We got ice cream at MC Drive 2. Fast service, although wrong ice cream at first.

Food is the same everywhere. However, the shop was quite full and the free tables were full of dirt and grease. The table service was quick, but it wasn't particularly friendly.

In addition to the typical McDonald's standard, the beautiful location is worth mentioning. Despite the proximity to the motorway, it is pleasant to sit outside. I come here often (staycation or drive-in) when passing through and have always found it clean and friendly I thought the labeling of the coffee cups was very nice last time

Fast, clean and tasted perfectly fine. There was a McSundae frozen yogurt.

We were served very friendly. We also enjoyed the food. The ambience was nice, but unfortunately the ventilation was quite loud. Maybe that can still be changed?

The McDonald’s was really clean and a nice size so it was easy to find a seat. We were there for breakfast and the food tasted really good. The selection was as usual and everything was freshly prepared. The ambience was surprisingly cozy for a fast food restaurant. Overall, a nice place to have a relaxed breakfast.

Food, typical McDonald's. Service friendly and accommodating only the tables could be cleaner. Everything else is great.....

The second time I pay a lot of money for my family's food to only have half of it inside and two orders mixed in with another person. Every time you have to check everything, why are you paying for something like that? Pure disappointment.

It was very, very crowded at the time of our visit. Nevertheless we got our food very quickly.

The burgers are all well topped and freshly prepared. The service is ok but not the best and the ambience is very nicely decorated.

Once again parts of the order are missing! Maybe there's something completely wrong in there... you can also do order roulette and hope to get something great... but if you pay €30 and only get half, you won't go there anymore!

Dieses Mal war das Restaurant wieder gut. Ein Punkt Abzug, da in 2 Toiletten kein WC Papier war. Wir kommen wieder. In anderen McDonald’s war es auch teurer.

This MC branch is part of my regular break program on my frequent trips from north to south and vice versa. There are actually MCs that I'm not so convinced of. But this one is very well run. It's right at the top of my private BicMac index. At least when it has to be fast food. The burgers are very well made and the fries are not soggy. It is also very clean and the service is friendly. Recommendation!

For many years we have always been guests when traveling through Whitsun and autumn holidays and have always had breakfast here. This year, contrary to all expectations, we were disappointed, which was certainly not only due to the restaurant itself but also to the group strategy. The staffing was poor that morning, so even the sincere efforts of the employees weren't of much use. We were disappointed by the changed product offering. We were used to it differently/better, and that was what we expected. Unfortunately, the products we were used to and loved were no longer available or were available in a modified form. Scrambled eggs only as a wrap? This was no more convincing than the rest of the breakfast stuck to the packaging. Conclusion: Before the next visit, we find out what is on offer and whether anything has changed in the product range. Otherwise we unfortunately have to look for alternatives.

Visiting this McDonald's location was an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the friendly and welcoming staff. Clean toilets Food like it is everywhere. Sufficient parking options

Oh well. I've been to this branch twice. The first time, the service replaced lamps in the ceiling and the service employee climbed onto the benches and tables. It was cleaned 5 minutes later, but guests could have sat there during that time. The wraps we ordered were put together carelessly both times. More like rolls with closed ends, the sauces dripping out the long side. The sanitary area stank and the floor was sticky.

This branch was definitely very clean. Everything really worked, the food came very quickly and was good. But the highlight was the shift manager, who came to the table and asked if everything was OK. Really very attentive and nice.

Waited over 30 minutes for food. Food was cold and didn't taste good. Very dirty.

We were there briefly while passing through. The McDonalds itself was clean. The employees were also nice, unfortunately the burgers were cold and totally dry. The McRipp in particular wasn't sparkling.

This evening's shift management was extremely rude, unfriendly and probably went to the basement to laugh. He turned away customers from the store who were in a very good mood because he didn't like the funny behavior of the customers. Despite this, all customers and many employees found the funny nature very amusing.

I've never experienced that before. Sure, it's McDonalds, but lukewarm, bubblegum-like fries 🍟, but lukewarm cheeseburgers with a hard bun, code recognition at the registration desk that doesn't work, no Coke Zero and dirty tables ❓ No thanks ❓🤢

Very nice staff both at the cash registers and also the service... if something is missing, it will of course be added without any ifs or buts. Food is great, sometimes it's only lukewarm but most of it is really freshly prepared, the property itself is very well maintained and always clean... Games corner for the kids is just relatively small. At peak times it is sometimes very crowded but you can decide at the terminal whether to take away or eat there... keep it up, feel free to eat there

Fast, friendly service, good service

Order placed via the system at the entrance and delivery to the table requested. Food was then brought to us very quickly and missing sauces were brought in very quickly. It has to be said that the service was friendly and very on point. It was relatively busy. Burgers and fries were warm. Have been here again for a long time and left satisfied after the meal.

Unfortunately, the MacRib no longer has the typical taste it used to have. Almost only people who don't speak German are working at the Drive Inn counter, the fries are also soggy. Next time it'll just be coffee.

The food was as expected, the McCafé coffee was very good as usual. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hygiene measures in the toilets were apparently reduced again after the Corona period. There was no hand paper or disinfectant. In addition, it is impossible for small children to reach the tap to wash their hands. It's a shame, even though the company always claims to be so child-friendly.

I've never experienced such a stupid table concept before: sharp-edged, ultra-fat steel legs that will hurt you if you don't expect them and climb onto the seat with momentum. 80% less volume and round legs would have done the same as in 90% of all other McDonald's branches.

The food was freshly made, the fries were great and the service left nothing to be desired. All in all a very good experience!

Ate two McRibs in a row. And get a swollen mouth. This has less to do with this restaurant than the artificial ingredients and food used. You should avoid McDonalds and eat healthily.

All customers were forced to order through the terminal. Unfortunately my vouchers were not accepted.

You can't escape the feeling that the burgers and their ingredients are getting smaller and smaller. The toy was forgotten at the Happy Meal.

It used to be a nice McDonald's, but somehow the place is going downhill and I'm very disappointed with the toilets - dirty and out of paper. However, the food was ready and at the table very quickly, even though it was very busy.

Dirty, the floor sticks everywhere, people sign on the notice board in the toilet even though they don't clean at all! Was there live! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Due to the winter holiday traffic on the nearby motorway, there was a huge rush around lunchtime: visibly too much... The displays offered dishes that were no longer available. Some of the guests waited forever for paid food, only to find out that it was no longer available. Despite the chaos, the service staff were very friendly and sometimes worked hard to save the situation.

Bei Bestellung am McDrive immer sofort kontrollieren ob alles wirklich da ist , was man bezahlt hat. Bei uns fehlt fast immer etwas.

Als wir dort waren, war es schön recht laut. Essen war ok. Inzwischen recht teuer geworden wie ich finde.

Ich kenne den Mc Donalds schon lange, hab aber das Gefühl, dass es irgendwie Berg ab geht. Fußboden dreckig und die Sanitäranlagen sind nicht mehr so wie es mal war.

Einer der besten McDonalds. Leckere Burger und super Cappuccino. Das beste: wir haben etwas am Tisch liegen lassen und es wurde für uns aufgehoben und später zu Abholung bereit gehalten. Danke!

McDonald's Schleiz... Liegt günstig ein paar Meter abseits der Autobahn. Personal IMMER unglaublich freundlich. Restaurant auch immer halbwegs sauber, Essen kommt erstaunlich warm an den Tisch... Wir halten hier IMMER auf dem Weg nach München.

Selten so ein ordentliches Mc Donalds gesehen. Sehr angenehm und nettes Personal . Alles pikobello Sauber inklusive der Toiletten.

Nach betreten des Lokals, wurde ich von der Sauberkeit der Toiletten überrascht, auffallend sauber. Beim dinieren meines Mals stellte ich fest, dass sowohl die Pommes ausgezeichnet geschmeckt haben als auch das Patty meines Burgers angenehm kross war. Auch die Tablett-Rückgabe-Wägen waren ordentlich und geleert, top. Gerne kehre bei der nächsten Urlaubsreise wieder hier ein.

Sehr sauberer McDonalds, Essen war schnell zubereitet und vor allem ist das aufmerksame, zuvorkommende und kinderfreundliche Personal zu loben! Wir kommen bei der nächsten Durchfahrt sehr gerne wieder her!

Wenn MC CAFÉ dran steht, dann sollte auch MC CAFÉ drin sein. Leider zum wiederholten Male war die CAFÉ Station nicht besetzt und somit war der Wunsch nach einem frischen CAFÉ schnell erloschen. Denn aus der normalen Maschine ... das können andere Raststätten auch.

Halt ein MC Donalds, mann hat an der Autobahn kaum eine Alternative dazu. Essen könnte besser sein, ist aber überall gleich. Mann weiß was mann bekommt. War sauber und das Essen wurde uns an denn Tisch gebracht.

Es war mega sauber, die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und für Kids super was zum spielen. Essen war auch wie bei fast food erwartet, sehr zügig fertig. Top Leistung!

Ist halt ein McDonalds. War sauber, aber recht voll. Essen ist ok, aber mehr halt auch nicht. Wirklich schade finde ich, dass der Iced Frappé nicht mehr am Ende gecrusht wird. Das hat das Getränk für mich damals zu meinem Lieblingsprodukt bei McDonalds gemacht. Seit einiger Zeit aber, belassen sie es dabei darin diese riesigen Eiswürfel zu lassen. Dadurch ist das Getränk dickflüssig, süßer und weniger erfrischend. Ich hoffe, das wird irgendwann mal wieder geändert!

Sehr sauber, vorallem im Verhältnis zu anderen McDonalds Filialen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Essen wie immer gut. Das Personal war freundlich und fix. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Daher nur 4 ☆. Doch vielleicht hat sich das geschuldet, weil sehr viel Betrieb war.
