We waited too long for our €280 order. Just 2.5 hours. And then I even got a cherry bag instead of an apple bag!!! What an outrage!

Good evening, Unfortunately, this evening is anything but “good” for me because your employees managed to spoil it! For the third time it happened that my order was not complete! This has never happened to me in a single McDonald’s in all the countries I have visited! Nothing like this has ever happened in any other McDonald’s in Germany! The first time – well, maybe an oversight can happen. The second time – well, an unfortunate coincidence. But a third time? This is already negligence and an irresponsible attitude to work! I don't know what to think anymore - do the employees eat the burgers themselves? To be honest, I don't care. The fact is: I haven't received my favorite burger, the Chili Cheese Burger, again! I ask the management to take this seriously and take appropriate action!

I will soon be filing a lawsuit for poor treatment and bad food on my first visit to the United States. It's not McDonald's and it's not served there. I don't know if it's actually McDonald's, but as for the blonde lady here, I'll keep it brief out of respect for her age. This is really shameful. A very nice Macs, especially at 3 a.m. However, when I wanted to go to the toilet, the big shock came. One toilet was covered in skid marks, and a joker must have stolen the door from the other. Very nice staff even though they once put a cucumber on my burger even though I voted it out. But mistakes are human, even if they seem to occur often here. Suddenly the door was closed two hours before the official closing time, we then traipsed through the McDrive and were also honked at. That doesn't work at all! This store is now a mess. You just want to have a cheeseburger and then the first time you get nothing and the second time you get a slice of meat with a bun, but without cheese! WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!? If this continues, I'll switch to 👑🍔 Service seems to be improving again. Recently we've always had friendly staff and good food. Of course, I will keep you updated about later experiences.

I regularly travel with my children from Burbach to visit friends in Saxony and in the middle of the journey the visit to a “Mäcke” is “actually” a highlight during the journey there and back. After not so good experiences in Bad Hersfeld a few months ago, we usually go to the local branch in Eisenach, but unfortunately it closes at midnight, which we missed this time. So, actually against our better judgment, we had to go back to the branch in Bad Hersfeld, which yesterday managed to dramatically undercut the already poor performance of two or three months ago, which prompted me to post a review publicly. The branch has nothing to do with the clientele, but without the protection of me as a 2.11m father, I wouldn't have let my teenage daughters go there. But that was just the first impression. As with any restaurant located in a truck stop, the restrooms were visited first. None: The toilets were all blocked, filled with chairs and work equipment, some of which were very dusty. Only the disabled toilet was available in moderation. I struck up a conversation with a young regular who was also waiting, as he said, who told me that “this” was common practice and had been like this for a long time. The toilet itself still had stickers from the pandemic period, was dirty, had no lists of cleaning intervals and of course no soap. Maybe acceptable for us boys, my daughter came out of the toilet disgusted. This picture continued throughout the entire facility. The crew of three people, who were talking loudly in Albanian(?), completely ignored a group of teenagers smoking. For this reason we stayed in the cash register area, which didn't add to our cheerfulness. Admittedly, two hours before closing time, we placed a large order for five people, which apparently pushed the gentlemen to their limits and beyond. Apart from the obviously unkempt condition of the serving rooms (flattened fries on the floor, half-drunk cups, broken machines, paper waste in the ice cream machine's dispensing chute, cardboard lids underneath the equipment, open wiring harnesses in the area of ​​the connections, etc.), general hygiene is apparently also a foreign concept there. The fries are touched with the bare hand, which was previously used to touch machines and exchange high fives with customers ("I'm an Albanian, you brother!" - Exactly this "brother" came back five minutes later because his cheeseburger menu only had one burger instead of two. This customer was then given the burger from our order, which, you guessed it, was missing from our order, but more on that later.). The apple turnovers were not ready, but had to be made for five minutes. My daughter and I waited a total of 32 minutes (!) for the complete order, which was not complete and was mostly cold. The apple turnovers were great, hence the second star, and the small salad was strangely fresh, but the first star, but otherwise: underground. The burgers were mostly cold in the middle, lukewarm at best. The fries had no salt (!), were soft and "floppy", which is no wonder when the crew apparently doesn't understand how to operate the fryers ("Why is something beeping?" "I don't know, take it out and put the stuff in there." pointing to the area with the "finished" fries.). At this point the frozen fries had been in the fryer for maybe a minute (?)? Conclusion: We were missing a drink, a burger and a dessert, which only became apparent when I asked. The things were given to us after another four minutes, but it was clear that “they” were annoyed that I had checked. Kind regards, Sven

Drinks are watered down to the maximum, the burgers are carelessly slapped together and some are served cold. Employees are quite friendly if they understand you. In McDrive you're just being taken for a ride, you order a large drink but you only get half a cup filled.

Food is really great! The portions are not too big and you are warmly welcomed. You sit really comfortably. Unfortunately, it will probably be our last visit if it is actually to be demolished. :(

The new ordering system is nothing. Going to the counter and ordering was better. But that doesn't work anymore.

Incredibly overpriced fast food. McDonalds hides prices. Apparently marketing doesn't want you to get a price list of products on the website. You are “pressed” into the app. Service is generally subpar and you have to be careful what ends up in the bag. Price and performance no longer match.

Delivery was over 1 hour late. The matter was only taken care of after telephone contact. The food was delivered ice cold and soggy. The curly fries had become so stuck in the package that they couldn't get out. I went to the drive-thru this evening and ordered a Big Mac menu, a Happy Meal and a Rösti menu. Unfortunately, when I consumed it at home, I discovered that there was a piece of foil in my Sprite, which made for an unpleasant choking experience. All boxes half empty and half raw. Thanks for nothing. This was a new low for this restaurant. 5 stars for the ambience, we ate at home.

I do not recommend this McDonald's in this location because the service is very unpleasant and they do not respect the customer. The lady with the blonde hair is mentally unstable, and more precisely, she yells at customers and acts like a big lady instead of serving the customer nicely. Ordered the food via delivery service. I was actually always happy. But that on Saturday really took the cake. The food came quickly, but was ice cold. In addition, the whole family is now flat with stomach and intestines. That was the last time I'll eat at McDonalds.

The service is a -10/10. You'll get busted if you haven't received a receipt from the cash register. No wonder people are being abusive. And the 20 fire chicken also tastes like it comes from a can.

I thought something had changed in the long time since I was at McDonald's last. But it's eating like it used to be once in a while. The burger melts not in your mouth but in your hands, the fries "taste" until they are hot. The sauces are served in plastic containers, which are difficult to get out of, so I will still avoid this place.

I understand that mistakes can happen in stressful moments, but especially with a burger that is quite expensive, it's really annoying when the most important element is missing. I would have been very happy if more care had been taken here. On November 27th, 2024 around 5:00 p.m. I gave your branch another chance and went through the drive-thru again. Unfortunately, this visit was also disappointing. At first I had to repeat myself several times because the employee who took my order apparently couldn't understand me. She also seemed extremely listless, which is not a welcoming impression. When I finally received my order, it was mostly correct - with one exception: I had ordered a chocolate muffin, but was handed a cookie instead. When I politely commented on this, a gentleman - obviously of foreign origin - took the cookie back, disappeared briefly and then came back. He told me in an unfriendly tone that I wasn't getting a chocolate muffin and that "that's true." Without giving me the opportunity to respond, he handed me the cookie again and walked away. It's human nature to make mistakes or hear things wrong when placing orders. That wouldn't have been a problem for me at all. But pointing out a mistake and then being treated so unkindly is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I would have liked a little more customer friendliness and understanding here.

CAUTION - My girlfriend is vegetarian and ordered a meatless burger and actually received a burger with meat in the packaging of the vegan version. She noticed this quite quickly after the first bite. The answer was “oh, something must have been mixed up.” It was another attempt but it showed that you definitely shouldn't stop here. There was a system error or something (no idea) due to which I didn't receive any food. A lady who worked there didn't want to help me. Unfortunately completely overwhelmed. My cappuccino arrived 25 minutes after ordering.

So far we have always been very satisfied. But this time at the end of the first week of January it was catastrophic. The employee (he was called Mohammed) was unfriendly, unfocused and blamed me for his mistake. In addition, he was unable to scan the QR CODE from my app for the bonus points. Instead of seeking help, he rudely dismissed me without trying further. Not surprisingly, the wrong food was prepared. Even when it came to the Happy Metal toy, he didn't listen and just reacted in annoyance. The restaurant manager(?) wanted to explain something to him when he apparently did something wrong at the coffee machine, but Mohammed just left her there. Also an employee from the kitchen who wanted to explain something to him. I have never seen an employee like him in any McDonald's. As long as he works there, we won't be guests anymore.

The worst, watered down cola I've ever had.

It's better to buy a kebab for €20 and you'll be just about full.
