For me, this is definitely the best burger place in Düren! The burgers are a 10/10. All of them are very juicy and well-seasoned! The bread is really fluffy, and you can taste how fresh everything is. The fries were really crispy and very well-seasoned. All in all, it was a real 10/10. The drivers are also very nice. I would order from there again and again and highly recommend it to everyone.

I was a regular customer for years. The previous owner ruined a lot of things, but the new owner is doing it much worse. My food took an hour to be delivered, which is legitimate, but my food arrived cold. Then, on top of that, I waited half an hour for a call back regarding a complaint, which never came. I was then told that the food would be remade and delivered again. After another hour of waiting, I still received no response, and I called again. My food still wasn't made. I was then told that the food would be remade and then delivered. The question why it was taking so long or was forgotten was: "Here are 50 other orders!" But when it comes to customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction isn't the top priority.

It wasn't expensive, but I still expected that if a place called American Burgers, I'd get something better! We waited 80 minutes for our order, and yes, the food was cold! Coincidentally, the *homemade sauce* tastes like the €1.99 sauce from the discount store!!!! Can't recommend it.

Was there for the first time today. Hardly recognizable from the outside. We were given a warm welcome. The service was very friendly. The food came quickly and the burger was delicious. The fries were crispy and tasty and the price was ok. Will definitely eat there again.

This was my first visit to American Burger Düren – and definitely not the last! The burgers are incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to perfection. You can immediately tell the passion they put into their work. The buns are fresh and not your run-of-the-mill, but really good. The fries were also crispy and perfectly seasoned. I would especially like to highlight the service – friendly, fast, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the American diner feel comes across well without being over the top. For me, it's hands-down: the best burger joint in the region. If you love burgers, you have to go here!

I'm thrilled! The burger was exactly as it should be: juicy, fresh, and well-seasoned. The sides were also top-notch, nothing overdone or unloved. I was missing a few things on my first order. I mentioned it the second time and was immediately compensated. The men behind the counter were very friendly. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries.

Update…… Our criticism was taken very seriously and we received a replacement in the usual quality ☺️… That's what I call customer service and appreciation... That's why 5 stars again! Unfortunately today I was really disappointed for the first time 😞...... For the chicken burger......salad not fresh.....patty stringy and fried for way too long...burger buns cheap goods......country potatoes dead fried and sour cream with no taste......whoever was at work.....doesn't work at all and doesn't meet the usual standard either......

2 hours and still nothing... I called once: "The driver has a problem with the car... It may take 5 or 15 minutes". 30 minutes later still nothing. Nobody answers the phone... I used to be a regular customer, that's over... It's a shame because it tastes great but service is part of it... Ok the problem might be Lieferando, but it's your restaurant and it's up to you to make a decision. If a Lieferando courier has a problem and it takes an hour, then you should tell him to cancel the order and have someone else come in his place! 30 minutes later (after 7 attempts) I could reach someone. He told me that he was in the kitchen and didn't hear the phone. But everything is fine, the driver is on the way... 15 minutes later still not... That just wasn't true...

We have ordered delivery here and have done so several times in the past. Last time the menu, drinks and dips were not delivered. I called them and they said I should just leave a comment and they would add something, which I did with the last order. However, nothing was added as discussed. We have ordered here more often, from now on it was the last time, as other burger places offer much better service

Unfortunately I ordered nuggets citizens today and unfortunately they weren't good because I know the ones without cheese and so I know the ones with ketchup and lettuce on them but not with so many other things, it's a shame they used to be good but now unfortunately I didn't find them good

I ordered two small chicken burgers and one large chicken burger. Children were hungry so they ate two burgers more than half quickly but I ate later. That was chicken meat that was half raw 😡.(He gave a little money back, I have to write that too)

We waited 1:30 hour for our food and then the driver lies that it took longer to get to the kitchen, even though the GPS said he drove everywhere except to us

Ordered through Lieferando. A large and a small drink were forgotten. The driver said he didn't have the large drink on the bill but would bring the small drink over. So we called the store and they said they would send the driver back as soon as he was in the store. The driver then brought the large drink over but forgot the small one. And now I noticed that the large drink (costs €4.10) has expired. The food was delicious, but unfortunately it's a shame that they didn't look at the mdh.

I've been ordering from American Burger for a long time. Very tasty meat, simply top. Today I had an error with my delivery. However, it wasn't the store's fault but mine or Lieferando's. I thought it was great how the problem was solved. Here the customer is king. Absolutely recommended

So the burgers 🍔 are delicious but the fries are more standard. Only recommended as a pickup. We didn't feel comfortable in it and it wasn't heated either. As for ordering: never again! We ordered three menus at 11:50 a.m. (open until 1:00 a.m.) and the food didn't arrive until 2 hours later. In addition, the drinks were forgotten.

It's been our favorite local store so far, but the last few times have been a mess! Ordered 2 chicken burgers, fries and coke, we received 1 cheeseburger, the meat was almost raw, a burnt old fries and the only sensible thing was the coke! The driver decided not to take out the tip and drove away very quickly. After looking in the bag we knew why. After something similar happened at least the 3rd time in a row, we decided to do a review. That was the last time !!!

I've ordered there several times now and just have to leave a review because I just can't understand the 4/5 overall rating. The burgers are all very high quality and taste by far the best in the area! They are only prepared with fresh ingredients and are always delivered warm. The fries are also well seasoned and fried to perfection. The ingredients of the sauces were chosen carefully and are harmoniously coordinated. I think the price/performance ratio for the food is very fair; I would even be willing to pay more because of the great service. When I first ordered, I overlooked the fact that there was bacon on the burger, then I received a call and was made aware that I had an Islamic name - TOP SERVICE!! A good friend had also ordered yesterday and overlooked the bacon, so he called after 30 minutes (because he hadn't noticed it before) to ask whether it would be possible to top the burger without bacon, but unfortunately the order was already out and it was Delivery man on the way. The gentleman on the phone still had the same burger prepared again and sent it out - WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE!! If you want a high quality burger, then American Burger should be your first choice, you won't regret it! 🍔

Tried it for the first time recently, the shop was somehow always so inconspicuous. I had a wrap and a burger and oh my god it was so delicious, I've had it several times since then because it's really incredibly tasty and the man in the shop is always very, very friendly and accommodating, a real recommendation!!!!!!! And even though I ordered, the fries didn't arrive soggy but were still warm and crunchy. VERY VERY TASTY

Für 3 Burger 2h Lieferzeit. Lächerlich. Burger waren eiskalt. Am Telefon bekommt man dann zu hören man könne ja nichts dafür wenn man soweit weg wohne. Was ein Witz, brauche 10 Minuten zu dem Laden und warum liefern die dann hierhin? Bester Satz ever war "Bestellen Sie doch woanders wenns Ihnen nicht passt" Werden wir tun! Immerhin entfernt Google solche Bewertungen. Passt wohl nicht zum Geschäftsimage wenn die Wahrheit geschrieben wird!

Früher war es unser Stammlieferant. Hat jedoch leider stark abgenommen. Schade!

Anderthalb Stunden zu warten auf eine Bestellung ist schon hart. Vor allem wenn 59 Minuten angegeben werden. Obendrauf kommt noch, Burger kalt und Cola vergessen beim Menü. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht!!

Durch Zufall bin ich dran vorbei gegangen und hab auf dem Schild gesehen dass aktuell bis 0 Uhr auf ist. Perfekt für Menschen wie mich die nach ihrer Arbeit sprich nach 22 Uhr noch was essen wollen👌 burger und auch wedges waren echt lecker und die Größe auch total ausreichend. Überraschend preiswert und Personal top. Sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Komme wieder😊☝️

Öfters mal da bestellt und es war das letzte mal zum 2 mal musste ich anrufen und fragen wo das Essen belib und die sagen nur das wir es abbestellt haben obwohl wir es nicht abbestellt haben und jetzt gib es schon wieder nix zu essen da die Läden schon zu haben

Bei meinem letzten Besuch war ich sehr unzufrieden. Soße hat leider 1:1 nach der künstlich rauchigen Soße eines großen Fastfood-Herstellers geschmeckt. Damit ist der Laden für mich raus.

Muss sagen das schmeckt alles super,immer wieder gerne bestellen wir da,und Lieferant super nett!

Bin hier seid Tag 1 Kunde und immer gerne bestellt, in den letzten Monaten einfach utopisch schlecht geworden. Die Burger sind wesentlich kleiner, meistend Kalt geliefert, Lieferzeit abartig lang, bei einer Std angegeben werden es auch gerne 1 1/2. Qualität hat hier mega nachgelassen. Bei der letzten Bestellung wurden mal wieder die Getränke vergessen (kann passieren) es wurde gesagt bringen wir, es kam niemand und das noch trotz Trinkgeld. Ich bestelle hier definitiv nicht mehr, für mich nur noch Abzocke. Schade

Das essen super lecker. Ich nehme immer den American Burger im Menü und manchmal noch etwas dazu. Sonst habe ich immer über Lieferando bestellt (da ich jedoch weiß das hier hohe Kosten für den Unternehmer anfallen habe ich), gestern erstmalig über die eigene Website, hier werden scheinbar pinzipiell die Lieferkosten nicht angezeigt, also vorsicht hier. Der Fahrer hat dann den Chef angerufen und ich musste die zusätzlichen Kosten nicht zahlen, da ich nachweisen konnte, dass mir als Rechnungsbetrag ein anderer Betrag angegeben wurde. Also immer darauf achten was auf eurer Rechnung steht. Ansonsten kann ich es wirklich empfehlen hier zu bestellen, Essen wie oben bereits erwähnt ist super lecker, knusprige Pommes, saftiger Burger, auch wenn die burer früher schöner aussahen, schmecken tun die trotzdem gut und der Lieferant war immer sehr freundlich.

Gerade den leckersten Cheeseburger den ich jemals in düren gegessen habe. Zu den pommes muss ich sagen die waren frisch und lecker. Nicht einmal eine pommes dabei gewesen die 2 oder 3 mal fritiert worden ist. Es fab zwar keine coca cola getränke aber ich muss sagen Bluna orange schmeckt viel besser als Fanta. Also im grossem und ganzen. Ein super laden wo man leckere burger essen kann. Verdiente 5 sterne

War mal gut.... mittlerweile nur noch Teuer und meistens Kalt. Und das obwohl ich immer nur Abhole. Auch der Laden an sich war mal einladender... befinden sich wohl aufm absteigenden Ast, leider....

Habe einen Chicken Burger bestellt (kleinen) und man konnte einen extra Patty dazu bestellen (war vor 3 Tagen). Ich dachte, dass dann ein extra chicken Patty dazu kommt, stattdessen war einen große Rindfleisch Scheibe auf meinem chicken drauf. Also wenn man da mit extra Patty bei einem Hühnchen Burger nicht extra Huhn meint dann soll man das dazu schreiben oder einen darauf hinweisen irgendwie. Für mich, der kein Rindfleisch isst, war das Essen schon vorbei bevor es überhaupt losging. Dass der Koch sich auch nicht dabei dachte „hm das ist ja komisch und ekelhaft da frage ich lieber nochmal nach“ verwundert mich bis heute noch. Würde ich alleine deswegen nicht mehr hier bestellen.

Habe einen Fisch Bürger bestellt und da waren dann drei Fischstäbchen drauf war ziemlich enttäuscht die sosse war nicht gut....die anderen burger schmecken fantastisch aber leider nicht der Fisch burger leider waren auch die country patatoes nicht gut haben nicht geschmeckt..und die sour Creme war auch nicht besonders...

Die Sauce auf dem teuersten (=American Burger) schmeckt leider 1:1 nach künstlichem Raucharoma wie bei Burgerking und somit billig und dem Preis nicht angemessen. War mir das Geld nicht wert, da gibt es meiner Meinung nach empfehlenswertere Adressen in Düren.

Warum habt ihr wenn man anruft und bestellt immer teurere Preise als auf lieferando ? Ihr könnt den Betrag doch nicht einfach immer für euch aufrunden. Dann bestelle ich lieber in lieferando und ihr zahlt Gebühren an lieferando. Dann spare ich Geld und ihr habt weniger. Selber schuld

Ihr müsst den Western Bürger probieren. Das ist eine Geschmacksexplosion!!! Nette Bedienung, der Preis stimmt, alles super 👍

Früher sehr lecker, heute haben wir seit langem mal wieder dort bestellt und hätten es besser nicht getan. Extrem unfreundlicher Fahrer, Burger komplett matschig, Country Potatoes versalzen und die Sour Cream dazu wurde gar nicht erst mitgeliefert. Sehr enttäuschend, vor allem im Vergleich zu früher
