McDonald's in Bad Hersfeld

The new ordering system is nothing. Going to the counter and ordering was better. But that doesn't work anymore.

I find it really outrageous when I pay 12 euros for a menu but only get 1 thing from it, only the burger, cola and fries were missing

Food wasn't that warm, even though we had ordered on our cell phone in front of the door, we were less than a minute away,

It was a bit crowded but still clean. The staff friendly and helpful!

So I've never seen a McDonalds as dirty as in Bad Hersfeld...and the staff doesn't work at all, sorry, it's a restaurant and have nothing to do with hygiene, especially no teeth in my mouth, I was already sick and on top of that there was hair on my citizen...of course it can happen, I went there and let them know and it was watched 100 times. I thought I was in the wrong movie...so if you want to have an illness then go to McDonalds in Bad Hersfeld It sticks like urine as soon as you come in, ugh, such dirty staff isn't acceptable...

Incredibly overpriced fast food. McDonalds hides prices. Apparently marketing doesn't want you to get a price list of products on the website. You are “pressed” into the app. Service is generally subpar and you have to be careful what ends up in the bag. Price and performance no longer match.

Delivery was over 1 hour late. The matter was only taken care of after telephone contact. The food was delivered ice cold and soggy. The curly fries had become so stuck in the package that they couldn't get out. After calling again and asking why they were delivering the food ice cold, the answer was, I'm sorry, the driver was late, I'm sorry. Being late is one thing, it can happen but at least the food should be reasonably fresh! Bottom line, the worst food delivery I've ever experienced!

I went to the drive-thru this evening and ordered a Big Mac menu, a Happy Meal and a Rösti menu. Unfortunately, when I consumed it at home, I discovered that there was a piece of foil in my Sprite, which made for an unpleasant choking experience. I think it would be important for the drive-thru to pay more attention to cup cleanliness to avoid such incidents in the future.

Well... I'm used to heartbreak at the Golden M. But what we got today is a disgrace. I completely understand when there is a lot going on. Not an issue at all. Then I'm happy to wait a little longer if I get products that meet McDonald's standards. When I saw my fries, I honestly didn't know what to say. 3 McMenus. 3 times fries. All boxes half empty and half raw. Thanks for nothing. This was a new low for this restaurant. 5 stars for the ambience, we ate at home.

It really spoils your appetite. I don't know if I still want to spend the money there. Service is very nice and the market is always nice and clean. But please work on your food...

I do not recommend this McDonald's in this location because the service is very unpleasant and they do not respect the customer. The lady with the blonde hair is mentally unstable, and more precisely, she yells at customers and acts like a big lady instead of serving the customer nicely. In my opinion, dismissal, it spoils the brand. What's worst here is that the manager represents the same level of culture as the saleswoman. I recommend avoiding this McDonald's. Ordered the food via delivery service. I was actually always happy. But that on Saturday really took the cake. The food came quickly, but was ice cold. In addition, the whole family is now flat with stomach and intestines. That was the last time I'll eat at McDonalds.

The service is a -10/10. You'll get busted if you haven't received a receipt from the cash register. No wonder people are being abusive. And the 20 fire chicken also tastes like it comes from a can.

I thought something had changed in the long time since I was at McDonald's last. But it's eating like it used to be once in a while. The burger melts not in your mouth but in your hands, the fries "taste" until they are hot. The sauces are served in plastic containers, which are difficult to get out of, so I will still avoid this place.

I would have been very happy if more care had been taken here. On November 27th, 2024 around 5:00 p.m. I gave your branch another chance and went through the drive-thru again. Unfortunately, this visit was also disappointing. At first I had to repeat myself several times because the employee who took my order apparently couldn't understand me. She also seemed extremely listless, which is not a welcoming impression. When I finally received my order, it was mostly correct - with one exception: I had ordered a chocolate muffin, but was handed a cookie instead. When I politely commented on this, a gentleman - obviously of foreign origin - took the cookie back, disappeared briefly and then came back. He told me in an unfriendly tone that I wasn't getting a chocolate muffin and that "that's true." Without giving me the opportunity to respond, he handed me the cookie again and walked away. It's human nature to make mistakes or hear things wrong when placing orders. That wouldn't have been a problem for me at all. But pointing out a mistake and then being treated so unkindly is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I would have liked a little more customer friendliness and understanding here.

CAUTION - My girlfriend is vegetarian and ordered a meatless burger and actually received a burger with meat in the packaging of the vegan version. She noticed this quite quickly after the first bite. The answer was “oh, something must have been mixed up.” It was another attempt but it showed that you definitely shouldn't stop here. There was then no goodwill and no honest apology.

Were in the restaurant on November 1st, 2024. Have two cars. Ordered macchiato to eat in the house. Received two paper cups with contents from MC Donalds and not MC Caffee. When I asked, I was told: Our dishwasher is broken. This at a global company. I do not think so. The employees were completely overwhelmed.

There was a system error or something (no idea) due to which I didn't receive any food. A lady who worked there didn't want to help me. Unfortunately I didn't get any food and McDonald deducted the money from my account after a few days. I have written emails about this but to date I have not received a refund or a value check. Yesterday we were sold two mc flurry ice cream, which became liquid in no time. The machine was defective, we said no when we asked if we wanted something else and wanted the money back. Then there was the ice cream from the broken machine! Tonight it started with vomiting and diarrhea!

Unfortunately completely overwhelmed. My cappuccino arrived 25 minutes after ordering.

So far we have always been very satisfied. But this time at the end of the first week of January it was catastrophic. The employee (he was called Mohammed) was unfriendly, unfocused and blamed me for his mistake. In addition, he was unable to scan the QR CODE from my app for the bonus points. Instead of seeking help, he rudely dismissed me without trying further. Not surprisingly, the wrong food was prepared. Even when it came to the Happy Metal toy, he didn't listen and just reacted in annoyance. The restaurant manager(?) wanted to explain something to him when he apparently did something wrong at the coffee machine, but Mohammed just left her there. Also an employee from the kitchen who wanted to explain something to him. I have never seen an employee like him in any McDonald's. As long as he works there, we won't be guests anymore.

If it were possible I wouldn't give a star at all. What is the difference between a milkshake and milk?? I don't notice any, it was just chocolate milk far from a milkshake.... The burgers are dry and the oil made the fries taste like everything. Changing it regularly should help.

We made a stop there and wanted to have breakfast at 8 a.m., we thought it was pretty empty and cool and we didn't get a really fresh breakfast, it tasted old and the toilets were in ruins. Since there was a Mc Café and we drank there, our drinks were only served in paper cups instead of glasses. So much for sustainability! Not recommended!
