I will never eat there again nor can I recommend it! In January I wanted to eat at this McDonald's. Unfortunately I didn't receive a number after ordering and paying. There was a system error or something (no idea) due to which I didn't receive any food. A lady who worked there didn't want to help me. Unfortunately I didn't get any food and McDonald deducted the money from my account after a few days. I have written emails about this but to date I have not received a refund or a value check. Update after a year: I received the voucher, but after such a long time and several more emails

This was one of the best "Mäckes" I have ever visited. The food is fresh and hot: where else can you get that? Fast, friendly, simply brilliant.

Classic McDonald's. I'm only rating the service and cleanliness here because the food is the same in every MCD anyway. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and sanitary facilities were clean. All in all, I would stop here again.

A very dirty McDonald's the toilets were an absolute disaster the whole floor was sticky. You don't get a straw with the iced coffees, even if you ask.

Yesterday we were sold two mc flurry ice cream, which became liquid in no time. The machine was defective, we said no when we asked if we wanted something else and wanted the money back. Then there was the ice cream from the broken machine! Tonight it started with vomiting and diarrhea!

Fries were brought to the table cold and sticky. Toilets were broken, dirty and clogged.

We recommend. Short waiting time and friendly service.

Burger and waiting time not so good. Parking is quite tight...

You can go, but you don't have to. The employees seem overwhelmed and until the order has been processed you can watch other guests who are also waiting. The toilet is an imposition.

I asked if the McPlant was vegan. The question was answered with “yes”. But it's not vegan at all. Bad. Because of this consumer deception, I would prefer not to give any stars.

When sorting the reusable cups, several people stick their fingers into the cups. Nevertheless, my first cup was very dirty on the outside. I got a new one without any problems and at least it looked clean on the outside. There was a hair in my nuggets (not mine!). But at least the food was warm. Update a few hours later... now I have diarrhea :(.

Service is a disaster, confusing etc. Plus they have staff that doesn't know how to make a macchiato!!!!

Haven't been to Donald's in a long time. Now I know why again... Fries soggy and you have to look for the bacon.

July 16, 2024, 11:48 p.m. ordered an apple turnover, among other things, and received it at 1:15 a.m. after repeated inquiries. While we waited, we were served extremely courteously and friendly. This was particularly expressed in the form of insults and threats. What's wrong with you?

Unfortunately completely overwhelmed. My cappuccino arrived 25 minutes after ordering.

So far we have always been very satisfied. But this time at the end of the first week of January it was catastrophic. The employee (he was called Mohammed) was unfriendly, unfocused and blamed me for his mistake. In addition, he was unable to scan the QR CODE from my app for the bonus points. Instead of seeking help, he rudely dismissed me without trying further. Not surprisingly, the wrong food was prepared. Even when it came to the Happy Metal toy, he didn't listen and just reacted in annoyance. The restaurant manager(?) wanted to explain something to him when he apparently did something wrong at the coffee machine, but Mohammed just left her there. Also an employee from the kitchen who wanted to explain something to him. I have never seen an employee like him in any McDonald's. As long as he works there, we won't be guests anymore.

The worst, watered down cola I've ever had.

It's better to buy a kebab for €20 and you'll be just about full.

Just a cheese burger .... meat luke warm and cheese cold

If it were possible I wouldn't give a star at all. What is the difference between a milkshake and milk?? I don't notice any, it was just chocolate milk far from a milkshake.... The burgers are dry and the oil made the fries taste like everything. Changing it regularly should help.

It was very crowded there at the moment. The employees there had their hands full and sometimes ran through the restaurant to keep all the guests happy. Thanks for that.

We made a stop there and wanted to have breakfast at 8 a.m., we thought it was pretty empty and cool and we didn't get a really fresh breakfast, it tasted old and the toilets were in ruins. Since there was a Mc Café and we drank there, our drinks were only served in paper cups instead of glasses. So much for sustainability! Not recommended!

McDonald's Bad Hersfeld is one of the worst in terms of the quality of the food. Most of the time the food is cold, especially the fries. The service, on the other hand, is good, and replacements are provided if there are complaints.

Mac Donalds - for a quick detour in between. We prefer to eat the small ice cream at the end. I can also recommend the cafe.

A very nice Macs, especially at 3 a.m. However, when I wanted to go to the toilet, the big shock came. One toilet was covered in skid marks, and a joker must have stolen the door from the other. Very nice staff even though they once put a cucumber on my burger even though I voted it out. But mistakes are human, even if they seem to occur often here. Suddenly the door was closed two hours before the official closing time, we then traipsed through the McDrive and were also honked at. That doesn't work at all! This store is now a mess. You just want to have a cheeseburger and then the first time you get nothing and the second time you get a slice of meat with a bun, but without cheese! WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!? I forgot to take my Coke with me. When I came back about 15 minutes later and asked about it, they were so nice and simply made me a new one even though it was my mistake! Super sweet! Toilets also clean, very fast and good service!

The worst McDonald's ever. Drive there is absolute pain. There is sign visible from autobahn, but when you leave it, to get there is quite puzzle. Finally arrived and basically nothing was available from the menu! Two options?! Seriously? This is McJoke! Place was empty of customers and I figured out why. Rather close this one, because it's complete disaster.

We had to wait a little longer for our food, the order only came gradually. French fries and curly fries weren't really warm anymore. In the end a drink and 3 out of 4 sauces were missing. In general, one had the impression that the items had been lying around for a long time before they came to the table.

It is not possible to order directly from theses. But only on these complicated displays Poor customer service Then I go to the competitor.

The fries that were ordered were not received. Was complained about. Have the portions become smaller? Toilets are a matter of opinion. A lot depends on the audience.

The staff can hardly speak any German. We ordered a reusable milkshake, then received one without a lid. After asking, we were given a normal cardboard lid and were told that we hadn't ordered a reusable one. We also ordered a mccristpy because we didn't get it because we were moved from place to place even though we were supposed to stop there at mcdrive. We will never go there again, as rude as they are, I'd rather bartate a finished burger on the hood. Pity about my 32€

McDonalds is just McDonalds! That's how it is!

When I read the reviews about this disgusting factory afterwards, I can count myself lucky that I didn't use the toilet there. Because; These were by far the saddest burgers and fries I've ever eaten. If I had to rate it more precisely, it was something between tasteless and fried leftovers from 2005. The fact that the door was simply locked before closing time should have been a sign. Nevertheless, we tried through the garbage passage at McDrive. The employee was nice, but that's still not enough to deal with this scary visit and subsequent stomach ache. Save yourself the time, money and possible trauma to your children and just move on to the next one :)

I can definitely recommend this place because it is very clean and the service is very friendly. The toilets are also very clean. There are also a lot of places.

After stopping in and really craving a Latte Maciato, we left this branch upset. While the standard cheeseburgers were ok, the coffee was by far the worst thing I was served in a McCafe. Completely watered down and prepared with displeasure. The cheesecake ordered with it was also poor because it was dry.

Dirty, unfriendly and if you're so inept at making a burger, I don't know what the person is doing there. When I worked at the Golden M, eating like I got yesterday would have caused a lot of trouble. The shelf life was NOT apparent on the cookie bags. They were definitely from the morning.

My girlfriend & I stopped there briefly as we were passing through because we wanted to grab something quick to eat. It wasn't quick... after 20 minutes of waiting where I noticed that 4 boys who ordered after us got their food earlier than us, I went to the checkout and asked for my money back... (that went really smoothly... 👍🏻) Instead of two order terminals, only one was active. You can't call this fast food For ambience... Lights flickered on the ceiling which was pretty annoying Overall (I didn't examine every crack and corner) it seemed quite clean in terms of cleanliness (we didn't use the toilets, so no information was possible)

McDonald's delivery service is a stupid idea. We live directly in Hersfeld. The food took 55 minutes, was ice cold and the person who brought it seemed exhausted or simply annoyed. Didn't make a face and hardly said anything. Never again! Better eat there directly.

My friend and I are extremely disappointed. The reason for this is. The employees are overwhelmed with the preparation and we easily waited 15 to 20 minutes to order something. Although there are two cash registers, only one of them was used. After 25 minutes we left. Because things just weren't moving forward.

Everything is fine there. Fast, clean, nice staff. Food as you know it.

I was stranded in Bad Hersfeld with a car breakdown. And I don't think I've ever reviewed a McDonald's (I'll have to check later). I have never met such friendly staff in a McDonald's, and their friendliness alone makes it worth a visit. Thank you for the extraordinary hospitality that I have never experienced in a McDonald's. I had a really hard day with breakdowns etc and this was where I was made to smile. Great team! Thanks for that.

Immer mal wieder genießen, nachdem man Behördengänge oder Arzttermine erledigt hat, hier bekommt man schnell und leckeres Essen

Essen war frisch gemacht. Toiletten bräuchten mal ein Update, waren aber relativ sauber.

Leider immer wieder sehr dreckig. Wir waren 2h vor Schließung da und bei jedem Sitzplatz war Dreck und die leeren Essensbehältnisse. Vorne die Mitarbeitenden haben die ganze Zeit Spielchen gespielt. Essen hat in den letzten Jahren noch mehr nachgelassen. Sonst war ich Team Mc aber mittlerweile ist es bei BK einfach angenehmer!

Mittags is im drive viel los da muss man glück haben nicht lange warten zu müssen. mir kommt es so vor als nehme man den Nacht betrieb nicht wirklich ernst, ansonsten ein solides MCes

Der Mc Donalds des Grauens. für einen Zwischenstop ungeeignet. Die Toiletten waren 50 % nicht benutzbar, da defekt. 2 von 4 Pissoirs, 1 Toilettenkabine ohne Tür. Die anderen 50% waren verdreckt, der Gestank war brutal. Bestellautomaten einer komplett defekt, 2 haben sich ständig aufgehangen. Deshalb bin in an den Schalter, der junge Mann war aber nur damit beschäftigt einem Mädchen Sachen auf dem Handy zu erklären. Ich machte dann meine Bestellung, hatte dabei vergessen es als menu zu bestellen, normalerweise wird man darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Habe das noch nie so erlebt, immer wurde Menu angeboten. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass ich für exact das Smart menu von 5,99 € nun 11,46 ( inkl. ketchup) bezahlen musste. Das nenne ich Abzocke !!!!, wenn nicht sogar Betrug. Als ich meine Sachen bekam, waren die Burger nur lauwarm, die Pommes weis, weich und schon alt. Ketchup und Servietten wurden nicht geliefert. Auf meine Beschwerde, meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass ich selbst Schuld sei, wenn ich die Dinge einzeln bestelle, ich sollte halt sofort exakt sagen welches Menu. Fazit: verdreckte und kaputte Toiletten, defekte Bestellautomaten, unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal, Abzüge und schlechtes Essen. Ich habe weltweit Mc Donalds schon besucht. Dieser war mit grossem Abstand der schlechteste !!!! Nie wieder !!!

Bin rein, will Mittagessen bestellen. Die Selfservice Stationen waren alle besetzt und Leute dahinter am Warten. Gehe an die herkömmliche Kasse, werde ewig nicht beachtet. Nach 5 Minuten werde ich gefragt, ob ich bestellt habe. Ich verneine und bekomme zur Antwort, dann müsse ich warten. Servicewüste im McDonalds Bad Hersfeld!!!

Ist halt fast food, die Wraps sind lecker, aber für das Geld sehr klein. Pommes gut, aber werden immer weniger, da die Packungen nicht richtig befüllt werden.

Das ist der schlechteste Mc Donald, in dem ich in meinem ganzen Leben war. Von der Bestellung bis zur Ausgabe des Essens dauerte es mehr als 25 Minuten. Ich denke, Ihr solltet das System , um das Essen zu bestellen wieder, verändern.

Damals hatte diese Filiale einen schlechten Ruf. Auch ich war oft enttäuscht und sauer. In den letzten Jahren hat sich das aber immer konstant zum besseren gewendet. Es wurde umgebaut, neu strukturiert, modernisiert und ganz wichtig! Es wird nur noch frisch zubereitet. 😃 Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufgeschlossen gegenüber den Gästen und es schmeckt tatsächlich! Das kann leider nicht jede McDonald Filiale von sich behaupten. Letztens wurde mir schon mein Getränk am McDrive entgegen gehalten obwohl ich noch nicht da war. Das ist kundenorientierter Service und das sehr schnell. Heutzutage kommen wir gerne hierher. 😋

Na ja, man sollte sich Zeit mitbringen bei dem Standort. Schnell ist was anders für mich! Hab mach mal das Gefühl das, die Servicekräfte oder gar nicht angelernt werden oder 10 min Einweisung bekommen. Die Preise werden immer teurer, und das Essen kleiner!
