Die Pommes gibs Kalt , Toiletten für besucher nicht vorhanden und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor lauter bestell Computer kaum möglich . Erinnert eher an ein kleines lokal was schlecht gewirtschaftet wird als an ein grosskonzern wie MCDonalds .

I've been to MCs many times and every time something has been forgotten in my order, and the prices have risen so much in the last few years that I still have the feeling that the more expensive it gets, the worse it tastes. The staff is different everywhere, but most of them are on the unfriendly side.

This restaurant gets my award for the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. There are additional prizes for the unfriendly service and the worst products that McD has to offer! The only reason this place makes sales and doesn't go bankrupt is because they're at the train station and there's no alternative other than a (very good) kebab restaurant. Unfortunately, I also “have to” come here again and again for exactly this reason and every single visit leaves me disappointed in one way or another.

Cola warm, non-carbonated and without taste. Fries cold. Everything carelessly thrown together. Shop dirty. Just eat here! Better choose another branch!

What times were those when you could place your order in person and take it with you immediately after paying? It was great, I was there often and enjoyed it. Now, after ordering, you wait at the column for minutes for 2 burgers that you want to quickly buy on the way to the train. McDoof will never see me again! SHAME!

Tenant cheats on waiting time. Completed orders are pushed away before the goods are ready for handover. McD should take a look at this. The stupid one is the customer who misses his order.

Unbelievably shitty, anyone who takes 40 minutes for 3 burgers while 4 people are in the store shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a fast food restaurant. I don't know who's sleeping over there, but feel free to fire them.

The employees are friendly and are very committed. There are also enough ordering terminals, so if it gets busy you don't have to wait in line. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed for a train station restaurant. Definitely 1000 times better than the old one. The restaurant is clean and there is also WiFi. Chocolate Santa Clauses were simply given away for St. Nicholas, I've never experienced anything like that in a Mces. ☺️

2024 updated review... I think this is the worst McD I've been to, anywhere in the world, the food was lukewarm, our mini pancakes so hard they were inedible. It was truly abysmal.....

A restaurant without toilets is not nice.

Been here several times. Very often something is missing or you get the wrong thing. Since I always get food to go, I usually only notice when I get home that something is missing. So remember: check FIRST and THEN leave the store. Today e.g. B. I ordered spicy nuggets and got normal ones. And instead of spicy sauce I got BBQ sauce.

Unfortunately we didn't manage to make 20 plant-based nuggets in 30 minutes...

Disastrous... I bought 2 citizens and a cappuccino .. citizens were both cold .. don't really understand the language, everyone has problems with the language .. well I can live with that... but when I see the hygiene standards at the front of the entrance like my café I have a lot of problems with it... the milk foam container was so disgusting and the edges were full of dry residue... that doesn't have to be the case again ..

Very impressive! The fact that you can visit for over 10 minutes for a cheeseburger, even though there was nothing going on last night, is quite an achievement.

Very good atmosphere, the inside is very clean and cozy. The food was hot and tasty + the staff is very friendly, the only downside is that there was no toilet❌

They deny women who eat with the family for 50 euros the toilet. They say there are none! Four people eat for 50 euros and all the employees say there is no toilet. DON'T GO! Without words!

With this size of the restaurant there should be at least a toilet after the new building!!! or at least a voucher or a token for public use in the train station

Completely overwhelmed employees as soon as something more is going on. Waiting 20 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food is quite cheeky. Orders have now been issued incorrectly several times and special requests have been ignored or something else has been done that was not ordered. The employees sometimes stand around stupidly while a number of customers wait for their orders. Since the new branch opened, things have been haywire here. Unfortunately, from now on there is one less regular customer. Absolutely not recommended to visit unless the store gets up and running.

Today I received 2 hamburgers and 1 double Chilli Chess burger WITHOUT ONIONS. I got a fresh Chilli Chess burger and 2 hamburgers where the onions were simply put down, there were still onions left on the hamburgers and the packaging didn't even say it was necessary I put new sauce on it and now I threw €3.98 in the trash. I always like to go here to pass the time for the train. Very nice staff and Pico Bello was clean on my last visits.

We wanted to bridge the waiting time for the train on Sunday and were hungry. Totally overcrowded, when we walked in we were met with a very bad smell, very indefinable, disgusting. The floor also stuck and squeaked. Left again without ordering. Not recommended for us

I swear I got the world's best peach milkshake. The top looked delicious with cream and caramel and then came the surprise of the day, the shake had such a great taste with a hint of iced coffee. Really super cool. I can only recommend!! (thigh thumper) and then you asked if it was right and all you heard was a resounding “YES”. The employee made me super (un)happy today and I can no longer manage my life. Thank you so much that I have to go to therapy now because I feel really bad about it. I hope the current person who got my shake is as happy as I was :D Enjoy it. But after 3 announcements, I finally got the right taste in my mouth and was able to enjoy it a bit! Please let the employee rain a few more brain cells.

Terrible! Far too few staff (no one can help it!), but they work at a SNAIL pace that cannot be beaten. You wait forever for your order. It is generally only possible to order and pay at the machine. Anyone who wants to order at the counter or pay for their order will be ignored. On top of that, everyone is completely overwhelmed and slow.

Everything is always great. There was no fuss at McDonald's because you pushed the e-scooter into the store and your order was there or just took it with you. Unfortunately there is a big uproar in Neumünster and I also say that there are other shops that are not just looking forward to my sales.

Bought ice cream so that I could go to the toilet, waited 10 minutes for the ice cream, no toilet but only the train station toilet as a "partner" which you can then pay for as normal. 20 minutes to grab a quick burger before the bus comes. Actually, this shouldn't be a problem in the FAST Food Restaurant. Unfortunately, the “almost” can absolutely be deleted here. The ordering process at the machines is still very quick, but then the chaos begins. It feels like the orders are processed randomly. Your own number flashes “in process” while much later, similar orders fly past you. Suddenly you see “ready for pickup” flashing, you’re happy and think “finally🙏🏼” but there’s no sign of my order anywhere. Your own number then flashes “ready for collection” for a while without anything happening, until your own number is no longer displayed anywhere. No one can really help you if you ask. After what feels like an eternity, your own number is called. Of course the bus was missed. Sorry, but good service and especially fast food is different 🤷🏽‍♂️

It was the worst experience I have ever had. They don't care about the health of customer. In Mac Smart Menü, Fries they gave was not fresh, after complaining they exchanged. I was getting late and my train was about to leave, so I left. When I opened a burger, one of the burgers was spoiled.

There is no toilet on site and the employees don't know where there is one at the train station.

There I discovered that the chicken sandwiches had been forgotten. When I called the McDonald's branch several times, only the answering machine answered. I'm disappointed and hungry 😓, I want my money back!

Going in with great expectations. Ordering is easy if you are familiar with the “ordering machines”. Waiting time too long, even if it was well attended. Fries were cold, burgers were okay. But the biggest criticism is that there are no toilets. You can't even wash your hands after eating. Instead we were sent to the station toilet, where we then had to pay another 1 euro. That's not okay.

I've never had such completely cold fries from an MC Donalds chain. It's one thing that the packs are rarely full, but today we know things in extremely different ways. I had a large fries that would have easily fit into the small pack. Never been so disappointed. Really not... unfortunately I'm already sitting on the moving train otherwise I would have gone back immediately after opening. I can only say good things about the team, it was relatively quick and there was salt on the fries for a change. If this happens again I will go to a specific one in the long term. I get delicious fries for the same money and a larger quantity.

There was nothing going on and the employees worked according to the motto: if I don't come today, I'll come tomorrow. Orders are declared as finished but are not issued.

The service, like the food, is an absolute disaster! Waiting time over 30 minutes even though there were only 3 customers... And still get wrong products... Then the cashiers make fun of the customers in a foreign language. And to make matters worse, they can't even understand the German language if you want to complain about something!

Second time bad experience here.unfriendly service. An employee throws served balls around in the kitchen area. Never experienced anything like that.

At half past three in the night. Curious about the lack of reviews & because the Mäcces at the HH main station was closed, I ventured here. I had a 20 nuggets menu and can't complain. Warm fries, complete order & a friendly employee. The “dirt” was the same that previous guests had left behind - but the employee also had that quickly removed on her own initiative. Conclusion: I was able to redeem coupons, the employee was nice, the food was as usual :)

Harassing, ungrateful and cheeky homeless people at night... Cola Zero again lukewarm without carbonation... Many people there hate their work because of the look on their faces. Fries or chicken nuggets are sometimes simply fried and therefore over-fatty... No toilet and no WiFi... If you're out and about early in the morning and daydreaming, someone with an empty bag will crash, meaning a heart attack is inevitable 🫠

Takeaway orders are slowly being prepared. I have the feeling that there is a shortage of manpower. Unfortunately, I missed my bus even though I had enough time. Next time I'll think again about whether I really want to order there.

The order didn't come at all because the employee wasn't able to accept an order in person. We asked for help because we weren't familiar with the technical order. Sorry, but the last shop for customer friendliness. The shop opposite was more helpful.

You have moved from the small kiosk to a slightly larger compartment in the train station and you already seem to belong to the higher class. At 7 in the morning after the night shift there are no burgers for dinner, no where would you go? You're now a McCafé, so there's only the breakfast selection. If I don't feel like cooking anything after the night shift, you can put your muffins and cappuccinos somewhere else. I WANT A BURGER!!!
