McDonald's in Kiel

Our family went to McDonald's Kiel City Park today around 7:30 p.m., and I'm honestly very disappointed. The staff seemed completely unprofessional: Instead of taking care of my order, they chatted with colleagues, greeted us with a fist bump, and filled bags for colleagues before our order was even taken – without us even paying! This meant that my order took longer than necessary, especially with two children. When our food was finally ready, the employee simply left the bag without notifying us, preferring to chat with his colleagues. Only when we asked about it did we receive an annoyed, rude response in broken German. Customer friendliness definitely doesn't look that good.

I have no idea how long the burger sat on the counter, and the fries were cold and soggy. I've noticed that the store swipes the cancellation card for almost every second customer and then enters 0.50 cents. I think we all know why.

Man, that was dirty. While I was waiting, I got a glimpse into the preparation area; it was unbelievable how much was lying on the floor. The side of the counter was also completely covered in smears, really awful! That was the last time I bought anything. The staff were also more concerned with their phones than serving customers.

You don't necessarily have to choose McDonald's in City Park. The other restaurants are much cheaper and more filling.

The two salespeople were less enthusiastic about their work than I was about advertising in the cinema. We wanted to get vouchers or coupons that were on the counter and were told in a tone of voice that we should ask if we wanted to use them. If you don't feel like it, stay home. And if you can't handle serving people neutrally, then work at the strawberry stand. Ah, the second order was also incorrect. McSmart meal with chicken burger for two McChickens was almost the same, but I don't buy an A class to drive a C class.

The ice cream at the McDonald's branch in CITTI PARK kiel is recognized as a quick and affordable option, but it offers a rather average and unexciting experience, the excessive use of ice in the shakes leads to diluted flavor, which is not ideal. However, the reasonable price and easy accessibility are satisfying.

After ordering, my wife saw that it was pretty dirty - that should have been a warning to us. The upset stomach was included. We like to go to McDonald's in Neumünster, Itzehoe and other cities, but not here anymore.

Bah... more than half of them don't even exist there. You can't even get cola. Only Fanta or water. What is that? While waiting you can't avoid looking into the “kitchen”. The shop is absolutely dingy. Stomach problems are inevitable!

Whoever likes it :-) Ordering at the table using the app and having it delivered is a great service.

The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. Despite the seemingly high frequency of customers, the burger sandwiches were hard and stuck to each other (see photo, couldn't even be opened without tearing). The burgers were wet on top and bottom. But it doesn't matter, the salesman gave me ONE whole napkin that I can use to clean my fingers. On my last visit I was able to throw away the drink I brought with me. There was ashes or something similar in the Fanta!

With coupons from the app only disaster. I wanted to redeem a double pack menu coupon from the app. The picture shows two BigMacs. I was then told I could only choose Mc Chicken, Chicken Nuggets or Chili Nuggets. No, thanks, never had any problems otherwise...

Small branch in a shopping center, I personally didn't like it that much, few spaces, not shielded from the hustle and bustle of shopping... We had a larger order and it took quite a while until all of us had our food.

So we like to eat at McDonalds but the one here in Citti Park sucks! Service equals -1, slow motion and instead of saying my order was ready, the young man went to the fridge and put the Tetra packs in the fridge. I couldn't place half of my order because the young man went to the back and just stood there. Behind me the queue was getting longer and people were getting more negative... The person at the checkout on the left dropped his elbows while taking the order and took the order🫣 When what I was able to order was ready, he placed the 2 bags next to the cash register and the customers after me thought these were their orders. No communication, no movement, so never go there again! Please clean it up and hire people who want to work and don't scare away customers. I didn't receive a receipt either, even though I asked for one. 20 chicken nuggets with 2 curry sauce and 1 mayo. 2x McSmart menu, with 2 cheeseburgers and a double chilli cheese burger.

So I was a bit disappointed too, I was eating there today and had a double pack of menu, I was told that the other burger would be coming soon, feeling like after 20 minutes I was still waiting and even asked, no answer and what did they have had! So I don't have to go there again, really

No effort is even made to hide the tense working atmosphere there. From the kitchen, other employees are shouted at, insulted and treated defiantly towards each other. One even knocked away a box.

I haven't been to such a bad McDonald's in a long time... Cannot scan coupon! The chicken burger had 4 leaves of lettuce and the shift manager prefers to kiss his sweetheart in front of the store instead of ensuring order and cleanliness - no words for that!

Order was taken incorrectly, especially because the employee doesn't speak German properly. Instead of two chili cheese burgers, double cheese burgers were served. At least they were fresh. The Big Mac was super old and dry. The bun was already hard. Heavy communication also led to wrong choice of sauce. Strangely enough, there was no receipt either.

Coupons only in large branches, thank you also for waiting 10 minutes. So really wow

Incompetent Takes too long The packaging from the BigMac was not closed. BigMac was not assembled properly. Some of the salad was a bit old and dark.

Typischer McDonalds. Für einen Snack immer wieder gerne da.

Deutlich ungemütlich geworden. Kein extra Coffee-Bereich mehr. Schade.

Es ist etwas durcheinander alles, nicht gut organisiert.

Chicken MC Nuggets waren gut. Aber Cheeseburger fast kalt und gefühlt nur zusammen gehauen ohne zu überlegen.

Ganz ok leider läuft bei Bestellungen öfter mal was verkehrt und man erhält nicht alles Unbedingt beim drive kontrollieren Wir haben auch schon zweimal nicht alles bekommen

Wenn ich online bestelle soll die Bestellung bei meiner Ankunft fertig gemacht werden. Wie können dann 3 von 6 Burger kalt sein?

Nicht die ganze Karte, wie bei den normalen, großen Filialen, aber den gewohnten Lieblings-Burger kann man auch hier genießen.

MC Donalds halt, macht für eine Stunde satt und dann knurrt der Magen wieder

Die Tische, der Boden und die Theke waren alle sehr verdreckt. Das Essen schmeckte, wie in jedem anderen McDonald's auch. Aber alles in allem nicht wirklich empfehlenswert.

Der Bestellvorgang beginnt an einem Touch-Terminal, ein großer Bildschirm. Es gibt 4 solcher Geräte, manchmal sind ein oder zwei davon kaputt, dann bilden sich lange Schlangen. An einem weiteren Monitor sieht man irgendwann die eigene Nummer auftauchen, dann kann man hoffen, dass das Essen abholbereit ist. Ist es aber längst nicht immer, denn auf die Anzeige ist kaum Verlass. Nicht selten gibt es Packfehler der Beschäftigten, manchmal sogar Streit unter ihnen. Manchmal wird eine Nummer auch nur so angezeigt, ohne dass das eigene Essen fertig wäre. Man muss immer kontrollieren, ob alles, was man bestellt hat, auch in der Tüte ist, bei uns wurde schon mehrmals etwas nicht eingepackt, für das wir bezahlt hatten. Das Personal ist meist freundlich, manchmal auch barsch.

Alles sehr unpersönlich geworden, und dann die Automaten wiederlich! Aber um auch etwas Positives zu sagen Es dort sauber und alles soweit geortnet. Ich weiß, die Leute die da arbeiten können nichts dafür. Ich fand es vor besser als man noch bedient wurde.

Der Laden ist klein aber sauber.

Ich wollte nur einen kleinen Kaffee und hatte leider das Erlebnis der unfreundlichsten Mitarbeiterin, das ich je hatte. Ich verstehe, dass der Job mit Stress und Druck verbunden ist, aber so eine schreckliche Mimik, Gestik und Geräusche der Mitarbeiterin haben mich wirklich verunsichert. Selbst die junge Frau, die auch anstand, bestätige mir, wie unfreundlich diese Mitarbeiterin ist. Vielleicht mal an der Kompetenz „Belastbarkeit“ oder „Resilienz“ arbeiten. Dieser Einzelfall wirft leider auch ein schlechtes Licht auf die anderen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die dort auch arbeiten.

Heruntergekommene McDonalds...ein Hocker hat kein sitz notdürftig mit klebeband das eisenteil geklebt...die wenigen sitzmöglichkeiten fast immer besetzt...notdürftige hygiene...unzufrieden gestresste Mitarbeiter...alles in ÌKEA stiel klein bis hin die Küche...daher schmeckt auch das Pommes pampig...nur eine Kasse auf...warten bis du dran kommst warten das deine Bestellung fertig ist....kurzum hier auf das Warten muss mann sich gewohnt haben...essen und trinken wie in einer Konservendose...ausversehn greift mann hier nach fremden Pommes...Am besten geht selber hin... zu stosszeiten aber reichlich Zeit mitnehmen...Vorsicht mit dem einem Kaputten Hocker...Einen faltbaren stuhl und Tisch mitzubringen wäre sinnvoll...den rest gibt euch die gesunde??? Tiefkühlkost sowie reichliche geschmacksverstärker die ihr dort zu euch nehmen werdet...Guten hunger...

Leider wie so oft sehr voll. Und da sehr klein dauert es recht lange.

Für den kleinen Hunger etwas eng vor der Kasse. Sitzen sollte man lieber wo anders.

Es wird wieder angenehmer mit der Freundlichkeit des Personals

Wenn man mc Donalds mag erhält man gewohnte Qualität. Mitarbeiter fand ich sehr nett. Parkplatzsituation war verbesserungswürdig. In großem un ganzen ok

Dieser Satellite von McDonalds hat zu wenig Sitzplätze, ebenso sind Servicezeiten über 70sek keine Einzelfälle. Pommes sind weich und kann man mit winken. Bei einem Servicecheck wäre dieser rot.

Also, ein Schnellimbis wie Mc Do im Shoppingcenter ist nicht meins. Da ziehem Gerüche raus, ist unvermeidbar. Und Kinder oder meist junge Leute rennen mit Hamburgern usw herum, aus denen Sauce und Gurken fallen.
