McDonald's in Düren

I was completely screwed. I ordered a 9-piece chicken nugget box and only got 8 nuggets. What a disgrace. It was very dirty there, and the toilets stank.

As of May 16, 2025 This was my first time at this fast food restaurant. I had a Big Mac meal with Coca-Cola and a Coca-Cola glass as a gift for my anniversary. The service was polite and helpful; there was nothing to complain about. Parking is free as always. A McDonalds like it always used to be. German-speaking staff, nice, polite. The shop clean. The food fresh and hot. Orgasm! Friends, it's still possible. Why is this becoming less and less the case? I will plan a detour to order here soon.

The food itself was great but the portion was way too small. I often eat at McDonald's but the employee wanted to make it clear to me that this is definitely a large portion of fries. To put it bluntly, the box was half empty. She also had 0.0 insight and in the end I definitely had a small one for the price of a large fry

We ordered a Happy Meal today and chose the Minecraft toy. But we were given Minions paper......(((((((We were not warned at the checkout. The child was very, very upset((((!!!!!!!!!!

We won't eat there again. Cleanliness is apparently a foreign word there. The service is poor and the employees were unfriendly at the time I placed my order. There were problems with the staff when ordering at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, there was hardly any knowledge of German and everything went wrong. OK, no problem, I thought. The second employee also spoke German too poorly to take my order correctly. I tried to explain it to you. But it was pointless. I got something, but mostly not what I ordered. It was carelessly thrown into the bag. Then a part was missing. So into the store, which really wasn't clean. Problems spoke again. The employee just said about the missing part. I packed it. No, he didn't. Then another employee simply stuffed something into my bag. Nope. I won't come to you anymore.

So I'm really at 180 right now! every time, including now, a burger that we paid for was missing and no one answers the phone and we sit there because they don't see the need to go there again! It just makes me mad, you can probably pack a crappy menu order sensibly without forgetting a BURGER. Sry for me there is incompetent staff working there.

Every now and then after work we go there to treat ourselves. It's always pretty full around 10 p.m. Which always reduces the ambience a bit when it's very loud and they can't keep up with wiping the tables. My food always comes exactly as I ordered it. Nothing was ever forgotten. I always eat locally. But always order burgers to eat the next day. Find the employees there quickly and hard-working. The parking lot is unfortunately very small, but there are still tons of options where you can park. Am very satisfied. Thanks to the entire team for the good work.

Absolute chaos and overwhelm. Even at peak times, as a customer you have to assume that everything works well. Waited 20 minutes for the food, received an ice-cold burger again even after complaining, chaos when ordering and, above all, picking up the menus.

The store is extremely unclean...the toilets are a complete disgrace. Food was cold and tasted quite old.

Always forgetting something, just leaving eggs dangling behind the counter

We were wondering why everyone was so attentive and accommodating...then we noticed that there was a check😁😁 There were enough staff, people asked at the table whether they were satisfied...that's how it should always be...hence the star rating....otherwise....

Standard McDonald's. What else should you write about this?

NEGATIVE: extremely long waits at the counter that you have to pay at the digital stands, which is simply not normal. After ordering, quickly press the number away just to be reasonably “quick”. Otherwise, the scenery is captivating. Constant beeping so that you almost can't understand each other and think you're having sudden hearing loss. Plus the underlying music. Just not a place where you want to sit down and eat. Clearly not a recommendation from me personally.

The staff is slow, a bit overwhelmed, and consequently the orders are not accurate which leads to additional delays because the staff needs to deal with angry customers... It's a devil's circle here. Tables were dirty and never got cleaned. Overall a pretty bad experience :(

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is a disaster. There are some problems there: - Cleanliness The tables and floor are 90% completely dirty. Apparently people don't think it's necessary to wipe the tables and pick up food from the floor. I don't even want to choose the toilet there. - Service Table service is regularly canceled there. Then you have to go from the table to the serving area and in our case this is free in 100% of cases because the food was not yet ready despite calling the number. If you're lucky, you'll get it delivered. If you have a complaint, you will first be asked whether you are sure or it will be denied or discussed. The cherry on top was a burger; Ordered without cheese, what was on it of course: cheese 😂👍 When it was brought back and a complaint was made, they just said "it's not that bad" and after discussion it was taken back and a "new" burger was brought. Only it wasn't new, but... which brings me to the next point: - Hygiene I received the same burger back, only someone had scraped off the cheese. And I'm sure of that because it was easy to recognize because of the heavily smeared packaging. There were also leftover cheese on it. I didn't dare eat it because I didn't know how the cheese was made (picked off with my bare fingers?) nor was I confident that other "additives" hadn't ended up on it. Things seem to be very strange in this McDonald's in the evening. The staff would rather stand outside the door in huge groups with friends or family than work. This group of people doesn't seem to be able to admit mistakes and they certainly don't want to hear anything about regulations and hygiene standards. To be honest, I'll be giving up my soul food from McDonald's soon... What a shame.

The place is horrible! Tables: always completely dirty Food: you order a hamburger without onions, what's on it... onions, of course! Service: nonexistent. The people who work there always get visits from friends and relatives in the evenings, and then they meet outside the store, and inside, chaos reigns. It's a disgrace to even get paid for that, but apparently that's how it is in these cultures... All in all, by far the worst McDonald's we know!

Then you get your pre-prepared food for overpriced prices and then the ayris forget your Coke

1 star to be able to leave a review. Branch manager is truly one of the rudest people I have ever seen. Refuse order? At Mcs? Who do you actually think he is? Store manager at Mcs, nothing to be proud of. Customer service is apparently non-existent.

Basically everything is good and tasty, for a quick meal... sometimes something is missing after the "drive in" but is then handed out straight away.

The food is standard Mc, very unhealthy in my opinion. Service is catastrophic although friendly. Employees converse in Albanian into the microphone until the order is taken, do not read the order correctly, give coffee without sugar and milk even though ordered, and forget the second ice cream even though it has been paid for. I wish employees would take their jobs more seriously.

Make days very good, sometimes just stressful, I don't know why

Never again! Today we had a cockroach in one of the wraps! Apparently this was fried or something similar... just disgusting. The last few times and now I always forgot the sauces or something else.

Placed an order for 40 euros via the app and picked it up. We checked superficially, but since you squeezed everything into a large bag, we didn't want to distribute it all in the car. Once again something was missing. A complete menu for €12. Are you just too stupid, or is this a scam?

Ordered via Lieferando last night at half past seven, food arrived at half past nine, after calling twice. the first time we were told we were second on the list, the second time we were not so kindly told that the driver would be in 5 minutes!!! there, (someone shouted in the background that we should have some respect because we asked for our €55 order) but then it came almost 30 minutes later. The food was already cold, the fries were rancid, the burgers were slapped together with love, everything was running out the sides, the bacon was next to the burger, etc. Not even an apology from the driver for the long wait. So we definitely won't be ordering from them again. I would even like to save myself one star. cheers😊

You can't eat anymore, every dish made me sick. Just plain angular. Burger not warm, cheese is still cold. Catastrophe, only ghettos go there anyway. LG is changing a lot!

I discovered once again today that this branch doesn't use enough syrup to mix the drinks. I don't know to what extent this constitutes fraud against the CocaCola company, but I definitely won't go there again! The first few times I thought it was just a coincidence, but on the last 7 visits in the last 2 years it has been exactly the same! If you ask, you get a new drink, but it's the same every time. Accordingly, I initially assume it was intentional.

Fast food chain where everything is standardized.

It's just McDonald's, BUT the young man at the Mcdrive counter who usually works the night shift there with his gold chain around his neck asks young women for their phone number and if you don't give it out he becomes VERY rude, this is unprofessional behavior and it has happened more often than not, as I have noticed.

Chicken burgers and fries were ordered in McDonald's yesterday. Half the order is not in the bag. I call. Ask after 8 km, I have to come back and pick it up, they don't look at anything and didn't get a reasonable answer over the phone😡😡😡

I had ordered to take away, as something that had been paid for had been forgotten so often, I looked in the bag on the spot and discovered at home that instead of a chili cheese burger, only the paper was correct, there was a chicken burger inside and it was also cold and without sauce.. I was too exhausted to go there again and throw the stuff on the counter, they should urgently work on the service, it's way too expensive for that!!!!

Burger was cold, door to the kitchen was open, looked very untidy + garbage shelf etc was littered at the front!!

I was already a guest here at the opening, unfortunately a lot of things have changed for the worse here, including definitely the staff. The food is just McDonald's stuff, although I have to say that I've also gotten burgers here that didn't even have any products.

Complete incompetence at work today. Napkins were missing, the order took 20 minutes with only a few customers and they simply forgot the caramel sauce for the McFlurry. I had to complain 3 times until everything worked out.

So I'm sorry but what can I say...I've been to a few maces branches and this one sucks, I'm really amazed at how bad it is. I arrived and wanted to order 20 pieces of chicken (normal meat shhh, mind you) with 3 sour cream sauces, but I was foisted with 20 pieces of plants and twice the wrong sauce! It's really a shame...Wow

Total disaster! The entire guest area is dirty, there are cash books and napkins on the floor everywhere. Not a single table was remotely clean. Trash piles up on tables and in the return cart.

When we drive in or order for delivery, we always forget something, which is really annoying - now when we made a small order, something was forgotten again and the 🍔 for the child was extremely salty. Nice employees but somehow not able to pack the orders properly. No matter how you order - it's best to first check whether everything is there. In terms of cleanliness it's okay.

Service and quality has improved enormously over the last 2 years

That was the worst experience ever in an MC. The place was very dirty, the ice cream was cold and it took a very long time. At least a new burger was brought after a complaint

We've been to McDonald's in Düren several times but today was probably the last time! At home I already entered my order as usual and then we drove off, attached 3 glasses for 3 menus, all well and good. When we drove through McDrive we got our menus and were done. BUT there were no glasses. After inquiring about it, i.e. nothing was said beforehand, it was said that the app would show an error and there were no more glasses. But why don't you say something like that from the start? It's okay that at some point there won't be any more because the stock has run out, but if the error is known and you already see 3 different glasses in the order then you have to mention that? I think it's totally stupid because that's the only reason we ordered there today. Very unprofessional and exploitative. Very sad.

Friendly and courteous service, great!

Despite the request that glow in the dark glasses be available here, there are no glasses here. The employees here were really unfriendly today. It's a shame because I actually liked coming here.

There's something disgusting floating in my Coke

For a snack. It used to be cheap It's a shame that you don't get the glass you want despite pre-ordering. The app shows availability and then the store says it's sold out. The glasses for the other orders were also wrong.

I'm thrilled 🤩 I come from Alsdorf and called here to see if the coveted "glow in the dark" glasses were still available. I was told straight away in a very friendly manner that there would still be a few and that if I would like to have some more, they would be the ones above I should pre-order the app and I would be guaranteed it. No sooner said than done, reserved via the app and set off for Düren. When I arrived at the branch I was immediately recognized by my voice, ordered a third one, paid for everything and was handed everything straight away. The cashier even helped us with the third order. Everyone was very, very friendly and helpful. If only I didn't live so far away, this branch would be my regular branch from now on. Keep it up, you're great 🤩👍🏼

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I know!

We've eaten there a few times now. The service is really good and fast. All employees are very polite and service is quick. Orders also go very quickly on the monitors and everything happens relatively quickly at the counter.

Well I have to say the delivery service is a complete disaster Ordered over 90 minutes ago. Food already paid for and still nothing here. The hunger has now disappeared. I'll get the money back. We will never order there again

Fries are half finished. Bigmac souse disgusting sour and cucumbers sour. Service strange, Fried head was put in the bag upside down and the cocokola lids weren't closed properly. The cocokola fell out of my hands right after leaving locally after small incorrect movements Bon appetit.

It was clean, the staff were super friendly, the food was quick and fresh. Unfortunately it is a bit inconvenient with strollers and small children. It's super tight for the strollers and you can't really find a place. It's better not to change diapers there, with the changing table you completely block a toilet and it's super dark. But if you're waiting for your car, it's definitely a good place to wait because of the friendly staff.

I only went to the toilet here briefly. Since it was pretty unclean, only 3 stars. Clean toilets are a must.

I actually waited almost an hour until I went back to order acceptance and asked if they had forgotten me. It was exactly like that, then I got my food. This shouldn't happen.

The waiting time here is really too long for a fast food restaurant. At 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday we had to wait about 20 minutes for our two orders with 2 coupons each. As usual, the gentleman at the drive-in counter wasn't the brightest, so I had to repeat the order several times despite the face-to-face conversation. I suspect that he was too busy trying to act cool because he always had one hand in his pocket . Not so recommended.

2. Cheeseburger, small fries, small Cola Zero for 5.95 euros. Ordered at the MC Drive counter. As always, the order was actually handed out at counter 2 without any long waiting times. The cheeses were nice and hot...the fries were uncomfortably cool. The Cola Zero tasted like the Donald had run out of carbon dioxide. Well, this isn't the first time with the sparkling coca. Very annoying given the high prices quoted. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would of course have made a mistake and complained. Well... since I'm not a bourgeois, you don't do something like that anyway... such behavior is of course not right. Of course, if you stay silent nothing changes... but constructive criticism might be helpful. Whether Uncle Donald intentionally pumps so little gas into the Cola is beyond my knowledge. The fact is.....you can of course save a lot of money...right!? But if you think evil... maybe it's just a random mistake and I've always had bad luck when ordering drinks. Well... despite everything, McDonald's is still the first choice when things have to be done quickly or when you don't feel like cooking. Understandably, you can't expect a gourmet temple... Mäckes is Mäckes. 3 fair stars... one star is deducted because of the cold fries and the rocky Coke. Another star regularly goes down the drain because of the prices. The burgers somehow get smaller and smaller every year......flatter and flatter. As a hungry citizen, however, every millimeter lost counts... after all, the foud should create the greatest possible feeling of satiety for a short period of time. ...so quickly get it in.....and 2 hours later stop by Uncle Donald's again.... hehehehe

A Macces just like it is written in the book. There were a lot of children there at 6 p.m. and therefore there was a lot of life in the place. If that bothers you, you just have to come later, when the little ones are in bed. ;)

Nice McDonald's, we like to go here as a whole family.

Auf meinen Reisen bin ich öfters MC Donald`s, leider war hier der Service nicht so freundlich wie bei den Anderen. Kann passieren, daher werde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch schauen, ob es sich gebessert hat 😊

Der neue Burger mit crispy war ungenießbar vollkommen geschmacklos

Halt ein McDonalds, wie man ihn kennt. Kann man gelegentlich mal hingehen.

Nicht lange auf das Essen gewartet. Nettes Personal , sehr hilfsbereit .

Die Filiale war sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlichen. Das Essen war Mc Donalds typisch.

Die Toiletten sind für Zwecke wie Suchtbefriedigung komplett ungeeignet. Leider sind keinerlei Ablagen vorhanden um Handy oder Spiegel abzulegen und darauf seine Bewusstsein erweiternde Feromone zu dosieren und zu zerkleinern. Bitte ändert das !!

McDonalds halt. Service immer wieder mangelhaft. Jedes Mal unbedingt Bestellung kontrollieren. In der Regel fehlt etwas oder nicht richtig. Pfandsystem wird nicht für alle Produkte angeboten.

Ist für einen McDonald's ziemlich gut und die Mitarbeiter sind fast immer freundlich.

Seitdem ich das Eis mit Holzlöffeln essen muss und die Papierstrohhalme sich in meiner Limo in wohlgefallen auflösen, bin ich nur noch sehr selten hier. Ist leider nicht mein Ding. Update: Die Papierstrohhalme sind weg und der Plastikdeckel bei den inhouse Getränken auch. Na geht doch.

Wir waren gestern auf dem Feiertag in diesem Lokal und waren begeistert. Trotz das es relativ gut besucht war, wurde unser Essen sofort heiss und frisch serviert. Hatten vor dem Restaurant über App bestellt und bezahlt und wo wir rein kamen konnten wir es schon am Tresen abholen. Besser geht es nicht. Dazu war es sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Von Milchshake ist wirklich abzusehen.

Bei aller liebe, tut es euch nicht an hier anzuhalten. Essen: Nuggets kalt und nach altem Fett gestunken und geschmeckt Pommes waren Kartoffeln die nie Freue im Leben entwickelt hatten, labbriger als meine Knie nach 17 Stunden Autofahrt. Apfeltüte in der Kidsbox hat man aufgemacht und trotz MHD 1-2 Tage in der Zukunft hab ich mich gefühlt als würde ich abends einen Trinken gehen. Toiletten im Restaurant sind schrecklich. Man kommt rein, es stinkt und klebt überall, man kommt als kleine Frau kaum aufs Klo und wenn kann man die Tür nur schließen wenn man schon auf dem pot hockt, Eine Zumutung, wirklich. Die Bedienung hat wie üblich in der Branche kaum einen geraden Satz rausbekommen geschweige denn irgend eine Form von Luet an der Arbeit besessen. Wir hatten nach dem Besuch alle Probleme feste Nahrung drin zu behalten, auf einer 13 stündigen Reise das allerbeste, nicht!

Alles in allem war der Besuch in Ordnung, die Tische waren jedoch verschmutzt und wurden länger nicht abgewaschen. Die Burger und Nuggets waren in Ordnung, die Pommes jedoch nur mittelmäßig und fast kalt.

Ich war gerade im mc drive und wollte 2 CHICKENBURGER! Keine Cheeseburger !!! Ich hasse Cheeseburger 😭
