Waited an incredibly long time at the drive-in to get some poorly filled dried-up citizens that tasted incredibly disgusting. I absolutely couldn't eat them and they tasted like they had been lying around for three days. Definitely the worst Bürgerking I've ever been to and the last time I was there.

The food itself is usually okay, but sometimes it can be really bad for the gastrointestinal tract. But the worst thing about this store is the highly antisocial employees. Especially the women at the counter and at the cash register don't work at all. Behave as if they had no education. Not a hello, not a goodbye, not a single word and not a single look. Talk to each other in front of the customer as if you were at the Frankfurt main station. If there is a boss and he values ​​good service, he has to send half the team to basic service and hygiene training or throw them out. If this wasn't the only Burger King in a 20-30 km radius, I would advise everyone to avoid it.

I give two stars because the staff make an effort and the food itself meets expectations. But what really bothers my daughter and me now is that a man keeps showing up at this branch who is obviously not employed by BK, but behaves in such an excessive manner. He storms into the shop, moves the chairs around wildly, puts chairs in the parking lot, rummages around in the tray stand, comments on the guests' orders, etc. and does the whole thing quite briskly, latently aggressively. The man was present on each of the last three visits. So eating there is really no fun.

It's not good at all, I wouldn't recommend it.

Received wrong hamburger and fries are cold. Food took almost half an hour to be ready. The restaurant is also not well maintained at all. Hopefully Burger King Germany will do something about this soon as we are not the only ones with these complaints. While waiting, several people have had to go back with wrong orders.

Ordered food, waited two hours and canceled. If you can't manage to run a delivery service, then you shouldn't do it. Under no circumstances should you come along the NEXT DAY AT NIGHT with a delivery that isn't even correct.

I ordered from this branch today via the app and the food was supposed to be delivered. The estimate was 40 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and was told the driver would be coming soon. He came quite soon but he forgot about half of it. They said it would be delivered later, but after 4 hours nothing happened and no one came to deliver the missing food. Absolutely cheeky.

Ordered food at 7:59 p.m. Delivery should arrive in 50 minutes. Almost 2 hours have now passed and apart from an unfriendly lady on the phone who simply hung up on us, there was no information about our order. ONCE and NEVER again!!!!!! When the food arrived after 2 hours, it was cold and partly wrong! The food was definitely not freshly made!!!! I will demand my money back!!!!!!!

Today, July 23rd, 2024, 6:00 p.m. we were at the Burger King in Kerpen Sindorferstr. Ordered the Whopper 4x with drinks and fries and onion rings. Then you go out and saw 2x hamburgers and 2x Whoppers. Then the employee gave the bag to those who ordered it and then didn't take it, understandable if we rummage around first and then the employee did the same. The hard part was when I saw he gave us the fries from the old bag that the others were supposed to get. Then my 2 Whoppers were supposed to be without onions, then I had an onion flavor and just scraped the onions down and gave them to us. For the money!! What kind of conditions are these!!!! McDonald's is really better.

Were there for Whopper Tuesday and ordered from the device in the store. 2x2 Whopper in the menu with fries/onion rings and drink. My companion can't handle onions, so we always order without them. As soon as we were seated our number was called, the 4 other orders that came before us had to wait. Then the bag is there and no drinks, the boy is given the receipt and told that there are still drinks missing. On the way to the car, my companion said there were only 2 Whoppers and 2 hamburgers, so we returned and told the employee that that wasn't right. Answer: Oh then that was the wrong order. Look and say the number of the number it would have been. The customer tells him directly: That was outside, I won't take it. The employee looks at you angrily and goes to the back. Barely 5 minutes later he comes back from behind and has our order, this time directly on site, checking everything correctly from the outside, including the special requests. At home we bit into the Whopper with relish and my friend said they just took the onions down, I taste it, the fries were also cold and mushy and some of the onion rings were even rock hard. I'm totally horrified, that's not okay with me. So I actually can't believe that they have adapted the old products, McDonald's is better!

This is by far the cleanest and best Burger King I have ever visited so far. It's definitely worth a visit and I came from Essen especially for it. Of all the branches I have seen, this branch has by far the friendliest and most helpful staff. In terms of taste, I would describe both burgers as very good. The similarity is very close to the American branches.

There was a rat that had been run over in the parking lot and that fit the atmosphere inside perfectly. The entire restaurant stank, there was no soap in the toilet and there was garbage everywhere in the restaurant. The quality of the food was also not fresh.

We were in the branch on May 31st and ordered at the terminal and paid with an EC card. Half an hour later we were told that it would take longer, that the grill was broken (which was a joke after half an hour). We waited another 10 minutes until the order had to be canceled completely because we were given the food we ordered couldn't prepare. Until then we still had some understanding. You could definitely have let us know earlier, but that's fine. The money could not be paid out to us, so I had to fill out a form to refund the EC payment. The employee guaranteed me that money would be refunded within two business days. FALSE REPORT!!! Instead, I've been chasing my money for two weeks. I spoke to three very unfriendly ladies who found it difficult to communicate because they didn't speak German very well. You are insulted on the phone and then asked to prove with a bank statement that money was actually debited from the account. I will now turn the whole matter over to my lawyer. I have never experienced such insolence.

Yes, it was very clean there too. The only thing that surprised me was that the hygiene signs in the toilets were already checked by 5 p.m. Even though it was only 1:30 p.m. 🫣

We were there in the afternoon. It was also our first time there as we were in the area. The Burger King was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food for four people was ready in a timely manner and was at a good temperature. The outdoor area is fenced so that children cannot run away. Unfortunately there is little play equipment for children, apart from three indoor play boards. The toilets were clean during our visit.

You always get a missing order, sometimes 1-2 burgers, sometimes fries are missing (which are often simply “mushy”). You always have to check whether everything you ordered is there before you leave the store. A little more concentration wouldn't be a bad thing from the employees.

Went into the drive at 10:20/10:25 p.m., just a moment please. I think it was ordered at 10:58 p.m. 23:17 Order received. Couldn't get out to the front or back. The gentleman standing behind me in the drive was allowed to place his order at 11:15 p.m., almost 20 minutes after me and he had waited just as long.

I waited 30 minutes for my order, then the burger was already cold and unfortunately the other burger was the wrong one. My friends had most of their orders missing and were significantly understaffed for a normal weekday (Wednesday), there was one person in the kitchen who prepared half of the orders incorrectly, unfortunately hygiene is also overrated there, it was very dirty and there was no tidying up either... In the case of 3/4 orders before me, incorrect orders were also issued where things were completely missing. I can only recommend everyone to avoid these branches and definitely recommend that the branch manager solve these problems.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. I ordered and paid at the terminal and the receipt didn't come out. I let the staff know and he said if I didn't tell him the number he couldn't print me a new receipt. I told him the number that was on my display when I paid and then nothing happened. At some point my number was prepared and put out and then I just took the food and left. The fries were cold, as were the Whopper and the other 3 burgers I ordered. By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The staff is super inattentive, when you're standing at the checkout four employees walk past you and ignore you. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty, there was a lot of rubbish lying around and everything was sticky or greasy. The toilets were available but completely dirty (men's toilet), but on the hygiene plan everything had supposedly been checked 4 minutes beforehand and found to be ok. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for the food, during which time I could almost cook something myself or order a pizza... all in all, really not recommended.

For some people the food was fast, for others it was slow (for me personally it was quite fast), I even heard someone say "where is my order!". The food was generally good, although small portions of fries. Toilet was clean.

I was actually always a fan of the Burger King restaurant in Kerpen, but unfortunately over time it has gotten worse and worse. The service is slow, the prices are high and sometimes you don't get what you actually ordered. I often have to wait around 20 minutes...it's no longer about fast food. Just today my order was completely ignored. Three people were served who ordered after me and in the meantime my finished burgers were getting cold in the counter. Definitely no longer recommended. Better go to McDonald's in Sindorf or Langenich. 👎

Unfortunately, it feels like five out of ten orders are wrong. Several extras are missing or explicit orders such as: B. no onions due to allergies are ignored.

I was there on March 7th, 2024 and the employees were extremely friendly and personable. They deserve a raise!!!!

Sunday evening after 10 pm I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru with only one other customer in front of me. That's too long for a "fast food" restaurant. At least the employee was very nice and polite! Quality corresponds to the BK standard.

2 burgers take away and one completely without ingredients. Not declared which is vegetarian and which is not. Unfortunately, such faux pas happen again and again. But at least you won't get stomach cramps like you did with the first Franciser ;-) 😉

Definitely a good shop, but you wait extremely long for simple orders and they go in a very strange order. For example, a friend ordered the same thing as me 10 minutes after me and still received his food before me, while I had to wait over 30 minutes. Another friend had to wait 20 minutes for 3 small fries.

This evening my son and his girlfriend placed the wrong order, refused the receipt and were cheated out of at least 15 euros. It was a corpulent man about 25 years old. The food was inedible, in four out of five burgers the mayonnaise was sour and one was burnt, another burger was swimming in sauce where the mayo was also sour, while in others you were looking for it, just like the pattis, the only thing that was somewhat enjoyable was the ones Nuggets and fries but even then the ketchup was forgotten. We would have gone back to ask for something new but we weren't even asked for a receipt or we weren't given one.

Ist leider immer wieder relativ aufgewärmt. Die Sachen scheinen länger zu liegen.

Haben in den letzten Monaten 3 mal hier im Laden bestellt und dann zuhause gegessen (weil man bei dem Lärm im vollen Laden eine Magenverschlingung riskiert). Jedes einzige Mal fehlte ein veganer Burger, der aber auf dem Kassenzettel auftaucht. So auch heute. Ein Schelm wer böses dabei denkt und so.

Essen ist okay, aber alles drumherum nicht: Es ist ein absolutes Funkloch dort, mobiles Internet funktioniert nicht. Wäre ja kein Problem, wenn wenigstens das angebotene WLAN dort gehen würde. Funktioniert leider ebenfalls nicht. Und am Terminal werden Paybackpunkte und extra Coupons einfach nicht registriert.

Schnelle Bedienung aber Bürger waren nur lau warm

Wir waren letztens im Burger King Kerpen. Wir extra die recup Becher für die Getränke bestellt. Und in was bekommen wir die Getränke? Im Einweg. Ja, wir habe das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen, aber das ist doch nicht der Sinn.

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen über den Drive in zu bestellen. 1 Burger hat komplett gefehlt und bei dem anderen war alles falsch. Für mich nur noch vor Ort essen oder garnicht.

Wirklich nur was für den Notfall. Egal welches Personal dort ist, das Essen war immer lauwarm.

Der Burger King ist einfach der Durchschnitt der Fast Food Kette es gab wie erwartet Probleme mit der Bestellung das wieder was gefehlt hat obwohl sie lange Zeit hatten alles zu kontrollieren aber immerhin 69 Als nummer bekommen freute mich dann nach dem Rennen ums Essen und Milchshake zum essen die Burger sind wie erwartet vergleich zur Werbung Scam der Gedankengang Burger selber machen ist durchaus berechtigt über denn Zustand was der Sauberkeit angeht ist eine maßlose Frechheit das die Tabletts auf dem Tisch stehen und der behälter voller wie von manche der Kopf beim saufen ich werde mich nicht bewegen nochmals dort hin zu fahren und zu essen

Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, allerdings sollte man seine Bestellung nochmal kontrollieren, da öfter mal die Soßen vergessen werden einzupacken. Die parkfläche ist groß und es gibt genügend Parkplätze, auch mit Transportern bekommt man einen Parkplatz, lediglich der DriveIn ist recht eng.

Leider immer viel zu lange Wartezeiten... ich habe geschlagene 20min gebraucht, weil 5 Autos vor mir im Driveinn waren, Horror!!! Geht gar nicht!!!

Slechtste burgerking waar wij in tijden geweest zijn. Het duurde echt enorm lang voor het eten er was. En dan nog was niet alles compleet. Geen aanrader

Netter Burger King. Ich hatte bisher nur einmal ein Lebensmittelvergiftung und war bestimmt schon 100mal dort essen. Ich finde das ist eine gute Quote. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht wirklich nett aber sie erledigen ihren Job. Der Laden ist zwar nicht wirklich hygienisch aber es stinkt dort nicht und auf den Toiletten gibt Seife👍.

Haben an einem normalen Dienstag essen geholt gegen 13 Uhr. Wir haben auf insgesamt 2 Burger mit Pommes und Cola mehr als 30 Minuten gewartet und dann war der Burger auch noch kalt! Hätte ich nicht vorher bezahlt wäre ich einfach gegangen ganz ehrlich das ist eine Frechheit! Nie wieder!

Auf ein simples € 5,99 Menü kam erst nach 20 Minuten. Bestellnummer 257 wurde erst ausgegeben, als schon 280-er Nummern durch waren. Die Cheeseburger waren nur lauwarm. Schade!

Sehr schlechte WLAN Verbindung, man kann somit die angebotenen Coupons nicht einlösen. Nach 10 Min, hat es funktioniert.

Meine Nuggets waren kaum gar und wabbelig - sind mir 2 Tage nachgelaufen, die Pommes waren OK. Würde ich nicht wieder machen.

Haben um 21 Uhr bestellt und um 1 Uhr dann mal angerufen was mit der Lieferung denn nun ist, dann gesagt bekommen das kein Fahrer da sei und das bei Lieferando nicht ausgeschaltet sei, hab darauf gesagt das ich bei Burger-King selbst bestellt hab dann hatte der Fahrer zu viel zu Fahren und nach 3 mal tut mir leid hatten sie keinen Fahrer naja schade...

Diesmal war mein Essen sehr schlecht

War am 06.07. um ca. 18 Uhr dort und das Personal war super lieb zu meinem kleinen Sohn. Es hat richtig Freude gemacht wie sie mit ihm rumgealbert haben. Allein dafür würde ich sofort wieder hier essen! Danke euch!!! Essen ist die gewohnt gute BK Qualität
