Often missing items in larger orders! If I pay a burger for €7-8, I would happily eat it. Otherwise very friendly service.

We ate there on Halloween. Everything clean, very friendly. Unfortunately, you rarely have that at a McDonald's anymore. A lot of effort was put into the decoration. My mouse was also given sweets.

Washing your hands in the men's room is an adventure. The architect was probably drunk.

Some orders are not delivered as ordered, often just something is put in the bag instead of the right thing.

Hello So I have to say that if I run a business, I should have competent staff working there who don't keep the customers waiting, without prior notice it can take longer and who also answer the customers cheekily and rudely shows the spiritual level of what works there. There should urgently be some schooling on how to behave towards customers. I was there with a few girls for my birthday. It was moderately attended. We wanted 5 different Happy Meals, that's where the challenge began. Nobody at the checkout wanted to use the coupons, so we had to wait until new coupons were displayed at the order terminal. Then it was paid. Cash register didn't show any amount... ok technology, I thought, no one can help. Then the long wait began. When everything was there at some point, it was time to check. And how could it be otherwise? There were nuggets missing, the other one had burgers instead of nuggets. The ice cream was missing and an apple cone. I was at a loss for words. Personally, I would have escalated discreetly, but there were children there. Once I had it, nothing was missing. I already know why I go so rarely.

While many employees are unmotivated and the frequent errors in orders cause frustration, Max shows that there is another way. Despite the occasional mishaps, he ensures his guests are satisfied by offering straightforward and generous solutions. This creates trust and proves that good service makes the difference - something that short-time workers should take to heart.

It smelled unpleasant and there were towels on the ground everywhere. I saw the same picture on the normal ones too. Toilets! Apparently Corona wasn't enough to pay attention to cleanliness! Take a damn look and keep the toilets clean!!!!

What can you write here, it's just a McDonalds 😅. Due to the location it is always very full, and the MCDRIVE also has to be well timed so as not to have to wait long. You can't complain about service when you get to the right person.

Visited on April 30, 2024 after years of abstinence - felt like a complete catastrophe. Customers who order indoors and pay in cash (the number of customers inside was manageable) could wait forever until their order form was even accepted. We ordered takeaway, we live about a 10 minute walk away, it was a pretty warm day: but the burgers were cold, at most lukewarm when we got home. The burgers also looked as if they had been properly squashed before being packed up, the sauce and salad from the chicken burger were lying somewhere else, the fries were also scattered somewhere else and you ended up with more sticky fingers than you satisfied your appetite. Simply unloving and not appetizing, but you can dig deep into your pockets for that. The staff hardly ever came to clean; While looking around, I discovered several empty tables that were smeared and covered in drinks and other things. It's been a long time since I drove past and picked up something from Mc Drive. Extra mayo was not included on the bill, my cheeseburger was a hamburger in cheeseburger packaging. Mc. Rib was thrown into the packaging in such a way that it was a catastrophe to eat. I've often heard that the service is getting worse and worse, and unfortunately that's right. A pity!

Ist halt Mac Donalds. Mitarbeiter*innen nett und fleißig. Toilette schmutzig. Essen wie immer.

Wir haben cheesecake bestellt war von Aldi und war noch tief gefroren, und dazu haben sie uns ein eiskalten chickenburger gegeben was garnicht mehr geschmeckt hat und die Tischen waren einfach Fast alle dreckig.

Die Terminals funktionieren nur teilweise.

Sehr unfreundlich und keine Geräte funktioniert. Nichts läuft und alles dauert. Nicht zu empfehlen. Konnte nicht bestellen daher niemand dort was auf die Reihe bekommen hat. Haben extra einen langen weg auf uns genommen.

Traditionell halten wir in dem Restaurant auf dem Weg nach Polen oder zurück. Immer gut besucht, Wartezeiten dafür aber sehr kurz. Mitarbeiter bei unseren Besuchen immer nett und freundlich und die WC sind auch immer ordentlich. Für eine Pause auf einer längeren Autofahrt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Ich bin Vegetarier und habe mir im McPlant Menü die 20er Nuggets bestellt. Allerdings habe ich nicht die McPlant Nuggets erhalten, sondern die mit echtem Geflügelfleisch.

Durch die Selbstbedienung kann man schnell einen Kaffee trinken oder was essen.

Bestellung wurde recht fix und freundlich von einem sehr jungen Mann an den Platz gebracht. Burger und Pommes waren halt wie immer bei McDonald‘s. Filiale war sehr gut besucht / voll. Toiletten von der Sauberkeit her noch in Ordnung. Soweit also alles OK.

Prima Hofladen mit hausgemachten Spezialitäten, nette Location zum Feiern unterm Dach, Familie ist sehr nett. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Ist ganz in Ordnung, bis auf die Toilette.Verschmutzt bis geht nicht mehr und es lag ein Menschliches Abfall Produkt in der Toilette die man nicht runter spülen konnte.

Byłam w wielu McDonald ale w Niemczech strasznie dużo dodają octu do Big Mac i przez to ciężko odnaleźć smak kotleta. Jeśli chodzi o czystość lokal jest średnio ogarniany, w toalecie damskiej brzydko pachnie, brakuje płynu do mycia rąk. Jeśli przejazdowo to polecam zajechać.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber leider hat das Essen bei McDonalds nachgelassen. Aber wenn es nicht anders geht, kann man trotzdem dort noch Essen gehen. :)

Dieser Ort war ganz okay aber etwas unsauber

Zum Glück war ich nicht vor dem Essen auf Toilette, sonst wehre es mir wohl vergangen. Mülleimer übervoll und auf dem Boden überall Papier. WC und Klobürste total verdreckt.

Ein McDonald's im Gewerbegebiet von Neuruppin. Das Essen kam schnell an den Tisch, alles war da, die Bedienung war freundlich, was will man mehr.

In sich ist ein MC Donalds wie alle anderen nur ein Unterschied: Stark übelriechende Toiletten ! Voller Papierkorb! Schmutz überall! Wer hier essen möchte, lieber auf das Hande waschen verzichten oder auf eigene Gefahr gehen! Bei dem Anblick des Sanitärraumes kann Ihnen der Appetit komplett vergehen! Hier ist es auch sehr überlastet, die Mitarbeiter sind überfordert und für die Essräume und Sanitäranlage ist nur 1 Mann gestellt was inakzeptabel ist. Der arme Mann hat auch alles getan was er konnte aber leider unzureichend, da war der Kundenfluss über 2 Stunden nicht aufzuhalten. Das Essen war gut zubereitet, da keine Frage.
