Unfriendly and incompetent staff. I ordered the Christmas menu twice because of the Christmas ornaments and didn't receive them. When I inquired, I received a curt reply saying, "We didn't order those menu items." Never again.

A bratwurst costs 5 euros, quite expensive. AdBlue is available at the pump for 1.24 euros, however, the fuel prices are unreasonable, far too expensive.

This Burger King is better than average. I highly recommend it!

The shop is better than the reviews say. The food was fresh, the shop was clean, and the order was ready in a reasonable time. I would go again.

The tables were all dirty, and the staff was friendly. However, the food was cold and several orders were incorrect.

We definitely won't stop there again. We just wanted two quick cheeseburgers. Direct ordering wasn't accepted. After countless swipes at the terminal, we finally placed our order and then had to wait about five minutes for our burgers to be ready. I might as well go somewhere else where I'll get better service.

Delicious 😋 We were actually about to give up hope of finally getting a decent burger. It's a good thing we haven't done that yet. Three of us went to Burger King in Bad Hersfeld. All the burgers were fresh, finally had good sauce, and fresh salad. Just like the burgers we used to get. The wait time was 5 minutes, so totally fine considering the busy times. I hope other branches can get this under control now. We'll definitely stop here again when we travel again.

Wopper good, but both fries cold.

We only waited 10 minutes for our order. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted really good. The service staff was friendly. We'll be back when we get a chance :-)

A chain store next to a large gas station with a truck parking lot

The only positive thing worth mentioning is the really clean men's restroom. Staff who don't say hello and just put the burger on the counter without a word. No hello, no please, no thank you, and no goodbye or see you later...

They didn't put any vegetable paddy in a boring, sticky burger (the cucumber was pickled, the only thing I could taste) but instead it was meat. As the previous commenter wrote, "No, it's standard."

The burgers always taste fresh, and even with different orders at different times, the location always delivers solid service. I've never received an incorrect order. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean.

Checkouts are constantly closed, and ordering is only possible at the terminal. This also means no option for a fries upgrade. Upon request, you're sent to the drive-thru...

Great location, easily accessible from the highway. One of our children's burgers felt like it was from this morning... rock-hard nuggets... Our son tried to refuse but couldn't... Service was great, though; we replaced it free of charge without any arguments and got a fresh burger. Fair prices

Never in my life have I eaten so badly at Burger King as today. We waited 30 minutes for the food, and it was cold, too. My girlfriend has a stomachache. We'll never eat here again.

As always at BK the fries were not fresh

Burger King and I are no longer friends. When a Whopper costs €8 and you're asked to pay €1.50 for two slices of cheese, which aren't even melted but are just carelessly placed cold on the burger, the burger is drowning in mayonnaise so you don't really need to buy a drink, and the lettuce falls out of the bun as you unwrap it, that's neither value for money nor quality I'm willing to pay.

Good selection, all products available. The food tasted good and everything was very fresh. Restrooms are quite clean. The only downside is the stickers on the right that were stuck in front of the store and in the restrooms. The store itself isn't responsible for this, of course, but has the option to remove them.

While waiting for our food, we sat in such a way that we could see the counter and, to the right of it, the area where the fries and some of the other dishes were prepared. It wasn't busy, and one of the employees came over from food preparation to the counter and chatted with the manager. I was able to observe the scene closely, as we had to check the monitor above to see if our number was ready. The employee, whose name tag said "Omer," fiddled with his beard, his wet lip, and his face while talking to the manager. Then he disappeared to the fries, filled the bag, and "adjusted" the fries that weren't properly in the bag with his contaminated hand (yuck!). He then returned to the counter to continue talking to the manager. He put a finger in his ear and fiddled with my ear. That was enough for me, as I was already imagining him using his dirty hand to prepare my food. I went to the counter and asked the manager if he couldn't see what his employee was doing in front of him (I listed everything). The manager immediately apologized, but "Omer" just looked at me in a way that made it clear he had no idea what I wanted. The manager then made my meal himself, but "Omer" unfortunately didn't wash his hands the entire time. Absolutely disgusting!

The ultimate bum place. I ordered food, paid, and after 20 minutes I was deleted from the system. You can forget about that place.

Often overcrowded, long wait times, a moderately clean restaurant, and moderately friendly staff. In other words, the pure Burger King experience. The food is like anywhere else and, in my opinion, slightly better than at McDonald's. However, the restaurants there are generally better managed. A conclusion is hardly necessary, because this is exactly what you'd expect.

Chili cheese nuggets too dry. Chicken chili cheese burger not as usual as in other branches. I had pointed out to the staff that the jalapenos and chili cheese sauce were missing and they touched the product and looked inside and pointed out a jalapeno and wanted to give me back the burger they had touched. You can't be that disgusting. Never again BK Bad Hersfeld... to the branch manager, try to find better staff.

The Bürgerking is showing its age. A wait of over 30 minutes with four open orders is nothing like fast food.

We eat there every now and then, but it's a bit like roulette. Sometimes everything's perfect, sometimes it's a disaster. Today I ordered vegan long chicken, chili cheese nuggets, and onion rings. As soon as I got home, I realized that all three items had been fried at least three times and were completely dried out and ice cold. I had to throw the burger in the trash; it was absolutely inedible. And a waste of money.

One of the worst visits I've ever had to Burger King. First of all, the fries were inedible: soft, cold, and soggy, as if they'd been sitting for hours. Completely tasteless and obviously reheated multiple times—not at all what you'd expect from an international chain. But the worst thing of all was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were dirty, sticky, and covered in food. It was simply disgusting to sit there. No one on the staff seemed to care about cleaning between customers. It's truly a disgrace. Due to the lack of hygiene and poor quality, I will definitely not be returning. A real disappointment.

A very clean Burger King. The food tastes very good for fast food and, in my opinion, is made from fresh ingredients. The employees are very friendly and courteous. Orders are processed quickly and the quality is very good. For me, this is one of the few Burger Kings where the food still tastes really good.

I was just here, ordered chili cheese fries (I always eat them) and... hardly any sauce on them... no problem I think, it's just very busy. I go back to the service... and say to the man: a bit too little sauce this time, can you add more. He says: that's standard, anything else costs extra! A second man comes over and says the same thing... no, it's standard... I say: I've been eating chili cheese fries here for years and there's never been so little sauce on them!!! They both just look modest... I decided to turn around before I... (freedom of speech is being restricted here) ...conclusion: there are tons of competitors, and it tastes better there too!

The restaurant wasn't full yesterday, but all the tables, chairs, and benches were still dirty. It was difficult to find a clean corner. The floor was the same. There seems to be a complete lack of cleaning staff here.

Typical fast food restaurants on the German motorway, you will almost certainly not get what you ordered. The staff is completely incompetent, they have no idea. Touch screen ordering is almost impossible, the screen has difficulty detecting finger movements. The whole place is zero. You are better off having lunch at Rosi's across the street, at least you will definitely get meat there.

Not really. It took 20 minutes to make two burgers and fries. All the employees were busy running back and forth, which ultimately looked rather uncoordinated. Finally, they forgot the sauces and onion rings. So, fast food as usual: the best part was the pictures of the burgers, which looked completely different in reality. Tasted OK, but didn't feel full. Just skip it and go to the gas station across the street.

We stopped on the way to get something to eat. Never again! The nuggets were fried in old grease and covered in burnt remnants of whatever. The fries were ice cold. They also forgot all the sauces. The burgers were cold, too. I actually would have loved to go back and demand my money back for that crap.

The employee was very unfriendly and he was very awkward! At first he didn't want to give me the sauces I ordered that he forgot!

Delicious food, staff put orders together carefully, good service overall. The only downside is that you have to wait too long for the order.

We ordered 2 coffees from the machine and wanted to pay. The lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge us and was unfriendly, which led to us driving to McDonald's and drinking our coffee there

Complete catastrophe. Employees are incompetent, they are also annoyed by the chaotic conditions and show it in their sloppy manner. The waiting time is therefore extremely long. Men's toilet is not fully accessible and the ordering machine does not issue a receipt.

Service unfortunately 0 stars if you don't order at the terminal you won't be noticed.

I actually really like BK's products, but I had bad experiences in the drive at this location. Often the order was incomplete and the food wasn't really warm. So always check everything!

Fast service, delicious food, you can't complain

Staff seemed stressed. Cleaning and maintenance of the premises was top notch.

Ordered at the drive-thru. 2 King Jr. meals, 1 churros with chocolate sauce. They forgot drinks twice with the meals, forgot ketchup once, and forgot the chocolate sauce with the churros. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with this place. Next time, I'll go to the competition!

Even though the refill station has been removed, it is one of the better Burger King.

Not so busy, so it was quick, everything was hot and fresh.

Our food was cold. I had a whopper. It looked good but was barely warm. They gave us the wrong order first. I had onion rings with my meal. They were cold and soggy. I had trouble chewing them. My husband's burger didn't even have ketchup on it and the cheese wasn't melted at all. Management problem?? I don't know. Normally I love Burger King but we won't come to this one again. No wonder there were almost no people there.

Waiting time 30 minutes disaster

Food was okay. Nothing special, typical fast food. BigKingXXL and fries fine. Only the OnionRings were a bit more. Not particularly tasty and a bit oily. But it's fine for a quick bite to eat.

I had ordered takeaway food. Found while driving. Chilli Cheese Nuggets 9 pieces were not fresh but warmed up and the surrounding dough was hard and dry. Cocoa drink was great - it had the taste that the milk was a bit spoiled. Fries were soggy and not fresh from the deep fryer. Service behind the counter is silly. No longer worth a visit.

Desolate and customer-unfriendly. The only one who speaks German is the customer. Wanted and paid for a triple cheeseburger - a normal double arrived. It can happen, so make a friendly complaint. Loud discussion in a language that was foreign to me in the kitchen, people pulled out their cell phones at the counter. Second attempt - it was a hectically cobbled together, cold double. Complained again - this time it finally worked on the third attempt, the burger was finally hot - but only because the cold one from round 2 had been placed under the heat lamp. The triple looked like shit, my companion's two Whoppers were both cold. We decided not to complain because we probably wouldn't have been understood anyway. But the Crown standards are hanging on the wall - yeah...absolutely desolate, definitely not recommended.

Like most fast food restaurants, relatively fast service and the program like everywhere else. At least there is enough parking space here.

Actually a modern BK. Unfortunately, the leather armchairs were repeatedly completely dirty. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot and we only had to wait 2 minutes for the food. Like on our last visit, we sat down in the motorhome to eat. Next time we'll just stop a few km further. So it wasn't due to stress. Everything was quiet there.

After a long period of observation and consultation with other fellow sufferers, I award the minimum number of points. If there is a trick as to how you can receive the desired service without any problems after an adequately placed order, I ask you to let me know. The cleanliness is OK to good, the preparation of the burgers is usually good, but there is nothing that annoys the customer more than an incorrect order. Precisely because the number of errors is so noticeably high, I am assuming a system here! Adjustment: Has improved. Orders come as expected! No more errors! Keep it up

Here I was left standing in the drive-thru just long enough, ignoring that it was the end of opening hours, so that I could then be sent away. Whoever is responsible for this dick move should be fired without notice.

I had ordered something for Take away and more than half of them were wrong and where I called the branch manager said that next time I would get a menu on the house and where I was on site they wanted to fob me off with a citizen even though I pointed out that the branch manager said that I get a new menu that the employee was on Drive Inn very unfriendly

Food ok, but waiting very long for fast food 12min is quite enough. The service is slightly under-matched.

My partner and I had dinner there last night. Unfortunately it was inedible and both had extreme stomach problems with diarrhea and vomiting that night. Unfortunately not recommended!!!

Usual Burger King and fast food restaurant atmosphere. The most important thing: the food was ready quickly and was fresh and hot.

The last time I'll eat at a Burger King. The Long Chicken bun was already blue moldy at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. You can't sell something like that!!!

If you're on the go with fast food, then Burger King. And here the bacon was crispier than ever.

The tortillas there are awesome. Unfortunately, the tortillas are only available at Burger King in Germany and not in Austria. It's actually a shame. My favorite: the BBQ beef tortillas Mmmm delicious.

Good, but when there is a lot going on, the meat is only grilled on one side. 👎 And I've had onion rings that were brown on the inside. Very rarely are the fries or chicken products really hot. Most of the time (90%) the food is lukewarm, but it must be hot or cold. Food kept lukewarm spoils very quickly.

The lady with long brown hair didn't want to serve us and told us to use the phone ourselves! Not all elderly people these days know how to use coupons in the application! Insolence of her! And that face! I don't recommend that service!

The food was terribly bad! We don't eat at Burger King regularly, but we look forward to eating there every now and then. It started with the difficult-to-use self-ordering displays. This was followed by the realization that not all menus can be ordered via the self-ordering display. We then downloaded the app and discovered that not all menus could be ordered. Only with a user account. So we created an account only to realize that you have to earn points for various menus in order to unlock them! I have never experienced such a hassle-free service before! After we were already annoyed by the ordering process, we went to the checkout and asked why we couldn't simply order all the menus via the self-ordering display. The first employee was unable to respond due to the linguistic barrier and so he called a colleague, but she couldn't pay attention to the question either. But so she offered us to order everything from her at the checkout. After we finally ordered after what felt like 30 minutes, the food took a while to arrive. Now it was finally our turn and we picked up our food. Then the search for a place began, many of the places were just dirty! The tables and chairs are not cleaned regularly here or so it seems! Once we had a seat, we started eating. And wooow you fries were cold, some of the fries had already been heated more than once, the citizen was greasy as if it had been taken out of an oil shower, the cheeseburger burger hardly had any sauce, the patty was really just bone dry and it was just plain bad didn't taste good. Complete disappointments! So in Bad Hersfeld the Burger King is just bad! We advise against getting food here. Then it's better to take a detour and drive to Kirchheim!

Complete catastrophe. Ordered food at the self-service terminal, paid in cash at the checkout, asked the staff at the checkout whether to take away or eat here, even though they had already entered "to eat here" at the terminal. The order was ready suspiciously quickly, so I became skeptical. Once again it became clear why. Ordered a menu for 4 people and all 4 of them were cold, cold as if they had walked around the branch with it 3 times. Ate there for the last time. 2 employees in the kitchen, 4 employees at the checkout but only one checkout 😄 the job there is called a system restaurateur, right? Where was the system to go other than the customers? Questions about questions. Fast and good training is needed here and finally make sure that the employees are kept on track and then the motivation increases all by itself. Unfortunately, our visit was such a catastrophe from every point of view it wasn't possible at all, but the weather was great around 6:30 p.m Unfortunately, they saved on the outside lighting so that you either sit and eat in the dark or go inside. We couldn't let our child slide because it was too dangerous for us in the dark and I couldn't find a TÜV seal anywhere despite having a cell phone light, but Maybe someone probably scratched it off 🥴 Help... how others feel is their business but we see our visit as a complete disaster.

Easily accessible, common mistakes when putting together an order

At Drive Tru, my single burger was counted as a menu item, which I couldn't see because the display only showed the Windows XP logo. Of course I only got the burger individually as I had ordered. I then paid for free for the fries and drink that were not available. Another additional order was then misunderstood. I didn't get a receipt either.
