McDonald's in Kerpen

Things are often left behind when you go through the drive-thru! Today I was completely turned off after finding a very long black hair in my Big Mac. Absolutely disgusting! Please at least wear hairnets when handling food. I'm not saying the waitstaff should wear hairnets, but the people working in the kitchen. And the way the "burgers" look has nothing to do with burgers. It's just a shame.

It's fine for the children, but unfortunately, the entrance with a stroller is still a real challenge – there are two doors, one opening inwards and the other outwards. There's hardly any space between them; who designed this?

The clientele takes some getting used to, and the wait times are practically unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. We had to wait 17 minutes for our food, only to then eat some not-so-pretty nuggets.

The employees are all very nice, the boss is like a witch and throws me and my friends out because we ate because some other people didn't take their rubbish away and she is friendly and violent. I would give her zero stars but it's not okay. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. Very very very rude and the floor and the tables are sticky, the toilets are always broken, the service monitors never work.

From sauces being forgotten to entire meals being omitted from the order without any notice because something on the menu is currently out, it feels like everything has happened to me here. There's an extremely rude employee who works in the drive-thru, and as soon as I see her face, I feel like turning around in the drive-thru and going home.

Being told at 9:30 in the morning that they're cleaning the coffee machine (Coke or water for breakfast, how great) because they're coming for inspection is a disgrace. Sorry, but they clean things like that regularly after work, and they don't turn the place upside down during opening hours. Furthermore, there are sometimes no toys with the Happy Meal, and the restrooms aren't cleaned regularly either. I've pointed out the disgusting state to the employees several times, but instead of cleaning, they'd rather just stand around chatting. I can't even begin to describe how friendly some of the employees are.

Biggest dirty shop, you stand there for 1 hour, no cleanliness, unfriendly and from the order you made, 2/3 of the things are missing, this is the third time and this will never happen again, McDonald's in Kerpen

Trust me, not all McDonald's are created equal. At least this place is clean and organized. Sure, the prices aren't as affordable as they used to be, but that's the case everywhere. It's just McDonald's; you go there on an empty stomach, you're full for an hour and a half afterward, and you feel sick, which is to be expected. But it's tasty! If you have different expectations, you should go to a higher-priced restaurant.

They should come up with a new name for "Big Mac" soon... Nothing's "big" here anymore. No mayo on the fries, but the fries were soft and soggy anyway...

Price performance is getting worse and worse. Tables and seating are getting dirty and clogged.

He recognizes regulars by name, puts a smile on children's faces, and even has a charming word on his lips for waiting guests. If there were an Oscar for customer service, it would go directly to him. What did I order? It doesn't matter—in this atmosphere, even the Filet-o-Fish tastes gourmet. What did I experience? A fast-food oasis under the leadership of two legends. What do I wish for? That every McDonald's branch had its own Mr. Volkov and Mr. Baptista.

Bottomless place Ordered 3 meals Including 1 fake burger, the other burgers. The meat was barely cooked and the salad was anything but fresh. No sauces Simply bottomless, not worth the price they're charging these days.

The store has always been very clean, and the employees are friendly, but communication isn't always that good. Unfortunately, parking and the drive-thru are extremely tight. I always use the large parking lot behind the store.

Staff very slow, seem overwhelmed, restaurant dirty.

Food is good, they have apple tarts and McCafe, something you don't find in many countries or McDonald's restaurants. The stuff forgets certain items on the order but it's ok because they probably have to deal with a lot of orders. The atmosphere is cozy but it's very crowded.

Very pleasant McDonald's. Friendly staff and fast service. This is the cleanest Mc D. I know so far. The cleaning is done so thoroughly that even in the farthest corner everything is spotlessly clean. We like coming here

Prices higher and selection worse than in other stores

Basically, something always goes wrong here. Incorrect compilation of the menus, something is always missing. Then I'd rather go to Lechenich.

So I keep trying, but every time I'm disappointed! The employees are very rude. Every time something is missing from the order even though it is on the invoice. I've always turned a blind eye until now, but today I had enough... My mother said loudly and clearly in the drive-thru that we wanted 3 milkshakes, but we only got one at the next window. When we asked the employee that two were missing, she gave us ONE crying milkshake. We said again that one was still missing, she said that wasn't true and just closed the window and avoided the conversation. Really antisocial behavior :(

Had nausea and vomiting after eating. My companions also complained about stomach rumbling and nausea. The only thing all three of us had were the fries... rancid grease?

Received a cold burger, after complaining I got the same, still almost cold, soggy burger back after a few minutes...

I would prefer not to give any stars here! My daughter (very healthy) ate there. She complained relatively quickly of feeling unwell and having stomach pain. Shortly afterwards the result was that she vomited. This started again during the night and caused me to choke. Just an absolute mess!!!

Staff very helpful, but such a dirty environment inside and out is simply disgusting, you have to be careful not to catch anything.

Yesterday evening on February 22nd, 2025 I was at the Mc Drive counter at around 10:40 p.m. and placed my order there, only one coupon worked. So I added a cheeseburger to payment, the employee there was very rude in his manner. At the payment counter I wanted to pay for the cheeseburger with a card, which didn't work, then I asked him to give me the fries, which I paid for with my points. He asked very rudely if I didn't have any cash with me, I said no, then he closed the window and told an employee in a rude manner that he had to delete the cheeseburger and that I didn't even have any money with me. Excuse me, is it normal in your office for employees to complain about customers like that? I thought it was a disgrace. It would be nice if you could tell your colleagues that you treat customers differently.

You wait a good 30 minutes for your food and you couldn't find your order. Staff unfortunately incompetent and confused, other customers' orders continued to be made and ours were ignored. Not recommended due to the staff!

This McDonald's is a complete disappointment. Orders are regularly put together incorrectly or something is missing - of course never in our favor. The hygiene standards are appalling. We have observed several times how employees touch the ice cream spoons on the side with which they eat. They cough into their hand and then touch the food - and not just once. Another big problem is the ordering system. Typically, the order appears on the screen so customers can see when it is ready. But here the staff immediately clicks away the order as completed and delivered - even though you haven't even received it yet! Afterwards you sit there and wait forever, not knowing when the food will come. According to their “system logic”, they would probably be the fastest McDonald’s team in Germany – every meal is supposedly ready in under 5 seconds. We now consistently avoid this location and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I've been ordering food from this McDonald's for two years and I keep having the same problem. Employees indicate on the display board that the order is ready as soon as it is received. However, the scoreboard is there so that customers can see when their order is actually ready. This is really annoying because I then have to sit and wait until I am called. But I don't want to be called - I want to see my order on the scoreboard!

Staff is unable to create a complete order in the drive in! Every time something is missing! It's really annoying having to follow the order! Orders are also often incorrect. Which is also annoying! Service is not worth more than 2 stars! It's not clean in the restaurant! Tables sticky and unclean!

After about a year I ordered a Mc Menu. Underground. McDonalds will never see me again.

Although there was only 1 customer in front of us, we had to wait almost 5 minutes at the mcdrive and the drink was forgotten again despite asking Cold, soggy fries and despite the sauce we had dry burgers...

Unfortunately, once again the citizens were wrong (onions were missing) and my extras, which I finally paid for, were also forgotten. I've already gotten into the habit of checking the order against the receipt before I leave the store, do I have to pick the citizens apart now?

Something to take away today, both of us have had extreme stomach problems since then, so we can't get anything else. Mc RIP strange taste

Yes, today is Boxing Day, and yes there is a lot going on right now, but the friendly employee at the drive in forgot the children's drinks. Only two stars for that today.

We ordered takeaway. Only our number was on the display. After waiting for 2 minutes, it was there ready for pickup and the lady was just getting a bag ready. I went to the front to show my number, then she snapped at me that it wasn't my order....I asked again because my number was there as ready for pickup and I was yelled at again.....Well, ours She had an order on the receipt to get it ready. Then we waited another 10 minutes. Of course you can bypass the system this way. 3 employees stood around and one just complained.

If I wanted to order a Smart Menu from MC in Langenich today, I would have liked to order an apple spritzer as a drink, which hasn't been a problem in any other branch so far, but in Langenich. The lady offered to order me some water. If I had wanted water I would have ordered one and would have paid more. I then had the order canceled.

It was super dirty. No matter whether in the toilet or the tray for the trays that are completely overflowing.

It's still somehow strange when you wait for your take-away food and can watch the employees in the kitchen stacking my food together without gloves... Maybe that's standard at McD... I don't think it's hygienic. .. This impression will probably make my already rare visits to this chain even more zero...

Staff friendly, but I can't understand the uniform. I worked as an assistant at McDonald's years ago and we all looked neat and tidy. In this store, I had the feeling that everyone was wearing what they wanted. Is that so now???

As always, McDonald's impresses with its well-known and delicious range. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast and the quality of the food is excellent as usual. Perfect for a quick meal!

Just ordered DrivIn and noticed at home that 2x 6 nuggets were missing. Then called and said they were missing. Dude was sooo rude. I thought I couldn't drive past again now. Then “what should I do. Take the bus?!” And hung up. I've never experienced anything like that before when something was forgotten. I hope the boss reads this and you make amends. After all, I paid for it!

Another addendum with adjustment from 1 star to 4 stars: I gave the branch another chance and was pleasantly surprised. Orders from Lieferando are now possible almost every day. Sometimes it's not possible, but a few hours later an order is possible again, presumably to clear the backlog. The suppliers are always nice and quick. The food is still hot enough every time and the order is complete. A lot of work has been done here and I am very satisfied 👌 Another addendum August 7th, 2023: In between you actually manage to order your food. Today I pre-ordered at around 1:30 p.m. for 6 p.m. because the branch is supposedly only available for delivery from 5:15 p.m. I just received an email that my order was canceled. AN ABSOLUTE INSURANCE. Guys, don't joke like that when you're looking forward to your meal and you're hungry. Then I'm not interested in the 20% voucher either. I just tried to order again via Lieferando, but all I see is that the branch is currently closed. Now you've finally screwed up with me. You don't want to make money? Okay then I won't order anymore. Do you have too few people? Then hire people or contact management. But don't put this on the backs of your customers 😡😡😡 I don't understand that and I'm really angry... I checked at Lieferando about an hour ago (12:30 p.m.) to see if McDonald's was delivering today and an order was possible. I was so excited about it and went shopping. Now I'm on the way home and wanted to order something and suddenly it's closed and no delivery is possible. WHAT'S THAT GOOD? Is it so difficult to order something for delivery from you? If you cannot deliver permanently, then remove the reference as a delivery service. This is a complete disgrace to the customer!!!! Addendum: A day later I tried to order again. An order was available at 12 p.m. and I was in the process of making the order and was about to send it off. At 12:15 p.m. it was not possible to order again. It really can't be that. Please do people a favor and take down this delivery notice if you are unable to deliver. You can't even complain anywhere because none of you care.

Bad. Ordered via app, in the children's menu there was a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger, nuggets were planned instead of normal ones and the fries only knew the fryer from hearing it said, some of the fries were raw. So check after receipt

It has often happened that the menus are not complete and you only notice it when you get home. Very annoying.

It took 30 minutes from ordering to eating, I imagine fast food differently. In addition, the free bonus from the app was always forgotten in the last two orders - there is probably a system behind it.

Ordered a crispy coleslaw burger and took it home. Unfortunately I forgot the coleslaw. Then you can buy a normal burger for less than half as much. That's cheating.

The best and cleanest McD there is and we have ever seen!!! In addition, excellently prepared food, brought to you by extremely friendly staff. Other stores should come there and the operators will see how it works!!! Even the toilets are PickoBello!! With everyone else you're stuck to the floor and they're covered in dirt!! The Cologne area in particular is a disaster. Here in Kerpen the lady cleans the finest!! Just as it should be!!

Absolute disaster! This wasn't my first time ordering there. Every time something is forgotten and then you don't even get it afterwards. You'll still get hit on stupid. I absolutely cannot recommend this store. It's just spending money and you can't get any food there either.

What a dirty shop.....ordered via app.....no delivery possible.....drove there myself and then waited forever while the driver drove off twice to deliver....people in the store were so unmotivated & unfriendly (food is thrown around)...in retrospect, something was missing "again" (6 nuggets)...and that at that price...

The restaurant was poorly or not heated. The furnishings are spartan and uncomfortable. The music was also annoying. The BigMac I ordered seemed carelessly arranged and shifted in the packaging. The return cart was overcrowded. Somehow I remembered it all better.

For the second time in the drive we forgot to pack products that we had paid for. When we asked over the phone, we were not offered a fair solution.

We spontaneously drove by there on Sunday as the nearest MC and even though it was very busy, our order went out to us quickly. The burger was very well topped, hot and cooked perfectly. Best burger I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and the dirty tables were cleaned quickly. In Düren you are worlds away.

Ich habe selten ein so schlechtes Essen bei MCD bekommen. Kalt; falsche Sachen in der Tüte; einiges fehlte. Der Service ist mittlerweile eine Katastrophe. Unfreundlich; überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit Ganz ganz schlecht geworden

Der Besuch bei McDonald's hinterließ einen zwiespältigen Eindruck. Während die Pommes ihren gewohnten Knusper hatten, waren die Burger leider kalt. Ich habe zwar neue bekommen, doch leider dauerte dies eine halbe Ewigkeit. Das Ambiente war leider nicht so toll, nicht nur das die Tische im Außenbereich kleben wie die Hände eines Kleinkindes, nein sie sind auch ziemlich unbequem und im Außenbereich wird ständig geraucht (Verstehe ich nicht, hier spielen jede Menge Kinder und trotzdem erlaubt McDonalds das Rauchen. Insgesamt mag es für einen schnellen Snack taugen, aber für einen kulinarischen Genuss gibt es definitiv bessere Optionen. Schade, dass die goldenen Bögen diesmal nicht das erhoffte Glück brachten.

Schade,dass die Produkte nicht den Hochglanzabbildungen entsprechen,die Lust auf das Produkt machen sollen. Typischer Mc Donald's. Wir hatten absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Restaurant war sauber. Donnerstags mittags normale Wartezeit. Essen warm und lecker. Wir hatten Nuggets, Burger und Fritten. Dazu die neuen Mehrwegbecher.

Man kann es manchmal nicht mehr als,Schnellrestaurant mehr bezeichnen. Mitarbeiter waren leicht überfordert und Sie vergessen meist die Bestellung komplett mit einzupacken. Also Kontrolle ist erforderlich

Un McDonald’s normale come tutti gli altri , una volta o due al mese si può mangiare cibo del fastfood, a volte si dimenticano di mettere un panino o due però poi rimediano. É ok.
