Colosseum Restaurant & Lieferservice in Kiel

Unfortunately, it was very bad. I've always been enthusiastic about it, so I'm even more disappointed now. I waited over two hours for the food, which even arrived cold. On top of that, it was inedible: the pizza was burnt/burnt, and the toppings were completely burnt. The fries were completely soggy and tasted "old," and the nuggets were gnarly and undercooked. The other pizza was missing the salami (so we only had Margherita). So, that was probably the last time we ordered from there. I don't know what changes were made at this restaurant, but it's very disappointing considering the quality, which has suffered greatly. It's a shame.

Used to be great…but unfortunately, things have declined somewhat. The necessary quality is lacking. Prices and portions are still great, though. But it's better to charge a euro more and improve the quality. It used to be my favorite delivery service on the East Bank.

The food arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately, the broccoli casserole didn't have a creamy sauce but a watery liquid, which made the whole thing inedible. The rice served with the turkey strips was also undercooked and therefore unpalatable. What a shame. The quality has really declined. We used to enjoy ordering from there, but after today's experience, we won't be doing so again.

Instead of the promised 45 minutes, the food arrived after 1.5 hours. The fries and potato wedges were limp and inedible. The broccoli and cauliflower were overcooked and mushy. The schnitzel was squashed and inedible. They tried to point this out by phone, but nothing happened for several minutes. The response, that the delivery had taken longer and that one should expect one thing or another, was simply outrageous. This was definitely my first and last order there!

I ordered a burger meal through Lieferando. What arrived were fish sticks, croquettes, and completely soggy fries. I tried calling the restaurant five times within an hour, but no one answered each time. Embarrassing place, don't order from them!

The delivery took two hours, but the driver was very nice.

The food arrived at the agreed time and was hot. The vegetables with the schnitzel were still crisp, not overcooked, and really delicious. I'd gladly order again! 👍
