You may have to wait a while for your order, but the food is always fresh and hot. So far I haven't had any problems with anything missing, being cold or anything like that. Compared to the golden M 200m ahead.

And no napkins so again we go back to get what they are supposed to put on the tray, but the straw that breaks the camel's back is when you are eating the cleaning lady comes to clean up next to your table spraying her cleaner almost on your inconceivable meal I blame her for this action which makes me nauseous by eating what I think is normal, she responds with Insolence and so!!! No but really I think that failing to already teach these people who respect nothing or anyone that cleaning must be done but respecting the rules for the well-being of customers, who thanks to them she receives her salary, she had the I seem to ignore this fundamental basis, if it held in our company it would be on the Bench of people at the door for a long time immediately. So I come back to the bottom line: this global brand should sort out their employees because the younger generations are not imbeciles and it takes less than that to call into question the stability of a global brand. There were almost no customers there, but it still took a long time. The burgers had been kept warm for too long and were already hard on the edges. Last but not least, there was diarrhea. About the ambience: Every free area is covered with cardboard crowns.

We were on the way back from the playground with the little one on Friday July 5th, 2024 with the decision that we would stop at BK (6 p.m. was the Germany game against the Spanish handball national team, just to note) We came in and wanted to order at the terminal, which wasn't possible. So we only went through the manual checkout... The order was taken at 5:17 p.m.... We finally got our order at 5:46 p.m.! However, I let it go straight back because it was ice cold! The burgers were simply put in the microwave and heated up. We only got fresh replacements for the fries! A "I'm sorry, the employee is new" then the same answer as I said on site... IF I SEE THAT A NEW EMPLOYEE IS NOT GETTING DONE PROPERLY, THEN I HAVE TO RESPOND AND LET HER TAKE ORDERS!!!! During this period there were only 4 other CUSTOMERS including two police officers as well as my girlfriend and I all with small orders... Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, tables were glued together... Disgusting!! I definitely don't recommend it!!

I've been waiting in the car for 2 citizens for more than 20 minutes. This isn't normal anymore and he tells me "I'm sorry, the guy in the kitchen is new" that's not my problem at all! Never here again!

Be careful when making change at the drive-in counter! Male service worker “forgot” 5 euros when making change. It can happen, but his behavior afterwards was also noticeable. Totaler Reinfall als ich meine bestellung (FALSCHE) bekommen habe wollte ich sie kontrollieren dann kamm ein bk Mitarbeiter und sagte mir warum ich die tüten aufmache das sei alles korrekt sagte er „ Wenn ich die Bestellung Mache ist sie richtig Vertrau mir " Fehlten die pommes und zur aller Dreistigkeit hat mann HAUSVERBOT bekommen .. Katastrophal! Heute Nacht um 1:45 Uhr tauche ich hungrig bei Burger King auf, in der festen Überzeugung, dass die Filiale bis 2:00 Uhr geöffnet ist – doch Pustekuchen! Die Tür bereits zu! Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern einfach inakzeptabel. Verlässlichkeit bei Öffnungszeiten sollte keine Raketenwissenschaft sein!

Jamais vu un gars food aussi long à servir les gens très bon mais très long autant aller dans un vrai restaurant dans cest cas la !

Le service est très très lent, lors de ma visite il y avait une 30aine de commandes avant moi sur l'écran mais ça on ne le voit pas de là où sont placées les bornes! Après avoir attendu 20 minutes et seulement 3 commandes en moins je suis allé me faire rembourser au guichet car l'attente était trop longue.

Sehr lange Wartezeiten (15min), obwohl nichts los ist. Das Personal wirkt unsicher und inkompetent, ist aber trotzdem sehr freundlich.

Ein kleiner Burger King, aber natürlich das komplette Angebot. Immer super sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter, die auch schnell mal mit dem Tablett helfen und es zum Tisch bringen.

War gegen mittag da fand sofort einen Parkplatz und drin an der Theke wurde ich auch gleich bedient. Bestellung aufgegeben znd nach 2min Wartezeit hatte ich mein bestelltes Menü. Alles in allem so wie es sein soll in einem fast food Restaurant

Wir waren am Samstag Abend in der Filiale von Burger King. Super essen,warme Burger, knusprig heiße Pommes, dazu frische eisgekühlte Cola, die schmeckte. Die Zutaten auf dem Burger waren frisch und lecker. Sehr hilfsbereit war auch der Mitarbeiter im schwarzen Hemd,,bei der Unterstützung am SB Terminal. Wunderbar, klasse Service!! 👍👍👍
