im Schriftzug tatsächlich defekt war oder dies in dieser Filiale vielleicht doch einfach Absicht ist, da Motto. "Lame Grilling since 1954"

Die Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein; selbst der drive in ist vor 1 Uhr bereits geschlossen. Freche Mitarbeiter, die einen abwimmeln.

Es ist sehr schade, dass der Burger kalt serviert wird. Die Pommes waren ja wenigstens einigermaßen warm. Das geht in anderen Filialen besser
