Sehr Kinderlieb!!! Kommen gern wieder

Seit längerer Zeit wollten wir diese Filiale endlich einmal bewerten – und zwar aus voller Überzeugung mit 5 Sternen. Wir kommen mittlerweile fast jede Woche vorbei und fühlen uns jedes Mal herzlich willkommen. Das liegt vor allem an den Mitarbeitern. So viel Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und echter Servicegedanke sind selbst außerhalb der Systemgastronomie selten geworden. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, bei Fragen oder Bestellungen wird selbstverständlich geholfen und die Mitarbeiter denken einfach mit. Man merkt, dass hier nicht nur gearbeitet wird, sondern dass den Menschen wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Stellvertretend möchte ich besonders Frau Kaur erwähnen. Sie begegnet uns jedes Mal mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit, Geduld und Aufmerksamkeit. Sie behält auch in stressigen Situationen ihre herzliche Art und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Solche Mitarbeiterinnen sind etwas Besonderes. Auch die Filiale selbst überzeugt uns jedes Mal aufs Neue. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, die Tische und auch die Toiletten sind immer ordentlich. Besonders angenehm finden wir außerdem, dass die Musik nicht übermäßig laut ist. Dadurch herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man gerne sitzen bleibt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich weiß nicht, wie das Team es schafft, aber die Burger sind jedes Mal frisch zubereitet und die Pommes schmecken, als kämen sie direkt aus der Fritteuse. Man merkt einfach, dass auf Qualität geachtet wird. Das hebt diese Filiale deutlich von vielen anderen Fast-Food-Restaurants ab. Ein weiterer Grund, warum wir so gerne kommen, ist die Kinderfreundlichkeit. Unsere Tochter liebt die Spielecke. Sie wurde sogar noch einmal verbessert und bietet inzwischen unter anderem ein Feuerwehrauto, auf dem Kinder kostenlos fahren können, einen kleinen Bildschirm mit interaktiven Spielen und weitere Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter begegnen Kindern mit genauso viel Herzlichkeit wie den Erwachsenen. Unsere Tochter bekommt oft ganz selbstverständlich eine Krone oder auch einmal ein kleines Spielzeug – kleine Gesten, die für Kinder einen großen Unterschied machen. Nicht zuletzt stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Durch die regelmäßig verfügbaren Coupons kann man hier sehr günstig essen, teilweise sogar günstiger als in manchen Bäckereien. Die Coupons werden immer freundlich und unkompliziert akzeptiert. Für uns ist diese Burger-King-Filiale ein Beispiel dafür, wie Systemgastronomie sein sollte: herzlich, sauber, familienfreundlich, qualitativ konstant und mit Mitarbeitern, die ihren Beruf mit Freude ausüben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne vorbei!

Ich habe einen King's Cheesy Bacon Double bestellt, aber der Burger kam ohne den Bacon und die Röstzwiebeln an, die laut Produktbeschreibung enthalten sein sollten. Stattdessen waren Gurken auf dem Burger, obwohl diese gar nicht zu den angegebenen Zutaten gehören. Außerdem hat die Sauce zu den Pommes gefehlt. Sehr enttäuschend, da ich nicht das Produkt erhalten habe, das ich bestellt habe.

Wir haben einen Burger bestellt, in dessen Namen „Bacon“ vorkommt. Es war kein Bacon dabei. Das ist schon mehrmals passiert. Natürlich fährt man nicht extra zurück, nur um ein paar Streifen Bacon zu holen, aber nachdem ich 16 Euro für ein Menü bezahlt habe, das eigentlich Bacon enthalten sollte, kann ich nicht sagen, dass ich mit dem Erlebnis zufrieden bin. Gibt es in diesem Restaurant etwa einen Speckmangel? Normalerweise überprüfe ich vor dem Gehen, ob alle Bestandteile vorhanden sind. Ich schätze, ich werde den Burger jetzt aufschneiden und nachsehen müssen, ob sie vergessen haben, Speck hineinzulegen, bevor ich losfahre.

Ich bewerte nur Toiletten, weil ansonsten weltweiter (guter) Standard. Aber hier war ein sehr freundlicher junger Mann am Tresen 👍

Ich war seit Jahren mal wieder bei Burger King und hatte ca. vier Stunden nach dem „Genuss“ des Long Chicken (Summer Crunch) auf einmal sehr starke Bauchkrämpfe und Durchfall!! Denke das lag an den innovativen vier dicken Gurkenscheiben oben drauf. Das Gesundheitsamt sollte hier wirklich mal ein Auge drauf haben!! Das war definitiv das letzte Mal für mich.

Verschiedene Dinge (die Hälfte meines Essens) fehlten, aber ich habe bezahlt. Die Qualität ist nicht mehr die beste. Ich würde dort kein zweites Mal hingehen.

Burger King halt, man bekommt genau das, was man erwartet. Aber zumindest sehr sauber und mega freundliches Personal, das den Unterschied zu anderen Filialen ausmacht.

Unter dem Namen big King verstehe ich etwas anderes, das Preislekstungsverhältnis ist fürchterlich. Geht lieber zu McDonalds oder KFC !!!! Keine Empfehlung wert!!!

Ein geeigneter Ort für ein vertrauliches Gespräch mit einem Freund. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist akzeptabel. Die Toiletten entsprechen dem üblichen Standard.

Soweit alles gut nur das Bestellen ist kompliziert.

Bester Burger King in der Umgebung da hier das Personal super freundlich ist!

Ich habe aufgrund der aktuellen Star Wars Promotion bestellt. Ich habe über das Terminal bestellt, was reibungslos funktioniert hat. Der Kassier hat alles ruckzuck vorbereitet und für die Kids noch extra Kronen hinzugefügt. Sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich, sowas habe ich bei BK selten mitbekommen. 1A Service. Immer gerne weiter so In anderen Rezession steht das öfters was vergessen wird, bei mir jedoch nicht, aber ich habe es mitbekommen das am Drive In was gefehlt hatte. Hier einfach etwas genauer hinschauen, dann klappt es auch mit die Bewertungen, denn Potenzial ist da.

Wir kamen am 9. April um 13:00 Uhr hierher, und der bärtige Manager war uns gegenüber äußerst unhöflich. Der unhöflichste Service, den ich je erlebt habe.

Das war mit Abstand eine der schlimmsten Verhaltensweisen, die ich je als Kunde von einem Restaurantmanager erlebt habe.

Fastfood halt. Manchmal weht der Wind von Richtung Müllverbrennungsanlage, was man im Inneren aber nicht mitbekommt.

Richtig unhöflicher service extra wenig eis und Lotus gegeben

Da beim Abholen schon wiederholt Sachen fehlten, packe ich mittlerweile immer nochmal die Tüte am Tresen aus. Kommt heute der Mitarbeiter zu mir und erklärt mir genau wo er was rein hat und dass ich nicht nachschauen brauche, weil er sicher ist das alles dabei ist. Ich spreche an, dass wiederholt Sachen fehlten. Irgendwie habe ich mich überzeugen lassen diesmal nicht weiter auszupacken. Zu Hause dann das Erstaunen, ein Burger fehlt komplett, einer war falsch. Mir reicht es. Nicht nur dass dauernd Sachen fehlen. Sondern diese Überheblichkeit, dass man mir auch noch versichert, dass diesmal alles sicher richtig und es passt wieder nicht.

Essen sehr gut, schnelles Bringen an den Platz - aber: Wenn man den Prozess mit Tischaufsteller und Service an den Tisch nutzt, wieso erhält man dann trotzdem den Getränkebecher leer zum selbstfüllen? Widerspricht sich doch - zumindest meiner Meinung nach.

Toilette war nicht sauber konnte nicht kacken Frau hat mir zugeguckt.

Ist halt Fastfood da kann das Ambiente nicht so toll sein. Service auch nicht, das Essen wie man es sich vorstellt, ist gut. Das Burger King kann man empfehlen 👍🏻

I don't understand the bad reviews. This was a really good Burger King restaurant for the first time in a long time. The fries were well-seasoned and hot, the long chicken came with plenty of sauce and salad. I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, it's happened to me several times that parts of my order were forgotten. And I didn't always notice it when I arrived. It wasn't particularly busy, so I couldn't blame it on stress.

A really lovely employee! We had to wait a while, and she gave the children little toys to help pass the time! Fantastic service! I'd gladly use this service again and always recommend such child-friendly chains!

I'm just so annoyed at this point. Every damn time I order something to go, I get something different than what I ordered. Today, for example, I ordered a wrap with specific instructions. What did I get? A completely different wrap that I couldn't eat. I might as well just burn my money. Hire people who speak German or train your staff properly; it's just so annoying! 😡

Unfriendly staff, especially the shift manager (in a white shirt). The shift manager yelled at us several times from the kitchen for asking a simple question.

All three burgers and fries were lukewarm, almost cold. It took two minutes from ordering at the checkout counter to serving. What a shame. Sorry, this isn't okay.

We were at Burger King on August 25th at around 10:55 PM, as the restaurant is officially open until 11:00 PM. Upon entering, we were greeted very rudely by the shift manager – he obviously just wanted to finish work and made it clear. When we finally got our food and were ready to leave (shortly after 11:00 PM), the door was already locked. Instead of a normal explanation, we were again rudely told that we had to wait until he let us out. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. We've decided: We won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Service 0 out of 10. This was definitely my last visit to this burger joint. Rude, probably deliberately packed the wrong burger. And they "accidentally" forgot to bring a drink. When I asked about the missing drink, they immediately complained instead of apologizing. By far the worst service, if you can even call it that, I've ever experienced.

In my opinion, the worst place ever. They wanted to close at 11 p.m. on a Saturday, even though they're open until midnight. Starting at 11:30 p.m., a lot of orders came in, and some of them delivered the wrong food. When we mentioned it, they just responded annoyed, saying they were actually already closed. We won't be coming back.

By far the most unhygienic Burger King I've visited in Germany. The restrooms were extremely dirty, the floor completely wet, and partially smeared with urine – so unpleasant that I didn't even want to take a photo with my phone. One ordering terminal was broken, and the others were filthy – just like the entire interior and exterior. Added to that was a pungent smell of urine and old frying oil that permeated the entire store. A quality inspection by Burger King headquarters is urgently needed here – in my opinion, even a temporary closure would be appropriate.

I ate ice cream to go from the drive-thru. It was good and the staff was friendly.

I recently visited Burger King and was completely satisfied with my visit. The food was freshly prepared and arrived hot in the car - both the burgers and the fries tasted good and made a very good impression. What struck me particularly positively was the friendly staff, who were attentive and helpful. The waiting time was also minimal, so I was able to enjoy my meal quickly. Overall, the restaurant was clean and well organized, which rounded off the pleasant experience. For a quick and tasty snack, I can absolutely recommend Burger King.

Hello guys, under no circumstances order from the ordering machine. If you accidentally ordered too much or ordered the wrong items, the staff cannot cancel the items. It is a complete impudence, as there is a legally required 14 days to withdraw from the purchase contract. Cancellation must therefore be possible.

Hygiene is not a top priority for every employee here. Why should you wear gloves... Some bitchy employees. No soap in the toilet and that in Corona times. Just disgusting.

I don't understand... I took 3 individual long chickens with me today and paid €6.29 each, even though it's currently advertised for €3.49... I just saw it on VOX...

They have just kicked us out apparently dogs are not allowed. The dog should stay in the cold and snow outside. I have never heard that dogs are banned from restaurants. No point of kicking customers out of the almost empty restaurant. I have never had an issue with this in Germany before. This specific location must really hate dogs. We are in McDonald's right now, our dog even just got a welcome drink :)

Everything is fast and convenient, the order for two took about 7-8 minutes, the burgers are very tasty, the only negative is the not very clean toilets

Burger King is just Burger King. Anyone who likes it will love it here. Nice service and clean shop. So we didn't expect anything different and were actually pleasantly surprised.

You can do that, but unfortunately the staff wasn't interested in the customers at all. It was really just a matter of processing the order quickly so that I could have a break!

I was just at BK Hallstadt. The food was good as always, but I find it very unhygienic that the employees stand at the back and talk nonsense while one of them makes my burger and the other stands next to it and eats it. Both of them kept turning around, looking at me and laughing. When I asked them about it, they both seemed to just find it funny. Sad thing like that, I'd rather cook it myself. Very disappointing.

Very good, most people go to Burger King. The burger in Hallstadt is a lot better than the one at Berliner Ring.

Toilets on a Saturday evening were a disaster, no toilet paper, sticky floors.

Great Burger King. I come from Minden and always drive past when I'm passing through. No matter whether Bavaria, Austria or Croatia. Delicious food, nice staff and great drinks machines. Recommendation!

Mega friendly staff here on Sunday morning. Top service here and really child-friendly. The food was great and everything was clean. Others can really take this Burger King as an example. Thank you for the service.

Visited on a Wednesday at lunchtime… Restaurant relatively empty, 5-6 guests. Order received quickly but received disposable instead of reusable cups - despite ordering and paying (+2€) Only received reusable cups upon request… Food was ok. Coca Cola Freestyle machine: First of all, thank you for still having this machine and not having abolished it like the Burger King in Neustadt for example!!! But please also maintain the machine and refill empty syrup cartridges. The Cole ZERO was empty at both (!) machines and there was no regular CocaCola with Cherry or Raspberry. Many other drinks were also not available. It's really a shame!!!

One of the worst BK ever and also the last time. The floor where we came in was so sticky that you thought there was something on our shoes, let alone in the toilet, it was full of excrement and smelled terrible. Cleanliness is probably not taken very seriously. The burger and fries were cold, the drinks we wanted were empty and the staff didn't care at all. As I said, once and never again!! Actually YOU don't deserve a star at all!

No ice at the drinks machine Long wait to order even though there was only 1 other guest in the restaurant Stupid teases and comments because you didn't have any change. Sometimes everything doesn't work at all Tip...... Either do it or replace the entire staff. Visitation was at 11:30 a.m. So everything should actually be ready for the lunch business

Visited this Birger King while passing through. Despite choosing Fanta and Cola, the machine was empty. There wasn't even anything else available, just Fanta Zero peach or cherry. Not even orange. The staff then tapped us a Fanta Orange at the vending machine on the drive. Still only Fanta was available there. In addition, the fries were cold and the salt and pepper were not included. We will avoid this restaurant next time.

As usual, food and drinks were always okay and of the usual quality. The hint that you don't want or need a straw is ignored and you still get one again 🙈 What really bothers me, however, is that it's probably not welcome when you enter vouchers/discounts from the app at the ordering terminal. I chose a King of the Month with a cheeseburger, plus the onion rings on offer for €1.49 and two crispy chickens for the price of one. Should actually total €11.47. In the last step before payment, the terminal says “price adjustment” +0.50€. I thought to myself, okay, one or two positions probably cost 50 cents more now and I paid. However, on the receipt there was the correct price for all items and an additional item with “price correction” +€0.50... When I asked, none of the employees could explain this to me... Well, I just paid. A few days later the same game again. This time I ordered and paid for each item individually... lo and behold, no surcharge (if I wanted to order everything together, the machine would have added 50ct again). So I tried around a bit and found out that for each voucher/discount from the second voucher/discount onwards, 50ct would be added. To test it, I packed 4 discounted items into the order and lo and behold, the machine wanted an extra €1.50. What kind of new business practices are these? It's a shame... Then I'll produce payment transactions and paper unnecessarily and order each item individually at the terminal in the future 🤷

We went to Burger today with the voucher booklet. The first Whopper in many years. I was surprised, the staff was very nice, everything was clean and the burger was delicious. You can go there more often.

Like every Burger King in Germany - but the staff was very friendly. Had a mayonnaise pack that was bad (? for whatever reason?), was replaced immediately and the rest of the pack too.

Food was tasty and was ready quite quickly. However, the toilets looked as if a whole school class had previously been in there and there was no longer any toilet paper. Really needs improvement!

The staff is always friendly but I don't know ANY other Burger King that is this slow. It feels like the staff is completely overwhelmed with two customers at the counter + one car in the drive.

I actually love Burger King dishes. But besed is planning one with bacon? Regardless, I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes. So ate the wrong burger. The fries had been hanging over the deep fryer for too long and were already shriveled. Well, the only lady who was on duty on July 21st wiped half of the tables and benches with the same damp cloth. Hygiene sends its regards. And there is no paper in the women's toilet either. Everything is going much better.
