No direct ordering possible! Only via vending machine. Poor parking, location too hidden between gas stations and car washes.

The store is cheating its MC Drive customers. The burgers were once again cold, old, and soggy, the Coke tasted like water, and the portion of fries was only half full. If this had only happened once, I could write it off as an oversight. However, this is the third time. The store itself doesn't have these problems. The produce there is always fresh. I don't want to assume it was intentional, but I'm starting to lose faith in it. At least they didn't forget the second sauce.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this McMullen. Dirty, rude, and sometimes not very proficient in German.

Today I ordered two meals via drive-thru at around 10:40 p.m. Unfortunately, I received the wrong chicken nuggets (I ordered garlic nuggets twice), the fries were cold and inedible, and it's 2 km (as the crow flies) from home. No one answers the phone to speak to the shift manager.

Picked up food today. The terminal froze. Nothing worked. I could only place one order. Then I had to share my food. The fries were disgustingly old. The nuggets had also been sitting for a while. Everything was cold, even though it was freshly prepared.

It's McDonald's, but if you've ordered takeout, you should double-check your order. 90% of the time, something is missing from your order. Sometimes it's the fries, sometimes the burger, etc. It's not intentional; it's the fault of the service staff!

It takes way too long to get your food. I waited almost 20 minutes for two burgers and a Coke. This has nothing to do with fast food.

This is the fifth time in a row I've received an incomplete order. Burger forgotten, fries forgotten, extra patty forgotten. After some resistance, the forgotten patty was simply placed on top and the burger reheated briefly. Every time, you give the place another chance, and every time, you're disappointed.

The Big Mac on my last drunken night – a sunrise in your mouth! Last night, with a blood alcohol level of 3.8, I treated myself to a Big Mac at McDonald's – and honestly, it tasted like the sun was just rising on the horizon! So delicious and satisfying, it felt like the best meal ever. The cleanliness at 2 a.m., however, left something to be desired, and the fries were unfortunately a bit stale. Nevertheless, the Big Mac alone justifies the full 5 stars – a true classic that saves any situation!

I have to say, this McDonald's is the dirtiest ever. The restrooms stank, and the tables weren't clean either. Never again. 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

Very dirty it is not taken care of

Anyone who eats at McDonald's usually knows what to expect. Here, you get the same quality as in almost any other city. My order was processed quickly and handed to me. The food was perfect and hot, and of the standard you'd expect from McDonald's. You can also drive through the drive-thru. I'd be happy to come back.

We ordered 6 burgers to go with 2 drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't check. We thought it would be an easy task... One burger was missing. A friend of mine was even missing 2 burgers. But they were smarter and checked. That's how you can make a profit.

I think the cola tastes very watery here. The ratio isn't right. Otherwise, everything is great.

We were in the shop and wanted two café lattes and caramel shakes. I tried to explain it to the man behind the till, but unfortunately he didn't understand me and kept trying to sell us an iced coffee. Then he said they didn't have anything like that. It wasn't until a colleague came over and the two of them started talking that he realized what we meant. The two drinks were ready and they stood there for a while before we were called. Almost all of the employees were standing in front of the counter, so we had trouble getting our orders. Even saying "please" didn't help; instead we got dirty looks. I go there often, and I have to say that the service has noticeably deteriorated since the renovations. I hope it gets better.

The food was good, and my order came quickly. Unfortunately, the tables were dirty. The hallway to the restrooms and the floor in the women's restroom were very smooth and slippery. It was as if they had been wiped with deep-fryer oil.

Be careful, something is always forgotten

The food at this McDonald's restaurant is up to standard; there's nothing to complain about. This McDonald's is very busy, though. This means: - it's often very crowded, very loud, and you have to wait. - you have to check everything, and complicated orders often make mistakes. The parking lot outside is, what can I say, a show-off area at certain times, and that's unpleasant. You can eat there, no question.

The store just won't open on July 17th! It's 7:20 and the store is closed, even though it should have been open for 1:20 minutes.

Food was cold, not whole, fries were undercooked and wobbly, Coke, Sprite, we tasted water, no carbonation, the place was filthy as hell, there was trash and leftover food behind the counter, preparation without gloves or hairnets, hygiene was 0. This is truly a case for the health department! Never again!

Yes and no, for a quick bite to eat when you're on the go, yes, but otherwise not really. The toilets are dirty as usual and smell of urine, the food is also of the usual McDonald's quality, the buns are limp and just thrown together without enthusiasm. I've never had a burger that looks like the ones in the pictures, always squashed together or moved around or something else, that needs to be addressed. But otherwise, it's fine for a quick bite, not like in the 90s when it was something special to go there with your family and have something to eat in a cool place, unfortunately not so much these days.

Update: Went to the drive-thru again today. My wife wanted to try the Chicken Big Mac. Unfortunately, it was missing about 30%. Original review: Unfortunately, disappointing again here. Today, I received completely different items than I ordered and only noticed them at home. The photo shows a "Double Royal TS." Unfortunately, I can't photograph the missing large fries, and instead of regular nuggets, I got "spicy nuggets." Really annoying and way too expensive.

Hi, I asked if there were any vouchers or offers available through the app. Nobody knew anything about it. I asked three employees. The completely clueless staff couldn't give me an answer, or they just didn't want to.

I know it's busy on holidays, but it's annoying when you've been waiting a while for your order and then items are still missing. I had to go back twice because the Fanta and the toy were missing from my Happy Meal. The food itself wasn't as advertised either; there was too much mustard on the wrap, and the 20-piece nuggets only had 17 pieces in them. I know there are only three missing, but I'm paying for 20, not 17. It used to be better, which is a shame.

An employee serves himself at the French fries station and stands behind the counter chewing. He then wipes his face with his hands and repeats the process. Trash is everywhere on the kitchen floor. Employees speak very poor German. Returned trays are not emptied. Worst McDonald's in Schleswig-Holstein!

I've ordered twice now through Wolt, and either the wait time of 1-1.5 hours was truly abysmal or the food was cold. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly and the location was poorly designed. Okay, I quickly went to the restroom and then I was done with the shop, and when I came out, I saw the floor, okay, Saturday morning at 5:3000 people, doesn't matter. !!! Stop, it's Friday at 4:15 p.m., at least 6 employees. Not much going on!!!! I hope those in charge are looking into this.

I was really shocked at the condition behind the counter. There was food waste, packaging and spilled liquid on the floor in the middle of the work area - all while preparation was in progress. Something like this simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant that serves a lot of people every day. Hygiene definitely looks different. I really hope that the management urgently improves this.

Recently bought a coffee from you, the seller insisted on adding the sugar and milk to me, was a bit skeptical... then I was completely over-sugared, assuming I was a diabetic... Long queue because the employee only spoke broken German. The wrong drink was served at the dispensing counter and the wrong glass color. What was ordered was a vanilla shake and a pink glass. It became strawberry shake and purple glass. Unfortunately, both were only noticed when leaving the DriveIn counter.

She took the Becker and tipped it away. Then she disappeared to the back and left me standing there. After 5 minutes someone else spoke up. She then said I would be served and should wait. So I avoid the store. Especially while waiting, I noticed twice, other customers kept coming back and noticed that something was missing here. Or there are wrong orders in the bag.

Food was cold and old, I now have severe stomach pain

Pretty dirty. There's trash lying around. The drop-off boxes are not emptied. Asked if one could get a rag for the table. Being given a dirty rag. No towels on the toilet. The McRib was okay, the Big Mac was a disaster. Hardly any salad and a lot of sauce. Sorry for the review, but it's not okay the way it is here at the moment.

Solid McDonald’s. The store was clean and tidy, which was definitely a positive thing. The staff was polite, if not particularly engaging. The food was as usual – nothing surprising, but reliable. Absolutely fine for a quick bite in between, even if it is of course not a culinary highlight. Overall an average but satisfactory experience.

So for real, how can you screw up every single time... do the job you do properly, man...

Very bad treatment for us as a delivery service

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. Today again a pure disappointment. Cola without ice is with ice. Ordered 4 burgers only got 2. 20 chicken nuggets don't come close to 20 in them. I guess 15. I'm just disappointed. it's not the first time. It always feels like something is missing and I always only notice it when I get home. Unfortunately, in the future I will always have to stop and check the MCDrive. I don't understand what's so hard about it. 2 mc smart menus to pack and a 20 piece of chicken nuggets. It never works. Simply really disappointing... Staff were also friendly at times but sometimes just annoyed and unfriendly. You can work on that too! I just had to get rid of it... I hope things get better in the future!

In my opinion an above average McDonalds. The interior is large and not unbearably dirty. Depending on the time it is sometimes better or worse. Like every McDonald's that is open 24/7, this one also has the problem of being a little worse at night and a little better during the day.

Ambiance is terrible and can only be tolerated when drunk or on MC-drive. I will never leave the receipt behind because I only got two cheeseburgers instead of two double cheeses. Such rags who work there!

We ordered vegan nuggets and got normal ones. When we asked an employee about it, we were told that they were simply in a different box and would not be exchanged. However, my friend (omnivore) and I (vegetarian for 10 years, at least to date) agreed that it was definitely meat. In addition, an apple turnover was forgotten and they just said that it would take a little longer (bs). When we noticed that the sundae (unlike what was ordered) couldn't be vegan (the only vegan option was chocolate ice cream, I got vanilla) we didn't even bother with it. All in all, something like this can of course happen, but the extent to which it is handled and how it is dealt with is questionable, especially if you actually have allergies or intolerances and are not “just” avoiding it out of conviction. By the way, there were no straws, but that was probably the smallest problem.

BOTTOMLESS IMPACT! We were at McDonald's on March 6, 2025 and waited for our food. An employee thought that we weren't picking up our food and then insulted us. Huge impudence!

I was there on the evening of February 5, 2025 and was called a Toni Kroos a**hole. I had order number 150 and number 135 was called. When my colleague number 136 picked up his order, the employee told him that the Toni Kroos a**hole should finally pick up his order because the store is closing. Then when I picked up my order at the counter I was called Toni again. Make up your own mind about the situation - I think the whole thing turned out very unfortunate.

This store is a disaster. Empty hardly any customers and no staff there to order. Standing in the corner doing nothing and talking loudly about private matters. So we had to order at the terminal. It took forever for the food to be ready, so it was better and quicker. To top it off, the toilets were dirty, no paper, nothing really square. The dining area, unfortunately, wasn't any better. There was dirt on the floor and where the mopping was done it was soaking wet, so much so that you almost slipped. Never again. Not recommended.

Very friendly staff and fast delivery

Unfortunately, the McDonald’s restaurant I visited was anything but inviting. The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and there was an unpleasant smell near the trash area. The toilets were also in an unhygienic condition. It seemed like cleaning wasn't done regularly. Although the food tasted as usual, the cleanliness significantly spoiled the overall impression. I would really like to see more emphasis on hygiene here.

I received a cold portion of fries and complained about them, but they wouldn't make me a new one. So unfortunately I had to order and pay for a new one - and even it was cold again. The employee was a southern guy with a backwards cap and a slight beard.

There was a lot going on due to the Cros concert on December 15th, 2024, but they still did a great job! The orders were often wrong, but it was solved quickly :). Disaster... there was a bit more going on and the employees were extremely overwhelmed. The burger slide overflowed, the packaging was already opening... Order numbers were no longer displayed and no one was called. I then simply went to the front and firmly insisted on my order. The orders were then processed, whoever came forward... Burgers were quite dry, lukewarm and quite bland. If an older person was sitting there with a grandchild or granddaughter, they would still be sitting there at five in the morning waiting. Sad...for me it was McDonalds for the last time. Then it's better to pay half at the kebab shop and get twice as much.

Food not so good and a bit expensive

That was really really bad. There were three of us, with different orders. Although it took a really long time, the food was not only almost cold but also tasted bad. The toilets 🚽 were the most disgusting thing we've seen in a long time.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. I would like to share my dissatisfied experience with the four McFlurries I recently ordered. Unfortunately, the quality of the products did not meet the expectations I have of a well-known brand like McDonald's. The McFlurries tasted more like flavored ice cubes rather than the creamy dairy ice cream I'm used to. It was really disappointing as I was looking forward to a delicious and refreshing treat. Instead, the consistency and taste was anything but satisfactory. Furthermore, the amount of ice in the cups was extremely small. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that they had already put in more ice than usual anyway. However, this statement is difficult to understand since the ice cream didn't even cover my entire pinky in the cup. It felt like I was paying more for the packaging than the contents. Given this experience, I feel compelled to give a negative review. I hope that this feedback will help improve the quality of the products in the future so that other customers do not have to experience the same disappointment. It would be desirable for McDonald's to review its standards to ensure that products meet customer expectations. At least the places were reasonably clean🥰
