I think the new ordering system makes everything even more impersonal.

Sat morning, empty shop 3 parts for breakfast takes more 25 minutes. Extremely Not Fast!!! They can do that better elsewhere in Kiel. It's not particularly clean either.

Not necessarily my favorite meal - but a good choice for a quick late meal! Unfortunately there are still a lot of disposable containers despite eating in the restaurant!

Not recommended. There was only one car in front of me in the McDrive. It took me almost 30 minutes from driving up to driving down the yard. Staff are extremely overwhelmed and barely speak German. Sauces were forgotten and fries weren't salted. Unfortunately there were no napkins either. At least the burgers were fresh and good.

Unfortunately, the waiting times were very long and the burgers were just lukewarm. It's a real shame, we were unfortunately very disappointed.

In Drive there was a car in front of me at the counter And still it took 25 minutes to get my 2! Got burger.

We're never coming back! It has now increasingly happened that homeless people are staying/begging at and in the branch. During our last visit, a homeless man simply grabbed our food bag from the counter and tried to leave with it. This is absolutely dangerous to your health and simply disgusting. The staff doesn't have an eye on anything, is completely overwhelmed and hardly speaks German.

I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a teenager. Back then we actually rode around the MC drive with horses. It was very funny. This McDonald's is clean, friendly and much more

I don't know how this is done in Germany, maybe it's the norm for a chef to cook without hygiene gloves. But to me that's wildness. Before cooking, he keeps his hands in his pockets, as this is a very dirty place, and rubs his face. it's terrible. I haven't seen that in other countries.

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller... It's just enough for those hungry cravings in the middle of the night. But know that it is not satisfying..

That was just very humiliating. I ordered a big tasty bacon with extra bacon from the foreign preparer probably not appropriate and shouts loudly through the store several times extra haram extra haram By the way, I am a foreigner myself and I see that this employee is a foreign racist It's a shame to have to experience something like that

Usually not bad, i mostly get what i pay for except like once... this time I noticed the straw got soggy really fast because i was trying to drink the "iced shake choc oreo" and HALF of the cup is filled with ice cubes (4.69€ btw)... took me 15 seconds to drink

I find it rather sad for the ambience, the staff can't do anything about it but everyone leaves their rubbish lying around and doesn't put it in the existing scales. The service is sometimes friendly and sometimes completely unfriendly. The food is completely okay and you can have some approval. It would be nice if the staff would make sure that if lettuce gets on the citizens, it doesn't all fall down again.

Best to avoid if possible! At the point of delivery, the orders to be picked up are shown as “ready for pick up”, even though they are not yet ready. Have observed this several times. In addition, the hygienic conditions do not always seem to meet standards. I will spare myself further descriptions.

The store is always full, FROZENYOGUHRT seems to be a unicorn which only exists as a fable because they never have that but it says so.vThe same goes for milkshakes etc. The citizens are peppered on it as if you were trying to play beer pong with it. The number display hasn't worked for a million years, i.e. they just scream through the store (what else can you do) but you can forget about sitting relaxed (yes in a MC Burger). Oh and if you order there you have a 60/40 chance that they will sell your order and you will be missing half of it.

Extremely slow and so so dirty, almost have to eat standing up. 🤮 It's sad to see a well known restaurant looking so bad

Actually, McDonalds should be the same everywhere, they are different.... Not necessarily better... I'm watching the store fall apart, unfortunately. It used to be better that the outside area should be reworked. I prefer to drive towards Schönkirchen now, the distance is about the same but the shop is a lot better

Drive Thru, forgot 1 x fries, forgot 2 x snack salad, drinks completely non-carbonated, sauces also not available. Command back: After a friendly phone call, the missing food and drinks as well as the burgers, which had nothing to complain about, were replaced. I just had to drive past again. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes <3

This is really a very nice McDonald's, whether it's inside or outside, it's cozy. But mc drive often leaves a lot to be desired. The other day I stood there for 45 minutes with 8 cars in front of me. And the food was lukewarm. The employees are nice and sometimes some people get sick, but that's not possible for a fast-food restaurant. Unfortunately, this happens quite often here. If you eat inside, this problem isn't a problem.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The staff is completely overwhelmed! Unfortunately the food wasn't good either, some of it was cold and you could see that they didn't work hygienically. The burgers were prepared without gloves, patties were simply placed on them without gloves. So we won't be coming back!

Waiting 40 minutes for a few cheeseburgers even though the shop is almost empty is not possible at all.

The low end of fast food. At 0200 at night after a long day as an absolute emergency solution. The staff is friendly and helpful but the food is just nothing worthwhile. It's also too expensive

You can get a simple cheeseburger instead of a double and for almost 30 euros. Unfortunately I've already driven too far otherwise I would have thrown the burgers through the window. The third time in 4 weeks

I wouldn't recommend this "restaurant": although there are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the building, the building itself isn't very comfortable. This is because the interior is very spartan. The furniture is quite run down. The tables are simple and without any decoration (no plants/flowers, no tablecloths, no table lighting). The terminals where you can place your order are quite battered and scuffed up. The screens are badly smeared. The table service works quite well. Unfortunately, napkins or wet wipes are all too often forgotten. Overall, it's not very pleasant to eat here.

A fast food restaurant is something different. Despite pre-ordering via the app, we had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru. 3-5 minutes per vehicle at the order acceptance point is already a long time and then you stand at the delivery point for another 5 minutes. That was different.

As with so many McDonalds, the fries were quite cold, even though there was hardly anything going on in the store. I'd rather wait a few minutes and have fresh hot fries than straight away and cold.

Here hygiene was trampled on, the rolls and patties were touched with bare hands without disposable gloves. The staff also wore jewelry in the form of rings and chains that were virtually visible on their body parts. The burgers lay unheated in a Bängmarie for ages, spread out all over each other for minutes. The insights you got were very reminiscent of the Wallraff report at Burger King.

Food wasn't well prepared. Didn't seem appetizing or fresh. Temperature was lukewarm.

Better to take the next one, given the waiting times I could have done it myself. Waited 20 minutes for 2 fries, unbelievable. The motivation of the employees was reflected in their speed. Never again.

Here you as a human being are neither respected nor greeted nor treated well. Pre-ordering takes 10 minutes for 2 standard burgers? My order was given to someone else and the kids touched the fries, opened the package, etc. What does your employee do? takes the tablet away from the children and hands it to me with the words, “for you, my dear” that is no service and totally reprehensible in terms of hygiene. A complete disaster and not recommended. Burger fryer occupied without gloves, almost in the trash can to squeeze the trash and continues working. All employees annoyed, unfriendly and stressed. Fish o Filet has become mini mini mini small. Price/performance no longer fits here. Well, the operator can't do anything about that. But if the store no longer works, you should at least lock it down until you have the chaos under control. No-go is hygiene in the kitchen. Conclusion: Not recommended!

Hello dear fast food lovers. Unfortunately I don't have any good news, I don't know where to start... The store started off being very busy but it didn't pose any challenge for me. Since the ordering terminal was very full, I decided to order directly at the checkout. After about 5 minutes, one of the few employees who had nothing to do dared to take the order. Unfortunately, the question of whether I wanted to eat here or outside didn't come up, even though I wanted to eat on site. Oh, after about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally received my food in a bag, of course. After waiting politely for a tray, I was unfortunately only given the cold shoulder. End of song cold food... not recommended

Catastrophe, wait wait wait, system for milking mice, they can't get anything done, not even the simplest things like (without a cucumber) are skilfully ignored. Uncool to the power of 10

For the most part, the order monitors didn't work. Unfortunately, you had to wait about 5 minutes at the ordering counter until one of the unemployed employees plucked up the courage to “serve” you. The code was scanned, no request for drinks, ketchup or anything else. The food was handed over cold, without napkins... without love. You're used to better things from other restaurants during crunch time.

The McDonald's in Kiel offers typical fast food, is centrally located and offers fast service. So overall a solid option for a quick meal.

So, the 5* refers to McDo quality, but... Best McRib ever - fresh, lots of sauce! Best Filet'o Fish (FishMac) since homemade* - sauce perfectly distributed, cheese in the middle, bun freshly steamed! (Both, no irony really) *and that was over 30 years ago 😉

SWINE FLU So what can I say. The reviews speak for themselves. Unclean, rude and facilities so-so. One employee shouts through the store: 'The swine flu has broken out here, either I got infected here or... there have even been two deaths' I don't have to say anything more about that.

Catastrophic! An employee with a ring on his finger has no place in the kitchen or preparing food without gloves! When asked about it, the explanation was that it was a wedding ring and that it was allowed in the kitchen! Total nonsense

It must be really hard MC's. Everything according to the school box system especially for not so good people. No matter where, no matter when and how you order. At first they don't want to understand why you're making a complaint and when you understand it, you're looked at terribly. A lot more MC's would have to be checked by test buyers from some companies who are sales managers.

Its very very very very very bad the service is very very very slow even it’s mc drive its should be fast but it was not also the food is disgusting and i will not recommend it to anybody in the world. I will not eat there even its the only food place in the world .

Sehr lange Wartezeiten und unfreundliches Personal

2 mal da essen zum mitnehmen genommen. jedes mal fehlen sachen. pommes dann noch kalt. soße beim mcflurry fehlen ebenfalls. wenn man die fiale dann versucht telefonisch zu erreichen, wird nicht abgenommen. wartezeiten ebenfalls extrem lange, obwohl der laden nicht übermäßig voll ist. leider schlechtester mcdonalds der welt

So, ich bin so aufgewühlt, ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll! Undzwar war ich am 13.01.24 dort essen mit meiner Frau, wir wollten am Terminal bestellen, jedoch gingen die Coupons nicht, da es " ein Technisches Problem" gab. Ich habe mich davon nicht ärgern lassen, so beschloss ich ganz normal zu bestellen, welches ich auch tat und wollte mich mit meiner Frau hinten hinsetzen, als wir am Tisch ankamen, lagen auf dem Tisch überall Krümel , ich habe darauf die Mitarbeiterin, mit Blonden Haaren und Cap gebeten, ob man es weg wischen konnte, daraufhin antwortete sie mir dreißt, " wir haben sooo ein stress heute, ich habe keine Zeit & wenn wir wollt setzt euch dahinter , da ist es nicht so schlimm" der nächste Tisch war übrigens auch katastrophal. Es wird nicht gewischt nachdem die Kunden aufstehen. Es war ja ma richtig frech von ihr, kein Service, Mitarbeiter überfordert alle & ständig wird dort was falsch gemacht. Nie wieder gehe ich dort was bestellen. Einfach nur eine reine Katastrophe!!!

Service zum kotzen empfehlen kann ich das nicht geht lieber zu bürger king habt ihr mehr von Tische komplett dreckig und der Service fangen wir garnicht damit an so unfreundlich wurde ich noch nie bedient.

20 min MCdrive! Gehts noch? Service lässt bei jedem MCdonalds in Deutschland immer mehr zu wünschen Übrige. Ohne Kunden, kein Geld. Ohne Geld, kein Betrieb. Einfaches Prinzip!

Komplett verdreckt und NUR bei dieser Filiale Magen Darm Beschwerden irgendwas scheint da ganz schön falsch zu laufen im Gegensatz zu den anderen Filialen

War 2 Jahre nicht mehr bei McDonalds, aber das war auch eine weise Entscheidung... Burger zerfiel in den Händen und es wurde eine ecklige schmiererei... Pommes nur kurz die Friteuse gesehen... und der Milchshake strotzte vor wassereisstücken... Dazu kamen noch unkontrollierte Kinder die laut schreihend umhertobten... nie wieder... das das Personal dann kaum deutsch spricht und laut meinem Bon nicht wusste was zu tun ist 🙈

Oh mein Gott… Unfreundliches Personal… Belge wurde nur so hingeschmissen, der Ton ging gar nicht,… und so ein Gefühl im kurzen Kontakt während der Barzahlung… Klima innerhalb wirkte auch nicht freundlich… Ganz anders als die Außemdarstellung in der Werbung!

War mal wieder lecker, im Restaurant ging es chaotisch zu. Zu wenig Personal und gestresste Mitarbeiter.

Ich bin immer wieder enttäuscht ! Es ist sehr laut , wie in einer Halle . Das Essen ist nur lauwarm. Die Tabletts stapeln sich auf den Tischen , weil die "Wagen" nicht geleert werden .

Essen heiß und Service sehr freundlich, obwohl gerade Mittagszeit war und der Andrang war sehr hoch. Essen war kalt und der BigMac war fad....

Ja also ich hatte einen Crisp Beat Chicken bestellt und hab ein Double Cheese Royale gekriegt. Der war aber leider auch nicht heiß und fettig. Ich hatte auch keine Lust mehr den umzutauschen, denn ich hatte den Hund schon verlassen. Ich weiß mein Fehler Personal war sehr ausgelastet ja war schon mal besser. Das Ambiente ist für mein Auto.

Moin Dieser Mcdonalds ist in keinsterweise zu empfehlen. Die Mcnuggets waren sowas von wiederlichvon aussen hart und innen schleimig mehlig. Das ist bei weitem kein Einzelfall. Ist aber zum glück nur in dem der Fall.

Die Burger und der Toast waren ein Witz. Gefühlt waren die nur noch halb so groß wie noch vor ein paar Jahren. Das war richtig frech von McDonalds. Also, 2 Mini Burger und ein total platten Toast plus kleinem Kaffee ca. 13,-€. Das reichte gerade zum anfüttern. Für 3 € mehr bekommt man woanders ein Frühstücks-Buffet. So bekommt man keine neue Kundschaft und erstrecht nicht hält man Bestandskunden. Ich gehe jetzt woanders hin! McDonalds hat 50 Cent gespart und einen Kunden verloren. In Mathe: setzen 6!

Typisch MC-Do Baukastenbau. überwiegend sauber. Freundliches Personal, soweit man noch mit ihnen in Kontakt tritt. Leider konzerngesteuert immer kleinere "verbesserte" und dafür teurere Produkte....

Noch nie einen McDonalda. Mit so freundlichen und höflichen Mitarbeitern besucht. Super

Nettes Personal, angenehm sauber, groß und hell im store. Kann man empfehlen.

Burger war etwas kühl obwohl leer im Saal und wenig Kundschaft. ca. 10 min Wartezeit aufs Essen war gerad noch okay. Dafür war es recht sauber.

Leider waren meine Bürger ziemlich kalt ob wohl ich in der Filiale gegessen habe aber sonst war es ok

Schwarzen Tee bestellt, Grünen Tee bekommen, Behälter für 2,80€ nur halb voll, danke für nichts.

Lieber McDonalds in kleineren Orten.

Personal wirkte überfordert. Bestellung laut Personal nur noch am Automaten möglich. Eismaschine wie fast immer und überall: kaputt. Zu Stoßzeiten war die Hölle los und man musste Ewigkeiten warten.

Alles war am Freitag Nachmittag gegen 16:30 irgendwie nicht mehr verfügbar. Kein Cappuccino, Cafe Latte... Ect ... Auf ein neues beim nächsten mal.

Ich war beim Drive in... Leider ewige Warteschlange, wofür der Laden ja aber nicht viel kann. Ansonsten eben ein normaler McDonald's

Alles in allem ein typischer McDonalds. Man bekommt was man erwartet. Abzug eines Sterns aufgrunddessen da öfters Sachen bei der Bestellung gefehlt haben. Auf Nachfrage wurde freundlich reagiert und das Problem umgehend gelöst.
