I've been to this Burger King twice, and both times I didn't like the burgers. On my third visit, I wanted to try something different and ordered a King Sundae strawberry ice cream sundae with coffee. The ice cream arrived quickly, but the coffee was missing. The friendly employee explained that the coffee machine was being cleaned. Okay, I waited, no problem. After half an hour, the man responsible for cleaning was still working on the coffee machine. When I asked how long it would take, he just shrugged. As compensation, I was given a large Coke with ice cubes, which I put back after one sip. I wanted a calorie-free, black, hot coffee, not a calorie-laden, cold Coke. When I left after 45 minutes, the man at the coffee machine still hadn't finished. The stars are for the patient employee at the pickup counter and for the delicious ice cream, which was sweet, not too cold, and a generous portion. ... Update: Because Burger King's ice cream is my favorite, I went back to the BK branch on Metzer Straße a few weeks later. The employee recognized me, and as compensation for my less-than-stellar experience the previous time, I got my coffee for free. I thought that was very nice.

Actually, it's a nice Burger King location. Modern decor and friendly employees. But the Whopper Jr. was still only lukewarm. And am I mistaken, or is the Whopper Jr. getting smaller every year?

For the second time in a short period of time, my order at the Burger King Metzer Straße was prepared incorrectly: I ordered and paid for three Whoppers with cheese – for me and my family. Once again, all three were prepared without cheese. The packaging was correct, and the ingredients I'd deselected were marked, so when I checked before driving home, I assumed it had worked this time. But when we got home, we discovered: All three burgers were without cheese. Particularly frustrating: I had already contacted management after the first incident. They promised to improve and sent vouchers – well-intentioned, but unfortunately, apparently ineffective. The mistakes keep repeating. This shows that the work here is systematically sloppy, and even after complaints, no lasting improvement is made. I will not be visiting this branch again. If you value correct orders and customer service, you should go to the Burger King in Sankt Ingbert (which, by the way, belongs to the same franchise group) – they're reliable. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend them!

The workers do not wear gloves when preparing your order.

I find it better than the one in Forbach, perhaps less fast but the atmosphere is friendly and the burgers are well made.

I visit this branch regularly and am always very satisfied. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and courteous. The branch is always clean and tidy, and you can tell that attention is paid to hygiene here. We've never had a problem so far. Highly recommended!

The place was still open despite the construction site, and I was able to enjoy a really great meal during my break. And the best part is that they're open normally until 1 a.m. The staff is always friendly.

Just ordered at the drive-thru in Essen 15 minutes ago. The employee was very rude and, before paying, simply took out his phone and scanned his own Payback card without asking. I told him I had Payback, but he said it was too late and it wouldn't work. He also kept the change, even though it was only a few cents. Such brazen behavior is simply unacceptable.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The drive-thru takes forever, and wait times of 20 minutes are normal there. The fries are always cold and have been fried multiple times, and the staff are completely listless and unmotivated. This place is simply a disaster!

Nothing to say about the quality of the burgers, but the service is way, way too slow! Two people to handle the drive-thru and make the sandwiches, a 40-minute wait for a single takeout order is unacceptable. They'd better hire people; lots of people are looking for work.

It's time for a change in management. This branch is an absolute disaster. Ordering takes forever, sometimes 20 minutes or more, until the food is ready, and then the order is often incomplete, etc. And the branch isn't even very busy. I'd be interested to know how long it takes when the branch is full, 40 minutes? The manager there told me it was premium meat, and that's why it would take longer. I don't feel comfortable there and feel like I'm being treated like a fool. I'll avoid this branch as much as possible in the future.

Been to the Drive In 4 times this year, including once on a Saturday. A burger was forgotten in January, today too! On all 4 visits the waiting time was between 10-25 minutes. Twice I was the only one at the drive-in counter, like today. I will avoid this branch from now on! There is a McDonalds 200m further!

Clean restaurant and helpful staff. Make the effort to speak French which is really appreciated. On the other hand, the service is a little long but since they make orders on demand, it takes a little longer.

We regretted ordering from this Burger King. The hamburgers have no taste, even the photos I took don't make you want them, the meat contains strange stains, 1 hour later we vomited and I advise you to avoid eating there, the customers make vomiting noises while we eat. TO RUN AWAY!!!!
