Orders are not always what you ordered. If you take something home with you or are in the drive-thru, you should check the food you received is complete and whether your special requests were fulfilled. Neither of these was often the case for me

I've never had a good Coke there. Apparently, carbonation is so expensive that the tap stays closed. Even if you return the Coke due to lack of carbonation, you get a Coke with only traces of carbonation. Folks, non-carbonated Coke is just sweet slop and tastes like a... and a... Friedrich. You should know that.

Incompetent, more incompetent, McDonald's Ansbach

Only to a limited extent, as they were very unfriendly and awkward when ordering.

We ordered plant-based nuggets, but received meat ones. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until after we'd bitten into the first one. The product was replaced, but for someone who doesn't want to eat meat, that's an absolute no-go. You'd expect the work to be done conscientiously; this simply shouldn't happen!

I was just told that my McFlurry was brownies with chocolate sauce when I tried to exchange it. I'd like to attach the picture, but it doesn't work. My McFlurry actually contains these dragon tongues instead of brownies.

Waiting times of 30-60 minutes are now normal here … nothing for the quick hunger

I had to wait 40 minutes for my food, which I find a bit cheeky, and then the burger was wrong three times. Very poorly organized. I was very disappointed by McDonald's standards.

Edit: So, things have really been going wrong lately. Every time I come, I have to wait 30-60 minutes for my order. A few times, I've even been forgotten. It really takes away all your hunger when you're sitting there like an idiot, watching people come and go after you, while you wait for your food. Yeah, it's okay. I eat there several times a month with my best friends. Only a few of the employees speak German well. But it's okay, since you order at the terminals anyway. Something's missing from about half of the orders, but since we always eat in, you can just ask and they'll replace it. Occasionally, they put things in the burger that you've opted out of (I hate pickles, for example). But that's manageable. The prices are just getting a bit cheeky. In a decade, the prices have almost doubled, while the quality of the food has remained the same. But that's not the fault of the individual branches. The restrooms could be cleaned better. They often smell strongly of urine.

Damage where is it but it made me fat that's why only 1 star for food service are only Indians (know and why) ambience knows what that is

We got Mc Flurry as a birthday present. It's a pleasant volume, our order was there in about 6 minutes.

Unbelievable...I actually just had to wait 21 minutes for a Filet O Fish and a cheeseburger The staff was unfriendly, barely spoke German... and apparently fellow countrymen were given preferential treatment - after I had waited for about 10 minutes, two little boys came and said "quick burger please... bus!". The two then had their burgers within a very short time. My order after 21 minutes - a completely cold cheeseburger, so wet and soggy it looked like it had been dropped in the water beforehand. Disgusting and inedible! Never again McDonald's Ansbach, that was an impertinence! 🫤

It doesn't work at all! Kids wanted to go to MC for the Minecraft toys. Went to the MC with 6 kids and ordered 6X junior bags. When we arrived we discovered that there were no toys in the bags. The children go to the ticket office only to be told in a very unfriendly manner "it's not sold out"! My inquiry with a very annoyed employee was no better. This borders on fraud! Paid and no goods received, no money partially refunded, no apology. This service is simply sad!!!

Disaster. 30 minutes wait for 2 burgers, 9 chicken nuggets and fries. The crowning glory was that a burger was still missing. The other burger and fries were cold.

We drove through the DrivIn and ordered a citizen without cheese. Food got looked in, packaging with glue without cheese is perfect inside. They drove off and gave the children their food and there was already a lot of screaming, citizens with cheese on them. Pity it's too far to turn back.

You have to check every single order to make sure everything is there, because half of it is usually missing.

Unfortunately it's difficult to get into the drive-in by car and the parking space isn't nice either. So I parked and went inside. 15 minutes waiting for service and another 10 minutes waiting for 2 apple turnovers! This store is a disaster!

It's a normal restaurant but when you get your citizen and open the packaging you no longer have an appetite, so it always looks like they're throwing everything on the citizen and handing it over there and when you try to eat your citizen everything falls out.

The seating/lounging area smells terrible (like urine). Often very long waiting times for the food, which is already cold. Too bad

Went to the 150kW Rush charging station in McDonald’s and had a latte chai. The charging station is completely dark and my wife would have been really scared alone. Such a dark corner is completely out of the question.

Unfortunately, we have had things missing several times but were paid for. Unfortunately, we only noticed when we got home that it wasn't worth driving back. Last time there was a hair in the burger 🤮

So I'm not perfect, but today I found a fly in the portion of fries, I wanted it to be normal with the "boss" who came to me, didn't want to do or say anything big, just wanted to say it. I was laughed at and disrespected by the employees. I then asked for a name so that I would know when I was talking, but was laughed at again and then looked at/laughed at me strangely. Like I said, I just wanted to let you know. I would still give another speech. Luckily I photographed the fly.

Once and never again. The staff seemed lethargic and the food was cold. Some tables were covered in trash. Terrible. From now on we prefer to go to the burger restaurant in the city center; it is a little more expensive there, but the service and quality are far better.

To be honest, i have no idea ehat food taste like. I ordered for 3 person, waited for 1 hour and got wrong order 3 times. My 3rd order i trow in trash and drive to gas station to eat somthing. + they kicked us out of restaurant, because it was closing time, however, i ordered 1 hour before closing.

If you just want something quick to eat it's okay, but overall it's just like any McDonald's. Unfortunately, communication isn't that good because it's not the strongest German, but it's okay.

When it comes to MC Donald's, it's always this one. Mostly the drive through and have always been completely satisfied. The employees were always friendly despite the stress.

Everything is great. I recently ordered 20 chicken mc nuggets and got 21 and they were hot too. This time it was clean too, which isn't always the case with mcs!

We were passing through and stopped at this McDonald's restaurant. Our experience was entirely positive. The restaurant was clean and well organized. We were particularly impressed by the large parking lot, which made it easier for us to park our vehicle. Overall a great visit! Many thanks to the team!

On Sunday, we had to wait 40 minutes for two menus, from ordering to take-out. I've never experienced anything like that. No apology, nothing. One could have at least expected an apology and a guddie as an apology. Burgers and fries were cold.

After 35 minutes of waiting for a Mc Menu Snall and a Happy Meal, we were told there were 20 orders ahead of us and we just had to be patient. Simultaneous order came after 25 minutes. Disparaging tone and treatment of customers. After an hour and demanding a refund, the order was finally prepared and we were given 2 vouchers for a Big Mac as “compensation”.

McDonald's is getting worse and worse, waited over 3 hours for an order, called 5 times, no one answered After about 3 1/2 hours they brought the food and liked the fries, called four more times, never reached anyone, never ordered there again

Portions are getting smaller and smaller but the prices are constantly rising so in a few years there will be no more McDonald's, you're shooting at your own pace, keep it up!!

I've never heard of McDonald's Fastfoot like this before. Hard fries, very dark, they had probably been lying around for a while and were warmed up again in the fryer. Burger was cold... this Mc won't see me anymore!

I love the vanilla milkshake at McDonalds. But in this branch the machine is noticeably often “broken”. A rogue who thinks that you are simply too lazy to clean the device after business hours.

I was at McDonald's on September 26th, 2024 and it was an absolute disaster. First of all, the service was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. It seemed like the employees were completely uninterested in their jobs and the customers. I had to wait forever, even though it was normal business for that time of day. But the worst thing was the toilet. It wasn't just dirty - it was disgusting. The floor was wet, paper was everywhere and the smell was unbearable. Apparently they rarely clean there. And then the food: completely disappointing. The burgers and fries were cold and appeared to have been sitting around for a while. I definitely expected more, especially for the price. Overall, an absolute no-go. I won't be eating here again anytime soon.

Update 2: please just never use the parking lot to order. You wait ten times longer because you're not in the way... Over 45 minutes and you see people coming and going - the order is already completed so that the score is correct. "Yes, there's a lot going on today" Update: Since the renovation, waiting times of 30 minutes + ... on days when there is nothing going on... Impossible Every now and then eat something that is rather cooler. Compared to the other fast food chains in the region, it's still good and (almost) always open

Important: always look in your doors immediately if you have food to take away. It's happened to me so many times that half of it is missing and it doesn't get any better.

We waited almost 50 minutes for our food. When we asked, we were just rudely yelled at by the manager whether we wanted our food or our money back. No apology or insight. We were then told that McDonald's was not a fast food restaurant. So it's no longer fast food...that was new to us! We then had to help the staff carry out the order correctly because they kept forgetting something. The food was now cold. The situation could have been resolved positively with an apology and an accommodating behavior, which unfortunately did not happen here.

You will always be disappointed here. Today we unfortunately made this mistake again and came here at the request of our kids. After 45 minutes of waiting and our kids were very hungry, we asked how our order was going. They hadn't even started with our order yet. There was a discussion between us, the parents, and the staff. When we asked whether McDonald's was still a quick restaurant, the employee replied no! The branch in Ansbach is now grotten bad, the food is cold, you wait at least 30 to 45 minutes regardless of whether it's busy or not, even if it's just a small menu or just an ice cream. The staff is unfriendly and reacts very unprofessionally even when asked in a friendly manner. The place is dirty, no attention is paid to cleanliness, there should really be a hygiene check there. A change in staff would also be a good alternative. This time was really the last time we were at McDonalds here in Ansbach The one in Schwabach is worlds better, even though it is a fast food chain.
