I ordered something at the counter. The employee took my money. He was on his smartphone all the time and then prepared my burgers without washing his hands. Everything was visible. The other employee was squatting outside smoking and then started making my fries without washing his hands. Disgusting!!!!

A very unpleasant experience. The vending machine was out of ice, so I politely asked an employee. He tried to help me, but the manager came over and violently ripped the cup out of his hand—extremely rude. He also doesn't seem very friendly overall, observing the guests in a strange way, which makes you feel very uncomfortable. And even more so as a manager.

This branch is a disaster. The premises, the cleanliness, and the staff. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee. It was practically deserted. Two people to serve, yet only one cash register was open. The second person wandered around aimlessly, bossing around the cleaning lady who was trying to clean the completely hidden floor. The other lady took orders and assembled them, complaining more and more about each customer. When it was my turn, for just one iced coffee, I paid and was asked to step aside. Then another family was served, and only then did the second lady bother to make my iced coffee. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the deficiencies in the store until after I paid. A disaster from start to finish, and I know Burger King branches where it's clean and customers are addressed and served properly. Avoid this store.

The employee was a complete disaster, the lady at the checkout. Burger King should give their employees regular training on friendliness. I showed her the code twice and then they gave me a disgusting tone. They said don't want the order, do you? Of course I want the order, I showed them the code twice and they said "yes, I'm not that fast". Furthermore, we would have liked to sit outside and the unfriendly tone again, no chairs (in this weather), no Sprite, and we can't make the drink, we've run out of Sprite and there are no toys. You really need to replace yourselves, from A to Z!!!

Worst Burger King ever! The staff is completely unfriendly and disrespectful; you immediately feel unwelcome. The drink selection is almost nonsensical for such a large chain. After we swapped four items from our three menus for the items we ordered, it was actually okay. The burgers and fries were okay, but nothing more. The drink dispenser was more off-putting than inviting.

The employees of the Federal Chancellery (BK) are very hostile and almost rude in their behavior. It's important to consider that these people themselves work at almost 2:00 a.m. for minimum wage; unfortunately, this can make you very frustrated and have a negative attitude toward life.

This BK branch is a disgrace for the entire chain. From the dilapidated exterior, the run-down and dirty foyer to the desolate restrooms. The staff was unfriendly, unmotivated, and didn't speak German. This made ordering a hair-raising task. (Unfortunately, there are no ordering kiosks here yet.) The food, unfortunately, was also unacceptable. Some of the fries were already old and cold. (They were mixed with newer ones.) The burgers looked like they had been ready for a while and just hadn't been used. You could pour your own drinks. Unfortunately, 90% of the flavors were gone, and the dispensing machine wasn't well-maintained. After never being one of the chain's best branches, the BK in Kamen has now sunk to abysmal levels. We were there for the last time, that's for sure. I can't recommend it to anyone, not even if you're hungry.

The reception staff were unfriendly and gave rude replies. The food was okay, as you'd expect from a beach club. You have to pour your own drinks.

I can tolerate bad food to a certain extent, but rude behavior is a definite no-go for me. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I experienced at the King Burger branch in Kamen. The employees didn't speak to me respectfully. When I repeated my order a second time, I was met with an inappropriate tone – one of the employees called out to his colleague: "Come here, listen to what he's saying!" I gave the place a chance twice, but both times I was disappointed and regretted my visit. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I recently went to Burger King in North Rhine-Westphalia and it was just amazing! The burgers were absolutely delicious – juicy, fresh and with a taste that really blew you away. The service was great! The service was super friendly and relaxed, with jokes that were simply from another world - I haven't laughed so much in a long time! It was an all around great experience. If you're ever in the area, be sure to stop by! The burgers are awesome!

We were at this branch today and wanted to order three cheeseburgers. However, the employee repeated our order as "Three hamburgers with cheese?" and acted as if we had said it exactly that way. That already seemed condescending. But it got even worse: As we were saying goodbye, one of the team members called out a sneering "See you again!" We couldn't let such audacity go unchallenged, so we called the branch. Instead of apologizing, we were told we were exaggerating – and then they simply blew us away! This is the height of rudeness. Customer service? None! If you treat customers like that, you shouldn't be surprised if they never come back. Find a job where you don't have to interact with people.

I was there for a snack with my friends and my sister invited me and I wanted to have my app scanned for points, this was supposedly a scam because it was not my sister's app but mine. Worst delivery service ever! After the first bad experience, I gave the store another chance, but was disappointed again! Fries only one of two delivered Unfortunately, cheeseburgers were just hamburgers. Needless to say, the mayo was forgotten. That's probably part of good form... Even my wife's feet were warmer than the food. Tried to make contact by phone, I would probably have won the lottery three times rather than getting through. The matter is now finally settled. Unfortunately, I can't give it a negative five stars. After 1.5 hours of ordering through Liferando, I finally got through to someone. They promised the food was being packed and delivered. After 45 minutes, there's still no food. No one answers the phone. And then they confirm the delivery as delivered. But that's not true. This place should be banned. They take money but don't deliver. You're honestly ashamed of yourselves.

Frankly, the place should lose its license. They "simulate" a kind of cleanliness, but you can tell the ambiance has been coated with layers of grease and sauces. The self-pour vending machine is also pretty filthy and often broken. The food generally ranges in temperature from room temperature to almost edible. The fries are often ridiculously over-salted. The burgers taste like they were made during the last solar eclipse and just briefly thrown in the microwave. I haven't gotten food poisoning yet, though. Other places can't say that. If you ever consider getting a delivery, you can pretty much forget about it. The delivery times are generally inaccurate, the drivers are pretty rude, and if you're especially unlucky, you'll even get the wrong order. If you're into gambling, I'd recommend Westlotto. The staff at least pretend to have the necessary expertise, but they're overwhelmed as soon as you show anything other than a coupon. This isn't an isolated incident. I've witnessed this several times over the course of a year. The place has declined significantly over the past decade, and I'm surprised it's still holding up. I really wouldn't be surprised if its business purpose extends beyond money laundering. And reading the other reviews here confirms the impression that it's a 10/10 rip-off. Honestly, go to the neighbors across the street. Things can only get better.

We had to wait a long time before we could order (we wanted to eat there), and there was no one in front of us or even in the restaurant! The staff was also unfriendly and completely listless! The burgers tasted soggy and stale! I also went to the restroom; the lock on one of the doors was broken, so I couldn't lock it, and the metal cover on the toilet paper in the other door fell out. I was just at the drive-thru with my friends. A young man at the window told us in broken German that we should never come back because we explained to him the difference between Coke Zero and regular Coke, as that is what we had ordered, and he simply said that it made no difference which one we drank!!!!! We then called the place directly to complain. The person who answered was angry after just two seconds and threatened to give my number to the police and hung up on me without me even being able to say anything! Not to be recommended at all. Rude. It all happened on January 21st, 2025 at 10:10 p.m.

An employee showed a lack of customer friendliness when processing customer requests. The burger product ordered did not meet the agreed specification. Two Chili Cheese Longs, one of which was made with particularly hard cheese, were newly prepared at the customer's request, but in a lower quality version than the first delivery. An inappropriate working atmosphere with noise pollution caused by laughter and negative conversation behavior was observed in the kitchen. Due to the long journey and the unpleasant experience, we will no longer place orders with this company in the future.

One of the worst Burger King branches

I actually like eating at Burger King, but last night I experienced something I've never experienced in one of the restaurants before. The food was sticky and tasted of nothing. Somehow indefinable. And the fact that colleagues shout at their fellow colleagues in front of customers and shout at them in exaggerated broken German (probably because the cashier didn't speak German well, but was still very friendly), makes me wonder what else such a person is doing in this store might. Sad. One of the restaurants I will 100% avoid.

Cleanliness is king, but not in Kamen. The sun shone through the large window front, it at least tried to make the room a little brighter, but then it would have illuminated far more than we would have liked. The windows are beyond dirty. We saw that the surfaces of the room divider, the tables and the counter had some sort of streaks on them and looked smeared, like they had just been wiped over at some point. The drinks machines weren't clean either, we didn't bother with the toilet because it couldn't be any cleaner than the rest. I would also like to have been more friendly, but there seems to be a general disinterest in cleanliness and communication. Fortunately, not all BK branches are like this. The management didn't do their homework, otherwise it wouldn't look like that there.

…..unfortunately I didn’t read the bad reviews beforehand. I've been to many BK's around the world and overall I've been very satisfied so far. But Kamen is, in the truest sense of the word, “the pinnacle” of what fast food shouldn’t be. The operator here doesn't seem to have invested a cent in equipment, cleanliness and, above all, staff for some time now. Even in 2024, the restaurant does not have an ordering system via touchscreen, long queues form with unacceptable waiting times until the order can be placed... the execution then also takes an eternity. I waited 20 minutes for my menu... acceptable in a normal restaurant, not in a fast food area. The branch was totally understaffed when I visited, so in my opinion the required cleanliness and hygiene could not be adequately met. I would strongly recommend changing the operator here, modernizing the branch and investing in staff. BK's good reputation is being massively damaged here...

Delivery ordered. Unfortunately it wasn't my order that was delivered, but someone else's. I then tried to reach the branch by phone - unsuccessfully. It's pretty stupid to have spent almost €30 and not be able to eat what you wanted.
