McDonald's in Schwerin

I ordered from McDonald's in Schwerin, but my order never arrived. The restaurant is refusing to take responsibility and is rejecting my complaint. Very disappointing; I cannot recommend this service.

Incomplete order at the drive-thru; seems like a scam. But there were a ton of napkins. The burgers were poorly assembled, and the fries were soggy. In short, it's a shame what McDonald's has become. M from SN.

Nice touchscreen, food looks pretty in the pictures but not in reality. Stomach ache, as always after McDonald's.

It's gone terribly bad. The burgers are cold and have probably been sitting there for a while. Then the staff can't understand you because they don't speak German or English... but the worst thing is that the employees who have direct contact with the food don't even wear gloves... so that's the last time I'll eat here.

What else can you say about McDonald's? It's always good.

On Saturday at 5:49 p.m., I placed an order at McDonald's. The woman who delivered the food was very friendly and pleasant. The food was hot and delicious. I particularly noticed that the employee—even though she's the only one serving food—also wipes down the tables, cleans the floor, and takes out the trash when the restaurant is at full capacity. This makes the restaurant very clean, and it's a pleasure to return.

Yes, quite expensive, but the toilets were absolutely fine.

Always happy to go back, great staff. I especially noticed the small brown-haired employee who was extremely friendly and helpful. If I go to McDonald's, I'll only go to Schwerin. Great food, great staff, definitely worth recommending.

I admit that I like to eat with a knife and fork and don't like leaving piles of trash behind. But I knew that when I went to McDonald's, so I don't want to criticize it. But I do want to get rid of the fact that half of the order was missing and the salad (that's actually an exaggeration) was more suited to a dairy cow's feed ration. And the fries were lukewarm and didn't seem fresh.

Since many guests want to take their food to go, I don't understand the POINT of covering the display with the pickup numbers with flags. Also, McDonald's free Wi-Fi seems to be turned off on purpose. Question for the manager: Aren't such small but important customer amenities important to you?

Unfortunately, it was unpleasant to sit and watch the hanging Russian flag and the flags of various countries, except the Ukrainian one...

Very convenient for a bite to eat before heading to the Airbeat One festival when I was feeling peckish. The staff are friendly and dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

I ordered a big mac meal and when I opened it there was long black hair in a big mac. I wanted to eat more thanks to the nixxx and I didn't get all the money back.

20-piece nuggets... would have been nice, but unfortunately, the people working there are only capable of serving up to 17!!!😡 Not the first time something has gone wrong there... The sign at the drive-thru says "Please check your order," but I didn't expect to have to open individual packages to check it!!! Maybe the restaurant owner should check their staff more carefully!!!

Stupid ordering via terminals takes five times longer. Nobody looks at it, and you're left standing there, like you ordered it but it wasn't picked up. There's an easier way. Soon, you'll also be able to get a ticket for the restrooms.

Ordering was quick. It's a shame that 90% of the staff didn't speak German, so we often had to wait 10 minutes for something we wanted or wanted to ask a question. Now here's why I only got 2 stars. I went to the restroom, walked in, and immediately started gagging; it smelled disgusting. On top of that, they don't clean it regularly. I caught something there and had to take antibiotics for 10 days. I really advise against using the restroom.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few incidents where the employees were simply super unfriendly. Today the best thing is that you can order Happy Meals for the Pokemon cards via the app. 10 pieces, payment on site to make sure there are enough left. You are told there are enough left, you pay, the order is made and tadaa, there are no more Pokémon cards left. You don't get your money back or compensation and you are still treated unkindly. Thank you for wasting €50 and ruining your birthday with such unfriendliness.

I like fast food. But not from here. The strawberry was missing from my strawberry shake. The food was cold and tasted like it had been reheated several times. But the restaurant was busy, it looked clean and my order was ready to go very quickly.

Been here often during my time as a student, especially when I was still hungry in the evening and there were no other alternatives nearby. The staff is very nice and friendly, at least at the front of the counter and when serving. Unfortunately meat is regularly delivered with veggie products (especially with the nuggets). Once even at McPlant a meat boulette that was way too big instead of the veggie boulette. At times it seemed intentional. One time there was an expensive take-away order, where unfortunately all the veggie products were meat. The email requesting a refund was answered a few weeks later by the branch management and assured that such mistakes couldn't actually happen and that I was probably wrong. As a customer, I was criticized for not coming to the branch late in the evening and making a complaint in person. I have not received a refund.

It's more or less my own fault that I didn't check until I got home. But if you're missing a burger for almost €10, and the patty isn't there for the second burger (big tasty + rösti), in my opinion it's a complete impudence to hand over something like that to the customer.

We waited a whopping 20 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. Not recommended for a fast food restaurant. Staff seemed stressed and understaffed. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time this happened.

The food was like any McDonald's. But what I have to complain about again is the cleanliness. The tables were greasy and full of leftover food under the tables. Why doesn't that just work? Who would like to eat there? Please, dear team, take care of cleanliness for your guests. 🙏

The majority of the staff are remarkably friendly; Nothing wrong with the service. The interior is not 100% my thing in terms of color choice/style (black-brown-red; street art graffiti) and seating arrangement.

Mecces stop. Instead of Sprite we got Cola which was way too sweet, fries really should have been fresher. Soft ice cream sold out again. Prices will soon be at restaurant level despite vouchers. Otherwise everything as usual.

I wanted to grab something to eat with my cute girls in a relaxed manner and 40 minutes before closing time no new customers were allowed in. An employee rudely stole our trays and then asked if we still had to go to the toilet, otherwise he would lock the place. It's not possible, the whole evening was over, then we got our dessert at BurgerKing. Thanks for nothing!!!

Satisfied again for a long time, in Parchim you can forget almost everything. Quality and cold food, something is always wrong or not given at McDrive! With an order of around 90 euros you can no longer control everything, otherwise everything freezes from the cold.

It's actually the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The nuggets were so old and dry (see pictures) that you really couldn't eat them anymore. The tables were dirty, there was no table service (despite selection at the terminal) and there were no ice cubes in the drink. The burgers are carelessly thrown together... There are a lot of things wrong here. The HR manager just doesn't have this place under control. Unfortunately, many restaurants in Schwerin close at 10 p.m., but I won't come here again. Then you'd better get something from the gas station 😮‍💨

For the price you can expect that what you get looks at least halfway decent. The burgers are simply thrown carelessly into the boxes, if you're unlucky you'll get food poisoning as a free side dish and the staff is absolutely unfriendly. So that's an imposition. You want people to order at the terminal, only one out of four works, so ordering takes time. Staff is bored, orders arrive very late. Their relationship with the customer is weak because there are few workers, they try to talk fast and stress you out, especially if you are an immigrant, they don't treat you well. You can end these problems by adding one worker. But the taste of the food was great.

I don't like McDonald's per se. But the kids wanted to go there again. Ordering went quickly. The playground is perfectly fine.

Were there in the evening. First a hair was found in the milkshake, then we found out that it was the wrong milkshake. When I asked for a new one and when we pointed out to the lady that there was a hair in it, I was just insulted.

For breakfast, my order was personally accepted by a friendly older German lady and I was able to pay in cash. Full marks for that. But at lunchtime cash payment was no longer possible. I was asked by a young woman with an accent to place my order at the machine. We then left, drove 15 minutes and stopped at the competitor's place. An older lady with North German charm stood there, personally took our order, I was able to pay in cash and everything was fine 😋

I find the new breakfast offering unconvincing. There are no more scrambled eggs, neither is butter. The wrap was lukewarm. You can probably save yourself a breakfast stop from now on.

Real snot shop Far too often technical problems. You don't even need to get there with card payments, app orders, coupons, because it doesn't work anyway. We drove there so often unnecessarily and were able to go without eating. And without coupons etc. I certainly won't buy this overpriced crap. I've had enough, I'll never go there again, it's not worth my time.

Quick, clear ordering at terminals and a small area to wait if ordered to take away. The guest area is cleaned regularly and there is a nice outdoor area if you want to eat there. My favorite in town

Constant problems with card payments and coupons

This store is nerve-wracking! The last three times we were there we couldn't eat anything because there were always some other problems there. Sometimes it is not open at all due to a “technical problem”, other times card payment is not possible. I've had enough of it, I'll never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We regularly stopped at the Driveinn once a week out of necessity. Waiting time is forever!!! I find waiting 15 minutes for fast food to be too long, as do others.

Due to a mistake, I received a larger drink than I ordered, so that's a plus :) The food was so-so, I ate Big Rösti for the first time and now I know why they withdrew this dish from Polish McDs. The curled fries were hot, but a bit dry and there were few actual curls. Nice cream and chive sauce. The toilet is clean and even smells nice, but whoever invented the door that opens inwards should confess his idea.

War zum Kaffee trinken dort. Die Mitarbeiter kenne weder bitte noch Danke obwohl man denen gegenüber höflich ist. Man bekommt nur Arroganz und böse Blicke. Vor allem von der Dame die uns die Getränke an den Tisch gebracht hat.

Lage Wartezeit und eine eine unhöfliche Bedienung erwischt... Pommes waren durchmischt und nicht warm. Burger war lieblos zusammengeklatscht. Hatte schon bessere Filialen.
