1 word, delicious, incredibly tasty simple burger. Nothing fancy or anything, just good food. And the price is also great!

Were disappointed with the food for the money. The menu said large fries and we got a very small portion. The taste wasn't that good either, the cola was diluted with water and it tasted almost like nothing. One of the worst fast food restaurants in Ulm 😶

The staff was unfriendly, they asked what the amount was again and then there was a cheeky line-up of numbers instead of just '25 cents please' .. if the technology worked, that wouldn't have had to happen, but oh well. Just Burger King

So it can't be true that the employees don't manage to complete an order several times. Because my family and I want to treat ourselves to something from Köchlöffel every few months, we drive all the way from Bielefeld. It can't be true that you leave so much money (€83) and several things are missing every time. Today a Starburger and a Best Chicken. You can probably expect the employees to take a second look before placing an order, especially given the price. Of course, it's no longer worth it to make the long journey back. Then I'll just go to Paderborn in the future if the employees don't want to work properly. Of course they don't respond to calls either, that's just cheeky and not the first time.

I went a few minutes ago with my whole family and we were welcomed very well by the staff, the order method was explained to us via the display in a friendly and exhaustive manner. Very kind manager, attentive staff, fast and precise order. My children were given balloons as gifts. Very good food and fresh ingredients. We will be happy to return soon given our warm welcome. Very very good little shop. Definitely worth it. Prices are great. Food tastes great. Extremely nice service and operator. A must if you want to eat on Norderney.
