Sub-stop Böker GmbH in Hallstadt

I ordered a whole sub and only received 3/4. When I pointed out that I had ordered a whole one, but the bread had already been cut, they just smirked. They ignored me when I pointed out that a piece of the baguette was missing. And I paid full price for this! Outrageous.

I was just there for a cheese sub. The owner himself was behind the counter and served me super friendly. When I asked if they had multigrain today, he checked right away and promptly brought it to me. He even gave me a piece to try since I wanted to try it for the first time. What can I say? It was really delicious, and the owner was, as always, amazing. Thank you so much, and have a wonderful Advent season! 🤗

The food is very good, and the service is good.

The employee is really very strict with foreigners. I was there today and a woman was working. I ordered a chicken fillet sub from her, and she prepared it as if she were feeding an animal. The ingredients were flying everywhere; it wasn't hygienic at all. She even picked up the fallen ingredients and put them back in the bread.

Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly. Food was okay.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Substop. There were no customers in the shop, but it was clear an order was being processed—that's not the issue. However, the employee didn't even bother to say "hello" or perhaps "I'll be right with you." We stood around in the shop for over five minutes and then left. Luckily, we can eat elsewhere. Another thing we noticed was that it didn't look very clean. It had a dingy feel and was simply dark.

Delicious sub. (Schnitzel/barbecue) Half a sub is bigger than a foot long at Subway. Would come again anytime.

Actually, it's a nice SubStop. But when you walk into the store at 6:30 p.m. and the guy starts puffing and complaining, you just don't want to go any further. Maybe the guy should consider keeping the store open until 7 p.m., so customers can still order until then. I'll be going to Zollnerstrasse from now on; at least there, you won't get snarled at if you want to spend your money there.

It's happened to me and my girlfriend several times that we wanted to order something an hour or half an hour before the store closed, and they always said they were already closed even though the door was open. Or the salesperson told me he was leaving early because he had other personal things to do. Sorry, not my problem. Please, please, please update the time online.

Terrible service. The young lady didn't feel like handling orders. She preferred to talk to her colleague about the poor work environment. Hygiene seems to be a non-existent issue (long, loose hair, long gel nails, only one glove). The order was prepared incorrectly. When I complained, they responded rudely, demanding an extra charge for the correct meat! We always liked subs. That seems to be over now. What a shame!

Forget Subw4y. THIS is real food.

Gute Preise für import produkte

Ich mag Substop - preis geht für den Geschmack soweit in Ordnung. Aber warum kann man in der Ertl Center Filiale (hingegen allen anderen Filialen) nicht mit Karte zahlen? Es gibt kein schild das daruf hinweißt und der Sparkassenautomat neben an ist dauernt out of order. Da platzt mir der Schlauch!
