Must be the slowest burger joint ever. Took almost 15 minutes to het my food and only 1 car in the Drive in front of me. The double whopper was almost cold and the cheese not melted.

We had to wait 35 minutes for our food and was skipped a few times. Real juice shop and something like that is called FAST FOOD?

There wasn't much going on at all, but it looked like a bomb had landed there. Totally dirty. floor and tables. We had to ask for a rag so we could sit in a reasonably clean place. Burgers good as always.

Freshly prepared, but unfortunately, as in many BK's, only a limited amount of what was ordered was on the tray. Discussions included when completing the order.

It's so dirty in the store that it's not normal. Almost all the tables are dirty. The three tablet carts are all full to the brim. When we asked if we could maybe clean the tables, we just didn't have time. No time on the topic At the time there were 5 guests in the store and 2 cars in the drive.

Here we have the worst restaurant in all of Düren!!!! Three out of four order machines don't work, promotional items are not available... and yet you still wait half an hour and a quarter for your food. This is really the last snot shop!!! If I could I would give minus five stars

Service very aggressive and listless

I had to wait 1 hour for my food, and the person who came after me was taken straight to it, that's a disgrace because I would never go out to eat again

Was in the drive-thru. From the outside you can see that everything is older and the side gets a lot of sun. Could use some renovation. The waiting time was really long even though there wasn't much going on. This is (from reading other reviews) a known issue. Food was very good, everything fresh and hot. I have a sensitive stomach and react to it when something is wrong. But everything was good here 👍🏻

Unfortunately very poor hygiene conditions, employees seem a bit tired and forced to work there. Food is served in such a way that you lose all appetite. I would rather avoid the toilet, it smells like someone has been lying dead there for a while, on good days you have the pleasure of having soap. Dry hands must be done on your own clothes.

Update 08/25/24 That's a total failure. For professional reasons, I have a lot of sympathy for the catering industry, but things are steadily going downhill in this branch. Today I waited 1 hour in the restaurant for my order to be issued and then found out at home that an item I had ordered and of course paid for was not included. As a substitute, there was BBQ sauce, which was unusable. Due to the rush, an order stop would have had to be imposed if the shift management had been attentive. Then there was the problem of not issuing the orders chronologically. Unfortunately, this is the only branch nearby, but something urgently needs to change. Sorry to the employees who were burned today due to incorrect planning

Over 20 minutes waiting time at the drive-in

The staff is so slow that even a sloth is faster. You can wait up to 40 minutes or longer for a burger. In the drive-in you use up a whole tank of gas before you can order the food and by the time you have the food the second one is gone. Now it is clear why there is the Aral next to it and you have to refuel while waiting. But the staff is at least polite.

Ambience isn't nice, food isn't particularly good either. Unacceptably long waiting time, especially in the drive. I actually only come here for the chilli cheese fries. It's a shame that the Oreo shake has been removed from the range.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. More than an hour of waiting to get nothing. After requests, we are told that a manager is missing and that nothing can be done. Quite an acceptable quick-service restaurant. The quality of the food was surprisingly good, and the waiting time - I arrived around 11:45 - was relatively short. The toilets were clean, the tables were wiped down and everything seemed tidy, although with a somewhat sterile atmosphere. You can also sit outside. Been standing in line at the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes even though there's nothing going on?! Employees are missing?! Just bad. No information or anything, poorly organized... Everything around is snotty, dirty, full of garbage - no wonder there are rats here.

We waited 30 minutes for our food. The food was partially prepared. After the fries had been on the tray for 10 minutes and the milkshake too, we wanted our €37 back and canceled the order. The boss gave us a piece of paper to fill out. You supposedly get the money back from Burger King's accounting department. Beware of fraud. Tomorrow I'll get the health department involved. I visited the Burger King in Düren and unfortunately I wasn't completely satisfied. There are clearly not enough staff, which means that the waiting times for food are far too long. You can tell that the existing team is really giving their all, but the work they have to do is more than normal - it's reminiscent of factory work on an assembly line. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the seating area also suffers as a result. Much more could be done here to keep the area clean and inviting. I would prefer not to give a star, but I have to in order to write a post... I can only agree with some of the previous speakers and say that there are lots of rats lurking there. There are even dead rats in front of the restaurant. The parking lot and the outdoor area are littered. Things don't look any better in the restaurant. I ask myself when the food safety authority will address this catastrophic situation. I would advise anyone not to visit this place, let alone consume food from this restaurant. Who knows what illnesses you might catch afterwards.

If only there were 0 stars... My husband is pro BurgerKing and I am pro MCs. This BK shows me once again that it is a totally disgusting shop, long waits in the shop, the women's toilet is extremely dirty (filthy walls, a lock is missing on the toilet cubicle, a thick layer of dust on the toilet paper dispenser). Plus, hardly anyone pays attention to the dirt on the tables. The cart is so full that everything else just stays on the tables... :(

25 min for 2 burgers, fries, nuggets and drink. Hardly anything going on. Awkward! In the future, I'll prefer the Golden Seagull if things have to go quickly. Addendum: The nuggets also taste like old shoes!

Went to Burger King on Saturday... Waited forever for our order... DRIVE TRUE is given priority here. If we hadn't already paid, we would have definitely left. That doesn't work at all. When we got our order, only the fries were hot. Normally burgers would be back... but because of the waiting time you decided not to. All 3 tray trolleys overcrowded, women's toilet smells of urine (one toilet was spattered with urine - disgusting!) and there is rubbish on the floor, milkshake and ice cream have not been possible for days, waited more than 20 minutes for food. My child dropped her coke, she said the word but it wasn't wiped up. But the positive thing was that she got a new cola!

A Burger King as you know it. The furnishings are modern. As we know from many fast food restaurants, also with several ordering terminals. Unfortunately, the seating areas are arranged very awkwardly, so you can't go directly from the counter to the table. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Just waited in line at the drive for over 30 minutes for a standard order. And that on a weekday, with normal crowds. That's not how I learned it back then... Weakest burger king in the area, it's gotten even worse since it's part of SCHLOSSBURGER.

There are terminals for ordering, but it is not served at the table. I just waited 25 minutes for 1 menu + burger 🍔. This wasn't an isolated incident unless you just ordered ice cream. The food was fresh and delicious. The return bins were full and the ambience is improving. The competition is wider and more comfortable.

Slow food... Pretty much the slowest BurgerKing restaurant I know. I don't understand why you can work so incredibly uncoordinated and slowly despite system catering. Waiting 30 minutes for your food is more than borderline. Here the head office should check whether the franchisee even knows what he is doing!

Despite a stated delivery time of 3:46 p.m., I had to wait a full 43 minutes beyond the actual delivery date. When the food finally arrived it was cold and inedible. The fries were unsalted and the packaging was only half full. Furthermore, the food tasted as if it had been fried in old fat. As if that wasn't enough, the delivery person also blamed me for not having a parking space in front of the house and urged me to quickly accept the food. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

It was remodeled, no longer as comfortable as it used to be but modern. I find the new mayonnaise terrible. And I don't find the planned based burgers to be intoxicating either.
