Ordered two Big Macs, discovered when we unpacked them at home that they weren't completely filled!!!! For the price it's a disgrace.

Extremely impersonal customer service without any friendliness, waiting time too long, incomplete and cold food at prices that are now significantly too high. Burger pressed together very carelessly and incorrectly. It was good that the necessary complaint about incompleteness was handled without any major problems. However, dealing with tax law is problematic. Although I ate in the restaurant, to maximize profits, takeaway was automatically charged, i.e. 7% VAT. Actually there is nice seating and nice outdoor spaces. Unfortunately nothing is cleaned. There is no longer any provision for waste separation. At least in this branch, which is certainly very profitable, it would be time for official intervention.

By far the worst McDonald's I've tried so far. Ultra-long waiting times in McDrive, unfriendly and stroppy staff, cold food, in the parking lots around the Rattenplage restaurant.

We have been here at McDrive 4 times and 2 times the order was not complete. Yesterday the 20 pack of nuggets was forgotten. Not again.

This McDonald's is getting worse and worse, completely filthy, when you're there the food is already cold, a lot of the employees speak bad or no German at all... two years ago it was my favorite McDonald's, now not anymore!

Very unfriendly and the citizens were crushed. After that, something was improved very reluctantly and with discussions. Fries wasn't seasoning. The quality is getting worse day by day.

Well, these are special times and that's why you accept a lot. So this is a branch that has always been technically in order. There was always everything. Lately it's unfortunately been complicated to get my order, which I place via the app, because the counter is unfortunately in second place. That's why it can take a while. Tip: Not during meal times, then everything will work without any problems. Addendum: Been here a few times on Sunday mornings and the outside area is incredibly dirty, the employees sit at a dry table and make no move to make room...

The entire store is just dirty and unkempt. The terrace is constantly full of rubbish, the chairs are broken and the tables are dirty. The staff would rather sit around and smoke than clean the place. The one 2 years ago was significantly better. A shame!!!

Ambiance: Very dirty. The men's toilet smells unbelievable. The floor and the tables, everything sticks. Eat: 1 cheeseburger out of 2 without patty (by the way, it didn't taste that bad) Service: Table service... the tablet was brought to the table. 5/5 stars

Just had breakfast at MD's. The MC toast is the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. 2 very thin slices of wheat toast with stringy melted cheese and a piece of bacon in the middle. Outside on the terrace there are chairs whose woven lenses are torn open. SB cash registers to optimize profits. I am now deleting my MD app and no longer feel like eating this diet.

Employees (I hope) walk behind the counter and into the "kitchen" in street clothes. They and the kitchen staff openly shake hands. And again I wonder if they washed their hands... Difficult...

Kindly pointed out that the condition of the toilets was not okay. Answer to that, you can see what's going on here! After a short discussion it was simply said: just go and .... don't hit my head!

Dirty. Dirty tables and sticky floors Instead of cleaning, 3 employees preferred to stand around even though there was nothing going on.

It's always very busy and the employees can't keep up. Maybe too few staff?

Catastrophe, never again, uncoordinated, staff stepping on each other's toes, no service, no promised table delivery, table wiping, none of it, the franchiser should have his staff trained, but given the expected fluctuation, this is probably unnecessary. A rather frightening example in system catering for me!

They are fast and the branch is clean. The Caesar salad is always fresh. However, the acoustics are terrible in all branches. Beep, beep, beep, peeeep, peeeep, pip, beep...etc.

I ordered the McSmart menu and was really looking forward to my fries. I thought to myself “just a medium fries, two burgers and a Coke Zero for €6, you can’t really go wrong with that, right”. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for 4 things. Then I get home and my wife complains again because she had to wait too long. Great, at least eat some big fries now. I look in the bag… no fries! I'm super mad. I would have liked to go back and pull down my pants in the house. But well, then I had to take the dog out. Super duper. Never again!

I went to this McDonald's with my best friend again after years. Let's start with... Ambiance: floor dirty, tables sticky and smeared. I was already thinking about who wanted to pick up the first prize for the 🤢 area. The table or the floor. Now to the service. The young lady at the checkout was very awkward and overwhelmed. And that at rush hour!! Sin!!! But the worst was the food. My friend 3 × citizens and a coke. I had a double McRib meal with fries and a coke. The Citizens Cardboard, hardly any mustard or ketchup on it. And lukewarm...And rather sticky. Probably done too much and the next person gets the trash!!! My McRib's were carelessly slapped in. Both Cola's are way too watery. Hardly any cola. When you consider that it costs money, you feel pretty ripped off. It didn't taste good. I really hope that there will be consequences. I will complain to McDonald's Germany. I can't include my email address here, sorry!

Toilets smell unbearably of urine, no wonder when a mop with piss is lying there all day long.....Order placed, after 28 minutes the order comes - wrong can happen.....when complaining about the burgers, the branch manager was defiant Receipt of the conviction that we could be fobbed off with a "That's not the case with us", only persistence meant that in the end we received at least some of what we ordered. Visibly strained, the response was in a harsh, insulted tone. "Fast food" here comes from "that's almost eating" when you wait at your seat for 28 minutes with only 8 orders to be processed at the counter. When it comes to the food you shouldn't expect too much, of course it tastes good but it's not really good food either, it's just Mecce's quality. As far as the service is concerned, it's also okay, but there is definitely still a lot of room for improvement, the waiting times could definitely be shorter, and there are also some burger restaurants that serve higher quality food in a shorter time. There really isn't much to say about the atmosphere, you just shouldn't expect too much, but I doubt you expect much when you go to a McDonald's restaurant. tldr: Generally it's acceptable for what it is.

It beeps all the time, the store is dirty, there is no one at the checkout and the last three times something is always missing from the order

Hamburger waren vertrocknet, und zerknüllt. Kein Senf, und ein kleiner klecks Ketchup, Zwiebelwürfel konnte man an an zwei fingern abzählen, der Geschmack war dementsprechend. Der Tisch hab geklebt. das waren Die schlechtesten Burger die ich jemals gegessen hab.

The toilets are super unhygienic.

I've picked something up here before and have always been happy, but today when I ordered 20 Plant-based Nucks I received a package that had meat Nucks inside. Then my friend went to the waitress. She was assured that they were vegetarian nucks. But when I bit them off, you could tell that the nuckles were mixed. This could also be seen. (See pictures) I then showed this to the restaurant manager. He then gave me 6 new ones as compensation. These were also mixed. I then pointed this out again. He just said that I shouldn't annoy the employees and that he couldn't keep giving me new nuckies. I will never order anything vegetarian here again for my girlfriend. That is not how it works.

Code didn't work on the terminal. Went to the checkout, same thing there. No insight from employees. Not even the shift manager. Now had to pay the regular price. Eat lukewarm.

A few months ago I didn't like the food there at all, but today I was very surprised. I had a fish burger and a chicken burger, both were crispy and very hot! However, I advise you to take your food home with you. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired there. Sometimes there are cups lying around or there are crumbs all over the tables. The tray shelves are also often overcrowded. I think there is a staff shortage here, I hope the McDonalds can change the hygiene problem soon.

If you can set it up, go to another Mc or to BurgerQueen in Kronshagen.

Absolute juice shop. Went there by taxi, half of the order was forgotten. Of course, it is assumed that employees can read a receipt. Apparently you can't ask for more these days. Then you want to call to complain and the phone is picked up after 5 minutes and then hung up again. So great service (not), absolute rip off!

Worst McDonald's Cola I've ever had. Burger wasn't really any better either. I'm here spontaneously at Mcs in Kiel. drove and was disappointed. In Hamburg every McDonalds is better than that. P.S. The chicken nuggets were okay. The whole experience was a 3/10. Better go to Aldi.

On June 11th, 24 at 7:00 p.m. I ordered something and got something wrong and instead of being given the right thing I had to argue with two boys (around 20 years old with a dark beard). That really wasn't nice

Usually a McDonalds restaurant, which is structured and works quickly, especially in the drive. As with all fast food chains, it depends on the current occupancy, whether and how much is forgotten, whether the food is cold or inedible or whether you have to wait a long time. We ordered through Lieferando and unfortunately part of the order was missing. We tried to reach when no one answered.

So; I was really looking forward to my Mc Sunday with the apple turnover. Instead there was a cherry bag...It tasted good too, but it wasn't the real thing. The fries were only half full and totally soggy and unsalted. I thought it was stupid. Always happy to be there, but that was a bit of a shame. LG

I can only agree that it is by far the worst McDonald's branch in all of Schleswig-Holstein. The food is a complete catastrophe, half of it is forgotten when you go to the cash register and you are treated as stupid even though it was their mistake. And when you order. That's not what they say, the glass is no longer available, you get the glass from 2022. If you ask about it, they want it or not. Really cheeky

Ordering via the terminals is ok. After an overview everything works quickly and is understandable. Paying with a card is all great. It takes a while for the food to be ready because they aren't the only ones lol. There are very nice employees on site. So everything is ok

According to the employee today at 10:30 p.m. in the drive-in, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. When I asked why this was the case, the answer was: it's now a new system. It would also be an advantage if the employees knew the alphabet.

Absolutely one big catastrophe!!!! Very unfriendly and rude staff!!! I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin what I got? Cappuccino and an egg muffin…I asked the woman there when she gave me that muffin with cappuccino after like 5minutes in absolutely empty mcdonalds that I ordered a blueberry muffin but she tried to convince me that the egg muffin is the blueberry muffin….so I explained it and showed her the recipe…after a while she got my point and brought me the blueberry muffin with a smile that everything is ok… I checked the package and the muffin was ice rock cold!!!! I asked her to warm it up…she replied that she knows but its a new muffin.. after I asked her to warm the muffin up she took it and tried to open the microwave??? but unsuccessfully..so she asked the cleaning lady to help her open the microwave…then she put the muffin in and closed it without touching anything…Idk how your microwaves works but by closing some food to the microwave without setting a program they probably doesn’t work…and it didn’t of course! Besides of that she touched everything just with hands without any protective gloves or washing hands when manipulating with money or so… Is that the service you showed me today your standard?!?! For 7€ I would expect at least a good cappuccino..even that was a horrible beverage… so I throw it all to the garbage. I want my money back and some compensation for the time I spent there! I would gladly write to the central office McDonalds Germany and let them contact you If you don’t. You are spoiling the name of the company and I think they would care If you don’t.

It used to be much better. Unfortunately, it's slowing down a lot. You often get wrong orders, you don't understand the staff very well and you don't understand them either, which leads to the wrong orders. The fries are often only lukewarm and the burgers are soggy. The ambience... Well... It seems dingy, the carts where you drop off your tablet are constantly overcrowded and littered. The toilets are really a disgrace, extremely dirty, full trash cans, water on the floor in which the towel papers are floating.

We come here very often, most of the employees are unfriendly and the interior is never really clean. But what's most annoying is that soft ice cream is almost always sold out.

The workers here are not nice at all You stole my money. I ordered two meals for 12 euros and after waiting I saw that I had placed the order in another branch. Very unfriendly staff. Ordered from Lieferando, 190 minutes later order still not there. Fast food, hahaha. When I called, I was complained about and treated very rudely. 50 € order already paid and nothing received. The Holstenbrücke branch at least understood and helped. Very kind and understanding. Just close this branch on Gutenbergstr. or changes the staff. No sense of service. After all, we pay your salary by buying your unhealthy food. I've learned from it now. I didn't learn from it. TS ordered. Want to eat at home. NO Patti in the bun. What... Absolute crap shop.

Cold burgers and nuggets. No napkins and the nuggets were missing the sauce. When asked, the only comment was: They should have said straight away...

Once again everything worked and tasted as expected. Unfortunately, some of the ordering terminals are often broken and the pickup display was also out of order. When the order is ready, the order number is called out very cautiously the first time by an employee behind the counter, and then very loudly and with a rather annoyed tone the second time. Otherwise everything was great.

Rarely have I eaten such cardboard. The burgers were all almost cold, the fries were completely soggy. I could have thrown almost €40 out the window.

The staff was very friendly, we actually always eat. There was a little more salt on the fries, which I liked. Everything looked clean and tidy.

The most disgusting thing, however, were the toilets, the toilet seat full of urine splatters, garbage overflowing, worse than any rest area toilet

Food is stupid. Employees are also stupid. I ordered without cucumber and it came with cucumber..

Sunday evening, Mc Drive 35 min wait. This isn't fast food.

We only got 6 missing burgers after 20 minutes. I think you could have gotten at least 3 more for the waiting time.

Everything was clean and tidy, but instead of the vanilla shakes we got something with coffee and there was only a little ketchup on the hamburgers and on the other burgers there was only ketchup and not the sauce that was supposed to be on them.

The branch is a bit hidden, but you could wash your car right next door 🧼. Unfortunately the fries were limp and bad. The burgers were ok but not really great!

McDonald's fast food. 🤭 Food was still nice and warm and the fries were acceptably crispy enough. Unfortunately, at this restaurant, if you want to call it McDonald's, the hygiene in both the women's and men's toilets leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately not an isolated case. Machte irgendwie alles einen leicht ungepflegten und ungemütlichen Eindruck - Team wirkte generell nicht sehr engagiert, es lief der Chef mit Handy am Ohr ständig rein und raus, ein Wartungsmonteur drängelte sich auch in der engen Küche rum... Nee, da ist echt viel Luft nach oben!

Mal wieder eine nur zur hälfte gefüllte Pommes Packung erhalten. Zwischen McWrap und Rib können sie hier auch nicht unterscheiden..

Joa Standard mcs essen eben. Immer real gut für einen Burger zwischendurch.

Die Wartezeit in diesem McDonald's war bedauerlich länger als erwartet. Trotzdem war das Personal höflich und bemühte sich um einen effizienten Service. Die Verzögerung könnte auf eine hohe Nachfrage oder interne Abläufe zurückzuführen sein. Das Essen war letztendlich recht gut, was die Wartezeit etwas ausglich. Verbesserungen in der Geschwindigkeit der Bestellabwicklung könnten jedoch die Gesamterfahrung deutlich steigern.

Hat in den letzten Jahren leider sehr abgebaut. Flasche Bestellungen und grauenhaft zubereitete Burger treiben mich dort nicht mehr hin.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich

Essen lecker, aber wenn man die Monopolyaktion anbietet sollte man auch genügend Verpackungsmaterial mit den Codes vorrätig haben, haben uns für die Familie Nachtisch dort besorgt und nur auf 3 Apfeltaschen ( bestellt 4 Apfeltaschen und 4 Cremetaschen) Codes drauf gehabt Sehr schade
