Very friendly staff good value for money for plenty of food. Everything else is the same as in all other branches.

Only one fell through the hair and didn't work at all. It was right in front of the chicken and it wasn't quite as appetizing and the toilet was also getting old, as was the sink in the dining room

The order was not accepted! We go to Kochlöffel every now and then for the chicken wings, onion rings and fries - among other things. Yesterday my partner wanted to order drinks early in the evening after dinner. The man in service said "later" - nothing came of it. He preferred to go out and smoke with two colleagues, leaving behind a very busy colleague and a colleague who apparently only cared about one station. This was at a time when people were lining up and the team couldn't keep up. We don't know whether the other two colleagues were on duty. But going in and out of the kitchen showed that they must be part of the staff. And they kept the team busy during this time. The fries were spicier.

15 min wait with 5 people in the restaurant. But otherwise the menu taken was good and hot.

Yes, I love MacDonald, but this place is very noisy.

The employees have absolutely no interest in their job... I've never seen anything so unfriendly... this store will never see me again... catastrophic, how can you pay people for such a service?

On Google it says open until 3 a.m., but closed at 1 a.m.

I bought 2 mini chicken burgers, fries, a drink and 5 tenders here for €18.50 (!). Unfortunately, I only received warm food, none of it was freshly prepared. The tenders tasted the best and were also crispy, the rest was unfortunately suboptimal. Freshly prepared, the food is certainly delicious and probably worth the price.

The food is great and the service I can't complain either👍🏻

Normal burger but Coca-Cola doesn't even begin to deserve the name... Totally watered down and it's impossible to tell whether it was Coca-Cola

I often go to different subways, but here the service is really big! The one employee who feels like he's always there is really friendly and happy to give you advice. You get the feeling that he loves his job and the sub tastes twice as good! Keep it up! 👍
