Jeder der McRipp liebt, weiß das da ordentlich Sauce drauf muss. Hier war gar keine drauf und weil der Leiter des Hauses so genervt war, kippt man einfach einen Liter Sauce drüber…Burger nicht mehr essbar und alles versaut. Danke dafür. Unglaublicher Kundenservice

Unfriendly restaurant manager and also in direct customer contact. Place an order and at some point the display said “Ready for collection!!”. I go to the counter to pick up my order (like in every other MacDonald's) and the restaurant manager rudely asks me to sit down again until I'm called!!. Another employee kindly explained to me that I should ignore the message on the display. You are generally called out. Then stick a poster somewhere and the paying customer will also be informed. To management. No matter how much stress there is right now. The sound makes the music. Especially when I am in contact with customers. I used to work at Mac Donalds myself. There's training for!!

I'm writing the review after waiting almost a quarter of an hour for a milkshake. Ordered nothing else, just a milkshake. I wasn't in a rush, but there wasn't really anything going on in front of me either. Maybe 3 people with small orders. After 10 minutes I went to one of my colleagues and asked where my milkshake would be. He then told me that the order probably hadn't gone through and asked if I had paid. I held out my receipt and my Apple Pay to him, whereupon he made his way to the machine at an incredibly fast pace over the Biden. After 3 minutes it was done, he handed me the shake over the counter, said sorry in broken German and disappeared to the back. So now I'm standing here with a HALF FULL shake in my hand because the machine probably wasn't full enough. So my question is: Are you kidding me? These €3.99 were the last ones you saw from me.

This McDonalds really has nothing to do with FAST FOOD. You wait in line at the drive-in for half an hour and then the things you paid for are still missing. With McDonald's ever-increasing prices, you can expect a certain kind of quality!

I ordered a Mcflurry that cost 4 EURO and in the end the ice cream was worse, i.e. vegatable ice cream and when I asked at the tekhe why it tasted so bad, they replied rudely and said, "Tough luck then buy yourself a new ice cream" and I find that very bad although I tried to have a nice, calm conversation but the 2 employees couldn't speak properly and that's why I'm writing such a bad review!

Hardworking staff with An inventory that always feels empty. Milk substitute products are not available for weeks and people are put off on site.

The BIC mag was very tasty and the selection of burgers was huge and very tasty 😋

As always, delicious. I have to go to Maces every 3 months. The shop is a bit larger and therefore always has a table free. Service nice and friendly. Even if sometimes the order doesn't quite work out, it's quickly refilled.

Service 0.. no fun, someone took my order, the employee didn't check the note and then it was my fault! What's that 🤯 I just waited 20 minutes for an ice cream, and this great service said, "ah yes, it happened, then next time I have to remember when someone takes my order and quickly report it to the counter" that's a hindrance. 🤪👍🏻👍🏻

The employees are so unfriendly and impolite the service is catastrophic. Today I was there half an hour ago and an employee shouted at me, was not taken seriously and in the end she didn't want to serve me at all. Afterwards I wanted to talk to the boss, but he wasn't there, but the representative was there. He was arrogant and not polite and then became aggressive. When I told him that I would give it a bad rating, he told me that I should learn German and started laughing at me and said that he wasn't interested in that at all. I hope the central office reacts to this kind of behavior. This isn't the first time that they've been so disrespectful towards customers.

Staff friendly but not motivated. Food often tastes like it has been sitting there for a while. There are definitely better MC branches where this isn't the case.

Went there at 8 p.m. and it took them 25 minutes for 3 chesseburgers and a sweet chili, staff totally unmotivated, and in the stress it's not fast food, it's just not possible to process cold burgers

I had a poor dining experience at this McDonald's. When I asked for my food, the staff rudely replied, "So what, it is full." They could have been more polite to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have other options, I recommend avoiding this location.

When we finally got through we got the wrong product and had to go back in. Nothing came apart from an apology, you used to get something if you had to drive back. To add to the annoyance, our burgers were cold... You always wait far too long in the drive, I know the system differently but a lot seems to have changed. You wait forever to take your order. The staff is not friendly and doesn't enjoy their work either.

The food was okay and the staff was friendly, unfortunately the place was dirty. There was packaging waste everywhere on the floor and the tables were sticky.

Well, what can you say about that? The store and McDonald's in general are downsizing more and more. Quality and quantity are lousy, but prices are higher. No new ideas, unclean and often unprofessional management... Unfortunately it's really no fun anymore. 👎🏼

The visit was a complete disappointment. After a call to confirm frappé availability, we were assured that the machine was working. However, upon arrival we were told that it was broken. The employee Mesut lied to us and was rude, even refusing to offer my pregnant wife a cold drink. A disappointing and unprofessional experience.

If you can, avoid the store. The prices are going higher and the quality is decreasing extremely in this store. Since I drive past the MC Drive here and there, it's always difficult to complain. Often something is missing from the order. You can still tell if you look. Finally, all 3 drinks were non-carbonated. Either the machines were defective or they had been there for a long time. I orderd a mcdonalds 20 McPlant nuggets and it came with 1 chicken Nugget i feel like this is very Dangerous just imagine if i was Allergic to chicken or simply vegan luckily i am Muslim so it doesn't really matter if i didn't know, it would be tragic.

So dear McDonald's team, as you can read on the internet, wearing gloves in the kitchen is not that common for you... which I find very questionable as a sous chef. Especially when a gentleman who has so long and so much hair on his hands that it is not only unappetizing is supposed to prepare my meal... And the best thing is, he cleans the kitchen with chemicals beforehand, still has his rubber boots on... and goes to take the orders without washing his hands.... When I asked why the gentleman wasn't wearing gloves, the reply was curt that it wasn't mandatory. And I didn't even ask why I wanted it that way Or where the problem lies... really the worst store I know...

Probably the best McDonald's in the area, unfortunately the milkshake machine breaks down too often, which is why I can't give it full points.

Wait 40 minutes for an order (to take away), then you get the bag with the ice cream in your hand with the information that you have to wait at least 5 minutes for the apple turnover. When we got home from the chicken burger we noticed that the sauce had been forgotten. Besides, everything was already cold. Thanks for nothing.

The smaller blonde with the glasses behind the counter is incredibly unfriendly, obviously talks about the customers BEFORE the customers, has long private conversations and gets mushy when you point out to her that you've been waiting a long time for your food.

The boss or Indian shift manager was very unfriendly and disrespectful. Can't talk to customers and can't even speak German properly.

Toilets unkempt. Staff unfriendly and not fluent in German. Coffee way too cold. Added old frothed milk.

And been cheated on again. A hamburger was charged and not packed. This is the second time this has happened at this location on mc Drive. Unfortunately I couldn't check the order when I received it. Car full of children and big bag. The child who was supposed to get the hamburger wasn't exactly thrilled either.

Disgusting! I came in (12:50 a.m.), a member of staff in rubber boots and gloves was cleaning the tables with a bucket of water in his hand. I placed my order. The same employee put the one down, went into the kitchen, made my burger and then it was given to me. When asked rhetorically whether I had just seen it correctly that the employee who had just been cleaning the shop had now prepared my burger (without changing gloves), I was simply told "no, no". A discussion was pointless, I was just taken for a fool and threw the burger away.

Just Macces. You don't expect anything, you don't get anything, everything is as it should be. Rather eat fresh salad or buttered bread.

The quality of the food is top! Generously topped and freshly prepared burgers! However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, the tray returns are mercilessly overfilled. The staff is not unfriendly, but they are definitely not motivated. The ladies seemed pretty listless. Long waiting time for the payment process and the food delivery.

As always, the food is borderline warm... this time it was warm enough. Otherwise, I think McDonald's is delicious.... But there's always lukewarm food every now and then. Of course it would be replaced if I complained, but that's a lack of appreciation from customers if you routinely give it out cold just because you get away with it often enough.

No toys in Happy Meal again. Bitter. From now on only check on site! Chic, friendly staff and clean BUT no matter what time of day/night you wait endlessly. Apparently the kitchen staff was cut out here and the purpose of a FAST food restaurant was completely missed. Waiting times regularly between 15-30 minutes.

A McDonald's, in terms of food and ambience. But staff really lame, really slow! Everything used to happen in no time at MC'es, now you just wait and wait... Due to the price increase, we only go there very rarely anyway, when my daughter is hyped about a particular burger. The food was good, in fact the burgers were surprisingly good looking. However, we ordered veggie nuggets and got normal ones. At least they were exchanged immediately - even if only after checking the order receipt. The toilet, however, was pathetic. The brown smear on the door was terrible. Reported - nothing happened. If we hadn't charged at the supercharger there, we wouldn't have been able to get in. Next time it will be a different stop.

Bad service, uncoordinated and very slow.

Ordered 3 large milkshakes. (chocolate, chocolate, strawberry) we got 2 large ones and one small one, and all the milkshakes were vanilla. So everything that could have been done wrong was done wrong.

Der schlechteste MC‘s den es gibt… zum wiederholten Mal die falschen Sachen bekommen… heute waren es ein Burger weniger, anstatt der veganen Nuggets haben wir normale bekommen und Saucen haben gefehlt. Danke für nichts. Wir kommen nie wieder 👍🏼

Heute, 24.01.2024, 15:00 Uhr. Beim Essen seh ich einen Mitarbeiter mit Müll rausgehen. Als er wieder rein kommt, ohne Handschuhe, nimmt er sich ein Tablet und liefert Essen an den Tisch. Von da aus schnappt er sich Fensterreiniger, klettert mit Strassenschuhen auf die Gästestühle und sogar auf einen Tisch, um Fenster putzen zu können, unterbricht die Arbeit, liefert von der McCafe Bar an einen Kunden Cookie und Heißgetränk, um danach weiter zu putzen. Und das OHNE JEGLICHE Hygiene. Tisch und Stühle werden ebenfalls NICHT gereinigt. Einfach ekelhaft, so dass ich mich nach dem Verlassen übergeben musste. Hatte die Schichtleitung informiert, die aber kein großes Interesse zeigte.

Aller letzte Drecksbude. 30min am warten, Bestell Computer stürzt ab, Kasse stürzt ab

Einfach ne Sauerei! Da nimmt man die Bestellung mit und zuhause stellt man fest, dass die Nuggets nicht dazu gepackt wurden 🤬.

Wurden total unfreundlich am McDrive empfangenen und da ich ein Akzent habe wurde ich nicht bedient darauf hin bin ich im laden hinein gegangen und habe dort bestellt dann wurde 1 sache der bestellung vergessen das essen war kalt und beim erwähnen das sie etwas vergessen hatten sagten sie nein das es nicht stimmt obwohl ich einen kassenzettel hatte. NIEWIEDER

Klein,stark frequentiert,nicht sehr sauber und die Toiletten sind einfach nur ekeleregend....geht gar nicht.

Wenn das Personal mal im stande wäre zu Grüßen, wäre das schon eine Verbesserung um 100.\°.

Besser als der in kerpen und immer wieder freundliche Bedienung. Update: habe direkt am Schalter reklamiert dass die Getränke nicht dabei sind. Blöde Antwort bekommen. Musste also noch parken und dann persönlich rein. Wurde sofort erledigt, Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Fahre seitdem zur Konkurrenz.

Teuer, und schmeckt nicht. Irgendwas fehlt immer.

Ein kleiner MC der zumindest an einem Freitag sehr gut besucht ist/war, dementsprechend war auch die Wartezeit auf die Bestellung etwas länger. Ansonsten ein normaler MC. Leider ist es wie bei MC nicht unüblich oft so, dass Sachen vergessen werden - ich rate somit immer zum überprüfen der Bestellung (insbesondere bei Take away) Sonntagabend scheint die ganze Stadt hier zu sein und alles ist voll und ein wenig chaotisch

Fast Food geht anders, Personal bei Bestellaufnahme versteht kein Deutsch und es hat länger gedauert, als in einem Sterne Restaurant. Die einfachsten Cheeseburger, konnten nicht schlimmer aussehen. Nein Danke

Einfach nurnoch nervig. Wäre schön wenn die Mitarbeiter auch mal richtig arbeiten könnten :) ist jetzt das 3 mal das was bei der Mc Drive Bestellung fehlt und nein es war nicht nur Ketchup etc. Jedes Mal ein Burger , essen die wahrscheinlich selber guten Appetit

Also wenn mal mehr zutun ist als normal fällt egal welche Schicht die Crew immer direkt auseinander und man hat entweder das falsche essen es ist kalt oder es fehlt die Hälfte. Wenn weniger los ist super laden aber sobald wss zu tun ist katastrophal
