McDonald's in Dorsten

Now e-scooters are part of the atmosphere. It's extremely annoying that the children all come in with e-scooters/scooters and ride them. I hope you take this into your house rules, otherwise I'll soon be standing at the checkout on my moped. Especially since I also doubt that the children are all 14 years old or older.

The only nice thing is the quiet eating area. You wait about 20 minutes and then you're fed something pretty lean. Less than 10 tables and 20 minutes for an order in which only half-cold items and fairly meager toppings were handed out. I'm glad that Dorsten isn't my home and I only had to do that once when I was traveling. No recommendation and definitely no proper service staff. It's a shame that I wasted 20€, but I would have preferred to support a local farmer. At least 4 people in the kitchen and at least 2 in the service for the small amount that had to be made was really unjustifiable. Especially for people who also come from the catering industry. Neither almost nor decent food was given.

This used to be one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to in a while. And that despite the high number of visitors. Otherwise everything is the usual (food, ambience, etc.).

I ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken burger in the drive-thru yesterday. Actually not a difficult order. When I got home I noticed that there were 2 cheeseburgers in the bag. So you have to unpack and check everything on site, which is not always possible (especially in the drive).

It's okay. There are usually no problems with the heat of the food. However, the cleanliness sometimes leaves something to be desired. Heavily dusty intermediate facades and tables should also be cleaned more frequently, as should the floor. Apart from that, I recommend always checking immediately after ordering to make sure everything is there correctly. Regardless of whether there is a lot or a little going on, I have often received incorrectly ordered things. In this respect, the staff is courteous, but still stupid if you have to "run after" your actual food.

Experience on the drive is rather negative, something is always missing, bags of fries are only half full and often cold and sticky, the burgers are often carelessly prepared, sauces are only slapped on one spot and not distributed, it probably always depends on which shift is on duty. The staff seems very annoyed and speaks poor German. Addendum: It has probably gotten better, stars have increased, apparently there are different staff, but bags of fries are still only half full, depending on which shift is on duty at the moment....

We were hungry and went to the nearest McDonald's. Ordered 2 menus and once 20 nuggets. With only sweet and sour sauces, however, there were only sour cream sauces in it (which can happen) and they wanted to give sour cream again? Totally weird. 6 nuggets were mcplant but the 20 nuggets, which were also supposed to be mcplant, were meat. So disappointing.

The food tastes good, but I feel like I'm being watched by one of the employees and I don't feel at all comfortable eating.

A small branch, the outside area is also very small, but with a play area for small children. We used table service. After a reasonable wait, they brought everything outside for us, the order was complete (for 5 people), there were enough napkins and the 2 extra requests for 2 burgers were also taken into account. We were therefore very satisfied. (We have experienced this very differently in other cities). And we love the order terminals!

At first you don't get a receipt, when you ask, the order is simply repeated and last but not least, the nuggets are missing...

You're not allowed to speak to staff because they're supposedly busy, and the store is empty (there are 2 orders being processed). I only had 1 question... "whether there's still breakfast at 10.32 a.m." of course that was laughed at because it took 2 minutes is too late.. rude, unfriendly and cheeky!

Flyed there yesterday around 8 p.m. to order a Royal TS without tomatoes, I'm allergic. It couldn't be more brazen, the burger was almost cold and the tomato was simply removed from the burger and the fries were lukewarm. On our first visit the system didn't work, so it took us forever to place the order on our smartphone. On December 3rd, 2023 it was very cold in the restaurant. There was an unpleasant draft from the ventilation above the windows. We canceled our ordering process (via smartphone at the table) and drove to another branch. However, it wasn't really warm there either. On the next visit everything finally worked out. Even the MacRib, unfortunately often almost sauce-free, was "swimming" in the delicious barbecue sauce.

Took the receipt out of my hand, left, then came back with fries, put them in my hand and left. You probably have a stupid day sometimes, sometimes stupid customers too! In this case she simply forgot something and behaved absolutely inappropriately. And yes, it's fast food and not a luxury restaurant, but for the prices now you can expect a decent tone and, above all, not make your customers look so stupid...

Auch wenn viel los ist bekommt man das Essen schnell.

Viel zu laut die Schüler am rumbrüllen und rumschubsen, die Bestellautomaten funktionieren mal wieder nicht, so das man seine Coupons nicht mal einlösen kann, damit die Punkte schön unnötig verfallen. Dann wird man an die Kasse geschickt, wo eine ellenlange Schlange ist um vom unfreundlichen Kassierer der nebenbei am quatschen ist gesagt zu bekommen:,,man kann die momentan nicht einlösen!" wieso hat man nicht verstanden, da es an Deutschkentnissen mangelte.

War am Sonntag, 7.01.2024 in Dorsten am Busbahnhof wegen der eisigen Kälte und mehrstündigen Busfahrten (16-20 Uhr) bei McDonalds eingekehrt. Die Filiale ist extrem klein! Dir Bestellterminals überfüllt, der ganze Gastraum überfüllt und ich kam kaum raus, hätte fast den Notausgang genommen, aber das Schild warnte mich. 😁 (Alarm?!) Ja habe mich 15 Minuten am Burger aufgehalten und kurz vorm Bus wieder raus. Der Mann an der Kasse war sehr nett und habe sofort den Burger bekommen und die Dame, die mich mit fragenden Blick angesehen hat mit dem Tablet und ich sie, hat mir gezeigt, wo ich abstellen kann. Die Leute (Kunden) haben einen komplett die Sicht genommen. Also wirklich klein die Filiale. Beim nächsten mal würde ich aber wieder reinkommen. Hoffentlich nicht wieder 50 Kunden. Glaube haben alle sich da aufgewärmt, denn mit Pommes, Shake und Co sind sie nach mir in den Bus gestürmt, haben den Bus versaut usw. 🤨

Es ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant aber, ich muss mich leider auch beschweren. Ich hatte mir Chicken Nuggets und eine große Pommes bestellt, nur wurde mir nur meine Chicken Nuggets und die Cola gegeben. Dies finde ich sehr frech, aber trotzdem sehr gutes essen dort, muss man schon sagen☺️😇

Eine so schnelle Abfertigung im Drive habe ich bis jetzt auf einem Sonntag wo es dazu noch recht voll war noch nicht erlebt! Ich war in unter 3 Minuten da wieder raus. Das essen war frisch und heiß und das Personal sehr freundlich! Weiter so! 👍🏼👍🏼

Hat sehr stark nachgelassen, bis auf die Eismanschine, die wird immer noch regelmäßig jeden Abend gesäubert und man bekommt kein Eis...denkt man sich geht man Nachmittags, da bekommt man zwar Eis aber von der restliche Bestellung fehlt immer mal was. Naja da gibt es besser Fastfood Restaurants.

Dieses Hervorragende McDonalds hat ein köstliches Fast Food Essen, mit ganz viel verschieder Auswahl. Doch musste ich mal mich entleeren und sah nur eine Tür bei zwei Toiletten, ich wüsste nicht welcher Hobbylose Mensch eine Tür mitnehmen sollte, aber "öffentliches klo" wurde zu ernst genommen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und haben uns aus der Filiale verwiesen weil wir gelacht haben und wir uns laut ihnen nicht benehmen konnten.

Kleiner Laden, dafür aber sauber und die Bestellung wurde fix an den Tisch gebracht. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut. Leider muss man die Fahrbahn zum Drive In uberqueren um zum Eingang zu gelangen.

Ein guter, sauberer McDonalds mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Auch bei der Bestellung wurde nichts vergessen oder war in irgendeiner Weise nicht in Ordnung.

Die Burger waren frisch zubereitet, ich hatte bis jetzt noch nie so einen heißen und frischen Burger als diesen hier und das obwohl zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches viel los war und wir schon 10 Personen waren. GROßES LOB.

Slechtste Mac die er bestaat. Bestelling gedaan en het was erg druk, had geen moeite om even te wachten. Echter werden we gewoon overgeslagen en wanneer we dit aangaven moesten we gewoon wachten. Uiteindelijk na meerdere keren vragen waar ons eten bleef gingen ze dan toch maar ons eten maken. Uiteindelijk hebben we meer dan een uur op ons eten moeten wachten en wanneer we vroegen waarom, werd ons maar verteld dat we moesten wachten.

Ambiente ist durch die Grösse leider nicht so toll. Essen ist einwandfrei, heiss und die Pommes sind echt groß! (Die Pappschachtel war mehr als randvoll) Super, kann man hingehen.

Ziemlich Gestresste Mitarbeiter.

Ich Habe 3 Mehrwegbecher geholt und ich habe nicht einmal ein Plastikdekel dazu bekommen. Das ist nicht richtig weil ich zahle ja dafür und wenn die die Deckel nicht da haben sollen die es rauslassen bis die Deckel wieder da sind.

Alles viel zu teuer. Toiletten schmutzig.

Dieser mc donals ist sauber und auch ordentlich, die bestell tafeln funktionieren realtiv gut und der laden ist ansich gut aber 3,69 euro für ein stilles vio wasser zu verlangen was ich bei dm für 99 cent bekomme ist frech

Endlich mal mal ein MC Donalds wo man schnell und richtig warm seine Burger bekommt.Viele sehr nette Mitarbeiter die wirklich auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung achten.Da sollten sich VIELE Filialen mal ein Beispiel dran nehmen. Ich war am 21.09.23 gegen 14.30 dort und werde gerne wieder kommen.

Nicht so begeistert... Es war mal viel besser da... Vor allem waren die Tische mal sauber und die burger sind auch ziemlich geschrumpft hab ich das Gefühl.

MC Drive: Leider wird hier immer gerne was vergessen. Das Essen ist teilweise bereits in der Papiertüte kalt. Es wird gefühlt immer schlechter. Spricht man das Personal auf die vergessenen Sachen an, kommen patzige Antworten:“6 Augen haben die Bestellung kontrolliert“. Lachhaft. Vorallem wenn der bestellte Burger (kein Senf, keine Zwiebeln, keine Gurke) dann ganz plötzlich doch noch in der Auslage liegt. Danke nein.

MCD ist, wenn es unbedingt sein muss, auch dann nur eine absolute Notlösung. Bekannt geschmackloses Essen, das nur von ein bißchen Gewürz und Ketchup und/oder Mayonnaise aufgewertet wird. Pommes sind ganz okay - das ist aber schon alles. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis wie bekannt: grottenschlecht. Ich wollte, ich hätte auch diesen Besuch vermeiden können. Ging leider nicht - war heute die einzige Möglichkeit noch an etwas Warmes zu essen zu kommen. Fazit für mich: das nächste Mal bin ich vorbereitet und nehme mir was mit, was ich fix mal warm machen kann... No McD anymore!

Das Mc Flurry bekam ich vorhin total flüßig. Es war kein Eis sondern Trinken! Mitarbeiterin füllte die eismaschine nach und gab mir direkt das erste . Danke knappe 4€ für nix.
