We waited almost 30 minutes for our order. When it was finally ready, one burger was missing. We had to wait another 15 minutes. The burgers weren't very good. They were very dark, crispy, and dry.

The branch looked very dirty. The most expensive burger was forgotten. No one answers the phone. Very disappointing.

I ordered something at the drive-thru on November 8th, 2025 at 12 PM and waited 20 minutes. I received my order completely raw. I absolutely do not recommend it. The employee who sold it to me is named Ms. Kaur.

Burger King's prices are outrageous. I usually order from Burger King, but I'm switching to McDonald's now; at least they have reasonable prices. €20 for fries and two burgers... Are you kidding me?

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. We waited more than an hour for nothing. After several requests, we were told that a manager was missing and that there was nothing they could do. We've never seen anything like this in a fast food restaurant in our lives. The employees were arguing among themselves and seemed completely unconcerned about the customers.

Just been to the MC Drive-Thru. There were five vehicles ahead of me at 10:05 PM, and I got my turn at 10:50 PM. When I ordered: Milkshake, ice cream, curry fries, and lattice fries weren't available. So I ordered a double Whopper with extra cheese, fries, mayonnaise, and peach iced tea, and two chicken nugget burgers. Got: a regular Whopper without cheese, fries with ketchup, just a chicken nugget burger, and an unidentifiable carbonated drink. Is anything else okay? I'm going to demand my money back. The store was just as overwhelmed. There were about 30 people in line. So I didn't even bother going in. The driver in front of me also complained about mistakes. If there's a shortage of staff, let the store close. That's unacceptable!!!

I was truly disappointed with my visit to Burger King. Manager Daniela's behavior, in particular, was unprofessional and unfriendly. I was there recently with my family and the food was okay but the workers are treated so badly, they are shouted at and belittled in front of customers, which I find very unprofessional and simply disgusting. When we were served, the red-haired lady was very cheeky and spoke to us in an annoyed manner. She wrote to several employees in the 45 minutes that we were there. You can easily plan on waiting 40-60 minutes for your food if the restaurant is normally busy. Ingredients or the goodies from the Jr. Boxes are constantly missing. As an apology, they then offer you cotton candy wrapped in aluminum foil. The package says it's meant to be put in a drink. I don't know if this was a promotional drink or if the cotton candy is standard stock in the stores.

I just went through the drive-thru, and the staff was very friendly. The burger was warm and delicious. I'll be back.

Conclusion: I'd actually give it 3.5 stars, as the food is decent, the cleanliness is okay, and the staff are friendly. However, since you can only award full stars, I'm giving it 3. With better organization during peak times, this place could definitely improve.

I waited almost two hours, and the food arrived cold. I called after an hour and was told to be patient because the bus driver only had two drivers. There was no apology or anything. The staff aren't able to say a friendly word, let alone any kind words. The children's play area looks like a bus stop; this needs urgent attention. The food was okay; since I requested individual dishes, they were freshly prepared. The handover took place without a word. There are notes hanging in the entrance area stating that certain shirts are unavailable.

Ordered via Lieferando, and according to the app, the delivery time was also at the hospital on time. The ward and room were printed on the receipt. The employee called me 20 minutes later and asked me to come downstairs. Since I had surgery yesterday, that wasn't possible. 10 minutes later, after a lengthy explanation, asking me to find the elevator, press the button, and then head straight for the first door on the left and the room in front of me, he finally delivered. Both brothers weren't even warm anymore, and of course, the fries weren't either. I called them and filed a complaint. They were so accommodating and offered me a free fries with my next order!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS????? I ordered from there a week ago, and everything went perfectly. The nice driver served me warm food. The driver's excuse: it's his first day today. And I have to pay €15 for cold food as a lesson, and you want to buy a box of fries... I'm not done with this yet... You can't deliver worse service!

My order at Burger King took an incredible 2 hours and 15 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was stone cold – the fries were soggy, and the burger was inedible. This is simply disgusting and has nothing to do with fresh fast food. Despite the extreme delay, the employee on site refused to cancel the order; there was no apology or suggestion for a solution. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable for me – this is not how a big name like Burger King should treat its customers.

The best fast-food restaurant in the area, simply because the staff are really friendly and take pride in being courteous and friendly to customers. Every time we go there, we're greeted in a good mood and served very politely! They even gave the kids gummy bears, something they've never had at any other Burger King. Considering the criticism, rudeness, and bad moods the staff have to endure in today's fast-paced society, I find it amazing that they haven't lost their sense of humor.

Big King 1 piece chili cheeseburger 1 piece King of the Month Menu 1 pc. Big King 1 piece chili cheeseburger It took the staff 24 minutes to place the first order. For the second order 33 minutes. There were three orders on the screen in front of us, cars were being dispatched every 10 minutes in the drive. The goal here is actually 2:30 or less. I worked for Burger King for 20 years in various positions. I can really appreciate how things work here; and that can only be described as overwhelmed, uncoordinated and, at best, without a plan. Luckily the burgers were okay, but not a masterpiece either. Clear recommendation not to go here!!! Very unfortunate. 😞 😞

It's been at least 20 years since my last visit to BK, so I gave it another chance this morning (April 30, 2025) because I had an appointment nearby. Food was ok, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Typical fast food restaurant. But it was tasty and hot. The service employee at the counter was also very friendly. I actually couldn't use the toilet (if I had wanted to after seeing it) because you simply couldn't lock the door because the locks weren't there. I've never experienced that before either.
