McDonald's in Kiel

This is now the third time that things were forgotten when ordering a McDrive. Is there a concept behind it? that was the last time. refrain from doing so in the future.

Very friendly staff and fast delivery

Unfortunately, the McDonald’s restaurant I visited was anything but inviting. The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and there was an unpleasant smell near the trash area. The toilets were also in an unhygienic condition. It seemed like cleaning wasn't done regularly. Although the food tasted as usual, the cleanliness significantly spoiled the overall impression. I would really like to see more emphasis on hygiene here.

I received a cold portion of fries and complained about them, but they wouldn't make me a new one. So unfortunately I had to order and pay for a new one - and even it was cold again. The employee was a southern guy with a backwards cap and a slight beard.

Food is stupid. Employees are also stupid. I ordered without cucumber and it came with cucumber.. I've had a bad experience before and thought they'd change something... Pustekuchen just as miserable as before, I ordered burgers and only got 2 buns with mayo What is positive is that they take in stranded live animals in the kitchen

Everything in the store was dirty and there was rubbish on the tables. Ordered to eat here and received everything in a bag, some with incorrect contents. Burgers carelessly wrapped and topped in a completely chaotic manner. No need to repeat. Staff rather unfriendly.

I just called here because my order is missing something, and the person on the other side called me a racial slur and hang up. I’m sure this is rare case but I think the others should know this might be something to expect here when ordering

Sometimes strange audience. The food is always fresh, the staff friendly and attentive. My favorite McDonald's in all of Kiel.

There was a lot going on due to the Cros concert on December 15th, 2024, but they still did a great job! The orders were often wrong, but it was solved quickly :). We even got a free order because of the wait and the errors. Super dear workers! <3, Even though some people were unfriendly, I thought it was great! I will be here more often

The food was cold and the staff were unfriendly

Toilets smell unbearably of urine, no wonder when a mop soaked in urine sits there all day.....Order placed, after 28 minutes the order comes - wrong can happen.....the branch manager was complaining about the burgers Despite the receipt, we were convinced that we could be fobbed off with a "we don't have that," but perseverance meant that in the end we received at least some of what we ordered. There was clearly a lot of effort with a harsh insulted tone. “Fast food” here comes from “that’s almost eating” when you wait at your seat for 28 minutes with only 8 orders to be processed at the counter. UBK is rarely worn by the staff here. Due to the unfriendly and insulting manner, I will soon post pictures from the branch here. From the kitchen to the toilet. Disaster... there was a bit more going on and the employees were extremely overwhelmed. The burger slide overflowed, the packaging was already opening... Order numbers were no longer displayed and no one was called. I then simply went to the front and firmly insisted on my order. The orders were then processed, whoever came forward... Burgers were quite dry, lukewarm and quite bland. If an older person was sitting there with a grandchild or granddaughter, they would still be sitting there at five in the morning waiting. Sad...for me it was McDonalds for the last time. Then it's better to pay half at the kebab shop and get twice as much.

Very clean toilets! That says something about the kitchen too! Picking up the order was a little confusing because my order first showed up for pickup and then disappeared. But everything went well - the young lady found the right muffin and the cappuccino.👍

Got normal nuggets instead of vegetarian ones. Thanks for nothing.

Food not so good and a bit expensive

Everything was perfect, the fries weren't soggy and they were also perfectly salted, the burgers were also big and tasty and also looked exactly like in the advertisements. The shop was also full of people and we still got our food quickly and the people there were very nice too.

Ordered McPlant nuggets and got chicken nuggets. Meat nuggets were in the McPlant Nuggets packaging. That doesn't work at all! 👎🏻

Well-connected McDonald's branch with drive-thru. Ordering via the touchscreen annoys me a bit. I prefer to order from a person in person. Additional plus: there is a gas station and a car wash right next to it on the same site!

That was really really bad. There were three of us, with different orders. Although it took a really long time, the food was not only almost cold but also tasted bad. The toilets 🚽 were the most disgusting thing we've seen in a long time.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. But I understand less and less how McDonald's can still exist.. in general the food tastes like nothing, 90% of all surrounding restaurants offer better quality and taste, and at least 80% are also cheaper.. The staff can't help it, they do their best (the only reason for stars), but McDonald's is simply at the bottom..

I would like to share my dissatisfied experience with the four McFlurries I recently ordered. Unfortunately, the quality of the products did not meet the expectations I have of a well-known brand like McDonald's. The McFlurries tasted more like flavored ice cubes rather than the creamy dairy ice cream I'm used to. It was really disappointing as I was looking forward to a delicious and refreshing treat. Instead, the consistency and taste was anything but satisfactory. Furthermore, the amount of ice in the cups was extremely small. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that they had already put in more ice than usual anyway. However, this statement is difficult to understand since the ice cream didn't even cover my entire pinky in the cup. It felt like I was paying more for the packaging than the contents. Given this experience, I feel compelled to give a negative review. I hope that this feedback will help improve the quality of the products in the future so that other customers do not have to experience the same disappointment. It would be desirable for McDonald's to review its standards to ensure that products meet customer expectations. At least the places were reasonably clean🥰

The restaurant was dirty, the staff was unfriendly and the food was really poor when I ordered an MC Flurry I expect it to be at least half full and no empty excuses will help, plus it was already melted when I got it and my burgers looked like the staff had played Frisbee with them, never again.

Unfortunately it's getting dirtier and dirtier there, tables etc should be wiped down, ideally with a clean cloth. There are also only two trolleys for the trays, which are always full to the point where they can't be used anymore. Most of the time you don't even get the whole order and it takes forever until you get your food. Cheeseburgers and the like have less and less sauce and are carelessly slapped on top of each other. It didn't used to be like that

Twice I put the wrong food in the bag because the product I ordered was sold out...without any notice I just gave it different food.

There are few people at work and often there is no employee at the checkout. NO CHILDREN'S ROOM((It would be better if they at least make a tablet table for kids..😉

No matter when and at what time, the wrong food is always served. But this seems to be a serious and widespread problem. The rolls look shabby and thin, most of the time the rolls are crooked or wrongly packaged... it's dirty, sticky chairs and tables... baaahhh why I have to do this to myself all the time to always have the same experience it's not worth it. It doesn't even taste good, not even the Coke!!!! Aaah even the aforementioned toys for the kids are packaged incorrectly despite pointing and pointing fingers at them. The staff looks bored and also likes to throw citizens into the bags as if it were a basketball.

You can argue about fast food and chains, but you can't argue about hygiene and cleanliness. Rarely have I seen such a dirty shop.

No Mc Sundae or milkshake available. Everything was given out in bags. There were no tablets on site. There were old fries on the floor. Toilets were just disgusting.

Completely incompetent staff, orders take forever.

The store and surrounding area is clean and kept tidy. The food ordering process is well implemented so that you are served quickly. The staff was very friendly.

The ice cream machine is broken again.

They don't know anything like a broom there, and there doesn't seem to be a rag to wipe the table with. The latte (coffee) is not a latte but a milk coffee. We were there in the morning, there was hardly any activity, something was missing from both our order and our neighboring table. The employees only have to process one piece of paper. Sry, I work in the catering industry myself and have no understanding of such incompetence.

I have been visiting McDonald's in Germany for many decades, This one was by far the worst! Something so desolate, unfriendly, poorly managed, unhygienic in the restaurant and especially the toilet, I thought it wasn't McDonald's standard.

Worst MC's in the world, no one speaks German, the guy didn't want to serve me and left in an insult instead of cashing in on me, everything was ice cold, everyone spoke disrespectfully in Arabic instead of German, wasn't really hungry anymore and left in an extremely bad mood, I will definitely never come back and I would advise everyone else not to!!!!!!

Ordered through Wolt for the first time. The big fries are a bad joke. €4.50 for a half-full pack. Citizens packed up squashed.

Everything was clean and tidy. The food was terrific. I would like to go here again. The employees were very helpful. They work very quickly and regularly. They are smiling. I recommend this place to everyone.

Ordered two Big Macs, discovered when unpacking them at home that they weren't completely filled!!!! For the price it's a disgrace.

Extremely impersonal customer service without any friendliness, waiting time too long, incomplete and cold food at prices that are now significantly too high. Burger pressed together very carelessly and incorrectly. It was good that the necessary complaint about incompleteness was handled without any major problems. However, dealing with tax law is problematic. Although I ate in the restaurant, to maximize profits, takeaway was automatically charged, i.e. 7% VAT. Actually there is nice seating and nice outdoor spaces. Unfortunately nothing is cleaned. There is no longer any provision for waste separation. At least in this branch, which is certainly very profitable, it would be time for official intervention.

By far the worst McDonald's I've tried so far. Ultra-long waiting times in McDrive, unfriendly and stroppy staff, cold food, in the parking lots around the Rattenplage restaurant.

Kindly pointed out that the condition of the toilets was not okay. Answer to that, you can see what's going on here! After a short discussion it was simply said: just go and .... don't hit my head!

Catastrophe, never again, uncoordinated, staff stepping on each other's toes, no service, no promised table delivery, table wiping, none of it, the franchiser should have his staff trained, but given the expected fluctuation, this is probably unnecessary. They are fast and the branch is clean. The Caesar salad is always fresh. However, the acoustics are terrible in all branches. Beep, beep, beep, peeeep, peeeep, pip, beep...etc.

I ordered the McSmart menu and was really looking forward to my fries. I thought to myself “just a medium fries, two burgers and a Coke Zero for €6, you can’t really go wrong with that, right”. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for 4 things. Then I get home and my wife complains again because she had to wait too long. Great, at least eat some big fries now. I look in the bag… no fries! I'm super mad. I would have liked to go back and pull down my pants in the house. But well, then I had to take the dog out. Super duper. Never again!

I went to this McDonald's with my best friend again after years. Let's start with... Ambiance: floor dirty, tables sticky and smeared. I was already thinking about who wanted to pick up the first prize for the 🤢 area. The table or the floor. Now to the service. The young lady at the checkout was very awkward and overwhelmed. And that at rush hour!! Sin!!! But the worst was the food. My friend 3 × citizens and a coke. I had a double McRib meal with fries and a coke. The Citizens Cardboard, hardly any mustard or ketchup on it. And lukewarm...And rather sticky. Probably done too much and the next person gets the trash!!! My McRib's were carelessly slapped in. Both Cola's are way too watery. Hardly any cola. When you consider that it costs money, you feel pretty ripped off. It didn't taste good. I really hope that there will be consequences. I will complain to McDonald's Germany. I can't include my email address here, sorry!

When it comes to the food you shouldn't expect too much, of course it tastes good but it's not really good food either, it's just Mecce's quality. As far as the service is concerned, it's also okay, but there is definitely still a lot of room for improvement, the waiting times could definitely be shorter, and there are also some burger restaurants that serve higher quality food in a shorter time. There really isn't much to say about the atmosphere, you just shouldn't expect too much, but I doubt you expect much when you go to a McDonald's restaurant. tldr: Generally it's acceptable for what it is.

Hamburger waren vertrocknet, und zerknüllt. Kein Senf, und ein kleiner klecks Ketchup, Zwiebelwürfel konnte man an an zwei fingern abzählen, der Geschmack war dementsprechend. Der Tisch hab geklebt. das waren Die schlechtesten Burger die ich jemals gegessen hab.

Code didn't work on the terminal. Went to the checkout, same thing there. No insight from employees. Not even the shift manager. Now had to pay the regular price. Eat lukewarm.

I've picked something up here before and have always been happy, but today when I ordered 20 Plant-based Nucks I received a package that had meat Nucks inside. Then my friend went to the waitress. She was assured that they were vegetarian nucks. But when I bit them off, you could tell that the nuckles were mixed. This could also be seen. (See pictures) I then showed this to the restaurant manager. He then gave me 6 new ones as compensation. These were also mixed. I then pointed this out again. He just said that I shouldn't annoy the employees and that he couldn't keep giving me new nuckies. I will never order anything vegetarian here again for my girlfriend. That is not how it works.

A few months ago I didn't like the food there at all, but today I was very surprised. I had a fish burger and a chicken burger, both were crispy and very hot! However, I advise you to take your food home with you. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired there. Sometimes there are cups lying around or there are crumbs all over the tables. Hey, forgetting something can happen once or twice, but not every third order on the drive. If you can set it up, go to another Mc or to BurgerQueen in Kronshagen.

Worst McDonald's Cola I've ever had. Burger wasn't really any better either. I'm here spontaneously at Mcs in Kiel. drove and was disappointed. In Hamburg every McDonalds is better than that. P.S. The chicken nuggets were okay. The whole experience was a 3/10. Better go to Aldi.

Usually a McDonalds restaurant, which is structured and works quickly, especially in the drive. As with all fast food chains, it depends on the current occupancy, whether and how much is forgotten, whether the food is cold or inedible or whether you have to wait a long time. As a rule, everything is always ok when driving.

Ok but could be better in terms of cleanliness and overall food quality

We ordered through Lieferando and unfortunately part of the order was missing. We tried to reach when no one answered.

So; I was really looking forward to my Mc Sunday with the apple turnover. Instead there was a cherry bag...It tasted good too, but it wasn't the real thing. The fries were only half full and totally soggy and unsalted. I thought it was stupid. Always happy to be there, but that was a bit of a shame. LG
