So, I ordered a plant-pasteurized whooper, which I also eat at other places from time to time, just like my colleague. The patty was raw... Now you're probably wondering, "How can a plant-pasteurized patty be raw?" It was completely cold, like it came straight from the fridge, barely touched the grill, and then landed on the burger. It was almost liquid, like eating raw potato pancakes. I sent it back and after a very long wait (it wasn't grilled any longer, but rather forgotten under the heat lamp), I got a new one... It was exactly the same... Anyway, I was starving and then drank my patty. The atmosphere was like a Burger King, 3/5.

We arrived at 7:00 PM and had to wait 30 minutes for our three Whooper meals. The Whoopers had cheese on them. All three Whoopers were ice cold. After complaining, we received three new Whoopers, but without cheese, for which we paid an extra euro. The Whoopers weren't much warmer either. We will definitely not be going back to that restaurant.

Payback never works. The Wi-Fi connection is nonexistent, and something is always being done wrong or forgotten! Yesterday, I ordered two double cheeseburgers and received two chili cheeseburgers. On top of that, both Christmas ornaments were missing. That's it. Never again.

The food is almost never fresh, often tastes old or rotten, and the sauces are often inedible. I've tried it countless times, practically every year, but it gets worse every year.

The worst Burger King I've ever had. Out of an order of two meals and two extras, four items were wrong, and it wasn't just us; we saw complaints coming in every minute. The food was cold and the tables were dirty.

Unfriendly service, rude replies after complaining about the wrong burgers (which apparently was normal in the restaurant, as it felt like every order was returned...) Dirty tables, dirty floor! Cold food Disgusting place!

I got the wrong burger, asked for another one, and the manager, who was a student, laughed at me and tried to put in another patty for some reason. I asked for another burger. He smiled, walked to the kitchen, and laughed with one of his colleagues making the burgers. The order after us was also wrong; they asked for plant-based and received a normal beef burger. Unacceptable. The next order on our table was also wrong: 2 chicken burgers instead of 1 beef and 1 chicken, and they forgot the sauce. I eventually, after going back to the desk, got my other burger, but it was the wrong one with 2 beef patties. It included jalapeños when it shouldn’t have. We stayed to look if another order also had something wrong. They forgot the sauce. 5 wrong orders while it was calm and in the timespan of an hour. At least the burgers we got were good.

The staff are very friendly. The burgers are top-notch, as is the hygiene. The ambiance was renovated a few years ago. It's very cozy and inviting. I absolutely don't understand the bad reviews here.

I was there today and in my opinion the burger was lukewarm, meaning it wasn't fresh anymore. Also, almost all the tables were dirty. I didn't like it. I won't be going there again.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered my usual meal to treat myself, and the fries were cold. The cola was pure water; it looked more like apple juice mixed with water. Never again. You can see the cola in the picture.

Only real Sörens and Rüdigers here! But I always use the toilet. It doesn't stink!

For a Burger King, it's clean, and they recently added allergy information. The menu in the self-service kiosk has new items like pepper, which is really good. It would just be nice if you weren't constantly pressured to leave a review while eating, with the words "I need this." Therefore, one star deducted. Otherwise, especially considering the location, it's a really clean Burger King.

One of the better Burger King locations I've visited. The lovely young man Younes served me and was extremely competent. He was friendly and gave me butterflies in my stomach. Please give him a raise.

Preparation took a very long time, and instead of the ordered strawberry milkshake, I received a vanilla milkshake. And that's despite the order only consisting of three items – not a very good ratio.

I was ripped off here today – I was here with the kids and saw the cute Scooby-Doo figures in the display case – of course, my little one wanted the dog. So I ordered at the computer terminal – there you can choose which figure you want. I waited 10 minutes at a dirty table, which I only roughly cleaned with a tissue. When the food arrived, they handed me the tray without a word – no Kids Menu Box and no figure. I said, "Hey, that figure is missing." "We don't have any more." It's great that I have to ask for it. "Yes, then another one." "No, nothing left." Then give me the one from the display case." "I'm not allowed to do that." And you know what I'm not allowed to do? Give more than one star for this great customer service, congratulations. As if to mock me, the Coke Zero only tasted like water – I've never experienced that before. And the kebab fries have nothing to do with kebabs, and neither does the sauce, by the way. Spent 35 euros on this (3 burgers, 2 drinks, weird doner fries, 6 chili cheese nuggets, and a mini ice cream). A lousy review today, really hard earned, so here goes.

Ordered 3 items at the window, and 1 was forgotten but paid for. Sad. Then the lady mumbles into the microphone so that you can't understand anything. And if you go inside and order something more for 4 people, everyone is overwhelmed.

This is truly the worst Burger King I've ever experienced. Either you wait forever at the drive-thru, even though there's no one there, no cars in front or in the parking lot, and you get rudely yelled at because no one speaks to you for two minutes, or you simply never get exactly what you ordered. You have to constantly check everything because something is always wrong. Recently, I had a burger with two tops off the bun instead of the top and bottom like it should be. These mistakes happen all the time, and it's just annoying.

3 people, €55 for fast food that's served cold. Horrible. I'd rather go to a decent restaurant with fresh food for that price. The price isn't changing much.

The food was what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. The order screens were offline and likely a glitch, as the staff seemed understaffed. Furthermore, only one was actually competent, and it appeared to be the team leader. The order was subsequently incomplete and incorrect. Two burgers and a drink were missing, and the milkshake was vanilla instead of chocolate. Hopefully, this was all due to the glitch/understaffing, but it didn't make a good impression.

All the terminals were off. The burger was cold, and so were the fries. The floor was sticky as hell, and there were a few flies flying around. All in all, absolute shit.

There's nothing good to say about this! Everything that can be broken is broken and service is poor.

Very, very unhygienic. I wonder if the health department is blind. While something like this gets overlooked, I see pictures. The lady at the checkout said the cleaning lady has been sick for three days and the toilets haven't been cleaned.

Larger orders are rather difficult, and you should always check to see if everything is there. With more than two menus, the staff seems overwhelmed.

It was incredibly slow, and a regular Big King with jalapeños took about 7 minutes to prepare. It was cold to lukewarm, of course, as with all Burger Kings if you order an extra topping. The fries were cold and hard. Thanks for reminding me how stupid I am and stopping by.

Every now and then we go to this Burger King. We like to order a few things extra or add on. I can only recommend EVERYONE to open the burgers and check whether EVERYTHING has been done as requested. Unfortunately, we've had a number of cases when picking up a burger where, even though we ordered extra cheese, for example, there was no cheese at all. Furthermore, tomatoes or other items were canceled, and there were two of them. Either the employees don't speak any German at all, or something is deliberate. The food itself is really okay, but since this is happening more and more often, I can only recommend everyone to check their food beforehand!

The food was hot and fresh, but they only served the drive-thru, and it was so congested inside that some customers left without ordering. The dining room was very dirty; all the tables were sticky.

I don't really want to know how many flavor enhancers are in the food, but it tastes significantly better than other fast food restaurants. Much more aromatic and smoky (depending on your preferences, of course). The price is a bit higher than other fast food establishments, but it feels more upscale. You can forget about ordering, though. The reception in the restaurant is very poor, so they receive orders late, and you can end up waiting 2-3 hours for your food. This should be fixed!

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review. We ordered food for delivery from Burger King today. We had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, the fries were cold, underseasoned, and some weren't even cooked properly.

They didn't even communicate with us, like "good evening" or "there's a technical problem." Nothing. They stood there like they weren't welcome, so we drove on.

I was here with friends. The employees spit in the food and never wore gloves. Recently, even their sink was broken. Disgusting place.

The food is OK. You just have to be patient, and I'd also like to point out the rising inflation. So, with the offers and the app, it's still affordable, although from a commercial perspective, I would advise against buying without a discount or the app.

This Burger King is a nightmare. Dialogue-like correspondence was impossible. I was treated like I was in the schoolyard. The food was cold and just thrown into a bag. They could have saved the paper for the fries. The Coke was pee-warm and without ice. The wait was abysmal. Not a single moment, please, or anything like that. If you look behind the counter from the drive-thru, it looks like the people carrying the food can't walk more than 3 meters, or they don't clean up. If you have the chance, avoid the place.

There were five of us there. One burger was missing meat, one order was wrong, and the patty on mine was still frozen.

They don't participate in any promotions. Once again, they forgot to order the Bürger, so I had to go back and get the Bürger. What has happened to this Bürger King? Either the store closes or a new owner is needed!!!

Barely visited, no matter when you come. The double cheesy was cold the first time around - we complained about it immediately. The second time around, there was so much mustard on it that it made my mouth catch fire. The restroom floor was very dirty... not recommended.

Dissatisfied with the service – unfortunately disappointing I received the wrong burger and returned it straight away. Unfortunately, the behavior of the branch manager was anything but customer-friendly. His statement: “The other one no longer exists, the colleague is new and has no idea, what should I do now?” – and then the money was thrown at me without comment. A simple “Sorry”, a smile or a short alternative would have been enough for me. I would also have liked to have chosen something else in the same or cheaper price range. So I went on to the Chilli Cheese kebab stand - the seller there was friendly, in a good mood and the kebab was really tasty. That's how it works too!

Better stay away from this branch! The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and some employees definitely don't belong there. It simply closes earlier at will, even though it should still be open. In addition, you see so many advertisements for new burgers and in the branch they often say "we don't have any." Most of the time, the wrong products are in the order or they are completely missing. What also makes me really angry is that you get meat even though you ordered vegan food! Unfortunately, I have had to go through this experience several times now. It really makes you feel hungry and you can happily do without it.

CAUTION! MEAT IN VEGGIE PACKAGING! I just ordered two plant-based cheeseburgers, among other things. According to Burger King, the plant-based patties are immediately recognizable (roughly cloverleaf-shaped, whereas the meat is round). I immediately noticed the strange taste of the burgers. As you can see from the photo, I obviously received meat patties that were then simply wrapped in plant-based paper. I only eat here in an emergency and I'm used to not having a single order go over the counter properly, but this is the last straw! Here you can justifiably assume intent! This is fraudulent deception!

Unfortunately that's it for this branch. We've already been given more chances than we'd like. Simply because sometimes we really feel like BK. Drive in 5 times and disappointed 5 times. EVERY time something is missing. I have no idea how this happens, it must simply be a lack of commitment from the employees. It was never busy when we ordered there. I switched to this BK years ago because the Dürener BK hasn't been able to get the preparation time under control for ages. The BK in Kerpen was still ok - but now there was a long wait. Today 20 minutes for a menu and two cheeseburgers with few guests in the store. Eat cold to lukewarm. You don't want to complain and then wait another 20 minutes - so you eat cold burgers. Seems to be a common problem with BK now.

They keep forgetting items or details from my orders. Be it stuff like pickles or tomatoes, which dressing I selected for the salad, etc. I get it if it happens once or twice, especially when it is busy. But it kept happening, even in times where it was calm there with not many customers.

There were four of us at this Burger King and unfortunately the visit was anything but satisfactory. Something was done wrong with every single order. Three times there were minor errors - e.g. For example, a sweet and sour sauce that we ordered was not included, the Whopper was missing ketchup and the chili cheese fries had jalapeños on them even though we specifically ordered without. However, the most serious mistake was with my order: I ordered a plant-based burger and it actually had meat on it! I got a new one and it was confirmed to me that it was indeed meat - how can something like this happen? This is not only annoying, but also completely unacceptable. Additionally we had to wait half an hour for our food. Overall, the staff worked very slowly. Overall, a very disappointing experience - something like this simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant, especially with mistakes like this.

Made a larger order..... Unfortunately the King Nuggets were missing 😡 so one was without food. Called, they also deliver....... Pustekuchen........ put off 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Bad service. Next time, at some point, I'll unpack and check everything ‼️‼️

The Burger King in Kerpen is characterized by good cleanliness. The staff is professional and the food (Whopper) is worth a visit every time. Thumbs up!

I'm not even giving it a star. This is the second or third time we've been to the Burger King in Kerpen, and each time, something has been forgotten in our order. Once, they forgot our child's ice cream, once they forgot a couple of hamburgers from the menu, or when I ordered something, they always served something completely different. We were there again today, and this will be the last time, because just as many things were forgotten today. Maybe they really need to change employees or do something to stop them from constantly forgetting something. Very bad.

I ordered two burgers with extra sauce and paid an extra 1.80 euros for them. Unfortunately, I was simply served two normal burgers without the additional sauce I requested. When I pointed out to the employee that my order was incorrect, my concern was ignored and simply dismissed with a “yes, ok”. Such service is disappointing, especially when you pay for extras that are then not delivered

What was that? Worst store ever. I've never eaten so badly for €17. Ordered a burger with extra cheese, onion and lettuce and what did I get... A burger that had already been eaten, that's what it looked like. Just throwing everything together and squeezing it together. A small slice of onion, the second slice of cheese on top of the first and two tiny lettuce leaves. He was also cold. My wife had a burger with bacon, lol. A small corner of raw bacon that wasn't even a quarter of the burger. There were only ice crystals in the milkshake. Complaining didn't help. The answer was... That's standard... We were there at around 7 p.m. with two other guests in the store.

Disastrous service. Order canceled after 90 minutes of waiting even though it showed as 'almost there' for 30 minutes. No way to contact, just left in the lurch. If you can't handle orders, don't accept them. Never again!

Well, the usual problem at Burger King today, I forgot the 9er wings. Thank God I always check the contents of the bag. The kicker came when I was home and ordered a double Whopper with 2x extra cheese and in the end there was no cheese on the burger. Great performance 😞
