"Fast food" from hell....waited 40 minutes for a burger, which was actually quite tasty.

Disaster. You wait 45 minutes from ordering at the kiosk. It's so incredibly cold in the store, it's unreasonable. The staff is completely uncoordinated. There are enough goods in the display to be picked up. But no one can get an order out quickly.

Service very aggressive and listless

I had to wait 1 hour for my food, and the person who came after me was taken straight to it, that's a disgrace because I would never go out to eat again

Today Lieferando ordered curry sauce, didn't order it then didn't leave curly in a little longer, I worked for you once but what just came doesn't work, I'll order something again then it's not good, we won't order anything else

Was in the drive-thru. From the outside you can see that everything is older and the side gets a lot of sun. Could use some renovation. The waiting time was really long even though there wasn't much going on. This is (from reading other reviews) a known issue. Food was very good, everything fresh and hot. I have a sensitive stomach and react to it when something is wrong. But everything was good here 👍🏻

Unfortunately very poor hygiene conditions, employees seem a bit tired and forced to work there. Food is served in such a way that you lose all appetite. I would rather avoid the toilet, it smells like someone has been lying dead there for a while, on good days you have the pleasure of having soap. Dry hands must be done on your own clothes.

Update 08/25/24 That's a total failure. For professional reasons, I have a lot of sympathy for the catering industry, but things are steadily going downhill in this branch. Today I waited 1 hour in the restaurant for my order to be issued and then found out at home that an item I had ordered and of course paid for was not included. As a substitute, there was BBQ sauce, which was unusable. Due to the rush, an order stop would have had to be imposed if the shift management had been attentive. Then there was the problem of not issuing the orders chronologically. Unfortunately, this is the only branch nearby, but something urgently needs to change. Apparently there are no promotional products on offer here because you can't find the tortilla things at the terminals and there was no staff at the checkout. I now have to go to another Burger King.

The staff is so slow that even a sloth is faster. You can wait up to 40 minutes or longer for a burger. In the drive-in you use up a whole tank of gas before you can order the food and by the time you have the food the second one is gone. Now it is clear why there is the Aral next to it and you have to refuel while waiting. But the staff is at least polite.

Ambience isn't nice, food isn't particularly good either. Unacceptably long waiting time, especially in the drive. I actually only come here for the chilli cheese fries. It's a shame that the Oreo shake has been removed from the range.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. More than an hour of waiting to get nothing. After requests, we are told that a manager is missing and that nothing can be done. We've never seen this in a fast food restaurant in our lives. The employees were arguing among themselves and seemed completely unconcerned about the customers.

Isn't it just me, or is every fast food chain MC, BK... currently suffering from extremely poor quality? The food was terribly bad. Fries not cooked through and not salted. The milkshake was lumpy, the nuggets weren't all cooked through, the Bacon King was cold and had a very weak taste. It wouldn't have been so bad if one thing hadn't been okay! but then everything?

Quite an acceptable quick-service restaurant. The quality of the food was surprisingly good, and the waiting time - I arrived around 11:45 - was relatively short. The toilets were clean, the tables were wiped down and everything seemed tidy, although with a somewhat sterile atmosphere. You can also sit outside. We waited 30 minutes for our food. The food was partially prepared. After the fries had been on the tray for 10 minutes and the milkshake too, we wanted our €37 back and canceled the order. I visited the Burger King in Düren and unfortunately I wasn't completely satisfied. There are clearly not enough staff, which means that the waiting times for food are far too long. You can tell that the existing team is really giving their all, but the work they have to do is more than normal - it's reminiscent of factory work on an assembly line. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the seating area also suffers as a result. Much more could be done here to keep the area clean and inviting. Overall, I feel sorry for the staff, as they remain friendly and hard-working despite the overload, but the circumstances are simply not optimal.

I would prefer not to give a star, but I have to in order to write a post... I can only agree with some of the previous speakers and say that there are lots of rats lurking there. There are even dead rats in front of the restaurant. The parking lot and the outdoor area are littered. Things don't look any better in the restaurant. I ask myself when the food safety authority will address this catastrophic situation. I would advise anyone not to visit this place, let alone consume food from this restaurant. Who knows what illnesses you might catch afterwards.

You always stand in the drive-in for an eternity! The principle that it should actually run the fastest was absolutely not understood here! It's very similar every time and I'm just wondering if I even want to do that again!

This BK shows me once again that it is a totally disgusting shop, long waits in the shop, the women's toilet is extremely dirty (filthy walls, a lock is missing on the toilet cubicle, a thick layer of dust on the toilet paper dispenser). Plus, hardly anyone pays attention to the dirt on the tables. The cart is so full that everything else just stays on the tables... :(

Went to Burger King on Saturday... Waited forever for our order... DRIVE TRUE is given priority here. If we hadn't already paid, we would have definitely left. That doesn't work at all. When we got our order, only the fries were hot. Normally burgers would be back... but because of the waiting time you decided not to. Well, there were charging stations right around the corner at Aral.

All 3 tray trolleys overcrowded, women's toilet smells of urine (one toilet was spattered with urine - disgusting!) and there is rubbish on the floor, milkshake and ice cream have not been possible for days, waited more than 20 minutes for food. My child dropped her coke, she said the word but it wasn't wiped up. But the positive thing was that she got a new cola!

A Burger King as you know it. The furnishings are modern. As we know from many fast food restaurants, also with several ordering terminals. Just waited in line at the drive for over 30 minutes for a standard order. And that on a weekday, with normal crowds. That's not how I learned it back then... Weakest burger king in the area, it's gotten even worse since it's part of SCHLOSSBURGER.

The sheer catastrophe of the store is that there are maybe 15 people sitting here and you have to say 40!!!!! Waiting minutes to eat 40 MINUTES and in addition the meat from both of our burgers was dry (not exactly fresh from the stove) That's it with Burger King from now on just McDonalds

The food was fresh and delicious. The return bins were full and the ambience is improving. The competition is wider and more comfortable.

Slow food... Pretty much the slowest BurgerKing restaurant I know. I don't understand why you can work so incredibly uncoordinated and slowly despite system catering. Waiting 30 minutes for your food is more than borderline. Here the head office should check whether the franchisee even knows what he is doing!

Despite a stated delivery time of 3:46 p.m., I had to wait a full 43 minutes beyond the actual delivery date. When the food finally arrived it was cold and inedible. The fries were unsalted and the packaging was only half full. Furthermore, the food tasted as if it had been fried in old fat. As if that wasn't enough, the delivery person also blamed me for not having a parking space in front of the house and urged me to quickly accept the food. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

It was remodeled, no longer as comfortable as it used to be but modern. I find the new mayonnaise terrible. And I don't find the planned based burgers to be intoxicating either. It's the first time I've had such a disastrous meal at Burgerking, hence a second star. Otherwise everything was always fine. In addition, online ordering works well and delivery was quick. I actually much prefer BK to Mc. Donalds but that didn't work at all. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive. So 1 at the delivery window and 3 behind it, with the last one still standing at the intercom order. From then on I waited over 25 minutes. Of these, 10 minutes were before the output window. You could see that some orders were prepared there, but hardly any went out. The problem seemed to be that burgers only came out of the kitchen sporadically. Unfortunately there is no information that it might take a while or an apology for it taking so long. The nice note that it might take a while because the order would only be freshly prepared after ordering unfortunately didn't make it any better. If 20min. between order and issue. When I finally got the food, I checked the order and noticed that both the fries and the burgers were barely noticeably warm and the burgers apparently looked very thin. I let my partner out at Mc Donnalds on the other side of the intersection. There was even a queue of 10 cars still standing in front of the drive. She came over on foot with her food and got in just as I was ordering. When we got home, your food was still lukewarm. mine ice cold. After unpacking the burgers looked like someone had sat on them. Since this wasn't the first time that it wasn't pleasant here, I'll probably give up burgers from this branch in the future. It works in other branches too, why doesn't it work so consistently here?

If I could give 0 stars then I would give this. Because I only ordered a hamburger and an ice cream and waited 25 minutes. This was outrageous. But then I was told that they couldn't give me a burger because they didn't have any meat anymore, only chicken.

Habe vor über einer Woche über Lieferando bestellt.Anschließend wurde die Lieferung am Telefon storniert,da ein Burger nicht vorrätig war. Warte seit über einer Woche auf die Rückerstattung.Habe auch mehrmals angerufen,kein Mitarbeiter kann das Problem lösen.Ist echt ätzend,dass ich meinem Geld hinterher rennen muss !!!!

The place was clean. The food is pretty good for a fastfood restaurant. But for a fastfood place the wait time is deffinetly not fast. You can eat faster in a normal restaurant. The wait time is aproximatly 30 minutes. However i would i always choose this place rather then mcdonalds across the road because the food is deffinetly better quality.
