Burger King in Schwerte

I ordered at 19:49 and got a Kebab Style lover with Beef-patty with the taste of dishwashing detergent. Shame on you as a company. I complained to the guy at the counter and you know I will sue you for this if I get poisoned! I saved the receipt and they have a video of it. I threw away 21€, you thieves! Never again!

There wasn't a single coupon available. I couldn't get the food I wanted.

They should be closed. They're too lazy to sell burgers for less than €7, so they're supposedly sold out. I was able to add the ingredients they were supposedly missing for an extra charge. It still didn't taste good.

Talahons work as vendors and dance behind the counter. Two burgers were cold, a brownie was completely dry. Many products were sold out; no Whopper, no Big King XXL, and hardly any burgers were available. Never again!

Unfortunately, the service was very bad, the employee was very unfriendly and had no patience to respond. My order was not delivered in full. I placed an order for three people and it was only given to me for two people and since I didn't control it because I was in a hurry, I lost a few euros.

The staff were completely overwhelmed because vegetarian options weren't available. They offered cold, old, soggy burgers as a substitute. Orders weren't accurate either; it was awful. I can only recommend bringing your own sandwiches rather than nibbling on those cold, old rags. I don't even want to start on the toilets; the main thing is to charge for human needs.

What rubbish, simply closing the shop half an hour before closing time is already random in the system gastronomy… well, better for my health ^^

They open as they please before 11 and the pub is still closed, no information.

We were told on August 15, 2025, at 8 p.m. that the employees were off work. It doesn't say that online. I feel like I've been ripped off.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Almost everything was sold out, and it wasn't busy at all. Tables and chairs were dirty and it had been a long time since they had been cleaned. The order was of course made incorrectly. 4 euros for a small lukewarm spring water is probably too much.

The staff were so cheerful they couldn't even say hello or a word to the paying guest. You could see the listlessness in their eyes. It's really sad, but that's the way the world is right now. Nobody wants to work but earn twice as much.

I ordered a hamburger and a chili cheeseburger here. I was looking for the meat in the hamburger. Oh, it had slipped through the bag. I noticed how thin and small it was—almost nothing left on the bun—and the chili cheeseburger wasn't any better. I find it a disgrace to offer that to a customer!!! Why is everything getting more expensive and worse?!

Clean toilets. Short staff due to public holidays, resulting in longer waiting times. OK. Unfortunately, customers were deprived of unnecessary stress. Not OK. The staff also worked on this calmly. 👍

Something went wrong with every order we observed during our inordinately long wait. Our dip was also wrong, the fries were very limp and the portion was smaller than what we paid for. Fries cold, burger cold and no cheese on it even though ordered separately. The staff already has enough to do with themselves so it becomes difficult to make a burger as ordered or to clear the tray trolley.

No star deserved! Waited almost half an hour for the food (takeaway) to be ready. Burgers were of course ice cold and unfortunately we only noticed in the car that one burger was completely missing! Definitely not recommended!

I recommend continuing and stopping at the next one, it takes too long here. The BK does not accept vouchers even though it is advertised. Plus it takes him ages for the food to be ready. 3 people stand in front of the cash register and only one moves to get the orders ready (and not particularly quickly). At noon on October 13th been there. Food was quick, everything was delicious, everything was fresh (for a fast food chain). Staff was very friendly. So I like going to Burger King.

The food was normal for Burger King and tasted quite good. Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. 5 out of 6 items were issued incorrectly. However, this only applies to one employee. The others were friendly and in a good mood.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Supposedly open from 11 a.m., but you still couldn't order at 12:10 p.m. When I asked when they would open, a young gentleman in a black jacket yelled at me that I was the 12th person to ask that and you could imagine that they would be opening soon. In the meantime we ordered from another store and finished eating. And of course you still couldn't order at Burger King. I will never try to order here again.

Despite the slightly longer wait, you could see that the guys in the kitchen gave it their all. Burgers and fries were warm and tasty 👍

I don't actually write online reviews, but I feel compelled to right now. I have to say that the waiting time here is incredibly long. My bowling club and I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and can't get our meat towers. Nevertheless, there are 4 stars because their burgers don't come close to those of KFC.

We've been there a total of 3 times now and something always went wrong. The first and second time we were served by a person with darker skin color who didn't understand what we ordered and ended up giving us something completely wrong. The third time we got there at 5 p.m., and the opening times board said they were still open until at least 8 p.m. What was? “We closed early because of personnel issues.” 3 hours before? I doubt it.

Unfortunately only one star, if you drive to a rest area with Burger King you expect this too. But not that it is closed on a Saturday over Pentecost. Advertisements from Burger King with current offers all over the rest area but no notices are closed. There was only a closed sign at the entrance.

Well, I first got there and thought to myself, damn, the line is long, but the guys there work so quickly and cleanly. After 5 minutes I already had my food. The fries were fresher than any other BK so far. I'll be driving by here more often now. Thank you for the great food :)

This is probably the best shower in Europe. It costs 3 euros. They ask for a passport instead of keys. The shower is large and clean. With toilet hangers and chair. Large mirror. Water can be drawn on an ad-blue column

Employees are always friendly and have never swapped the vegan burger for a meat burger. Ordering is always quick and because there is always a traffic jam after the Burger King on the A1, you can enjoy the food in a relaxed manner while stuck in traffic.

A shower at McDonald's costs 3 euros and requires you to leave your PASSPORT instead of keys, the shower is excellent and there is a toilet.

When I was there they only served chicken dishes. There was no beef... The employees are quite nice. Well, otherwise it's included with Serways. And it's not particularly comfortable there. As always, prices are too high for what you get.

The employee at the checkout was completely rude. This is the first time I've had to rate something like this at Burger King. You have to order at the machine and then go to the checkout for cash payment. Everything was OK, but it was my first time here and the employee was really arrogant :) "You have to hear me," he said to me because I still don't fully understand how things work here!!! Who in service says that to a customer???? 1 star :)

Actually the best Burger King in Schwerte :D The only thing that makes me a bit critical is that this store doesn't offer everything like all the other Burger King branches and if you're in the suburbs, it's a bit stupid that you can order everything at the terminal with a card and not at the counter or with cash😕 I think the opening times are another disadvantage... Even if you have to depend on Serways/rest stops, you deserve a better location and should be open longer!! I think Burger King is better than McDonalds and even they are open until 2 a.m. and despite the highway they do great sales, which is what I would hope for you too. Kind regards

Unfortunately I come for dinner on the 18th of January 2024 and they only have chicken burgers or whatever chicken and it's the same on the 19th, they say they've run out of the rest of the meat... Sad, I already know it's a place I won't go back to....
