Apparently very understaffed. A citizen was forgotten when ordering. But the way it looked was catastrophic, you could hardly find a table that didn't have a dirty tray on it, the trolley for the trays was also completely overloaded and the floor looked like shit.

Food is okay, just McDonalds. Unfortunately, this branch itself is not recommended for young women in the evening. Here late in the evening/at night the strangest characters stare at you and watch you eat. My girlfriend and I lost our appetite. Unfortunately not uncommon here. You should also always check your order in the drive, as parts of the order are often missing

Ordered at the counter and pressed pay with cash because I didn't have a card. I waited at the checkout to pay for almost 10 minutes while one employee sorted papers and the other prepared drinks and ice cream. I then asked if I could pay (it won't be prepared until it's paid for, so the time doesn't matter). I was told I had to wait. I waited another 8 minutes while the gentleman continued sorting papers. I left after 20 minutes. WITHOUT food

McDrive used, easy to drive on, the food was still hot and good

I'm Polish. Bus driver. I came to eat dinner. They didn't let me into the restaurant, the manager first wanted to force me out and then closed the exit barrier and called the police. It didn't help to explain that I wasn't looking for a parking lot for LKW, I just wanted to eat.... The manager or manager... I don't know... Racist, anti-Polish, discriminatory, idiot.

The service staff wasn't exactly friendly

When ordering at the drive in, please pack the fries separately as my daughter has celiac disease. In short, gluten would come into contact with everything in the bag... Of course everything together in a happy meal, why do I explain that... When you go in you are just looked at badly, employee manager... derogatory hand gestures and of course the other person is also aggressive.... you can have your fries here and leave... People don't give a damn there When we got home, the french fries had leftovers from other gluten contents in the fryer next to them. If you declare fries gluten-free and you are playing with a child's health, I really think about reporting this and reporting it to the health department. Never again where we were promised improvements years ago by the owner operator.

Unfortunately the burger was too dry

There is only one high chair! Family-friendliness looks different. Employee doesn't understand German. Coffee ordered should be made by an employee in the MC Café. But she just grins stupidly and just leaves. Fries half raw, limp and cold. Burgers are booked twice, you have to pay, you only get one and if you complain you get an annoyed reaction. All in all, this branch should be checked and employees replaced.

You are sent to wait in parking bays. You receive a menu from those parked behind me. Never again!! Unbelievable and not recommended!!!!

In fact, I also asked for a Twix ice cream, it was very delicious. The service was excellent, the cleanliness not so much. There was fast service, kindness and team spirit. So I paid 18.48 euros. So it was worth it. I recommend Düren MCDONALD'S to everyone 🙂 It suited me very well compared to the Hungarian one. No longer family-friendly, only one high chair available, if no children are wanted you should perhaps not offer a children's menu. It was the last time we were here with our children.

Yes, solid performance, you can do it! The food was good but nothing special. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was typical of a McDonald's. Overall the visit was quite good!

You order everything via the app, pay with PayPal, want to pick it up and then have to pay a second time at the checkout due to technical problems and everything is calculated without vouchers.

Last visit was a disaster... Plant based nuggets ordered, I was told I would have to wait longer, that wasn't a problem either. We're deep in conversation with friends when we look at the clock: 30 minutes have passed... I go to the counter, ask, and the nuggets are given to me in a grim and rather angry/aggressive tone (and in normal nugget packaging )... My actual visits are never that problematic. Very disappointing.

Today this McDonald's had the worst possible service.

4 electric charging stations and all 4 have combustion vehicles! 2 even from McDonald's itself! That is not how it works! I then shopped at Aral across the street and ate at Burger King!

When you order something in the drive-thru, you almost always just get dessert and are then sent to wait until the ice cream melts. Too bad.

Unfortunately the McD app didn't work as intended. My wife and I have this on our smartphone. It worked for me. It didn't work for my wife. Very unfortunate... Update 6/8/24...the crew at this McDonald doesn't care about the checkout line. Even when we were told that we would like to order, they ignored us. We then went to the machine and ordered there. I would have left sooner.

Update: Changed last visit. After I clicked "Eat in the restaurant" on the self-service devices, McCafe asked me whether I wanted it in a cup or a paper cup. I've been a customer of this McDonald's since it opened. I have to say that the overall image of McDonald's has changed a lot in the last few years. In addition, the staff is not the best at the moment.

Just disappointed. I come here regularly for the McFlurry, but today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a McFlurry Magic and heard it had cherry sauce, but instead I got it without sauce. It was an outrage what I had to experience yesterday and today! I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but it can't be that one employee (always the same one) couldn't manage to take an order number yesterday and today (order via app) and let me drive through the drive again because he had the order number didn't understand for the 6th time. Instead of saying I didn't understand, I should go through the drive again to the same employee. What's the point? A cheeseburger was also missing and the plant nuggets we ordered were normal nuggets with meat. The employee put a green sticker on the normal box and didn't think much of it, but unfortunately when we got home we noticed that they were normal nuggets. The employee is also super cheeky and moans all the time when he's supposed to do something or when he's talking to him. When I went into McDonald's yesterday to give someone else the order number, they didn't understand it either and the one employee from the drive stood next to me, just laughed and was amused by it. I only went there again today because I gave up yesterday and went home without eating and wanted to try again today.

The food is satisfactory but the staff is rude. Apparently it has become normal for small children to be deprived of their toys and no one wants to be talked to. My rating for this store is very negative. It doesn't even deserve a damn star if I get two damn chicken burgers instead of a Big Mac. I wouldn't say anything if it happened once or twice, but it's happened maybe a billion times, not just in this company but in the other two industries as well. So do something about it, buy your employees so they don't get caught by some schizophrenic.

Ordered a Happy Meal for my son today and took it home. When I arrived home, my little son was very happy when he saw it. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

Went to McDonalds in the big valley again today. This is the second time in a short space of time that I have ordered and paid for more than I received. The first time I thought to myself: It could happen... But now again and in such a short time... This time 2 of 2 cheeseburgers were missing. There wasn't much going on there at the time of my visit and my order wasn't that much either. Now I'm going to bed hungry and should sleep one night wondering whether I'll visit this branch again... It was probably just my mistake. I should have checked my order immediately.

It's been bad for a few months now... I almost always have to pull over to the side at the Drive Inn. But the idea that the burgers would be fresh is not true! As others have described here, either cold or not enough sauce, burgers just kind of slapped together. I've tried it several times now, but I've had enough now, I'd really rather go to Burger King!

First I went into the store with the receipt to complain, then the employee yelled at me to come in with the bag too. When I came back with the bag, the lady said everything was there, but that wasn't the case. When she realized that something was missing, she just said a stupid thing. I've never been treated so badly. I can only recommend this!!!!

Despite the hut being full, everything was clean and the service was quick. Charging stations for e-cars already installed but currently still covered, this is likely to change soon. Otherwise you can charge at Aral Pulse opposite.

Leider muss man hier jede Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit prüfen. Sowohl am DriveIn als auch an der Theke zum Mitnehmen

Der schlechteste Mc Donalds den ich je gesehen hab, Personal kann kein deutsch ist komplett überfordert und äußerst unfreundlich. Zu dem ist der Laden absolut unrein und draußen liefen Mäuse oder Ratten, absolut ekelhaft! Wir standen 20min im MC Drive und das um 23uhr ich will garnicht wissen wie es mittags ist.

Ein sehr großer McDonalds. Freundlich waren die Mitarbeiter. Was gibt's da eigentlich noch zu sagen.

04.01: Knapp 10 min auf ne Kasse warten, weil die offenbar zur Abrechnung war, jedoch nicht in der Lage sein die zweite zu nutzen, welche eingesetzt war und nicht zur Abrechnung fehlte. Immerhin konnte ich in der Wartezeit den Mitarbeiter der Küche beobachten wie er sich schön genüsslich einen abgekaut hat. Sehr lecker und hygienisch. Weiter so, goldene Möwe… Bin dann gegangen ohne meine Ware erhalten zu haben.

Egal wie oft ich da bin, In der Bestellung Fehlt immer was 👍 Aber der Hamburger Royale TS hat mir dennoch super geschmeckt ohne Bulette :(

Das Essen wurde um 18:44 Uhr bestellt und bezahlt. Geliefert wurde es um 21:50 Uhr, also mit DREI Stunden Verspätung. Dies passiert uns nun schon zum ZWEITEN Mal…. Beim ersten Mal wurde allerdings GAR NICHTS geliefert. Zwei Burger sind komplett falsch geliefert worden, der Double Chili Cheese Burger hatte ein kleines einzelnes Jalapeño … die beiden bestellten Vanilleshakes kamen als Erdbeershakes…eine süßsaure Sauce fehlte komplett, anstatt Cola wurde Wasser geliefert… Wenigstens das Happy Meal unseres Kindes war richtig, wenn auch leider kalt… Eine telefonische Reklamation ist nicht möglich, da niemand ans Telefon geht. Das war unsere letzte Bestellung dort! Ab sofort gibt es nur noch Burger King!

Absolut verdreckt. Ich habe 1 STUNDE auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Das Personal ist vollkommen überfordert, extrem unfreundlich und unfähig ihren Job zu machen. Bei jeder Bestellung die ich in meiner langen Wartezeit gesehen habe, hat etwas gefehlt. Bei meiner natürlich auch! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Geht lieber zu Burger King auf der anderen Straßenseite.
