I just got one sour cream even though I ordered 2.

A place where you can eat even in the late evening hours. They also work on Saturdays. They also have delivery, but be sure to check delivery hours. You can sit inside or outside. I have the impression that lately it is much cleaner and tidier.

Something is often missing at the drive-in. Mostly something from the HapoyMeal. This has happened to me several times in this branch. Unfortunately, you only notice it when you're already gone.

The parking lot with the charging stations is closed from 10 p.m. You can wait until tomorrow to order... What a juice shop

Very dry menu. Unfortunately we had to wait over half an hour, even though the food wasn't even complete. It's also a shame that we couldn't communicate in German. Nice restaurant but not enough choice for vegans. Too bad.

Please, include healthy food! Fat and preservatives are horrible!

This McDonald's pleasantly surprised us with its service and atmosphere. Service was quick and the staff was friendly and attentive. The taste of the food was up to chain standards and everything was served hot. The interior is clean and well-maintained, which contributes to the positive overall impression. The only thing that could be improved is faster order processing at peak times. All in all a great place for a quick bite in a lovely setting.

McDonald's is so incomparably good that the burgers almost take on a life of their own and will give you a standing ovation the first time you take a bite! The fries are so crispy that they probably reach the golden ratio of perfect, and the milkshakes are so creamy that even a refrigerator would be jealous. The staff are so nimble that they almost seem like superheroes delivering your meal via turbo express. A visit to McDonald’s is like a culinary roller coaster ride that will catapult your taste buds to seventh heaven!

The employees have no interest at all, there is no one there, I wait 10 minutes to give the money, they just stare at me even though I ask many times, it's really bad.

After many bad experiences at the Drive Inn (there was always something missing), I avoided the Mc for a long time. Now we went back and tried a Double Big Mac Bacon TS. And what can you say, now everything was in the bag, but you saved on the product and the Double BigMac Bacon TS was a simple Big Mac. It's not that hard or is that intentional?

It is what it is, the McDonald's in Ansbach is once again a disappointment!!! Service and customer care are foreign words for the employees. If you have to wait over two hours for the food you ordered and have called for the umpteenth time, the answer from the person in charge after the colleague lied to me about the delivery is: “Should I cancel it?” Exactly, that's why I ordered! But are we surprised? No. Enough is enough! It is said: “Learn from mistakes!” – Does not apply to McDonald’s Ansbach! What were you perfect: Burger King!

Toilets are chargeable for consuming guests. Super disgusting toilets. It's a shame to have to pay for something like that. Staff just shrugged their shoulders after we asked why we as guests eating here had to pay for the dirty toilet. Tables and benches dirty.

Small but clean place. I changed a cicken wrap because it was cold and they gave me another one that was almost cold.

We have ordered takeaway food several times and unfortunately we have received the wrong product each time. Communication in German is now very difficult. The camera crew was there too. It's important to check when ordering directly at the checkout or drop-off point, no matter how busy the store is.

Star was only given to write a review. Waited 20 minutes for an ice cream even though the parking lot was half empty. Incompetent employees who don't get anything done. I feel very sorry for the employee with blonde hair because she feels like she has to do everything alone. The only positive thing about this company is the blonde-haired employee who tries to make every customer happy. I would not recommend the visit.

The employees at the drive-in are super friendly. Eating is sometimes like that.

We come here every now and then because of the children. Can't really complain about anything. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that the drinks are always served with crushed ice. When I last asked the manager, he just said that the ice cream was dispensed automatically by the computer and that you could select it when ordering. But I didn't find anything to choose from. It's also the only McDonald's where the drinks are served like this... but everything else is fine. So it's complaining at a high level.

Friendly employees on site and during delivery - but delivery is outrageously expensive (€3 extra delivery costs and depending on the number of employees on the respective day, constantly changing delivery days and times - then the cold cola comes right next to the warm burger and then only comes still lukewarm. Total no-go: If something is not available, you will receive a voucher without asking instead of a refund of the money (I was pissed), which is then limited to a few weeks of redemption.

Totally unreliable, rude and you stand at the checkout for at least 10 minutes (even though you saw me often enough that I was waiting there for an employee)

So the staff is so unfriendly. I ordered a chocolate ice cream and ordered it with a menu. Well then I got my order, except for the ice cream. They just said sorry, we're not there. I didn't get any money back. Instead I got some ice cream that looked like shit. The boss showed no compassion at all.

I'm very rarely a guest at McDonald's, but I was in the drive through today and everything was fine, the nice blonde lady at the drive through checkout was incredibly friendly. 5*

Food as you would expect from McDonalds, very good. The shop is relatively new but a bit dirty, probably not enough staff. Parking situation is the biggest mess in the world. Drive Thru leads through the parking lot, all cars have to drive back onto the B14 to let some of them out of the parking spaces.

My rating is based on the standards of McDonald's Germany and is actually not equivalent to other restaurants in terms of the number of stars. The restaurant is modernly furnished and the process works relatively well with the automated ordering as well as the payment system and the serving. As usual, the service staff brings the ordered food directly to the table if you want to stay in the restaurant. This lady was very friendly. The young woman at the McCafe cashed in the customers and at the same time took care of the coffee. Unfortunately, she was a bit overwhelmed by the complex nature of her task, which is why there are some deductions in the service. The cleaner wasn't exactly great either. For example, she places her cleaning utensils against the dining table. She watches in slow motion as all the stuff falls over. She says out loud that she's almost thought so. She didn't clean very carefully either. The serving staff spilled a large cup of cola and had to clean everything first. But where work is being done, mistakes can also happen. The McDrive was more than overloaded at this point. But the crowds were well under control, which definitely speaks for the staff. Maybe next time there will be a fifth star for this branch.

The branch has seen a significant decline in service and customer satisfaction for some time. Some of the employees are very rude, some employees complained because we sat at a table and placed two orders (one order per person via the Mc App, since coupons cannot be redeemed multiple times). In my opinion, that's not okay at all, it's completely legitimate for two people to redeem the same coupon via their app. If the employees had thought along, they would have seen in the order receipt that two orders had come from the same table and then simply brought them both at once, but no... there is a complaint because you had to walk from the counter to the table twice.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Reheated chicken nuggets and fries, and from 4 a.m. there is supposedly no more electricity or gas, but the lights and music are on, but “supposedly” there is no more electricity. I hope I have helped you... I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone... it's a real shame for McDonald's and because I love eating there, I'm really disappointed.

On May 16, 2024 I ordered from McDonalds via Lieferando. I had to call twice at around 4 p.m. to see whether Lieferando was really working. The answers from the shift manager were “no idea”, “maybe it will come later”, “there are service problems”. Then I was finally able to order at 7:56 p.m. - Called at 8:30 p.m. + called at 9:00 p.m., called at 9:40 p.m. Each time they had no idea, my food didn't come until 10 p.m. It was outrageous what they did there. I was pregnant and hungry and couldn't go out because I had a 9 month old baby at home and didn't have a car.

Terrible. Milkshake lukewarm and thin. Complained 3 times - each time more smoothly. In the end, instead, a Sprite that tasted like water and the shift leader refused to hand over a STRAW because, according to the SHIFT LEADER, "Straws are only for shakes". You should check your order. I ordered 3 menus with fries and only once got fries and potatoes instead of fries and once didn't get them at all. We only noticed it when we got home

The drive-in is always crowded, not because the store is that good, but because it's such chaos that everything takes forever. Update: Just yesterday I waited another full 15 minutes for A LOUSY BURGER! You should generally save on special orders as they will be wasted anyway. You can be happy if you get the standards correct. The staff constantly cheats their own system by immediately booking out tickets so they disappear from the board, only to verbally call them out minutes later.

In all of the orders over the last few months, there was always one thing wrong, for example because I canceled sauces for burgers but still got them, or I got completely different things that I didn't order at all, so I had to complain every time. The food is definitely ok, although sometimes a bit cold. I don't actually want to mention the waiting time because it was just too long. Overall, the McDonalda here in Ansbach is not that good.

I would advise against ordering meat-free food there. Had a “real” chicken nugget in the supposed plant-based one (see difference in the picture…)

Yes, it's already clear. I eat there several times a month with my best friends. Only a few of the employees can speak German well. But it's fine since you order at the terminals anyway. Something is missing in about half of the orders, but since we always eat in the house, you can just say that and we'll get it. Every now and then it happens that things come into the burger that you have opted out of (I hate pickles, for example). But it is also manageable. Only the prices are slowly becoming cheeky. In a decade the prices have almost doubled while the quality of the food has remained the same. But the individual branch can't do anything about it. Toilets could be cleaned better. Often smells strongly of urine in them.

I had dinner at McDonald's with friends in the evening. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating. Mr. Moheiden in particular served us in a very friendly and humorous manner. We felt very comfortable! The food was okay too.

This one should be able to do it! ;) Unfortunately no!!! I'm missing a whole Hamburger Royal TS!!!! You really can't buy from this store!!! Now where do I get my burger or my money back? Proof is attached as a picture!! Old review: I've been to this McDonald's about 30 times in the last two years. During this time, something was missing from 6 orders or the wrong item was included. Today three hamburgers were missing, which I only noticed in Heilsbronn. You really have to check every order!

Ordered goods not packed again. It's just a shame that you can't complain after you leave the property.

I waited at the checkout for 20 minutes today and despite there being a long line, no employee came to collect!! An employee once came by to get cups, but then ignored the waiting customers several times! That is not how it works!! Unfriendly to customers!! Then we went somewhere else to eat. I won't be coming there again either. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Then you can also go to the restaurant, but that doesn't make much of a difference in terms of price. Parkplatz Service heute ausprobiert. Über 20 min gewartet. Nachdem wir reingegangen sind wegen der Bestellung dauerte es weitere 10 Minuten bis wir unser Essen hatten. Nicht zu empfehlen, sehr ärgerlich. Keiner hat sich so richtig verantwortlich gefühlt.

Auf dem Weg nach Hause nach Bayreuth wollten wir schnell mal hier halten und einen Kaffee und einen Milchshake mitnehmen. Aus "mal schnell" wurde ne halbe Stunde 🙄. Erst wollte man die falsche Bestellung berechnen 😄 dann kam nach 2 malignen fragen nach 15 Minuten nichts und dann ist unsere Bestellung verschwunden 🙈. Es war einfach nur ein Kaffee und 2 Milchshakes 🤣🤣. Dann hat sich nach 20 Minuten mal jemand drum gekümmert, hat aber trotzdem noch mal 5 Minuten gedauert bis wir es bekommen haben. Das ganze Team wirkt nicht so als ob einer weiß was der andere macht. An der Ausgabe ist man überfordert, das Schild zur Damen und behinderten Toilette fehlt 🙈 und man sieht die Leute nur hin und her rennen. Und wirklich sauber ist es auch nicht. Bitte ändert mal etwas an dem ganzen und überlegt euer System
