Very nice service area. Nice guys. Good chefs, nice quiet music, a corner for children. Fast service area

Food not good and cold. Failure

No star deserved! Waited almost half an hour for the food (takeaway) to be ready. Burgers were of course ice cold and unfortunately we only noticed in the car that one burger was completely missing! Definitely not recommended!

I recommend continuing and stopping at the next one, it takes too long here. The BK does not accept vouchers even though it is advertised. Plus it takes him ages for the food to be ready. 3 people stand in front of the cash register and only one moves to get the orders ready (and not particularly quickly). Even when it's busy, the counter is full of burgers, but strangely no order gets ready...

Arrived at 10.00. They don't work. Opening at 12.00. I think it’s stupid not to work for half a day. I don't recommend it.

At noon on October 13th been there. Food was quick, everything was delicious, everything was fresh (for a fast food chain). Staff was very friendly. So I like going to Burger King.

The food was normal for Burger King and tasted quite good. Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. 5 out of 6 items were issued incorrectly. However, this only applies to one employee. The others were friendly and in a good mood.

Supposedly open until 9 p.m. but already closed at 8:25 p.m.

There was too much going on around the evening time

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Supposedly open from 11 a.m., but you still couldn't order at 12:10 p.m. When I asked when they would open, a young gentleman in a black jacket yelled at me that I was the 12th person to ask that and you could imagine that they would be opening soon. In the meantime we ordered from another store and finished eating. And of course you still couldn't order at Burger King. I will never try to order here again.

Despite the slightly longer wait, you could see that the guys in the kitchen gave it their all. Burgers and fries were warm and tasty 👍

Were there at 11:30 a.m., according to opening times it's open from 11 a.m. However, there was still no food and the shop was dark.

The quality of the food and the waiting time were poor. The staff reacted annoyed when I asked. The double cheeseburger was just as cold as the fries. It took a good 25 minutes! The last visit there for me.

Incomprehensible. Opening times stated until 9 p.m., but when we pulled up to the rest stop at 8 p.m., the Burger King was already closed. The employees were busy cleaning and, when asked, did not give any explanation as to why it was already closed. Of course we (6 people) thought it was “great”.

The first time the grill was broken, the second time it was closed at 8 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. We suggested putting this on Google.

We've been there a total of 3 times now and something always went wrong. The first and second time we were served by a person with darker skin color who didn't understand what we ordered and ended up giving us something completely wrong. The third time we got there at 5 p.m., and the opening times board said they were still open until at least 8 p.m. What was? “We closed early because of personnel issues.” 3 hours before? I doubt it.

I don't actually write online reviews, but I feel compelled to right now. I have to say that the waiting time here is incredibly long. My bowling club and I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and can't get our meat towers. Nevertheless, there are 4 stars because their burgers don't come close to those of KFC.

Unfortunately only one star, if you drive to a rest area with Burger King you expect this too. But not that it is closed on a Saturday over Pentecost. Advertisements from Burger King with current offers all over the rest area but no notices are closed. There was only a closed sign at the entrance.

Extremely slow, no organization among themselves. There wasn't much going on (almost 4 orders at the time) and now we waited over 15 minutes... very, very bad service!

Friendly staff, all veggie alternatives are offered, it looked clean inside, so everything was great.

Unfortunately, opening times have not been correct for a long time and deliveries are no longer made via Lieferando or it always says "Closed". No staff? Too bad!

You're supposed to be open until 9:30 p.m. and doing it at 8 p.m. is anything but customer-friendly! Does Burger King now represent unreliability?

Well, I first got there and thought to myself, damn, the line is long, but the guys there work so quickly and cleanly. After 5 minutes I already had my food. The fries were fresher than any other BK so far. I'll be driving by here more often now. Thank you for the great food :)

This is probably the best shower in Europe. It costs 3 euros. They ask for a passport instead of keys. The shower is large and clean. With toilet hangers and chair. Large mirror. Water can be drawn on an ad-blue column

Employees are always friendly and have never swapped the vegan burger for a meat burger. Ordering is always quick and because there is always a traffic jam after the Burger King on the A1, you can enjoy the food in a relaxed manner while stuck in traffic.

A shower at McDonald's costs 3 euros and requires you to leave your PASSPORT instead of keys, the shower is excellent and there is a toilet.

When I was there they only served chicken dishes. There was no beef... The employees are quite nice. Well, otherwise it's included with Serways. And it's not particularly comfortable there. As always, prices are too high for what you get.

Attention, no products with beef for weeks! They probably only have chickens in the coop.

The employee at the checkout was completely rude. This is the first time I've had to rate something like this at Burger King. You have to order at the machine and then go to the checkout for cash payment. Everything was OK, but it was my first time here and the employee was really arrogant :) "You have to hear me," he said to me because I still don't fully understand how things work here!!! Who in service says that to a customer???? 1 star :)

Actually the best Burger King in Schwerte :D The only thing that makes me a bit critical is that this store doesn't offer everything like all the other Burger King branches and if you're in the suburbs, it's a bit stupid that you can order everything at the terminal with a card and not at the counter or with cash😕 I think the opening times are another disadvantage... Even if you have to depend on Serways/rest stops, you deserve a better location and should be open longer!! I think Burger King is better than McDonalds and even they are open until 2 a.m. and despite the highway they do great sales, which is what I would hope for you too. Kind regards

Unfortunately I come for dinner on the 18th of January 2024 and they only have chicken burgers or whatever chicken and it's the same on the 19th, they say they've run out of the rest of the meat... Sad, I already know it's a place I won't go back to....

Ein ganz normaler Burger King. Leider nur noch mit Bestellterminals und mit minimalem Personal.

Alles soweit so gut, keine negativen Auffälligkeiten.

Arbeiten wie in Zeitlupe. "Fastfood" kann auch mal 20min dauern.

Viel Ketchup auf dem burger aber etwas kühl, personal war nett und essen kam flott 👍

Es gab keine Getränke, die Zubereitung hat sehr lange gedauert. Es gab bei einer Bestellung einen Fehler. Für die Standards dieser Kette nicht akzeptabel.

Also, wir sind von der Autobahn gefahren auf Grund des Burger King -Schildes. Dieser ist aber gar nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Toiletten "duften" vom Keller bis oben in den Verkaufsraum. Auf den Angebotstafeln eine große Auswahl an Essen. Leider gab es nur Currywurst/Pommes und Schnitzel. Darauf musste man noch recht lang warten.

Wenn man draußen sitzt ist es ganz nett. Man sollte sich drauf einstellen, das es nicht jeden sonst üblichen Plant Based Burger gibt. Somit sind die Coupons teilweise nicht nutzbar. Mitarbeiter waren nett, Essen kam schnell.

Edwin sollte man zum Mitarbeiter des Jahres deutschlandweit vorschlagen!! Ernsthaft

Die Burger waren in Ordnung. Die Preise sind mittlerweile... Und mit Fastfood hat das alles nicht zu tun. Schnell ist es fort nicht.

Spart euch den Burger King. Habe mir einen doppelten Cheeseburger zum Mitnehmen geholt und 2 Minuten später im Auto war mein Burger kalt. Die Buletten waren kalt und der Käse war nicht einmal handwarm. Wenn ihr einen Snack holen wollt, fahrt lieber 2 Stunden weiter.

It's a rest stop restaurant, and unfortunately, not that many people was working when we visited, resulting in a long queue and wait time for food. The food was standard burger king.

Der Burger war sehr gut und frisch zubereitet. Netter Mitarbeiter an der Kasse. Auch war es überall sauber und ordentlich auch hinterm Tresen und in der Küche. Habe selber mal im BK gearbeitet und weiß wie es ist nur zu 2 zu arbeiten.

Trotz aller Kritik muss ich sagen das es sehr lecker war und auch sauber 👏🏻

War jetzt in wirklich vielen Burger Kings aber das war der mit Abstand beste. Die Burger werden erst nach dem bestellen zubereitet was für immer frische heiße Burger sorgt. Freundliches Personal welches echt schnell arbeitet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nettes Personal, übliche Speisen.

An einem Rastplatz sollte man am besten tanken und sich die Beine vertreten. In ein Fastfood Restaurant sollte man dorthin gehen, wo viel Betrieb ist. Ist zwar alles genormt, aber die Abläufe dauern einfach zu lange obwohl es leer war.

Das Essen wie immer Standard. Aber die Mitarbeiter wussten nicht was sie zu tun hatten. Sie waren maßlos überfordert was natürlich zu langen Wartezeiten führte.

War alles ok,schön sauber,Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit
