There's always something missing every time we've been there and made takeaway! Sauces, toys, etc., never again.

We got our food very quickly. The little one had a lot of fun in the play center. Everything was very good and tasty. Everything was very clean, too.

It made a nice and clean impression. The staff were very polite.

Just like McDonald's... Delicious, there's something for everyone. It's always busy here, so you'll need to bring your time if you don't want to go to the McDrive. 😉

Unfortunately, the drinks tasted rancid once again, and the medium fries were only lightly filled. Service was good and quick (I was the only one who ordered at that time), but otherwise, the café counter didn't look so appealing anymore (but it was about an hour before closing time).

Something goes wrong with every order. Something's always missing. Even if the sauce for the fries is packed incorrectly... When the person in front of you gets out at the drive-thru McDonald's and gives back a bag... clueless, overwhelmed... no desire to continue driving there at those prices.

Unfortunately, nothing less than one star is possible... This happened on a Sunday evening around 10 p.m. Three customers directly in front of me were served one after the other at the counter. Then the waitress walked away without taking my order and without saying a word. I stood at the counter and saw at least three or four other employees there in the counter and kitchen area, and no one lifted a finger. I approached someone to tell them I wanted to order. They didn't speak a word of German and seemed to be trying to convince me that I could order from the stupid machine. NO!!! That was several years ago, and I've never set foot in this or any other store in this "great" chain again, nor have I eaten any of their stuff. Bad food, way too expensive for such poor quality, lousy service, never again!

No McPlant burgers, so there's no alternative for vegetarians. With every order, at least one thing is forgotten or incorrectly packaged. Control is good.

Charging stations for electric cars

I actually like McDonald's because of its ample parking and large restaurant. Recently, they've been constantly running out of products...it's just annoying, especially when you only notice it when you get home.

We received our order quickly. Everything was freshly prepared. The tray carts were emptied regularly. Some seating areas in the restaurant were closed off. Unfortunately, there were only wooden spoons for the coffee.

I've known better McDonald's, but this one is okay and meets the standards well. Sometimes the cheese on the burgers isn't melted yet, and when it's busy, you might even get a completely sloppy burger. Even when it's busy, they still get the burgers out fairly quickly. I've been here three times and haven't forgotten anything or received the wrong item. The restrooms could be cleaner, but they're not a disaster.

Fast service, usually two of the ordering terminals aren't working, which causes a bit of a backlog. And what's absolutely not acceptable is when the fries are hot but the burger is cold, which spoils your meal.

Nice big McDonalds with good service

WHYOOOOOO does iced tea have to be carbonated? There are some people who don't like it. Please don't let the boss impose his personal taste on everyone...

I can't confirm the previous negative reviews. It surpassed my previous experiences at other branches. I can recommend this branch without reservation.

Fast preparation times despite high customer numbers

We visited this McDonald's to load up our car and treated ourselves to a cappuccino at McCafe. The seating was comfortable, and everything was clean and appealing.

Simply terrible!!!! The burgers are cold and way too salty, and I actually like a lot of salt. The fries are cold and soggy, sometimes hard. The cola has no carbonation, let alone any cola flavor. They always forget something or don't add enough. Instead of potato chips, I got fries, and 20-piece nuggets were only 18 pieces. The ice cream is also completely wrong. And you pay a fortune for that... P.S. No employee knows what they're doing. 😡

I waited 30 minutes for my order. When I got home, I realized they had forgotten to put 9 nuggets in my order.

This is where greed comes into play. I always paid €7.99 for my McRibs + fries + Coke, and now I'm supposed to pay almost €11 for the same meal. Is that even possible? Sorry, but the fried stamps aren't worth it to me. 🤷🏼

A 30-minute wait and then two burgers were forgotten, no apology or anything. It was incredibly bad. The McDonald's in Güstrow is 40-50 cents cheaper and much better.

We ate, or rather ordered, there on July 4, 2025, around 7:15 p.m. We've never had such a bad meal at McDonald's. The double chili cheeseburger smelled and tasted so rotten, we decided to leave it alone. The Fanta and Coke we had were just the color of the drink. So we didn't drink them either. It certainly wasn't tasty at all.

The cleanest and tidiest McDonald's restaurant I have ever experienced.

Actually, it's a rather unspectacular McDonald's branch, and we haven't had any problems there so far. Today I chose a McPlant meal with McPlant nuggets and definitely got chicken McNuggets. Not only did I unintentionally eat meat, but the meat itself makes me truly sad and angry!

We were very impressed with how quickly we ordered. The young man also did a great job of keeping the return points clean. Perfect. However, the actual ordering process on the display was a disaster. Very slow response and loading times, and some voucher codes only worked after entering them twice. There were three of us standing there for exactly 10 minutes. I was about to leave, but my daughter held us back. Oh yeah, contactless payment didn't work with two phones either. We had to get a physical card from the car and insert it. But as I said, the speed and service saved it.

We celebrated a child's birthday at McDonald's and were completely satisfied. Despite the stress, the staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. We had reserved the room from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The good thing was that you didn't have to have a certain number of children to have a children's birthday party there. The McDonald's employees only decorate the birthday table; you organize everything else yourself regarding the food, and we liked that because there were no rules about what you had to get. The birthday table was beautifully decorated with a Minions theme. I think if we had said that our child didn't like it, McDonald's would have had different birthday decorations, but that was my mistake because I didn't even ask about it. But in the end, it was irrelevant to us, because what counts is the gesture and how beautifully it was decorated. In the separate room where the birthday table was also decorated, the children could run around and climb, as well as play basketball and soccer without disturbing the other guests. We prepared the food ourselves. and had ordered Happy Meals for the children... What we also thought was really nice was that the other children also received a small McDonald's bag with a Happy Meal puzzle coloring book and colored pencils, memory game and sweets and not just the birthday child... The birthday child also received a backpack and a drinking bottle even though my daughter doesn't like the Minions at all, but it's the gesture from McDonald's that they do something like that that counts... For us it was a successful children's birthday party and it was nice to see the kids so happy and content... At the end there was an ice cream for everyone, which we thought was really sweet... We can recommend the children's birthday party at McDonald's in Schwerin "Grabenstraße near the Sieben Seen Center" with a clear conscience🙏🏼💖

Are all McDonald's branches the same? Far from it! You immediately notice that the employees here are on top of their game. The tables and floors are clean, as are the restrooms. And the staff are attentive and helpful. The fact that there are two fast-charging stations for electric cars right next door makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'd be happy to return.

Absolute disaster! April 10, 2025 8:15 p.m. MC Drive Ran. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 milkshakes and 1* Minecraft menu. No information from the completely overwhelmed staff that there are no more figures. Extremely dissatisfied. Never again. PS I'll add a picture of the cheeseburger, something like that is supposed to be for children. Pooh

Unfortunately, it's a shame that when you order a Big Tasty Bacon for the fourth time in a row, the bacon is missing for the fourth time in a row! Probably no one is interested in the reviews anyway, but we should pay more attention to the wishes of the customers...

The shop was full, but the crew didn't have to wait and all the burgers remained really well topped and garnished. Respect! Incredible performance over a really long time!

It's a cozy atmosphere and everything is calm and relaxed

Since we are only used to very long waiting times, we were shocked. We went in and less than 5 minutes later we were back out! Everything warm, everything included. Greetings to the man who was still trying to get the ice into the drinks holder. Very nice!

McCafe leaves me at a loss🤔 The cappuccino tastes okay, but the rest is really terrible: the screwed-on table, the sticky plastic cover on the seat, the constant beeping, the smell of the food, the sad faces of the employees and the annoying ordering process on the screen where you have to tap what feels like 40 times to order a cafe🙄 Just no contact with people... horrible

Dear Mr. Mac Donalds, this garbage was on the street near your restaurant. Please tell the gourmets who dine with you that it is not appropriate to simply throw the disgusting leftovers and packaging out of the car! Thanks so much!

If 0 stars were possible, I would give 0 stars, things are always missing, bottle of burgers, VEGAN NUGGETS INSTEAD OF NORMAL ones. It often takes forever, even if it's not full, sometimes they completely forget your food, then it takes 30-45 for nuggets and a Mcflurry. Among other things, it is extremely loud in there because you can hear the beeping all the time. Burgers are often extremely poorly stacked and dry, curly fries are often soft.

I live in Krebsförden and come to this restaurant quite often with my grandchildren. The service is great, friendly staff, sometimes there is time for a little chat. In contrast to other branches, the return boxes here are always free, never overcrowded, the tables are clean, everything is chic. Here you can enjoy MC Donald. LG Erdi

It wasn't just a McDonald's that was too full

It was the first McDonald's that I really liked and I can only recommend it. 👍

Cleaning staff harass you while eating with a broom between your legs and you get jostled, and the tables are wiped without even cleaning the cloth in between. That's no longer a MCDONALD restaurant for me..... Half of the burgers were cold and 2 of 6 were missing... Everything has become so bad, really sad...

Boy.. Worst takeaway coffee I've ever had. There is no more latte. Probably because there is more milk foam in lattes and cappuccinos. So I ordered two cappuccinos and one of them actually had 3/4 of the cup foam and a blob of milk with a splash of coffee at the bottom. The thing was empty after two sips. Then all I could do was spoon out the foam. This is how customer rip-off works... 3/4 cup of milk foam for €4.00.

Super clean, fast and not as loud as in some other MC.DONALDS restaurants

It's really nice there, sometimes quite crowded but ok.

When we drive to MC, we pull into MC Drive. We just order a big milkshake and then we're off again.

It is and remains a McDonalds, so you shouldn't expect a star restaurant - but the store does it really well. I ordered directly to the table via the app (this puts Mcs ahead of the competition) and the food was ready and freshly prepared within 4 minutes.

This has nothing to do with fast food. 2 customers in front of me and still waited 30 minutes.

It was total chaos there, the employees had to check each other's orders. Chicken nuggets were ordered and they came plant based. The cola was totally watery and non-carbonated. Instead of an apple cone, fries would be given. Never experienced anything like this.

Everything that can be done wrong was done wrong in the McDrive. Errors in the invoice, errors in delivery (wrong food twice!), very long waiting time.

I am once again extremely disappointed. It's not that often that I get something to eat there. Especially since things weren't good in the past. And yet you try again every now and then. What did you do with the McRib??? It's so bad that I completely regretted going to McDonald's again. Where did the sauce go? There were times when you needed the included wet wipes. We are a long way from that now. Cucumber? Actually 2 small slices. Onion? Phew, that was probably nothing. So, the McRib used to be really good, but for the money it costs now, the result is an absolute disgrace. And then there's the fact that the food is never really hot or at least decently warm. No idea if it wouldn't be possible to throw up hotter, especially if you choose "take away". It feels like the quality is decreasing and the prices are increasing significantly.

That's just how it was there. I wanted a mcflurry but got a frozen yogurt without my consent. It doesn't say anywhere that the mcflurry machine doesn't work. She didn't come to meet me either. And then there's the staff who don't understand German well. If possible I would give minus stars

Today the food was hot and ready in 3 minutes. Everything was clean and the service was friendly.

After 45 minutes of waiting for the food, we asked. We were told that the orders were disappearing and that it would be done immediately. In total we waited a whole hour for 5 things. When we finally had our food it was only lukewarm. Really can't recommend it.

The food is never hot or you have the wrong thing in the bag. If you complain, an apology is sent via email, but it didn't help and the money was gone.

First of all, like any McDonald's, without any special features. What is a bit problematic is the journey. When you come from the main road, the navigation system (Google Maps but also the built-in one from Audi and Mercedes, I've tried it several times) tells you to turn right. If you do that, you are in the delivery entrance of a furniture store. There is no sign anywhere that tells you that you have to drive to the gas station, which is just BEHIND the right turn, and then you will find a McDonalds in the back yard. Unhappy. It probably wasn't structurally possible any other way. If the exit (it's a one-way street on the entire McDonald's premises and you drive almost 360⁰ degrees to McDrive and then another 360⁰ degrees around the building to get to the exit) had been made into an entrance, many things would be better. But well... McDonald's itself has nice staff, friendly, polite and speaks the German language, which doesn't mean anything right-wing radical against foreigners, but I have often had it at many other McDonald's that I was misunderstood or not understood at all and that I could hardly understand anything. But everything was right here.

McDonald's Krebsförden, unfortunately fries (3 large ones) were forgotten when we ordered. When we noticed it (at home) we called and the fries were delivered to our home within a very short time. As compensation, I received a free pack of 9 nuggets. We were completely satisfied with the subsequent delivery. But the little surprise really made us very happy. :D

Yes, what should I write after the Golden Seagull concert. Waited 30 minutes for the order. Preparation went well, but packing was a challenge. If the "nice" employee shuffles the papers again and the ordering process gets mixed up, then you just have to wait. Then of course the monitor fails and if the mouse doesn't open its mouth, the food lasts for 15 minutes. All in all, a complete disaster!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food cold, coffee extremely bitter. Service friendly but very slow. The sanitary rooms are disgusting. Fully lubricated partition walls, toilets full of dirt and you get stuck on the floor when you walk! There is no soap either.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett aber das Essen kalt und nicht das erste mal. Bis zu mir nach Hause sind es mit dem Auto 5 Min und die 2x Pommes lappig und kalt die Chicken Nuggets nicht mal lauwarmem. Das ist ständig so und dafür bezahlt man noch so viel Geld. Nie wieder Ein Foto ???? Kaltes Essen kann man nicht Fotografieren.

Chic ambience, food is typically ok at McDonalds. The service is not good for takeout. I would say I haven't had an order that was complete in the last few years. Something is constantly being forgotten. Really annoying.

The floor under the tables is extremely sticky. As o probably just cleaning the hallway in a quick manner. Additional orders will not be brought and will be overlooked. A pity.

The food is typical McDonald's, nothing wrong with it. It's bad that you can no longer be served quickly at the counter. I want it to be relaxed and not spend ages typing through menus and options on the display. The reason for the McDonald visit is the grandchild and he wants to keep busy on the screens or in the games area. Neither works once again. When asked, the staff only shrugged their shoulders. Unfortunately, McDonald's is becoming more and more of a habit.

We were there yesterday and I tried an MC Crispy Bacon TS. I said to my husband that I have the feeling that meat is old. Save yourself the visit! Worst branch I've ever visited. 1st visit: Organization underground. Team completely uncoordinated and completely overwhelmed. I had to wait 30 minutes! 2nd visit: Contactless payment not possible. I went straight back.

Branch cannot be found in the app no acceptance of promotions from the app and no acceptance of coupons.…. Maybe the first approach already explains the rest? Other branches can do this much better. Don't come back.

I went there today especially because of the new offer. Delicious cheese sauce with fries and co. Nothing, the dip was cold and the bottom of the little bowl wasn't even covered. I didn't take anything out. The cola was with ice cubes even though it was opted out. Not to mention the service, no hello, no bon appetit, I wasn't even looked at because my colleagues were more important. Service works differently even under stress

I'm in this store right now, I ordered a large caramel latte macchiato but got a small one. After I mentioned this, the employee just poured the little one into a large glass and filled it with milk. Paying €4.59 for this is absolutely not justified. If I want to drink warm milk with a little caramel syrup, I can do that at home. It's not the first time I've been extremely disappointed with this "service".

Was absolutely advised against this store. The shift managers treat their employees like dirt. While I was there, I watched an older lady/employee get yelled at because she used the wrong sauce. The older lady then began to cry. I have often observed how employees are simply grabbed and pushed around. Simply humanely unacceptable

Actually a good restaurant but the one with the 2 McDrive lanes might work but I haven't had any success with it so far. Sometimes you stand there alone and the empty lane is asked for your order. Then you arrive as the second vehicle, take the free lane and are forgotten as soon as the other vehicle is dispatched. 02/09/2024 Forgetting to eat again, yes I know, you should check. It used to work so well at this McDonalds. It wasn't long ago that something was forgotten in the McDrive, it can happen, it's just annoying because you then have to go to the restaurant. Today I went in to get the food and stood there for a while, it was really busy. Then someone came to the counter and some burger was forgotten there. Then someone came, there was a Big Tasty and apparently a lot of sauces missing. At some point it was my turn. Look in the bag, burger *check*, happy times *check*, nuggets *check* so off we go home. Then unpacked it at home and tada, 2x fries were missing. So the savings potential via the vouchers ended up in the bin. Next time I'll just unpack everything again and pack it back up after checking. It really doesn't work that way.
