Everything tasted very good. Friendly staff. And finally, Pepsi instead of Coke. A taste of childhood.

Unfortunately, the burger was cold and the chicken pieces were just thrown in. Plus, the prices are overpriced!

The interior is unfortunately very worn. In some places, they've tried to repair cracks with different "fabric," but even the repaired pieces are already cracked again and look horrible. The meat could have stayed in there a little longer. It was all over, but some of it was only just barely. That's not my thing. And the store itself makes an effort to keep things clean.

Horrible, unloving, dry food. Everything was cold, fries were soggy and lacking in seasoning. Terrible even for a fast-food restaurant.

I ordered a large portion of fries and got this. I asked twice if it was a large portion, and they said yes. Super expensive for such a tiny portion.

Stopped in KFC Bamberg today. Top service, fresh food, short waiting time.. Will be back again for sure. Keep up the good work!!!

So, for KFC, it's a really nice branch. The employees are friendly. The food, well, KFC, after all. But everything is significantly better than, for example, the branch in Coburg.

Ordered chicken to go for the third time, and when I got home (10 minutes later) I bit into bone-dry chicken. No flavor, dry, and twice the burger was completely soggy.

Very good food, a creative atmosphere, and a view of Bamberg's sights. In the evenings, it's usually a quiet and relaxed place to eat. Drink refills are also available.

It's actually sad to have to give it a star! This is the second time the chicken pieces have gone bad. Cold, hard, tasteless, small. It seems like it's been sitting there all day, being pushed around. The restaurant is completely run down. The hygiene and cleanliness in the restrooms and restaurant are terrible. I think that's where the coronavirus started... The soap was already empty about two months ago, and now it's again. When I look at the reviews, nothing surprises me anymore. It's a shame that they get answered, but nothing is done about it. For €50 for three people, you expect better. This will be the last time I see the Bamberg location.

We ordered food and the driver said he would call instead of ringing the bell. I didn't have my cell phone nearby and called my husband. He said that he was really cheeky on the phone and that we should come downstairs, he's not our servant? Please? He hurled other insults. We are also considering filing a complaint against KFC. Luckily we have witnesses.

Communication problems (German language)

The food is just like in any other restaurant in the chain but the service was great. I left my expensive jacket there and only noticed it 2 days later. I was firmly convinced that it was now gone but to my surprise they kept it in a separate room and after a call I was able to pick it up straight away. The staff were super friendly and the jacket didn't smell at all so it was really great 👍🏼

I got some milkshakes at the store. Were ready quickly and tasted good. Nothing to complain about.

Ordered Super Deal Box xxl for 6.99 and received Dealbox for 5.99. The difference was the size of the drink. When I complained, an employee with a microphone told me bluntly that they only give out the small cups for in-house consumption because so much was wasted and I would be the first to complain. I told him that I wanted what I ordered. This person is very customer-unfriendly. I am of the opinion that the matter is a scam and a rip-off.

Waited a good 25 minutes when picking up because there were no fries. The first menu of 3 was then given, so that it was cold until the others were ready. It's clear that fast food fries are not the creme del la creme, but for the waiting time they were bottom drawer and some of the fries had hair baked into them. In the future I will get my dose of antibiotics somewhere else

Never again Every time we go there the food is cold and not remotely fresh. Yesterday we had to wait 10 minutes, we were hoping that it would finally be fresh and hot, but not at all. The food was only slightly warm and the chicken tasted like it was from yesterday. Service was very rude, even the chef walked past. 40 euros left there, no one was happy. Never again

We ate here today and unfortunately the first impression wasn't particularly good. Every single table was dirty – full of crumbs and trash. The store wasn't even full, so you'd expect the staff to have time to clean. Unfortunately, this makes a very unkempt impression. Additionally, many chairs were crooked and wobbly, making sitting uncomfortable. The fries were also far too light, so apparently they weren't fried long enough. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience. With a little more cleanliness and better quality food, the visit could be much more pleasant.

Food completely overpriced. We paid €60 for three people. There is zero transparency on the ordering terminals as to what is included in the menu. There wasn't even ketchup with the fries. The breaded chicken didn't taste good at all. It was just soaked in fat. Never again.

No electricity, the lights are off, if you don't have a sat nav or know where it is you won't find it. There was no more butter had to eat the corn on the cob without there was even a holding stick on the corn cob. There were no cheesebites either.

We were there at 9:45 p.m. The restaurant was open until 11 p.m. We wanted to redeem a promotional voucher for that day. We were then told that this no longer works because the system has already been shut down and he doesn't have time for it. Instead of a voucher for 8.99 we should pay 14.99. There was no accommodating either. The app and service are total cheese. Then go to KFC in Schweinfurt. But then we decided on McDonalds first. At least the vouchers work here when they are displayed. We took a detour here specifically for the KFC.

Went there about 2 weeks ago, had placed a huge order and that's why it took a little longer, but given the quantity ordered it was completely fine and so everything was freshly prepared. While we waited we got a free drink on the house (I didn't pay close attention to it, but I hope there are also drinks with sugar and not just this sugar-free aspartame crap otherwise I would have to deduct 2 stars) and we also have the larger size for free We got the milkshakes we ordered because they were kindly served to us directly at the table. We even got the fried cheese pieces that we had tried to get at other KFC stores without success. The order was complete, which was not something to be taken for granted given the size (we even got 2 pieces of chicken for free). The staff at the checkout was very friendly and competent, thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Hello, today I was at kfc again for years. I ate a crispy and a piece of chicken. First of all, about the ambience, it was very cold there, almost colder than outside. The food was also cold and very overpriced. I won't be coming back anytime soon!!!

It's just fast food and the quality is no longer what it used to be.

Friendly staff and it was quick too. At other KFC, the food was also warm, even though there wasn't much going on in the restaurant 👍. The toilets were fine, the paper towels were worth living. What disappointed me, however, was the original Twister Wrap, which differs significantly from the pictures in terms of the topping (see my picture). There is a lot of meat on it, but contrary to the picture there is hardly any lettuce and it is significantly thinner. For €6.89 that is clearly not enough.

I got the 18Hotwing box at the drive in, I was given the box without a bag and without cleaning wipes, the employee said I shouldn't look at it like that, but it's normal to look at someone when talking to each other, well I won't be coming there anymore I'd rather go to Forchheim etc. Nobody has to act unfriendly

When I go out to eat fast food (whether MC/BK/KFC) I know that a meal probably has 20,000 kcal and half a liter of frying fat. Then why are there only zero drinks?! If I'm going to eat something like that, I'd like to drink a real cola with sugar!

In my opinion, KFC cannot keep up with other fast food chains. We rarely eat there, but every time I do I'm disappointed. The price-performance ratio somehow doesn't fit. For a few fried chicken pieces with little meat, a small portion of fries and a drink, €14 is a bit hefty... I could also go to a real restaurant. The free refill is a nice offer, but the only normal drinks you can choose from are iced tea, apple spritzer and water. The other drinks contain sweeteners and you shouldn't necessarily drink them for health reasons (possibly carcinogenic, promotes cravings and obesity)... I also don't like such drinks either. Since there is no ice cream for dessert, I thought I would try a milkshake... even that was disappointing: €5.50 for 500 ml and lots of ice crystals in it... I haven't had anything like that at other fast food shops. And last but not least, the cleanliness: we were there with our children and therefore still need a high chair. Both chairs that were present were stuck everywhere. Since we wanted to eat outside, it was difficult to find a table that wasn't dirty with leftover food or bird feeders, despite free seating.

I have to say for the price it's unbelievably bad KFC is no longer what it used to be for 10€ I expect something and not a bit of fries and drinks and burgers sorry I don't go there anymore Chicken eye was in the chicken

Good food, unfortunately sometimes long waiting times.

I was at this place a couple of times. The dinein place is good. You can visit this place with a group and hangover at this place for a snack. The service is prompt. The issue, I have is with the online orders on Lieferando. Always a cold food that gets delivered. The french fries looses its crispyness as is the crispy chicken. Would prefer to visit the store than the online orders.

The food was very good, but the selection of drinks was disgraceful. There were actually only the sugar-free versions and some of them were alternatives to the usual selection... Pepsi Zero Sugar Lime taste but not normal Pepsi and Schwip Schwap Orange Zero Sugar instead of Miranda.

Food is typical fast food. I usually eat the chicken bites and mashed potatoes there. I just think that's awesome. The only thing I have to complain about is that the tables are not always clean.
