Unfortunately, it's totally unfriendly, you order something all at once and the person at the counter at the drive in says "Brother, I don't understand you, what did you order" so sorry guys, you can also talk sensibly to the people around you. So it only gets one star, the happy meal didn't have any toys in it and the food was cold

Strawberry shake ordered and paid for, vanilla got no more syrup upon request, sorry! Then why are you selling it? The place is super dirty, no one cleans up the dirt in the place

Sunday 1 p.m. in the store looks like shit. Dirty and greasy tables and floor, tablet cart overflowing. Very unclean branch. There are branches like MC Bingen am Rhein that can do it much better!

30 years ago it was much better, sensible staff including foreigners who couldn't speak German properly but who understood it, you always got what you ordered, you can't compare that with today. I ordered a Burger Royal a few weeks ago and wanted to exchange it for a vegan one. It wasn't a waste of money with employees like that. Really not normal. I had food delivered at around 8:30 p.m. and we immediately noticed that the ice cream was missing. We called and an unfriendly woman said she couldn't do anything and we had to order it again. It's already paid for. The employees were very unfriendly

They didn't want to give us a straw with the large Coke because they were only available with milkshakes. Shop dirty and rubbish on the tables.

The friendliness when exchanging the goods or refunding the purchase price is also a major criticism... all in all (together with cleanliness and friendliness) I see this as a bad location on average, which could be significantly raised from the standard.

First of all, I stood at the checkout for ages because no one seemed to know how to take an order. The line got longer and longer and everyone looked like they didn't want to do their job. Totally unfriendly. After what felt like 20 minutes, someone finally came and got my Big Mac together, but even that was a challenge. The kitchen looked like a battlefield, food was flying everywhere and the floor was so dirty you almost slipped. No wonder the employees were so hectic given the chaos. Then there’s the burger… An absolute joke. The cheese wasn't even melted, the bun was hard and cold, and I don't know what they did with the sauce, but it was everywhere except on the burger. The ambience was also a disaster. The tables were dirty, there was leftover food everywhere, and no one bothered to clean up. I don't even want to start with the toilet... You could make a horror show out of it. Conclusion: I really don't know what's going on here, but as overwhelmed as the employees were, the system seems to be completely failing here. I'd rather go somewhere else in the future. Total failure! --- Of course, it would be best if you also let the restaurant know your feedback directly so they can improve.

The service staff wasn't exactly friendly

When ordering at the drive in, please pack the fries separately as my daughter has celiac disease. In short, gluten would come into contact with everything in the bag... Of course everything together in a happy meal, why do I explain that... When you go in you are just looked at badly, employee manager... derogatory hand gestures and of course the other person is also aggressive.... you can have your fries here and leave... There is only one high chair! Family-friendliness looks different. Employee doesn't understand German. Coffee ordered should be made by an employee in the MC Café. But she just grins stupidly and just leaves. Fries half raw, limp and cold. Burgers are booked twice, you have to pay, you only get one and if you complain you get an annoyed reaction. All in all, this branch should be checked and employees replaced.

In fact, I also asked for a Twix ice cream, it was very delicious. The service was excellent, the cleanliness not so much. There was fast service, kindness and team spirit. So I paid 18.48 euros. So it was worth it. I recommend Düren MCDONALD'S to everyone 🙂 It suited me very well compared to the Hungarian one. No longer family-friendly, only one high chair available, if no children are wanted you should perhaps not offer a children's menu. It was the last time we were here with our children.

You order everything via the app, pay with PayPal, want to pick it up and then have to pay a second time at the checkout due to technical problems and everything is calculated without vouchers.

Last visit was a disaster... Plant based nuggets ordered, I was told I would have to wait longer, that wasn't a problem either. We're deep in conversation with friends when we look at the clock: 30 minutes have passed... I go to the counter, ask, and the nuggets are given to me in a grim and rather angry/aggressive tone (and in normal nugget packaging )... My actual visits are never that problematic. Very disappointing.

4 electric charging stations and all 4 have combustion vehicles! 2 even from McDonald's itself! That is not how it works! I then shopped at Aral across the street and ate at Burger King!

Unfortunately the McD app didn't work as intended. My wife and I have this on our smartphone. It worked for me. It didn't work for my wife. Very unfortunate... Update 6/8/24...the crew at this McDonald doesn't care about the checkout line. Even when we were told that we would like to order, they ignored us. We then went to the machine and ordered there. I would have left sooner.

It was an outrage what I had to experience yesterday and today! I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but it can't be that one employee (always the same one) couldn't manage to take an order number yesterday and today (order via app) and let me drive through the drive again because he had the order number didn't understand for the 6th time. Instead of saying I didn't understand, I should go through the drive again to the same employee. What's the point? A cheeseburger was also missing and the plant nuggets we ordered were normal nuggets with meat.
