My first impression was anything but positive – the pictures speak for themselves. In my opinion, this McDonald's belongs in the top 10 messiest branches I've ever seen. Despite it not being busy, the place was visibly dirty and apparently wasn't being cleaned. At the register, I was greeted rudely after I tried to give feedback to get the offered free coffee. I was simply told that it "doesn't work" – even though it had been no problem two days earlier. When I politely asked for the employee's name, I received the reply: "I don't care, it's not important." It's a real shame for the owner – with such unfriendly and dirty service, you definitely think twice about eating here again.

I'm a bus driver and wanted to quickly order two cheeseburgers because I only had a 6-7 minute break. I wanted to order right at the front of the counter, hoping it would be quick. The employee told me that they don't normally take orders up front. And pointed me to the vending machines. I said that I wanted to pay in cash anyway, and that it had to be quick. That I only wanted two plain burgers. When he then, somewhat angrily, pressed the screen in front of him and said again that they don't take orders up front, I lost my appetite and just walked out. I was hoping I could satisfy my hunger quickly. Thanks for nothing.

A very disappointing visit. The employees seemed unfriendly and incompetent. Today I simply wanted to buy a burger, but once again the pickup display was off. Instead of a clear display, customers had to listen to the order numbers being shouted out loud, which was very chaotic. An employee finally approached me, grabbed my pickup slip, and became inappropriately rude. I was then addressed in an unfriendly tone. When I asked why the display was repeatedly not being used, I was initially told it was "broken." When I pointed out that order numbers were still being typed in, I was suddenly told that this was the franchisee's policy. I've personally experienced over 30 times that order numbers were marked as "ready for pickup" within seconds and thus immediately disappeared from the display – very frustrating for customers. Overall, a very negative impression. I submitted a complaint to the franchisee, and the franchisee forwarded it directly to headquarters.

Yesterday, I witnessed a highly embarrassing and uncomfortable moment when an English-speaking family with small children (presumably under 6 years old) was yelled at by the store manager, who didn't speak a word of English (which was embarrassing enough, quote, "it's not our fault, it's your fault"), after the customer wanted to exchange a cheeseburger for something vegan. Of course, the employees can't be blamed for the customers entering the wrong information on the ordering machine, but this situation definitely could have been handled more charmingly. It wouldn't have hurt anyone's feelings if someone had explained with a friendly smile that while they couldn't exchange it exactly, they could order the McPlant or the Plant Nuggets. And perhaps they could take a few English lessons; in this case, a few fifth-grade basics would have sufficed, but even that was beyond the employees' capabilities. Pure embarrassment!

Our recent visit to this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing due to the poor service we experienced. After receiving an incorrect order, we politely asked if it could be exchanged something I believe is a perfectly normal request. Instead of assistance, we were met with a very rude team member who spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, even shouting and pointing fingers at us while talking. The manager, who did not speak English, chose to raise his voice at us rather than trying to understand the situation. This lack of respect and basic manners was shocking, especially from someone in a customer service role. The staff seemed frustrated and unwilling to help, rather than solution-oriented. My advice to them: if you cannot handle working in a fast-food environment, perhaps it’s time to find another profession. And to the disrespectful manager if you work at an international fast-food chain, learning English should be a priority. To make matters worse, I also noticed hygiene rules not being followed by the staff. This raises serious concerns about food safety. In the end, we chose to leave without eating, leaving the wrong cheeseburgers behind perhaps those will calm down the team member who pointed fingers at us (and learn some manners) I strongly recommend avoiding this location. A manager shouting at a customer with four children is not only intimidating for the children, but also uncomfortable for the rest of the restaurant. I sincerely hope upper management takes this complaint seriously and provides proper training to their staff. We pay for the food, so we expect some service. Don't treat us like we are eating for free there.

Hello, I eat there often, sometimes the wait times are long, but unfortunately, since the change in management, it's become more frequent. Waiting times of 20 minutes or more are normal here, regardless of the size of the order. Sauces or toys are constantly forgotten. Food is typical of McDonald's, or dishes are even fried multiple times. Employees sometimes react very rudely to customer comments. French fries are usually less than half full. So a large fry isn't even the equivalent of a small one.

This was our first time at this McDonald's, and it was definitely our last. The atmosphere among the employees seemed extremely toxic, which immediately created a tense atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff were generally extremely rude, and we had to pick up our order ourselves, even though we had requested table service. Our McFlurry was completely runny and almost impossible to drink. I went to this place for the first time and, full of anticipation, ordered a milkshake. It was ready pretty quickly, but as I finished it, I noticed that about 40% of it was filled with ice cubes. It used to be good, but now I'm not recommended. Recently, orders have simply been deleted from the terminal because the employees can't keep up. I think there's an internal timer. This means customers no longer have to know when their order is ready or whether it's even being processed... In general, some people have to wait a very long time for their food, sometimes even up to 30 minutes. Sure, that's understandable during peak times, but when it's just a little busier, the employees seem overwhelmed. This is also evident in the fact that something is wrong with every other order, be it a burger with too few wrong sauces or something similar. So always check your order upon receipt! If it weren't for the central location and the possibility of getting something "quickly," I wouldn't go here. If you have the option, go to another McDonald's or just skip it.

I swear I was at McDonald's and for a moment I thought I was in an experiment to see how long a person can survive in dirt. The floor was so sticky I thought I was stepping in honey, but no - it was just decades of cola, grease and desperation. You could have easily scratched his name into the dirt with your finger. The tables? Disaster. Looked like someone had a BBQ there and cleaned up with chips afterwards. Ketchup stains like modern art, crumbs in every crack and a subtle smell of “no cleaning has been done here since the Middle Ages”. Honestly, even a trash can has more dignity. A case for the health department!

I went to McDonald’s today and placed an order. After my number was called, I asked the lady at the counter twice if it was really my order - both times she said yes. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that it was the wrong order. When I returned to complain about this, I spoke to the same employee. Her reaction was very unfriendly. Instead of dealing with the matter, she accused me of taking the wrong number - even though she herself had handed me the order. When I asked, she didn't want to tell me her name and acknowledged the situation with another rude comment. That's not how you treat customers. Very disappointing.

Waited forever even though there was only moderate activity and 7 employees + shift managers at work. Ordered three burgers and one fries to take away at the terminal, nothing came as requested. The first cheeseburger without everything came with onions, the second came without onions even though it wasn't supposed to have any pickles (which were on it), the third burger came with sparse toppings, no extra ingredients paid for and literally drowned in ketchup. The Pommel was soggy and cold, the burgers were all lukewarm at best (with a lot of good will). The staff didn't seem overwhelmed at all and there wasn't a rush of customers either. Takeaway order which was unpacked and eaten straight away in the car. Unfortunately we were pressed for time, otherwise we would have brought the food back immediately. We didn't expect anywhere near a star-rated kitchen, but we did expect that there was at least enough skill to be able to follow the "paint by numbers" equivalent of food preparation.

Ate there on February 12th with 5 other people, everyone was shitting and puking the next day. The health department should pay a visit there! We will definitely report this, it's not the first time And they are not unfriendly and cannot be recommended

I placed an order there and had to wait over 20 minutes, even though it wasn't a particularly large or complicated order. During this wait, I observed that the employees seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. They didn't seem to know who had to do what task, which caused additional confusion and even longer wait times. Additionally, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of responding politely to questions or giving an explanation for the delay, you were ignored or treated unkindly. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a customer service restaurant. I was particularly shocked by the hygiene conditions in the restaurant. It was visibly dirty, both in the dining room and behind the counter. There were leftover food and used napkins on the floor in the kitchen, which is not only unhygienic but also reflects poorly on your company.

Your food arrived without waiting too long. The staff was sympathetic. Taste is the taste we know. (Big Mac is always my menu choice) They could just be a little more careful about cleanliness. We had to clean our own table. I didn't want to make a bad comment because I gave it to the intensity. Thank you for the service 🙏🏼

On our first visit the system didn't work, so it took us forever to place the order on our smartphone. On December 3rd, 2023 it was very cold in the restaurant. There was an unpleasant draft from the ventilation above the windows. We canceled our ordering process (via smartphone at the table) and drove to another branch. However, it wasn't really warm there either. On the next visit everything finally worked out. Even the MacRib, unfortunately often almost sauce-free, was "swimming" in the delicious barbecue sauce.

The worst and slowest service we've ever experienced. They sold us a small portion of fries as a large one. When we immediately asked, they said no, it was the large portion. I don't want to say any more. Never again.

We'd gladly order from Finke again. We find the prices high. However, the fries in Holsterhausen are the best we've ever had. This time the portions were a bit larger than before – excellent!

Meat from industrial doner kebab production; nothing special, but not bad either. The shop benefits from the fact that there isn't another doner kebab shop within a 5-km radius.
