Last store, unfriendly service. Forgot half of it

Ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes, picture looked great (chocolate brown) shakes didn't taste chocolate, hardly anything in it, it was just beige in color and minimal taste..... now they're saving on the unit price for 4.49.. .. No thanks, not normal, unfortunately you can't post a picture otherwise I would have done it. Was there often before.

I ordered a hamburger. Meat old hard and inedible

The two of us spontaneously came here on a Sunday evening. It was pretty quiet, the ordering terminals were free. Ordered in a relaxed manner and found a free and clean table without any problems. Waited a moment and our order was ready. Eaten in peace and relaxation. It may be that things look different at certain times on certain days. But everything was perfect during our visit, hence five stars.

I don't think it's nice there anymore, the courage workers I observed work unhygienically. Sometimes something is missing from what was ordered and can be copied without any problems.

It is and remains a Burger King. Nevertheless, the service is very friendly and the preparation is really quick, even at lunchtime. Only the toilet wasn't that nice to look at, hence the 4 stars.

So out of 4 people who ordered before me, 3 came back because something was missing. So I checked to see if I was missing something, that wasn't the case, but instead of a chicken and beef tortilla I got 2 pieces of beef, how can you fuck it up so hard...

Slow service and missing goods... Now I remember why I haven't been here for years.

So, the ice cream at Burger King... Guys, I really thought I'd treat myself. What did I get? A frozen tragedy. In terms of taste, somewhere between “old shoe sole” and “oh, let it go”. The best part? The spoon! But even that was too small, probably to make me give up quicker. 😅 Honestly, at McDonald's the ice cream not only tastes better, you also get a spoon that can handle the stuff. Burger King, you really need to step up your game – or at least make the spoon bigger!

Unfriendly staff, doesn't help with older people who can't handle the ordering machines or if the order doesn't work, they just shrug their shoulders when asked. Fries were dry and cold.

Sehr schlecht, sehr unzufrieden!!!! Bestellung unvollständig, telefonisch nicht erreichbar!!! Schlechte Qualität des Essens- schlechter Salat, ... Falsche Auskünfte über Sprechanlage - Mitarbeiter verstehen kaum Deutsch und sprechen ungenügend!!!! Wahnsinnig schlechte Erfahrung!!!! Nie wieder besuchen wir diesen grottig schlechten Laden!!!

Unfortunately it's getting worse in the last few months. Too few staff and long waiting times of up to 35 minutes.

Luckily the burgers taste good, otherwise I would go somewhere else. Where it is friendlier, more coordinated, cleaner and simply more beautiful. The cashiering staff is unfriendly and gives the impression that they don't feel like dealing with customers at all. Snapped just because you didn't register the card payment straight away. Some employees look as if they and their clothes could use a wash, a shave would sometimes help. Is this still a fast food restaurant? Nope, not at all. 20-25 minutes waiting time. Accordingly, the food is no longer as warm. It used to be significantly better.

I'm very satisfied, everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the hamburgers are freshly prepared, the coffee is strong and the ice cream is delicious

Very good food most the time (often hits but can occasionally miss) and lines usually are not that long at the times I usually go there. But very bad internet, women's stall has broken locks and flies are flying around everywhere which can be annoying.

The staff are simply unfriendly, something like that just doesn't work. Especially today's older lady is a mess. The food wasn't really hot.

Burgers very tasty, new armchairs make you feel comfortable and the toilets are clean

It's just a normal Burger King. Staff quite friendly, but felt a bit uncoordinated when there was a lot of customers.

We had to wait 25 minutes for two burgers to be prepared. That's clearly too long for a fast food restaurant. Because you order in advance, you can then watch the hustle and bustle at the counter. Unfortunately, I discovered that the work processes were completely unstructured and uncoordinated. One colleague didn't know what the other colleague had already done. The trays were swapped back and forth. A really terrible impression that had to be made. Overall pretty confusing. In addition, the dish trolleys were completely overfilled with dirty dishes or were full to bursting. The visit was a complete disappointment.

The van was defective so I bought something simple. Quality aspects good, but service was disappointing

Unfortunately, it's often so full that the team doesn't seem to be able to clean the tables and empty the clearing carts? Otherwise like everywhere else at Burger King. We like it better than McD's burgers.

Payback points are not available at the checkout, only through prior app activation. Unfortunately only 3 stars because we had to ask the staff to wipe a table for us so we could sit down and then saw that all the tables were being cleaned of food residue with a cloth.

This Burger King is pure disgrace! Forgetting a whole menu, fried fish instead of chicken on the burger and then no one understands what you want from it. The staff looks unkempt, the store is a disaster and the terminals are also crazy...

We had ordered a menu via the app and suddenly we noticed a plant-based burger on our tray. When I approached me after a normal burger, three different colleagues discussed it with me. ''But then we have to pay for the right burger''. So in every other fast food chain there is no problem with the new product if there is a complaint. After the unnecessary discussion, there was a new burger, but it looked exactly like before. Fries were unsalted and the drink was barely carbonated. There won't be a next time, but maybe you'll accept the criticism for the good of your reputation for future guests.

The service was terrible. There was a system error and they charged me for 20 sauces for 1.5 euros. The staff forced me to pay and said refunds were not possible.

After 35! Within minutes we received our food. I could still handle the waiting time if the rest had been right. Burgers carelessly thrown together, very unfriendly lady at the checkout and the trays were already piling up on the tables because the carts were already full. Especially from a hygiene point of view, it would make sense to think about a new/different concept.

Food was just like a good Burger King restaurant!

We actually enjoyed going to Burger King but the quality visibly deteriorates every time. Saturday evening at 9 p.m. no open orders, and yet we were served with cold burgers and cold fries. But the great thing is that I got a burger without added cheese, pointed it out and then the repair was still cold and the cheese was slapped on carelessly. When I asked again to please give me a warm burger, I was ignored and everyone started talking.

The woman who served us was very unfriendly and gave the impression that she didn't feel like working at all that day. When we wanted to order something at the counter we were very rudely directed to the ordering terminals. The food was ready quickly, was warm and tasted good.

I really like going there, but the last few times there was always something missing, and this time it wasn't even enough to see if everything was there, because the toppings/jalapeños were simply missing from the chili cheese fries, I honestly wonder what it was has lain. Staff are also becoming increasingly unfriendly and often don't understand what they want from you. I just wish that everything would run smoothly again and that you wouldn't have to chase after the food.

I was really disappointed today. There were massive problems with the really unfriendly employee at the drive-in. There was a short delay when ordering with the app and the coupons, but the employee basically forced me to take an extra lap because the customer behind me had to wait unnecessarily. (there was exactly one car behind me) He really did that in a cheeky and unfriendly manner. After I made the rounds through the drive-thru, I ordered. When ordering, I forgot a menu and then told the employee. He said in a completely arrogant manner that he wasn't allowed to accept any repeat orders and that if I continued to argue with him, the cars behind me (there were exactly 2) would immediately stress me out. He said I had to come to the store and order there. I said that the food would be cold then but he simply didn't care. I asked him to at least start preparing the menu, but even that was probably too much today. Parked the car, went to the store, ordered at the counter, then was yelled at that I would like to please order at the order terminal and not at the counter. And then the crowning moment came and as a customer you really feel ripped off... A colleague who followed this whole drama (packed the orders in the bags) then asked me to see the code on my cell phone... (he sees it My colleague at the drive didn't either, and I've already given the code twice by now). It's possible that those are the instructions there, but a bit of tact and courtesy would really be in order. When I finally got home, *surprise* two burgers from the first order were no longer warm, and one burger definitely tasted just warmed up and tasted totally stuffy. However, the drive-in window says that all burgers are freshly prepared. That was definitely not the case. I'm the last person who wouldn't understand if it was packed, but there were only either one or two cars behind me and it wasn't crowded inside. In this respect, I have no understanding of how one can allow such poor service.

Tables weren't wiped down even though it was very empty at lunchtime

Everything went relatively quickly, and most people enjoyed it... Some things looked better on the displays and more on the menus, but that's always the case...

Standard Burger King, unfortunately our food was really cold and unfortunately not for the first time

The Burger King in Schwerin always impresses us from Team Billich Services in and around Schwerin with its good service and a welcoming atmosphere. The burgers are always fresh and juicy, that's what we like most 😊. The staff is attentive and ensures a pleasant experience. Whether for a quick lunch break or a small snack in between, we can always find something to satisfy our appetite here.

Was a bit good for 3 years. Unfortunately no longer.

The machine to order from is the last one......

So that was the last time I was with them. Employees look unkempt, the store is totally dirty, and there's probably a female hand missing there. I felt sick last time when I was cleaning dust or the glass windows, including the office window, were totally greasy. I also have to repeatedly observe that the employees don't wear gloves when preparing food. It is used in the hand and not disinfected. Disgusting!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I also find some employees' arm hair really lush, you could also wear a long-sleeved shirt. Conclusion for me, at least I will avoid this dirty, unkempt shop for the time being.

I actually liked eating at Burger King. It's not so easy with the terminals. Paper coupons are only recognized 20% of the time. Digital coupons are less profitable. After placing it with the coupons and completing the order, I stood with my little daughter for almost half an hour. Many customers who arrived later than us received their food or drinks before us. Some things were shown as not possible on the terminal. It was there at dinner. Everything is very chaotic. Since we were already short on time before an appointment, we had to take most of the food with us and eat it cold at home. Very disappointing for a rare fast food experience with a child.

It's nicer to invite, unfortunately the employees fall asleep while handing out the order... The burgers have now become cold because you have to wait 3/4 hour for your ordered food and it wasn't even full... Unfortunately this will be the last time I will eat here

I really enjoy coming to you. The food is great. The conditions are also good. I can't say anything bad. BUT please do something with the men's toilet... it really smells like ammonia. such an acrid smell. It really almost takes your breath away. Get that fixed.

A completely normal Burger King branch, but we had the problem that the extra cheese (at the machine) was charged completely incorrectly and way too high. It could be clarified at the counter, but if you don't look, you'll pay €2... €3 too much... There'll be a new burger soon. The (men's) toilets smell really bad. Otherwise everything is OK. A general Burger King problem: The buns on the small burgers (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, etc.) are too big... too much bread for too little "content"! The large burgers are still good.

According to the notice, everything is freshly prepared but why are the burgers and buns hard in some places? Fast food is not suitable if you still have to wait a long time.

I had an unfriendly and annoyed service, which I noticed several times during the service. She threw my food on the tray. The mayo on one of my burgers had already gone bad and some of my fries were still raw. The place where my family and I sat was dirty (the table wasn't wiped and there were chips and nuggets on the floor)

The shift manager is absolutely unfriendly and shouts at his employees! If you arrive an hour before closing time, you probably don't want to make any more burgers. Milkshake has only been available in vanilla for over a year because apparently there are no spare parts😅 .

Got the wrong nuggets, plant, old and super dry. When making a complaint, the customer was wrong and that's how it has to be.

After I once perceived this BK as the dingiest store and the food was also of the lowest standard, something positive has happened and the branch can be described as an average branch. At least the double wopper is now tasty. It's good that the reusable tableware is of course used here and is not "currently not offered" as is the case with Mc D. SN. Children's play wall in the transit zone entrance pick-up counter not optimally installed.

The shop is a bit small but clean. Staff tries to work quickly and customer-oriented. I'd love to come back! 🤗👍🏻

The burgers are significantly better than those of the competition Mc... the patties extend over the edge of the bun, plenty of sauce and greens, nice and juicy... the fries are crispy. I'd rather go there than to the big competition.

It's sad when the pictures when you order look like you're ordering in a luxury restaurant and then finding something like a mess on your tablet. The one on the right is also supposed to be the king of the month, but looks more like the court jester of the house.

Burgers were cold and just slapped together. Of course not checked and the onion rings were missing at home. Definitely not again for the money. The friendliness of the staff also left a lot to be desired.

Nice staff, fries, nuggets, burgers arrived at the drive-thru immediately without waiting... the order was complete, warm and tasted good... everything was great!

Hmmm... delicious 😋 French fries mayo burger - just give in and enjoy childhood memories. It was also surprisingly empty and didn't smell like frying grease at all. And thank you to the service employee. We were able to order directly at the counter and not at the annoying self-order point. Splendid. Like in old times. A big grin on both sides 😊

Polite staff Food tastes good but sometimes not warm

Instead of helping us, the employee yelled at us when we had a question about the ordering system. He made fun of us loudly afterwards. Totally unpleasant shop. Food was okay, although unfortunately a bit cold. The cheese on some of our burgers wasn't even melted. This rude way of dealing with customers is not acceptable and it really upsets me. Especially not when customers behave in a friendly and polite manner. Then it is appropriate to help customers in a friendly manner instead of complaining to them unnecessarily. The workers there urgently need to learn this. In any case, we'll leave our money somewhere else next time and definitely never here again. We would have loved to ask for our money back.

Da wird in der Junior Tüte für die Chicken Nuggets irgendeine griechische Soße gepackt was kein Kind isst. Umtauschen natürlich nicht möglich. Neue Soße kostet natürlich extra. Super Service…. Ich werde diesen BürgerKing meiden

War kurz vor Schluss dort, wurde sehr freundlich bedient und auch das Essen war frisch und heiß.

Viel besser als der Mac Donald in Schwerin.

In gewohnter Weise eine tolle schnelle Abarbeitung der gewünschten Speisen die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich das Gesamtambiente sehr sauber die Lage sehr gut also meine Empfehlung

Es ist wie bei jedem Burger King. Essen ist soweit super. Beim Personal ist es auch wie bei jedem anderen BK. Die schnellsten sind sie eben nicht. Durch das digitale Bestellsystem ist es aber schon besser geworden, da die Mitarbeiter sich auf die Zubereitung konzentrieren können. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer werden die Tische und Ablagen sehr spät abgewischt und abgeräumt

Ich war sehr überrascht über die Sauberkeit im Verkauf und der Service der Mitarbeiter.

Trotzdem nicht sehr viel los und auch ausreichend Personal vor Ort war, fehlten bei der Abholung am Counter 3 von 8 bestellten Waren. Diese wurden auf Nachfrage nachgeliefert. Leider waren die Burger kalt, das Restaurant schmuddelig und Servietten gab es auch nicht. Leider ist das mittlerweile in einigen Filialen so. Burger King vorerst nicht wieder. Schade!

Burgerking halt. Absoluter Standard. Leider stimmt die Preisleistung immer weniger . Wenn man vergleicht was man für das Geld bei einem richtigen guten Burgerladen bekommt . Da sieht mcdoof und Burger King alt aus

Pretty alright, the food tastes good, they often have new limited burgers, unlike McDonald's, which I like. What's really sad, though, is that they don't have the King Box anymore, I loved that one. Please bring it back. It can become quite full, you just have to come either earlier or later than 12 am / 5 pm (17:00). There's not much to say, but I do recommend coming here.

Wann werden die Mitarbeiter eigentlich geschult? Ich möchte als Gast nicht mitbekommen, wie die Mitarbeiter gegenseitig über andere Kollegen ablästern. Wie wäre es mal, wenn man an den Kunden denkt, die SB Terminals wieder abschafft und die Bestellungen bei den Angestellten aufgibt. Müssen wir Kunden zukünftig auch noch die Burger selbst braten? Im ganzen Laden müssen einmal die Prozesse geschärft werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass man in der Mittagszeit 10min auf die Bestellung warten muss. Weniger lästern und schneller arbeiten sollten mal die Leitwerte in dem Laden werden. Aber wahrscheinlich macht sich auch hier der Fachkräftemangel bemerkbar und der Kunde darf sich glücklichschätzen etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Danke Burger King.

Gehe hier ganz gerne mal hin, der Chili Cheeseburger hat's mir angetan 🍔

Das Beste wurde raus genommen und zwar scharfe Keulchen. Und man fühlt sich nicht mehr im Restaurant. Sondern in einer Abfertigunghalle, Computer gesteuert.

Die Mitarbeiter sind eigentlich sehr freundlich, aber ältere Leute kommen manchmal nicht mit der Bestellung zurecht am Tablett. Das Essen ist ok schade das es nur vanille Milchshake gibt.

Leider mit einer der schlechteren Burger King Läden. Essen war lauwarm nach sehr langer Wartezeit. Der Laden war auch nicht sehr sauber, Veto, liegt nicht alleine an den Mitarbeitern wenn 70 Prozent der Gäste es nicht schaffen ihr Tablett in den dafür vorgesehenen Wagen zu bringen.

Essen schmeckt, das Restaurant ist sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Just another Burger King. Here in Germany the sauce comes in a little bag instead of a plastic container, also I was surprised the food wasn't brought to my table, but the employer was nice enough to notify me that my meal was ready. It was hot outside, but inside it was nice and fresh and I was able to eat comfortably.
