All these people who are saying it is dirty are people WITHOUT their own opinion because I work at Burgerking and I see the cleaning and the people who do it. Every day the cleaning, oil changes, disinfection. COME TO BURGERKING BAD CANNSTATT STUTTGART and you will see what it is like. The photos published with papers thrown on the street are not the responsibility of the company but of those who throw the trash, that is, papers on the streets.

Slowest, most bored employees I've ever seen. Incompetence at its best.

Very unfriendly staff on the drive

The BingKingXXL (prescribed by my family doctor) was quite dry, and the chicken burger was very good. However, you have to pay to wash your hands because the restrooms aren't free, and you won't find any extra paper towels either. It's better to go 100 meters over to Fiveguys for proper burgers, better and more fries, and a restroom.

I ordered through Lieferando and haven't received my delivery. I advise against ordering from them in the evening.

Everything was ok. Ordered to the table via the app, everything came as ordered. Staff was friendly. Food as expected. Regular McDonald's.

Mein Mann und ich haben heute 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet!! Aber das ist noch nicht alles, ich habe den falschen Bürger bekommen dann endlich den richtigen jedoch mit der falschen Soße drauf obwohl ich 3 mal sagte welche Soße ich bestellt hatte dann die falschen Dips alles kalt einfach nur unfähig das Personal!!!!!!!!!

I was just at the drive-in with my friends. A younger man at the window told us in his broken German to never come back because we explained to him the difference between Coke Zero and normal Coke, since we had ordered it and he and simply said that it makes no difference what we drink!!!!! Then we called them directly on site to complain. The person who answered was angry immediately after 2 seconds and threatened to give my number to the police and hung up on my face without me being able to say anything! Not recommended at all. Impolite . Everything happened on January 21, 25 at 10:10 p.m.

It couldn't be worse. Ate there on the late shift. An hour later, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Stay away, this branch should be closed. Why doesn't the health department take care of such problems? Unfortunately this is not an isolated case in the branch. Colleagues report the same symptoms. Abnormal...

My order number wasn't on the monitor, I had to wait 15 minutes until I got to the girl who works here. And why do I have to pay for the toilet if I ordered food here?

Ordered online and still not there after 3 hours Unavailable by telephone First and last time

April 14, 2025 I was there again for breakfast. The prices keep rising, but I went there voluntarily. The ladies in the morning are always friendly and helpful, and the food is prepared and served quickly. The tables by the window could be wiped more regularly; they're a bit sticky. Otherwise, it's always a pleasant place to be; I just find the slightly too loud and somewhat strange music unnecessary. 😉 I'll be back.
