We were able to celebrate our 40th class reunion there on Saturday. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Tolas Zollhaus team for the all-round successful celebration. Not least for the fact that everyone served us in a friendly manner until 2 a.m. and we never had the feeling that we were being too much. Thank you very much for this beautiful late summer evening. . .

The service and ambience were very good. The food was good. We'd love to come back. There is a small playground which was great for our daughter.

When you are in this restaurant, the term service is redefined. If you need 12 seats, tables are simply put together or moved from inside to outside. If the food should be individual, then that goes without saying. We found being here to be “no problem”. Therefore: Highly recommended and we would like to come back. Conclusion: Service is a passion here

A good example of seemingly predominantly fake reviews. Completely incomprehensible how 4-5 star reviews can come about here. Completely overpriced for a restaurant in the Franconian-Thuringian no man's land. There is no small selection of main courses and a number of typical Greek dishes. For example stuffed grape leaves or gyros. The portion size of the main courses corresponds to a good starter. Pork medallions full of fat and gristle under a greasy layer of cheese. The highlight is the 3 loveless slices of baguette as garlic bread for EUR 5.20. No question whether it was tasty. No acceptance of criticism. No excuse. No ouzo on the house as a small compensation. Total disappointment.

Great food, great service and great design! Completely satisfied. The children have also been thought of with a mega playground and many small Greek starters invite the little ones to try something out and not just eat fries with chicken nuggets again. I thought it was really great!! We had the Greek salad, baked feta, baked potatoes with tzatziki, bruschetta and my husband had the mussaka. Plus a bottle of water, house wine and a beer, and finally ouzo. Everything for 72€, you can't complain as a family. Everything great!

Nice, unfortunately somewhat remote, family-run Greek restaurant. Great ambience, pleasant prices, with a beer garden in summer, winter garden feeling in the light-flooded guest room in winter - with large windows, parking spaces, children's playground and really friendly staff. Unfortunately I've only been there a few times for coffee and cake. Located on the road from Möschlitz to Schloss 🏰 Burgk and therefore also good to use as a starting point or stopover for excursions. Nearby, within 30 minutes walking distance, is Burgk Castle Ice bridge Burgkhammer Moschlitz Concentration camp memorial Connections to hiking trails: Burghammer, Bleilochstausee, Saale cascades and much more, as this is a spacious hiking area. Recommended and always a pleasure to visit.

We were staying at the pitch in Burgh and came across this place. The food was very good and served quickly, the service was very nice and attentive, thank you!

On the way to Burgk Castle we ate at Tola's customs house. The communication via email was excellent, as was the food and service. I can only recommend this restaurant in every respect.

First I have to emphasize how friendly and attentive the service was. You felt welcome. The ambience is also very nice and inviting. BUT, unfortunately the food. Judging by the prices, you're hoping for good quality and great taste. As a starter I had octopus for almost 18.00 euros (150g-200g). It was still quite firm, so you had to chew well. Spices were missing in terms of taste. And then there was a thick, tough layer of fat around it. I just couldn't eat it. My husband had garlic bread. 3 slices, dripping with fat and you had to guess the garlic taste. Then there was a salad. The menu said homemade basil and pine pesto. I didn't taste it. When asked, it was included under the salad. Maybe it was like that, but if you put the ready-made thick balsamic vinegar on top, which wasn't on the menu, the taste was just like that. I just don't like ready-made balsamic vinegar. It's a shame because I was looking forward to the pesto. Olives were also missing. It's not bad. It can happen, I said it and the salad got a few olives on it. My husband also had chicken with mushroom cream sauce. All you can say is it wasn't anything great. Here too the sauce was quite fatty. With a small cola, a large water and two glasses of wine our bill came to almost 87.00 euros. And it definitely wasn't worth it. I was then offered an espresso or schnapps because I wasn't satisfied, but sorry, that doesn't matter anymore. I politely declined, I no longer drink espresso in the evenings and I'm not a schnapps drinker. Conclusion for us, we won't be coming back and can't recommend it.

A wonderful little Greek restaurant in the middle of the countryside. The Tola family has built an original 🇬🇷 restaurant here like the one you can find on the island of Corfu. The home of the boss and also the kitchen. The food is excellent and of course the right drinks are not missing either. Depending on your wishes, there are also great extras and specials for birthdays and anniversaries. Come by and let yourself be pampered. We'll definitely be happy to come back almost every week. What a great experience! After a visit to Burgk Castle, the restaurant is a 1-minute drive from the castle parking lot. The waitresses were all very friendly and quick! The food, a Stifado (it was called something different on the menu), was simply delicious and the Greek salad was just like it tastes in Greece. The sheep's cheese was excellent. Afterwards a very good espresso on the terrace with a view of the greenery and the blue sky. What more do you want?

The food had little to do with a Greek restaurant. The menu for main courses was very clear. Dishes that are typically offered in other Greek restaurants were completely missing! The quality, the portion size and, above all, the taste of the food are not at the level expected and in keeping with the price. The prices of the food and drinks gave us hope for a lot more. It also took a long time from ordering to serving. The ambience is ok, nice outdoor area, but right on a not too busy street. The service was very friendly but unfortunately a bit overwhelmed. All in all, we cannot recommend the restaurant, the price-performance ratio doesn't match at all!

Delicious Greek dishes in a great atmosphere. The service was wonderful and accommodating. The manager of the house was always present and fulfilled all wishes. The food is high quality and the price is justified. In summer you can sit on the terrace, there is a children's playground and plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant is in a very quiet location. Burgk Castle is only a 20-minute walk away.

Always my pleasure! Everything is just right here, the food tastes incredibly delicious and is lovingly prepared. Friendly service and a beautiful location, great to sit outside even in summer. The selection of dishes is great, vegetarians will also get their money's worth. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Tolas Zollhaus :)

As a starter we had garlic bread for €5.20. There were three small thin slices of baguette that only tasted of oil and not of garlic. And I think the amount for the money is outrageous. For the main course we had pesto linguini for €13.90. The noodles were cold and tasted like almost nothing. You can't call it pesto and it wasn't much. Price performance doesn't fit at all. Not recommendable.

Very nicely located Greek restaurant, with spacious outdoor areas, children's playground and parking spaces. The house is modern and with a pleasant Greek ambience. Open on weekends from midday to evening. Even coffee/tea and cake reminded me of Greek evenings on Corfu - such as: Baklava. I've been here several times and it's always been a very pleasant stay - in the summer there's also outdoor dining!! Thank you, I'll be happy to come back.

Superleckeres Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft noch groß geschrieben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Burgk gemacht und sind anschließend in dieses Lokal gefahren um etwas zu essen. Der Parkplatz ist groß und es gibt genug Platz zum Parken Das Essen schmeckt und liegt auch für das Auge sehr schön auf dem Teller. Der Milchshake, welchen ich dazu genommen habe schmeckt gut und ist nicht zu süß. Es gab ebenfalls eine Vorspeise dazu. Ich gebe 4 Sterne, weil die Preise gehoben sind. Ansonsten ist der Service und Geschmack sehr gut 👍🏼

Als Tagesausflug bei der Burg Burgk gewesen und danach ins Tolas Zollhaus Essen gegangen. Ich habe vorher für 5 Personen einen Geburtstagstisch reserviert. Es sind viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich und immer aufmerksam. Das Essen war super. Was ich persönlich sehr gut fande, dass der Tzaziki nicht so extrem nach Knoblauch geschmeckt hat sondern sehr mild war. Da ich es als Geburtstagstisch reserviert habe, war zum Empfang ein Schild mit „Happy Birthday“ auf dem Tisch und als Geschenk des Hauses gab es eine Nachspeise geschenkt als Eisteller mit Brownies (siehe Bild). Ich kann jedem empfehlen dort mal zu essen.

Leckeres Essen bei Schloss Burgk.... Sehr zu empfehlen ..!!

Da kommt man an die Wegkreuzung Burgk, Möschlitz, Gräfenwarth und wie aus dem Nichts kommt dieses Restaurant. Es überzeugt schon von Außen mit dem Ambiente. Liebevoll angelegter Terrassenbereich und Innen ist perfekt gestaltet. Man setzt sich hin und dann kommt die herzerfreuende, junge Bedienung und nimmt mit einer Freundlichkeit die Bestellung auf, top. Es wird noch besser. In rasender Geschwindigkeit kommen die Getränke und ein kulinarischer Gruß aus der Küche. Sehr lecker. Das bestellte es Essen war super lecker und perfekt zubereitet. Wir können den Reis empfehlen. Ich könnte noch ewig schreiben und sage liebe Grüße aus Hamburg

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal dort. Immer absolute Spitzenklasse an Speisen und netten Service. Ein absolutes Kleinod für die Region.

Kurzentschlossen haben wir uns ohne Voranmeldung auf den Weg gemacht. Danke ans tolle Team, dass sie es uns ermöglicht haben, sehr gut zu speisen.Essen alles frisch zubereitet und das selbstgemachte Tzatziki wie auch alles andere Essen mega lecker👍 Im Außenbereich findet man auch viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Spielplatz ist auch vorhanden. Es befindet sich sogar ein kleiner Wohnmobil Stellplatz neben an.

Wir kamen nach einer Wanderung etwa 15min nach 14.00Uhr (dem offiziellen Ende des Mittagsservice) dort an. Trotzdem war es, nach kurzer Nachfrage in der Küche, kein Problem Essen aus der Speisekarte zu bekommen. Viele andere Gastronomen hätten hier stur auf die Zeiten bestanden. Unser Essen, Mousaka, war sehr delikat. Der Service sehr sehr freundlich und fix. Ein Betrieb, der die bisherigen sehr guten Bewertungen wirklich verdient. Weiter so!

Μας άρεσε πολύ.Ατμοσφερικο μερος και ο χώρος έξω ήταν υπέροχα. Ο κατάλογος ήταν πολύ ενδιαφέρων. Νόστιμα πιάτα κ μερίδες χορταστικές. Ωραίες ελληνικές πρώτες ύλες. Η εξυπηρέτηση άριστη,γρήγορη κ πολύ φιλική. Μείναμε όλοι πολύ ευχάριστοι. Το συστήνω και αν επιτρέπεται θα έβαζα δέκα αστέρια.Θα είναι πάντα η πρώτη μου επιλογή. Συγχαρητήρια παιδιά σε ότι έχετε κάνει . Το κάνετε με αγάπη και πάθος για αυτό και είναι όλα Super fantastic.

Sehr lange auf das Essen gewartet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Essens passt nicht.

Einfach Klasse, per WhatsApp reserviert. Mitten im Nirgendwo steht dann dieses einzigartige und wirklich gut schmeckende Restaurant. Auch Kinder sind hier willkommen. Dafür steht vorm Haus ein Spielplatz zur Verfügung. Wer einen Ausflug nach Schloß Burgk plant sollte dieses Restaurant definitiv einplanen. Aber wichtig, reservieren ist wirklich sinnvoll. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Steffen Theise und Familie PS: Nach dem Besuch auf Schloss Burgk, nochmal auf einen Kaffee angehalten, auch super. Und es gibt selbstgemachte Torte, einfach Lecker. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Nach einer wunderschönen Rundwanderung wollten wir uns eigentlich nur bei Kaffee und Kakao aufwärmen. Doch die Speisekarte las sich so verlockend, dass wir uns spontan für jeweils 2 Vorspeisen entschieden haben. Mega lecker und die Mädels vom Service unglaublich freundlich. Gern wieder und dann mit der ganzen Sippe. Das Restaurant hat nämlich einen barrierefreien Zugang 🥰

War mittlerweile das fünfte mal in diesem Restaurant und kann immer wieder sagen das es super lecker ist ! Mein Lieblingsessen ist die überbackene Lende mit Metaxasoße, einfach überragend. Aber auch die Salate und das Gyros ist sehr zu empfehlen! Vorspeisen sind auch sehr lecker und aufjedenfall ausreichend! Finde es auch gut, dass es Gerichten gibt die man auch wirklich in den griechischen Restaurants findet, Leute die sich hier darüber beschweren es wären keine griechischen Gerichte die können ja mal in Griechenland schauen was es da so gibt.. Ich komm immer wieder gerne in das tolle Ambiente 😍

Gut: Biergarten, Parkplatz, Ambiente, Chef und einige Mitarbeiter Sehr gut: die hausgemachten Torten weniger gut: das Angebot an griechischen Speise etwas gering, (dafür italienische Gerichte? Warum?), besonders keine Vorspeisenplatte ( wurde auch auf Nachfrage abgelehnt) . Ich müsste mehrere Vorspeisen bestellen, was mengenmäßig nicht möglich ist. Wenn man kein Fleisch essen möchte, wird es hier schwierig. Die Schweinemadaillons und Nr. 8 (Röllchen, aber doch mit kochschinkenähnlichem Produkt und Käse ( kenne ich nicht als griechisches Gericht) schmeckten gut. Das Knoblauchbrot -3 kleine Stückchen ist überteuert und auch auf Tzaziki für 5,50 hab ich gleich verzichtet. Für die Torte- Sauerkirsch- Vanillecreme- Mandelkrümel zahlte ich gerne 4,20. Diese sollte aber ohne Sahne, wie ich es verlangte, auch ohne Sahne, einen anderen Preis haben. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass das Anschneiden einer Torte eine solche Ratlosigkeit bei der jungen Dame hinterm Tresen verursacht. Nach ca. 15 Minuten hatten man es endlich geschafft. Vielleicht war sie neu im Lokal? Die Wirtin Maria macht die Torten selbst ( 3 waren im Angebot). Sie schmeckte ausgezeichnet, sodass ich, wenn ich noch einmal herkomme, vielleicht nur deswegen kommen werde, da das Angebot an Speisen nicht viel für mich im Angebot hatte. Vielleicht denkt der Chef noch einmal über eine Vorspeisenplatte usw. nach. Fazit: Man sollte nachdenken, ob man ein griechisches Restaurant ausschließlich sein will, was besser wäre. Wer italienisch essen will, sollte zum Italiener gehen. Ambiente, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Essen ist i.O. Die Preise mancher Gerichte entsprechen nicht dem eingesetzten Warenwert oder der Menge. Cocktails bringen zwar viel Einnahmen, aber was soll das im griechischen Restaurant?

Leckeres Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung! Zudem kinderfreundlich mit nem Spielplatz im Außenbereich und WoMo Stellplätzen mit Blick aufs Feld. Sie sind zwar an der Straße gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Achso und nicht zu vergessen die große Auswahl an Cocktails :)
