Service stations usually offer overpriced food. The previous offerings of home-style food are no longer available. Toilets unclean, and that with the prices.

The food was good but the tables and chairs were dirty. The toilets were somewhat ok, the soap dispenser didn't work and dry towels were also empty.

Friday evening 11 p.m. and the rest stop is closed, no sign with reasons or anything similar, just the entrance is locked. ... I thought at least you could rely on a rest stop... what a shame

Good parking, lots of parking spaces, toilet, shower, cafe-bar, you can eat deliciously, everything is ok!

All Aitobahn rest stops are not recommended

Paying 1 euro just for urinating is excessive, especially when cleanliness is a foreign concept... Somehow service is lost in this country!

So the selection of shops is fine. The toilets are in the basement and are completely fine. In the restaurant area it was very nice and courteous that the staff pointed out to us that the deep fryer is used for pork products and others. A big thank you for that. In the North Sea area the selection was not as we know it in the North Sea, but it was nice that there was an alternative. In general the prices are too high hence the star deduction, the staff is really great!!!

I can only agree with the other contributions. Toilet stinks, soap dispensers don't work, feedback from staff: “We can only pass this on”. Like back in the seventies. Only back then, such a toilet was free.

When using the toilet you can only redeem one voucher per item, which is unfortunately very expensive.

The usual overpriced standard convenience offer. It's enough for a coffee and a loaf of bread.

The saleswoman said the coffee tasted so good, better than next door. But it tasted so terrible, it was simply inedible, that even one star is still too many.

Serways Lichtendorf Süd is not recommended! It smells like a sewer, the toilets are dirty, the soap and disinfectant are empty. The machine doesn't change €2. Payment only possible with €1. And to charge €1 for such a condition is an impudence.

Unfortunately, Burger King/Nordsee wasn't open yet; Unfortunately, the pastrami bagel we purchased was only half cut and topped with pastrami.

For us one of the better rest stops. There are various comfortable seating areas and there is always someone with a mop to keep everything clean. The toilets also make a good and spacious impression. Most notable, however, is the shop. There are many children's products here at really acceptable prices. Especially with the Sanifair voucher. Books, Hot Wheels cars, tractors, everything makes perfect sense.

Opening times aren't right, we took a detour and still no open toilets etc. Wouldn't even give it one star but it has to 🫡

Was there on a Sunday. Lots of spaces for disabled people and electric cars, which were mostly empty. Otherwise the place was parked with trucks, some of which blocked the spaces for normal cars. We had to keep driving.

Showers only at designated hours, closed at night. To get the shower key, you need to give your ID card... they don't accept car keys... The shower is relatively large + it has a socket for a hairdryer, so that's the only plus. There is no ventilation in the room, there is nothing to breathe.

Unfortunately closed and no staff available.

I highly do not recommend it! The woman behind the cash register has a problem going for 20 minutes to check if the shower is ready for use, avoid laughter in the room

Amazing home, good meals, good services and showers, all super clean. The services cost 1 euro and the shower 3 euros. But it's worth it because they are super good and clean.

There is still work to be done on the cleanliness of the toilet area and the outside area or green areas. As a small tip, you could take an example from Holland, Switzerland and Austria

We were at this rest stop on July 21st, 2024 and paid 1 euro to use the toilet, which I'm happy to pay for a clean toilet. Not only was it very dirty, there was no toilet paper, no hand soap and no paper to dry off with. All garbage cans were overflowing and there were no cleaning staff on site. It's a shame to ask for 1 euro for this. Please avoid this rest stop.

The children were hungry but the shops were only open to a limited extent. There is a gas station where you can buy small things.

How every Serways is structured.

I was not really thrillee after the stop. We went for something to eat, the prices were skyhigh (the food was really good tough). Downside, I ordered something and didnt received. I spoke to the lady, gave her proof that I bough and she threw it on my plate.

Waited forever for food. Menu items not available. Frozen fries. Certainly never again - next time we'd rather look for somewhere away from the rest stops: At that time we would have easily eaten much better in a real restaurant.

Clean toilets. Canteen and Burger King, as well as a small kiosk available. It's OK for a short break. Prices, as expected, very high.

Just a normal toilet. There are many different options when it comes to eating. Everyone has to decide that for themselves

Neat friendly staff and clean toilets

I drove to this rest stop because there is a BurgerKing there. I like their junk food better than that of the yellow M. Unfortunately, the staff persistently refuses to take an order directly in person. You should use one of the four terminals, two of which are defective and the other two have been kept in a permanent blockade by a perplexed extended family. These terminals are not available as an additional option in this BurgerKing but are the only way of interaction. The staff avoids any contact with customers as much as possible. Apparently BurgerKing is trying to transfer automatic feeding from agriculture to restaurant operations. After completing the order and paying cash at the checkout, a burger was delivered that was not ordered. The staff had to be seriously persuaded to exchange things. Overall a rather frustrating stay. This BurgerKing branch is as far away from a restaurant as is technically and emotionally possible - hunger relief facility is more apt.

A super nice and friendly staff, but even they can't serve better quality if it isn't delivered.

The toilets were reasonably clean early in the morning and we are now used to the 1 euro fee. We actually wanted to have a delicious breakfast, but that's not available at Cafe Fellows. The coffee was okay, the baked bagel/panini wasn't great. In the future I will make sure not to drive with this provider at rest stops.

1€. And a toilet glasses cleaning machine doesn't work for that, there was urine on 2 glasses. When asked at the gas station that something like that was an outrage: "Uh yeah..." no explanation, no apology, no money back. Thank you for nothing.

Serway's toilet absolutely run down. 4 out of 5 cabins had the service light on, i.e. cleaning the lid didn't work. Floor disgusting and unclean, the cleaner strolled past bored but didn't do anything. Taking money for a basic need is in itself cheeky when the promised service - clean toilets - is not delivered: unacceptable

All in all ok, the toilet facilities could be better. The children's playground was okay and the little ones can have a bit of fun.
