Nice BK, despite the crowds (a whole coach) I had my food quickly

Good, but when there is a lot going on, the meat is only grilled on one side. 👎 And I've had onion rings that were brown on the inside. Very rarely are the fries or chicken products really hot. Most of the time (90%) the food is lukewarm, but it must be hot or cold. Food kept lukewarm spoils very quickly.

Always eat cold. Then a menu completely wrong. Unfriendly staff. Never again!

The lady with long brown hair didn't want to serve us and told us to use the phone ourselves! Not all elderly people these days know how to use coupons in the application! Insolence of her! And that face! I don't recommend that service!

Ate there...eat lukewarm. Number was not called. But when you ask if it's this number, you're told that you've been called for a long time, which isn't true... it's a shame... next time we'll just go somewhere else.

Once again a clean BK with friendly service and good food

The food was terribly bad! We don't eat at Burger King regularly, but we look forward to eating there every now and then. It started with the difficult-to-use self-ordering displays. This was followed by the realization that not all menus can be ordered via the self-ordering display. We then downloaded the app and discovered that not all menus could be ordered. Only with a user account. So we created an account only to realize that you have to earn points for various menus in order to unlock them! I have never experienced such a hassle-free service before! After we were already annoyed by the ordering process, we went to the checkout and asked why we couldn't simply order all the menus via the self-ordering display. The first employee was unable to respond due to the linguistic barrier and so he called a colleague, but she couldn't pay attention to the question either. But so she offered us to order everything from her at the checkout. After we finally ordered after what felt like 30 minutes, the food took a while to arrive. Now it was finally our turn and we picked up our food. Then the search for a place began, many of the places were just dirty! The tables and chairs are not cleaned regularly here or so it seems! Once we had a seat, we started eating. And wooow you fries were cold, some of the fries had already been heated more than once, the citizen was greasy as if it had been taken out of an oil shower, the cheeseburger burger hardly had any sauce, the patty was really just bone dry and it was just plain bad didn't taste good. Complete disappointments! So in Bad Hersfeld the Burger King is just bad! We advise against getting food here. Then it's better to take a detour and drive to Kirchheim!

Easily accessible, common mistakes when putting together an order

Complete catastrophe. Ordered food at the self-service terminal, paid in cash at the checkout, asked the staff at the checkout whether to take away or eat here, even though they had already entered "to eat here" at the terminal. The order was ready suspiciously quickly, so I became skeptical. Once again it became clear why. Ordered a menu for 4 people and all 4 of them were cold, cold as if they had walked around the branch with it 3 times. Ate there for the last time. 2 employees in the kitchen, 4 employees at the checkout but only one checkout 😄 the job there is called a system restaurateur, right? Where was the system to go other than the customers? Questions about questions. Fast and good training is needed here and finally make sure that the employees are kept on track and then the motivation increases all by itself. Unfortunately, our visit was such a catastrophe from every point of view it wasn't possible at all, but the weather was great around 6:30 p.m Unfortunately, they saved on the outside lighting so that you either sit and eat in the dark or go inside. We couldn't let our child slide because it was too dangerous for us in the dark and I couldn't find a TÜV seal anywhere despite having a cell phone light, but Maybe someone probably scratched it off 🥴 Help... how others feel is their business but we see our visit as a complete disaster.

At Drive Tru, my single burger was counted as a menu item, which I couldn't see because the display only showed the Windows XP logo. Of course I only got the burger individually as I had ordered. I then paid for free for the fries and drink that were not available. Another additional order was then misunderstood. I didn't get a receipt either.

Subtly a shame. This is the second time I've ordered plantbase nuggets and plantbase nugget burgers and both are absolutely dry. Absolutely inedible again!!

Fast service at the Drive Inn and that was hot

So if it takes you more than 10 minutes for two single crispy chickens even though the restaurant is empty, something is wrong. Toilets dirty, tables too. Not recommended, there are enough around it

Unfortunately absolutely inedible... We ordered churros with chocolate sauce. The churros taste old and completely dry, and they were also drowned in chocolate sauce. The restaurant and toilets are clean but the food is not good.

I've been to the drive-in for a while now and I have to say it was subpar. The store was operating normally as far as I could see and there was no one in front of me in the drive-thru at around 6:30 p.m. Nevertheless, I had to wait about 5 minutes at the counter and another 15 minutes in the parking lot for the burgers. The highlight is the service. He was so unfriendly and almost threw the bag into my car. The fries were spread out in the bag and the burgers were luke warm. People save it.

Guys, what was that!!! My partner, her daughter and I were traveling from Stuttgart to Koblenz on Friday, September 27th, 2024. We were hungry and took a break at Burger King Bad Hersfeld. We were at Burger King at 5:25 p.m. There was 1 person standing in front of us. There were exactly two vehicles in the drive-in at the time. Despite all this, we waited 30 minutes for our order. The employees' shoes could have been shod as they moved. There were four people working at the time. Two in the kitchen, one at the drive-thru and one served the customer area. There was also a shift manager there. So the speed was a disaster. All the employees were extreme, which you could tell just from their faces. The cleanliness that day was below all standards. There were fries on the floor in the kitchen, ketchup stains and a film of grease that was clearly visible from the cash register. The floor was just dirty. The chicken wings I ordered were definitely over time and almost inedible! They were dry, ice cold and tough. The onion rings were also ice cold and now very soggy. The chicken wings were also past their shelf life. They were also cold and the breading was already soggy. The same thing with the fries and the burgers we ordered. We definitely couldn't expect crispy fries that day. I ordered the Big Tasty. With extra onions, bacon and fried onions. Here too they managed to get the burger to be ice cold. Bacon and fried onions were missing. My partner's daughter had a milkshake. The three of us agreed that he smelled strange. The result was that she vomited in the toilet after eating it!!!! 🤮 I'm really not petty and I write very few reviews. But the service was terrible and a huge disgrace.🤬 I paid €21.90 for my order. My partner and her daughter put down a similar amount. So the three of us ate for over €40. I discussed with my partner that we should actually get the health department involved. She didn't want that. Instead, she wrote a complaint directly to Burger King. Today, three days later, I received a response... standard letter!!! Blah, blah, blah...... They're sorry...... Probably a message that everyone who complains gets. Guys, you should really think about service and quality. 😡 I work in the field and go to Burger King a lot and often. I've never had a reason to complain. But this Burger King is probably the WORST I've ever eaten at. And when asked why we didn't complain directly... We were hungry, but also under certain time pressure to get to Koblenz on time.

Unfortunately, very long waiting times for no apparent reason. The staff was nice and helpful, but unfortunately the good gentleman at the checkout spoke a bit quietly and unclearly. The burgers were OK, unfortunately a bit cold. The cheese nuggets were hot but a little dry. Otherwise well-kept shop, clean toilets...

Order of 6 burgers included 2 double chilli-cheese burgers. Both burgers were without chilli cheese... One of them so smeared with ketchup on the top, That you can't take his hand. 10€ for *rsch. Get the last layer under control!

Relatively new Burger King, there's not really anything to complain about except that it could have been heated a little better.

I actually enjoy going here often, but it has happened quite often that they close 10-15 minutes earlier, even though there were still enough customers there. Then you are simply ignored while the inside is being cleaned 🙃 I think that's a bit stupid because I don't know that from other branches and I was in a hurry for my chili cheese nuggets 🙁

If you expect little, you will be disappointed and treated unfriendly. Still well attended. I experienced people there who complained loudly and demanded their order. I also had problems because of the wrong cola. And I had a salad. Had to ask again about a wooden fork. Should I have the salad with h and eat?

Whopper without ketchup is also a new and interesting experience that you get here from the factory. So... If you even get the right order...

The burgers taste a thousand times better than at MC's

Burger King Bad Hersfeld has improved a lot after some initial difficulties, especially the waiting time, which used to be a nuisance, has been shortened a lot, burgers are fresh and tasty.

The printer on the self-service terminal has been defective for a long time. Tables and floors could be cleaned more often, otherwise as expected.

Unfortunately, the opinion in this branch is that the bacon should be raw and not fried on the burger...not for bacon lovers. Any soap/desi dispensers were empty

Great service, after my Baron was forgotten, there was a double portion and a free cola on top - that's how service works, great team, everything done right.

Has been renovated and now looks very inviting. The service was a bit confused and we ended up with more than we ordered. Unfortunately the apple spritzer didn't taste good at all. The rest was delicious. The outdoor slide could use some cleaning

Food is good, staff friendly but the toilets are very narrow and poorly equipped.

Basically a Burger King like any other. Unfortunately there are only a few parking spaces and the gaps are quite narrow. The outdoor area is relatively large and has plenty of shady places to sit. The playground for the children is relatively small. The service was completely overwhelmed that day. Our order was overlooked and we had to wait a very long time, so at one point my husband asked where our food was. When we finally got served, he got the wrong burger and had to go back in, ask and wait again. At least the real burger was brought to our table, but of course the fries were already cold by then. Because we also had a very unpleasant experience there that day with other visitors to the Burger King (an older boy spat in the face of our two-year-old child on the slide and the boy's parents didn't think it was necessary in any way to take responsibility for fw's behavior to apologize for her child), we have particularly bad memories of our stay there. Of course the restaurant can't do anything about this event, but it makes it pretty unlikely that we'll go there again.

Wow. Never had such bad service. At first half of it was forgotten after almost nothing was available.....and you can't speak more unfriendly than these young people who "work" there. Definitely won't be coming back.

The employees are nice and do their job, but ALWAYS when I want to eat there or take away the food is almost cold, you could say. Very slightly lukewarm.

the Burger King in Bad-Hersfeld is modern and clean. Burger King simply has a huge selection of vegan/vegetarian burgers. Really recommended for long drives.

Heute waren wir seit langem mal wieder bei Burger King, da ich mal wieder Lust auf einen Whopper hatte. Personal war in Ordnung, allerdings war das Ambiente nicht ganz so toll, Pommes und andere Dinge lagen rum. Vom Whopper ganz zu schweigen, das war kein Whopper wie ich ihn kenne, das Fleisch ist meiner Meinung nach geschrumpft, der Burger war trocken.... einfach kein Whopper mehr wie ich ihn kenne und geliebt habe... Der Preis ist für solch eine Qualität wirklich unverschämt..... Burger King war immer einer meiner Lieblings-Fast-Food Ketten.... aber ich denke dass hat sich nun leider erledigt, wenn sich nicht bald was am Preis und der Qualität ändert, sorry

Nun, der Burger King ist OK. Die 2 Mitarbeiter im Back/Küche machten bei meinem Besuch einen gelangweilten Eindruck, dafür rotierten die 2 Mitarbeiter an der Kasse/Front um so mehr. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse akzeptabel. Hab *gehört", dass ein Lächeln helfen soll. 😊 Die Schnelllader für E-Fahrzeuge ums Eck waren rege besucht. Im Ganzen OK für eine Pause zum Zwischenladen.

Leider war das Personal etwas überfordert und die Kartenzahlung war ausgefallen.

klassischer BK, nix zu meckern, WC kostenfrei (ist ja am Autohof mit dran, daher nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich) Ambiente und Ausstattung typisch, bis auf 1 Kasse ist alles nurnoch über die Bedien-Terminals zu bestellen, Mitarbeiter soweit mal Kontakt da ist freundlich.

Das Essen ist so wie bei jeder anderen Filiale auch. Es hätte sauberer sein können an dem Tag und der Parkplatz ist viel zu klein dafür das es direkt an der Autobahn ist.
