McDonald's in Schwerte

Perfect McDonald's if you don't know what to do with your life or if you don't have any plans anymore. Today I "drove" through the drive there for the 4th and last time...ok, actually you have to be careful that the tires don't get any damage there - there's no question of driving there. The times from 4 times around the place so far: 1x 15 minutes, 1x 45 minutes, 1x 65 minutes and today 55 minutes for a QUICK restaurant. Some of the cars are backed out of the drive and onto the street. I told the good man at the window today that this is often not really acceptable given the times and I believe that this is the slowest McDonald's in the world. First he apologized, then as I drove off he shouted after me why I was even coming there. Briefly thought about stopping and throwing the bag through the window and then pulling him out of there...but then the others in the drive would have had to wait a lot longer because there were no staff again. People go to Aplerbeck or Holzwickede. Yes, it's further away if you live nearby, but it's much quicker than if you grow moss there while waiting. It's a shame, first do the job in slow motion and then get cheeky... Thumbs up.

Finally a McDonald's that offers good service. Nothing was missing and it was very clean.

Ordered curly fries and got lattice potatoes. When the comment was made that it was the wrong article, something like "you shouldn't act like that, everything would be the same". Item was noted as available on the order terminal.

A stopover on the way! Anyone who goes to MCD knows what they're getting into, right? The parking lot was full! We were lucky that a parking space was available for us. Everything in the restaurant was also full and all the ordering terminals were occupied and there was a queue at the counter. We still waited for a terminal and ordered. One can be sure that the service was stressful. We were even more surprised at how FAST our order was delivered! We've had a much worse experience in MCDs that were much emptyer. In the end, however, it remains with the food from the system catering, which looks completely different than the advertising boards. Despite the crowds in the restaurant, a service person was out with cleaning supplies and wiped down tables when she found a free one. We also easily found space in the tray trolleys. This is also known differently with waste towers. So during our visit it was one of the better MCDs!!!

Dirty and sticky floor, waited a long time for fries, burger cold even though cucumber was chosen, complaint was not taken seriously. Sorry not like that. And there wasn't so much going on that it would be justified because there would be so much stress. It wasn't the first time like that. Never again!

One of the worst branches I've been to in a long time. Forever waiting times (waited 14 minutes for a run-of-the-mill order), sticky floors, tables with full trays and dirty toilets.

We were here last night after visiting someone in the hospital and were really hungry. When we got home we discovered that 2 cheeseburgers that we had paid for were not in the bag. It's not possible to collect money for food (paid in advance at the machine) and then not pack any goods. Not the first time this has happened. This was particularly bitter for our child, who was completely hungry and had no food.

At McDonald's it's like at the car industry, it always works more downhill. The assistants can't even wipe a table properly without everything sticking. And the sauce on my Mac RIP, I would have to look for it too. If you have your food brought to the table and say thank you, saying please would only be polite. But none.

We were here last night and will never visit this restaurant again. Sticky tables completely sticky floor. The last time we were there, my son vomited yesterday. There were four of us there and after 2 hours of horror, everyone's stomach and intestines broke through by morning. This can't be a coincidence.

Very clean, pleasant complex. Good service area. Nice employees. Everything is very great. The only bad thing is that they don’t take children for school internships. So that they can try and experience the field of work. And everything is great

We were there very late on a Friday evening and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. There were far too few employees on site, which meant they were still rotating completely. Extremely long waiting time at the drive in. When we finally arrived after 30!!! Minutes when we had our burgers, they were cold. Once and never again!

Disaster, over a 1:20 hour wait. Completely overwhelmed staff. They don't get along and keep taking orders. After several complaints, I had to place my order again. Result: 2 drinks and 2 sauces were missing and the wrong nuggets were in them. The principle here is: the main thing is to have lots of orders and sales, customers don't matter. This branch never again. Edit: After complaining, the management of this branch wanted to give me a voucher for the missing items (which I had already paid for) and two fries as an "apology". Redemption period three weeks! I found that to be disgraceful and sent it back. The franchisees reinforced my impression: The customer doesn't give a shit, a lot of sales are great, there are enough new customers on the highway anyway!

We live not far from McDonalds and go to McDrive several times a month. Constantly changing staff. Unfortunately it's largely incompetent, the ordering process takes forever, preparation takes forever, you end up standing in the McDrive for 45 minutes and then checking it's completeness for another 10 minutes. Because if you don't, you're out of luck; almost without exception, something is missing. It's no fun, unfortunately it's the only McDonald's nearby.

Is getting worse and worse. I'll give it a wide berth in the future.

Just been there. Employees hardly had anything to do. A lot ordered at the terminal over €40! 2 bacon burger menus included. I was careless again and didn't control. A bacon burger was missing! It costs €10. There were spicy nuggets in it. Which were not ordered. It really can't be that something is always missing at Schwerter McDonald's. This is the case with every 2 orders. Our route is too far to drive back. Otherwise I definitely would have done it! I'm really upset... also with myself that I didn't check before returning. But it really can't be the case that the customer has to check. The bottom line for me is that I'll stop going to Schwerte McDonald's again.

Advise exiting on the highway. Long traffic light phases and then a traffic jam at the drivein. Back out again and lost 20 minutes for nothing.

What a hassle you've been waiting for 30 minutes for a burger and two ice creams, I wonder how something like that can work, I'm overwhelmed until it doesn't work anymore. Disaster! We used the drive in. Apparently there is no value in coming back here! The fries were brownish and limp and had obviously been fried several times in ancient fat! You couldn't eat! The bacon burger was similarly bad! The meat was bone dry and burnt! Have I ever experienced it please! The salad wasn't fresh and the cheese was virtually non-existent. It tasted so bad and old that the entire “menu” ended up in the trash can! 🤢 Never again. You should alert the health department!

Hello dear people We were in this McDonalds today, a complete disaster of a store. 1. Messy and super dirty 2nd condition was extremely unfriendly (according to the motto: I don't want the job), totally disheveled hair tied in a ponytail, totally greasy, I was glad that the person was standing at the checkout and didn't make the food at the back, the man looked so disgusting . 3. The men's toilets smelled like a train station toilet that hadn't been cleaned for days. 4. Parents should be careful with the slide below as it already looks damaged. 5. This store won't see us again. We have NEVER experienced anything so disgusting and dirty in a McDonald's. 6. The shop doesn't even deserve one star. Normally 0 stars.

Bought 2 fish mac to take away, so we got stinky burgers that were at least 2 days old 🍔, warmed up several times and fish was really stinky, hard and just disgusting, at first I wanted to go to the police, but then I noticed, no Got the receipt, threw it away and never again!!!

Been here today. The tables and floor were dirty. The portions were generous but the service was the slowest I‘ve ever witnessed. We‘ve waited 20 minutes for one McFlury and 15 minutes for a bottle of water, even though it was not busy at all. I suppose 7 employees on one shift is too many, so that it‘s not possible to work efficiently anymore.

Hell on a Sunday - employees totally overwhelmed. The McDonald's is just totally understaffed or disorganized - lack of management! I just feel sorry for the employees because they do everything they can to satisfy the customer as quickly as possible! However, they can't manage it given the volume of orders!

This McDonalds is always an experience. The order always has to be checked here (items are missing or you got something wrong). The opening times are not correct either. According to Google, they're open until 2 a.m., but you won't find anyone at midnight.

Catastrophic conditions: Employees extremely slow, cashiers are made and sometimes the order is not completely delivered. There are 4 hamburgers missing - how can you forget the number?! Bought milk shake but there are no straws. Only when asked was it said “everyone gone”. Royal TS looks unappetizing and completely decayed, the ground is soggy. Ugh. Then maybe drive in instead.

Ordering at the table took 30 minutes and there were still 2 mistakes. My son's last cheeseburger had a dead fly in the packaging. We left the place immediately without eating the rest. We just felt like puking

The food was quite good but it wasn't exactly clean, the railing looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, the floor looked exactly the same and everything was sticky and the music was really bad and annoying. There was only one service station and you had to walk a long way every time you wanted napkins because you weren't given any napkins.

Finally a McDonald's where the ordering terminals worked straight away. Overall, it is a very well-kept and clearly designed store.

Fries were totally over salted. Yes, there are terminals there, but you couldn't log in for the reward points (offline???) or select table service because all the displays had apparently been cashed. Service at the counter was extremely unfriendly when you ordered individual products personally. The branch is also very old and is reminiscent of McDonalds 8-10 years ago. Do yourself a favor and take an exit sooner or later. There are several branches on the highway.

This is the Haas family's best restaurant. Despite the fact that the store was very busy, the team had everything under control. Did you know the shift leader, Mr. Schötke? Even when I was still a student from Hagen, I can only say he was a TOP man. If all of Fam Haas's other restaurants were so top he would have even more fun.

After a long time we visited a McDonalds restaurant again. To be honest, only because there are hardly any alternatives at half past twelve in the night. The first impression was shocking. There was trash and leftover food everywhere on the tables. Thanks at this point to all the previous guests who behaved like pigs. Finally, trash cans and storage shelves are available to guests. But thanks also to those responsible at this branch who did not ensure that these mountains of rubbish were removed in a timely manner.

So I think MC Drive is very good. Food is hot and fresh and everything in it is not like ours. Even the receipt

A very messy, dirty restaurant. The toilets were dirty, there was leftover food and dried sauces or ketchup on the tables. Although there were enough employees on site. Employees didn't know the deposit prices or didn't want to pay the deposit back (probably an intern who was standing at the counter) and politely thanked them for the return. At least the ice cream machine worked.

Waiting times are no longer normal... toilets as dirty as at the train station... and unfortunately the employees are all overwhelmed... Sorry, but you should work on it...

In this McDonald's it's simply not even possible to take a complete order home with you because something is constantly forgotten and then you have the salad at home, so check your order carefully beforehand because the employees would rather babble around in the serving area instead of getting busy to concentrate the order.

Waiting time was an absolute disgrace, both the mc drive and the interior sometimes had to wait 30 minutes!!! A joke for a fast food place!! Unfortunately there were no more eggs available at 10 a.m., so a large part of the offer was no longer available to choose from. Coupons could not be redeemed. The staff accidentally gave my food to someone else, but were actually quite friendly. Overall, less recommended.

This is McDonald's biggest juice shop!!! 2G+ has been abolished and they still want a test (even for take-away food)! Children up to the age of 15 are considered tested during school time and they want a student ID card from primary school students (they usually don't have one yet, only from the 5th grade onwards!)! Our son is 9 years old and probably looks like a 30-year-old pilot, he doesn't go to school at 9 anymore!😉😳😉Then the juice shop won't take part in the promotions and coupons! Everyone drives there and then they say “no, you have to pay for everything here”! Impossible, definitely go to another MC D.!!!

25 minutes for two MC muffins and two coffees... The employee was very nice, but his statement "it's the kitchen" didn't help us. You don't eat breakfast at McDonald's because it's so uniquely delicious, but also because of the time aspect. But that doesn't apply if you wait 25 minutes in a more or less EMPTY restaurant.

Staff then spoke to the shift manager that not only the cracks were dirty but the whole shop. You shouldn't eat anything here. Team leader also addressed him, just shrugged his shoulders. Slowest McDonalds I have ever been. We have been waiting for our order for 25 min while it was just 1 menu for adult and 1 for child. There were only few people in the restaurant. It is annoying to wait for so long when you could on a fast meal on be your long way. The personnel is acting as if they work here for the first day. I will avoid at any cost.

My friend wanted to get a milkshake and the employee deducted his points at 1:00 a.m. on May 5, 2024 and didn't give him a milkshake because the machine was broken. He didn't get a replacement and hasn't gotten a similar replacement. We then called her. She was then very unfriendly and even insulted him. Very disrespectful in my opinion.

I wanted to eat quickly on site. Entrance situation... yeah. 🤦🏻‍♀️ What can you say about that... parking lot is relatively tight, but ok. Pretty dirty inside, although I actually witnessed a member of staff wiping down a table. I waited 20 minutes (if you read the other reviews, it was probably short) and then an employee looked for the right table. There were no napkins and a spoon for the latte, and the latte was brutally hot (I'm not familiar with McCafe). The display board was no longer sufficient because there were so many orders and hits. Then I waited another 15 minutes and realized that the latte tasted inedible... such a waste of resources! Time, money, coffee beans, water, milk and electricity required for the bin. While I was waiting, several people ran out with their food in hand because they had apparently waited so long that they were late. At least my burger was fine.

The cheese was cold on the outside 🫠 That had nothing to do with a Big Tasty. But you can leave the restaurant very comfortably through the door (. Y.)

Absolute disaster! Glass is cracked, apple cone wasn't there, milkshake ordered, at the pick-up window you're told that the machine has problems, money back wasn't possible, no onions on the hamburger, and so on Schwerte won't see us anymore.
