We were at the BurgerKing restaurant in Dorsten today, we were very happy with the burgers, there was nothing to complain about about the service either, the staff was friendly and polite. Only the fries could have been a little hotter.

Around 20 to 1, me and 2 friends decided we wanted to have a midnight snack. We decided on this nearby establishment and were a bit disappointed. Long waiting times aren't really a bad thing, but in my opinion they are when you can admire a working atmosphere through the open window in the background that really leaves something to be desired. An estimated young lady (we don't know exactly) saw it as a priority to raise her voice against other staff, which meant that a thread of discussion was rather unintentional but unpleasant enough to note. This wasn't the first time either; the voice has often come uncomfortably to the foreground. I don't want to offend anyone personally, but as a customer I also find it unsympathetic and inappropriate to behave like this with ongoing customers. Another time I was struck by the statement (after placing the order) "Can't they all just go eat at home?" - I would like to kindly point out that you earned money from me on those nights. I also almost always get cold food when I'm there, which is why I give it 2 stars 5 stars for ambience because I ate at home and 2 stars for service because the drive-in staff at least seemed competent.

There are always no churros available with the statement that they will be sold out immediately and delivery is still taking time. Then customers are forgotten or their food is not given out at all. My burger was ice cold even though you unpacked it straight away at the table and started eating it. Sauce was mixed up on the burger. Tables not clean at all, handkerchiefs from others are spread out on the chairs, food is on the floor. Simply disgusting. It's a shame that you have to give stars at all.

The lady at the counter thought we were “screaming” (we were talking normally) The lady at the counter starts shouting at us provocatively (you could have asked us to do it normally, but no, she had to scream) At the pick-up window, two ladies with headphones come up to us and think they're going to hold us accountable. I explained our point of view to her. She was of the opinion that she would continue to complain about us in a disrespectful manner. Customer is king ? Not at this Burger King. After the whole discussion, I asked her to give my order because I don't have time and want to continue driving. Very professionally she says “then go” Lost 3 customers at the same time. Oh and by the way, if we as customers are allegedly being filmed on the drive, this should also be made clear. Thanks but no thanks never again

I was very disappointed with my visit to Burger King in Dorsten. First of all, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, which is way too long since the place was quite empty. The staff was unfriendly and when I asked why some parts of my order were missing I was ignored. It was only after another 5 minutes that I was finally served, but by then the rest of my food was already cold. It's clear that this store could do more. I strongly recommend that staff be better trained so that such problems can be avoided in the future.

Very nice staff. On a Tuesday afternoon the restaurant was at least very clean. They weren't very fast, which was probably due to the lack of employees. But given that this is a fast food chain, I was very pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake from the menu plus an additional charge. I got a completely white milkshake that tasted like vanilla. When I complained at the counter, I was told that the strawberry milkshakes were white and not reddish like the advertising images that were currently running across the screen behind the cash register. She still made me a new milkshake with more strawberry flavor, it tasted barely more like strawberry than the previous one and was still white.

The burgers were very tasty and well topped and the fries were crispy. However, it's not really hot anymore, hence the deduction. If I had to choose between the Golden M or here I would choose Burger King. Because I like it better here and the burger buns aren't so sticky.

Finally a Burger King again where it tastes and looks as awesome as you would expect from the pictures. I had a small problem with my order which was resolved without any problem. 5 stars for that!

Sehr schade vorhin da gewesen und 2x 6er chillicheesnuggets bestellt zuhause angekommen festgestellt das die Mitarbeiter leider unfassbar unfähig sind zwischen cheesnuggets und normalen Nuggets zu unterscheiden konzentriert euch mal mehr auf eure Arbeit!!!!

Die Bürger sind meistens frisch zubereitet und schwimmen nicht im Fett. Bei größeren Bestellungen hat man trotzdem keine lange Wartezeiten. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Burger King sehr zufrieden.

War gestern Abend gegen 22uhr da!Es waren 3 Mitarbeiter da und nur 2 Bestellungen für vorne! Habe nur ein kleines Eis bestellt und dafür 15min gewartet!! Geht garnicht das für nur ein Eis!! Tischen waren jetzt auch nicht die saubersten!!Traurig

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Haben einen plant based Nugget Burger bestellt und haben einen mit echtem Hähnchen erhalten, in plant based Verpackung. Leider haben wir es erst zu Hause nach dem reinbeißen gemerkt. Bei den plant based beef Burgern kann man leider nicht so leicht erkennen ob die wirklich ohne Fleisch sind, aber beim Hähnchen war es eindeutig, aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Panade. Echt peinlich nach dem Skandal vor kurzer Zeit. Der junge Mann an der Kasse war aber super freundlich.

Mein Lieblings Burger King.Immer lecker (kann allerdings nur für den Veggi-Bereich sprechen),nette Mitarbeiter,alles geht sehr zügig.Der Terminal ist kinderleicht zu bedienen,sehr angenehm.Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.Bischen knapp ist der Wartebereich vom Drive In,da ist nur ein Stellplatz aber das ist vermutlich nicht anders zu gestalten.Ich komme gerne hierher.

Immer wieder gerne, allerdings kleine Minuspunkte: Das Restaurant liegt in einem Vodafone-Funkloch und es gibt kein WLAN. Außerdem funktioniert an den Bestellterminals regelmäßig die Erfassung der Payback-Karte nicht.

Nicht mal einen Stern wert!!! Mein Burger war kalt ! Bei der Stornierung des Burgers, wurde vom Personal diskutiert, dass dies die standart Temperatur wäre .... Ein Witz! Übrigens...war beim nächsten Burger der Bacon ebenfalls kalt und ekelig! Wal.....hatte wohl doch recht ! Nie wieder ! Vor allem nicht für den Preis !

Dieser Standort nicht so toll, die Tische nicht abgewischt Tablet-Wagen übervoll und extremer Gestank nach verbrannten Fett.

Könnte schonmal extrem lange Wartezeiten bei normaler/wenig Kundschaft geben.

Standen alleine im Drive der Laden war auch leer. Es hat eine Ewigkeit gedauert bis das Essen fertig war und dann fehlte auch noch was.... und dann immer dieses ständige vorfahren in diese abnormal kleine Wartelücke. Nur damit ihr eure "Zeiten" schöner darstellen wollt.

Unfreundliche Bedienung + essen kam kalt kann ich keinem empfehlen macht einen großen Bogen um dieses establishment. Das hat nichts mit fast food zu tun

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal nach ca. 3 Jahren wieder dort. Vor 3 Jahren war mir der Laden bzgl Wartezeiten sehr negativ aufgefallen, weshalb ich ihn gemieden habe. Heute sollte er eine neue Chance bekommen. Ich habe eine halbe Stunde Mittagspause und von meiner Arbeit zum Burger King und zurück sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Bleiben also 25 Minuten vor Ort. Sollte reichen für ein "Schnellrestaurant". Ich habe dann bestellt, vor mir waren noch 2 andere Kunden. Der erste Kunde hat seine Burger 20! Minuten nach meiner Bestellung bekommen und da war schon längst klar, dass die Zeit nicht reicht...keine Ahnung wie lange ich noch hätte warten müssen....bin dann komplett entnervt und sauer einfach gegangen, hab auch gar nicht erst versucht zu reklamieren. Was wollen die machen, wenn der Laden mal richtig voll sein sollte und die 30 Bestellungen oder mehr abzuarbeiten haben??? Ne Tagesveranstaltung draus machen? Fazit: 1 Stern ist noch zu viel, die scheinen da komplett unfähig zu sein. Der Laden sieht mich NIE wieder!!!
