I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's today. I found the waiting time of 25 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers to be absolutely unacceptable. I expect quick service, especially at a fast food restaurant. It would be desirable if the processes in the restaurant could be optimized to avoid such long waiting times in the future. After all, I assume that no one wants to wait that long for their food.

Since I've avoided this McDonald's for a year because of poor service and unfriendliness, I can only say positive things this time. I was there last week and the service was super friendly and I laughed once in a while. The store was clean, the outside was great and the food was great fresh. Gladly again

McDonalds, like everywhere else

It was late in the evening around 11:30 p.m. Open until 1 a.m., little to no other customers in the store. Listless employee, don't need a hug or anything, but a little "friendly" communication would be ok. Ordered food via the app, so the employee didn't even have to take the order. Fries were cold, whoopers were cold, the only “fresh” and warm burger was the crispy chicken. I think it's a real shame that so little emphasis is placed on good food.

Pretty old, service not the fastest, food ok.

Stood in the drive-thru for 40 minutes to find out that no card payment was possible and no order could be placed. Not even to pick up and pay for the food at the restaurant. Another 15 minutes to get out of the drive in again. Never again.

Food mediocre to bad, the only good thing was the Cola Freestyle machine, which is now gone so not worth a visit

I ate half a chicken and it was delicious as always. The service was friendly and quick.

Unfortunately, the name "Best Döner Laim" is not accurate - we really have better ones here. The kebab is not good and the bread is just bad. If the food is bad, the politeness should at least be good (exist). When you see that you're not the only one having a bad experience, then you know that it wasn't just a bad day that everyone can have.
