Not even toilet paper or pot yet

Eating something there on a Saturday lunchtime means waiting at least 40 minutes for the FAST food, then the orders are not complete and/or the food is cold. Nobody feels responsible for disposing of the garbage, which is why some of it remains on the tables. Unfortunately you have to give at least one star, unfortunately you don't deserve one for your performance today... 🤬

9 a.m. tables dirty as if the day was over. The floor is so dirty that I wonder why the wiping warning signs were put up in the first place, but they are certainly there simply because they have already become so established in the inventory. Toilets completely underground, I have no idea how wet something I was standing in. But I'd rather not know what it was! Hand dryer with so much dirt in the collecting basin that it was better not to blow your hands dry. Even the coffee spoon looked like it had already been stirred through 3 other cups.

We ordered some donuts and lattes. Poor-tasting *black* (!!!) coffee was sold as milk coffee. When we asked, we were rather rudely referred to the small packets of coffee cream. Unfortunately there is no well-trained staff and they are also unfriendly. Too bad!

Waited 45 minutes for the food, extremely rude when we wanted to cancel the order. Reference to a large order, however more than 20 orders that came in after us were delivered beforehand. Garbage will not be cleared away - never again!

Maybe good on other days, but today a disaster. Unfortunately the team was completely overwhelmed, the food took 20 minutes, the wrong things were delivered, but McNuggets were good. We couldn't take our rubbish away because there was a huge pile of rubbish at the disposal station. The mood changed at times and customers demanded their money back. The toilet, however, was reasonably clean. Maybe employees called in sick at short notice and the remaining colleagues tried their best, but unfortunately that wasn't so nice today.

The food was cold and a cowardly bite, not everything in the order was complete, the waste corner was not cleaned up because we could not get rid of the tray and the toilet paper was nowhere to be found, in addition, the toilet was very unhygienic Never eaten at such a bad McDonald's before

Went to eat while passing through a year ago and had breakfast today. McD is McD, but at least it's clean and again very friendly service despite extra requests just before breakfast ends 😅

Very dirty... trash cans are overflowing, food leftovers are on the floor, tables don't seem to be wiped down at all and there are rats in front of the shop

Clean and tidy McDonald. Ideally located on the highway. The gas station next door is also okay. Good opportunity for a break because there is the perfect coffee from McCaffee here. And open again early in the morning. The food is ready quickest here. Excellent!

The service is very unfriendly and incompetent. Nobody had any idea how to make an ice coffee and we had to wait over 10 minutes. This McDonald's is not recommended

Junk could be cleaned up earlier and service would be smoother with more friendliness

Once again the cheeseburger wasn't included in the bag... You pay for it and you don't get it.... Anyone who can read is clearly at an advantage... If your employee can't read, take pictures, maybe they can. ... And fast isn't always a good thing, just take a minute more and check the order again to see if everything is in there.. MFG

Early in the morning there was no one in the restaurant except us. It was dirty, there was leftover food on the floor, the tables were dirty and not wiped down. The women's toilets had apparently been cleaned recently, at least the toilet seats were up and brown from below.

Like everywhere. Always the same.

On the Filet o Fish there was only half a slice of cheese per burger.

We had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food. Yes it was crowded, but for fast food it was not that fast. Also we couldn’t find a good place to park our car because the parkinglot didn’t have a lot of spaces.

They had so much to do that day that half of them were missing. But you get it if you go there

We don't need to talk about the food. MC is fast food. The staff speaks their own language, the toilets could perhaps be better checked and cleaned. Otherwise an MC like all the other branches.

The food came quickly, was fresh and hot. Very nice, dog-friendly staff. Since we are always out and about with our dogs, we are happy to come back. Better than many other branches.

Clean bathrooms. Too little parking. Sunday 6pm, party of 4, 3 separate orders. Ours came after 21 mins, the second five minutes later, and my sister in law waited 55 mins for her order!

It's a McDonald's like any other, BUT this one differs in one way from every other McDonald's I've ever been to: the friendliest and nicest people work here. All employees are always in a good mood and happy. Here you always leave with a smile

Disaster just ordered at midnight. The employees were great and it didn't take long, but when we saw how many fat rats were running around the Mcces we quickly lost our appetite. What needs to be done even faster is an exterminator immediately.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to! The shop was relatively empty and so the food came quickly. For the first time, the fries were really warm and very tasty. In contrast to other branches, the lettuce on the burgers was fresh and crunchy. The staff was really friendly!

It's just a McDonald's. It's okay. Ate some ICE CREAM there. This is excellent.

What you expect from a good McDonalds ;-)

A nightmare McD 😃 Drive In took 100 years

So if the ordering machine doesn't work, the employees are unfortunately a bit overwhelmed. I actually enjoy going there regularly, but the service still needs work. Otherwise I'll have to look for another fast food restaurant.

Everything was super clean. Super nice and very committed branch manager. Cares about the guests and was always available to help everyone (definitely worth a raise ☺️) such good staff is rare in McDonald's restaurants. Thumbs up 👍 Always happy to stay here, we felt very comfortable.

Really disappointing today. Didn't finish the fries and forgot a burger 🍔. There's a better way.

Very crowded and long waiting time.

Really hard working and friendly personnel. Loved the quality of food preparation. I think they were understaffed as the trash was completely full.

"Iced Latte" in a paper cup (despite being consumed on site) with a hint of ice cubes, cappuccino was a cup of coffee full to the brim with milk and some milk foam. There were no spoons for the cup. Complaints not possible because “the machine just does it that way”. It's better to go to the gas station over there, they know that a cappuccino consists of milk foam with espresso. Btw. The toilet wasn't clean either, but was at least checked after being reported.

We were just there... it says in the store and on the internet that mcces is open until 1am. We stood in front of a locked door and everything was dark. Nobody was there at the drive-in and everything was quiet. The Avia salesman said you were open until 1pm. Outrageous. Also very outrageous that you don't update anything on the internet or anything like that..!!! Shame on you.

We were there yesterday early afternoon. The staff were extremely friendly. Part of our order was "forgotten" and the restaurant apologized with four caramel sundaes. We found really good customer service.

Pure chaos Mega, full and mega chaos! This is how fast food becomes slow food! Very long waiting times 45 minutes and longer!!! The employees deal with the anger of the customers.

Open 24 hours a day. Chic interior. No long waiting times.

Extremely unfriendly!!! 1 hour before closing time, people are rummaging at the toilet door, snapping and announcing that they finally want to finish and "why is anyone else killing it now?" When we said on the way out that he was pretty rude, they even ran after us outside and discussed loudly. Customer service is non-existent, friendliness has been completely lost.

An MCD. Constantly overcrowded including waiting times. Drive and inside (at peak times) Fully digitalized and impersonal, following the system food trend.

MC Donald standard, but with very motivated employees

Every now and then it has to be a cheeseburger!

Ordered food there last night around 8:45 p.m....since it was empty, I stood in front of the counter and watched the colorful activities of the employees..2 were super busy while exactly 10 others did nothing except scream, stand around and growl.a young man with dark hair Haaren was probably so taken with doing nothing that he danced hula, which made his colleagues very amused and were very loud. At first I thought that a man in a suit came from the back corner and gave me the impression that he was responsible for the staff Put an end to the whole thing, but no, he went out to smoke with two other colleagues and then it got even worse...the hula dancer was probably the leader of the speeches and was shouting so much that I thought it was a madhouse...very unfriendly and loud I called my order number and when I asked if I could get a cardboard tray for my drinks, I was met with an annoyed stand and said it to me in an unfriendly way. When I wanted to go out shaking my head, the dark-haired man shouted at me, have a nice evening too, and shook his head you don't need it...zero respect for the customers and still have a big mouth...for me that's the end of it for you...instead of standing around dancing there would have been enough cleaning to do...you really wonder which madhouse they come from people have come and how their behavior might affect customers.

It has simply become too expensive. Customer friendliness has further deteriorated. Prices are really absurd.

Haar auf dem Cheeseburger… außerdem quatschen die Mitarbeiter mehr als zu arbeiten. Obwohl die Bestellnummer direkt auf ‘bereit’ gestellt wurde wartete ich lange.

Cuisine top , bien meilleur que chez nous.

Habe gestern zwei McChicken Classic bestellt - einmal mit Zwiebeln extra. Als ich Zuhause ankam musste ich feststellen, daß ich lediglich zwei Brötchen mit Hähnchen Burger und etwas Mayo bekommen hatte. Das die nicht zählen können -z. B. Chicken Nuggets oder Saucen- wußte ich ja schon. Das die aber die Burger nicht richtig belegen können, ist mir neu. Habe heute -21. 01.2024- 2x Curly Fries mit Sour Cream bestellt. Sour Cream natürlich vergessen.

Essen war gut. Nur die Tische waren echt ekelhaft schmutzig. Ansonsten war es ok.

Essen fiel aus. Bestellung über die App nicht möglich das Kassensystem war fehlerhaft. Team war nett aber überfordert.

Super Service, sehr schnell und freundlich, sauberes Restaurant. Danke.

War sehr lecker, nicht zu voll. Ab und zu könnten mal die Tische abgewaschen werden

Eine der besseren McDonalds, für mich wichtig 4 Superchager auf den Parkplatz und 8 auf der anderen Straßenseite. Dafür gibt es 5 Punkte extra.

Einer der langsamsten MC Drive die ich je gesehen habe ! Sonst halt ein MC Donalds !

Das Essen war lauwarm und die Wartezeiten sind extrem gewesen. Leider ist es mehr ein Treff dort als ein Schneelrestaurant

unfreundliches Personal, man wird unnötig im DriveIn außerhalb von dem Wartebereich geschickt, wo man dann mal gute 20-30 min warten kann für ein popliges Smart Menü. Ich finde der Ton macht die Musik aber so braucht man sich nicht wundern , dass die Kunden weg bleiben.

Haben uns zwei Cappuchino zum Verzehr im Haus digital bestellt, nach 15 Minuten noch nicht erhalten. Nachdem Kunden nach uns mittlerweile schon Ihr Essen hatten, sind wir dann gegangen. Nummer wurde nicht aufgerufen, danke nie wieder, sind dann in ein Café gefahren. So machen wir es auch in Zukunft!

Der Laden sieht ganz ganz schlimm aus, Personal super unfreundlich. Schreien durch den ganzen Laden, essen wird vergessen. Und die sollten sich mal ein Besen holen.

The Big Rösti is back! Went in on a busy Friday evening but food was delivered quickly. Fries were fresh. Restaurant was clean.

Übelst dreckig, kaum eine saubere Ecke zum Essen zu finden. Tischservice ebenfalls nicht verfügbar. Sorry aber das schreckt ab 🙈

Der MCDrive ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Bestellannahme unfreundlich, super lange Wartezeiten, erst die falsche Tüte und die Servietten in die Tüte geknüllt wie ein altes Taschentuch. Wahnsinn! Da fehlt Struktur und Führung!

auf weg nach köln dort gewesen und ich hab noch nie ein McDonalds besucht wo das Personal so Freundlich war und sogar meinem Hund etwas Wasser gebracht hat

Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung. Lautes Geschreie Richtung übriger Mitarbeitendee. Untertasse Fehlanzeige.

Vorhin das Essen im Drive abgeholt und es Fehlen zwei Große Pommes. Man muss den Mitarbeitern die Arbeit anscheinend schon abnehmen

Noch nie bei McDonald's so freundliches Personal erlebt! Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen schneller Service und super aufmerksam! Beim Verlassen des Restaurants mit dem Rollator kam sofort jemand um mir die Tür aufzuhalten. Vielen Dank!

Sehr langsam. Und der ganze laden, vor allen die Toiletten sehr unsauber. Selten so schmutzige Toiletten bei mc Donalds gesehen.

Unfreundliches Personal! Das Essen ist überall gleich gut, aber wenn man angepammt wird, bloss weil man sich als älterer Mensch mit dem Terminal nicht auskennt, geht man ganz einfach wieder!

Dieser McDonald's eignet sich gut für einen Stop, wenn man auf der A31 unterwegs ist, da er sehr nah an der Autobahn liegt.

Saubere Toiletten und Anliegend viele Lademöglichkeiten, leider besitzt McDonald's webig bis keine veganen Optionen, vielles word als plantbased aber nie als vegan deklariert und selbst können die Mitarbeiter nicht garantieren das etwas vegan ist, meiner Meinung nach heutzutage ein no go.

Saubere Filiale inkl. Toilette! Hier ist eine der wenigen Filialen, wo man seine Bestellung noch relativ heiß bekommt!
