It has to happen sometimes🥰 What I couldn't understand was the hygiene of the toilet, especially how some people misbehave in sanitary rooms. The people have missed out on a good nursery and the staff should pay more attention to it.

Wait 20 minutes for food. Tables dirty, fries taste like cardboard. The service made fun of me when I pointed out that my Minecraft menu didn't contain the collectible figure, but rather a children's toy from the Happy Meal. This was then exchanged. The same thing happened to my colleague, only they no longer had the collectible figures. Toilets were narrow and not lockable. The urinals looked okay. But then there were no paper towels.

Received the wrong Minecraft toy instead of the collectible figure I ordered, unfriendly service, missing napkins, terribly tasting fries and narrow, non-lockable toilets make the experience in this shed unbearable.

Today we ordered food to take away from the drive in. The Happy Meal included a small fries and a cheeseburger, nothing else! No toys, no fruit squeezer, no sauce, the additionally ordered cheeseburger was also missing, as was the specially ordered curry sauce. The staff should be better trained. The order was taken incorrectly instead of the Hamburger Royal TS menu, my son and I were given a McPlant menu. No napkins, no ketchup and no mayonnaise. After politely complaining to the branch in the Großer Tal Düren, we were treated very unkindly by the manager. We received no compensation and had to pay extra for the Royal TS. Worst branch I've ever been to. Food is cold, things are forgotten. Entire restaurant dirty. There is no soap in the toilet. We had to return the coffee because it only tasted like milk. Luckily at least all the employees were unfriendly.

The food is always delicious, but half of it is often forgotten or doesn't correspond to what you actually ordered. The waiting times at the checkout are usually quite long because you are forced to order from the machine. Disaster.... Ordering was really simple... 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, a medium cola and 1x dark chocolate... We waited a whopping 8 minutes for the cola and the dark chocolate and the dark chocolate was so messed up... could have thrown up in a stream... how can you have so little idea about your job that you add coffee to it and then add coffee grounds... unfortunately we only noticed this as we were driving on and didn't have time to complain but apparently a lot of people were dissatisfied when we were there today... we talked to two customers who each independently received the wrong or multiple incorrect orders.... Zero communication between each other, total chaos, the floors were dirty and well the food we ordered... It's much better... as long as things continue like they are today, I'll definitely not go there again...

Most of the employees are extremely unfriendly, even after waiting for an hour you are treated like dirt. The time in McDrive is underground, orders were placed online, when I arrived at the drive there were 2 vehicles in front of me, 5 minutes until you could order. Then wait 10 minutes in the drive so you can then continue to the parking lot to wait another 10 minutes. To top it all off, an employee came to ask about my order after 25 minutes. 5 minutes later 2 burgers arrived Entry to Mcdrive and exit took a total of 30 minutes. Before driving, it was already confirmed in the app that you were on site. That was the last time I visited McDonald's here.

Was at Mc's recently. Ordered a Happy Meal and other things, besides the fact that half of it was missing. The lady at the checkout was also incredibly unfriendly. No please, no thank you, no “good evening” or anything like that. My little brother also wanted a T-Rex. He even went to ask again and they assured us that it was the T-Rex. Well, that wasn't the case. I just found the way they communicated terrible. Maybe think about whether you really want to come into contact with people in your own job.

Made a short stop on February 2nd, 2025. Ordered food from McDrive and asked for a straw. There is only an answer for shakes, even after repeated inquiries. Sorry, zero flexibility. Apparently one straw makes McDonalds poor. I think I would have been better off going to Burger King.

This McDonald's restaurant/branch is negative in all categories today at 8:45 p.m. Place my order in Mc Drive because I have the online coupons from the McDonald's app on my cell phone! I always mentioned the 4-digit coupon numbers for all the products I wanted! Arrive at the first counter and pay… When I get to the second counter, the repeated drama begins again. Milk shake and Mc Flurry were handed to us through the window and then I was told to park in the waiting lane. Now the show really begins... I check the Mc Flurry doesn't contain chocolate sauce! Furthermore, a few minutes later the rest of the order arrives and I check it too and what do I see, two products are missing etc... If anyone reads this, the owner or a senior employee is welcome to ask me about it because what is happening on site is the ultimate in disrespect, outrageous and even insulting!!!!
