Schneller Service, saubere Räume und das Essen kommt zuverlässig frisch. Die Abläufe wirken gut organisiert, selbst zu Stoßzeiten geht alles flott. Insgesamt ein McDonald’s, bei dem man ohne Stress reingeht, kurz Pause macht und zufrieden wieder weiterzieht.

Auf dem Burger tatsächlich auf beiden Hälften 0 Soße (haben uns dann geholt) und nur 3 Mini-Zwiebelstücke (die natürlich nicht 😅) das MC Flurry Eis nicht mal zur Hälfte voll - Unverschämtheit für 4.29 Euro. Service war super nett und laufend auf reinigen, vorbildlich 👍☺️ Selten so schlecht bei Mecces gegessen!

unglaublich langsame küche und bedienung. drücken bestellungen auf fertig und gehen einfach (die bestellungen sind dann moch nichtmal angefangen) teilweise 20 min für ein cheeseburger gewartet

Sehr unhöfliches Personal bei den Mc Drive

Ich habe gerade einen Mc Melt Burger bestellt. Das Foto auf der Speisekarte sah sehr appetitlich aus. Mit der Soße sah er toll aus. Was ich bekam, war ein trockener Burger mit verbranntem Zwiebelgeschmack und ohne Soße.

War am Sonntag da, mein junger Servicemitarbeiter war angenehm höflich und freundlich. Essen lecker wie immer.

Manchmal wenn ich einen schnellen Kaffee morgens möchte, komme ich immer am liebsten nach hallstadt in den Mc, weil die Leute dort alle so nett sind. Man fühlt sich dort immer Willkommen und immer freundlich, nie schlecht gelaunt, ich glaube da ist frühs auch immer der Filialleiter, der ist auch immer so super nett… 1000 Sterne ⭐️

Wir waren heute im oben genannten McDonald’s Mittagessen. Leider etwas später. Erst gegen 16:50 Uhr sind wir dorthin gekommen. Ich möchte diese Bewertung Detailliert und nachvollziehbar für jeden anderen schildern. Daher möchte ich mein persönliches empfinden, schon bei dem betreten des Etablissement schildern: die Bestell Computer waren total mit Fingerabdrücken verschmiert und fett. Gleiches war der Boden und die Tische. Wir haben uns an einen schmutzigen Tisch gesetzt. Frauchen hat fleißig mit dem Pullover den Tisch poliert. Bestellt habe ich ganz einfach über die McDonald’s App. Dies ging relativ einfach. Ich habe einfach meine Ware ausgesucht habe zusätzliche Big Mac Saucen bestellt und habe dann das ganze mit Tisch Service am Tisch 30 bestellt. Ganze 10 Minuten später kam dann unser Essen. Ich war schon etwas angesäuert. Bei der Prüfung stellte ich dann fest, dass die extra bestellten Saucen für 1,20 € einfach mal vergessen wurden. Also wieder aufstehen und ran an die Theke. Dort stand er - Der Endgegner. Vor mir stand dann ein sehr südlich aussehender Mann zwischen 35 und 40 Jahren. Er ignorierte mich. Ganze 8 Minuten lang war vollkommen überfordert Und versuchte vergebens, mehrere Bestellungen zusammenzustellen. Während meiner Wartezeit musste ich dann auch miterleben, wie ein älteres Pärchen an der Theke bestellen wollte. Die Dame suchte sich ein Menü aus der Mann wollte nur zwei Hamburger und eine Sprite. Hier war er total verwundert warum man nur zwei Burger bestellen möchte, nur zwei Hamburger, und fragte extra noch mal zweimal nach wirklich nur zwei Hamburger, als man dann zum zweiten Mal bejahte nur zwei Hamburger und ein kleines Sprite wusste er da nicht, was Sprite ist. Erst nachdem die Kunden ihm auf dem Getränkeautomaten hinter ihm das grüne Logo gezeigt haben, wusste er, was er buchen soll. Auch hat es während des gesamten Restaurant Besuches überall an allen Ecken von vorne bis hinten Minuten lang gepiepst. Ich habe selber im gesamten Restaurant nur vier Mitarbeiter gesehen. Diese waren offensichtlich für das Bestell aufkommen nicht ausgelegt meine dringende Empfehlung an den Franchisenehmer: Fachkräfte finden aber nicht die Fachkräfte die dort arbeiten. Sorry für die harten Worte aber ich bin selber selbstständig und ich habe auch meine Mitarbeiter so lange austauschen müssen bis es funktioniert hat. Zu mindestens für dieses Zeitfenster muss ich Für einenMcDonald’s Besuch in diesem Etablissement abraten. Ich habe zu Frühstückszeit in dem McDonald’s gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber offensichtlich sind das Moment Situationen. Zu guter letzt hat der Mitarbeiter dann das Versehen sogar noch herunter gespielt und hat gemeint ich soll mich nicht so anstellen aber leider war dann mein Essen kalt nach der achtminütigen Wartezeit. Somit weder eine Einsicht noch eine Kompensation erhalten. Somit bleibt mir nur zu erklären: setzen sechs!

In der App gibt es ein Glas, aber nicht bei McDonald's.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Bestellung wurde schnell abgearbeitet, Tische und Boden sind allerdings nicht sauber. Jedes Mal sind die Kidsmenü Sachen aus. Traurig

Ich bin zum Drive-in gefahren und habe mir Egg McMuffins geholt. Die waren super. Der Kaffee war auch gut!

Dieser Laden ist eine absolute Schande. Ein Mitarbeiter steckte sich tatsächlich den Finger in die Nase und machte dann einfach weiter Burger, als wäre das völlig normal. Absolut widerlich. Ich habe gar keine Zeit, mich über diesen McDonald’s zu beschweren, aber ehrlich gesagt, hätten sie es verdient. Die Managerin, eine unhöfliche Polin, ist extrem aggressiv und streitsüchtig. Sie wirkt ständig angespannt und scheint jederzeit bereit zu sein, Kunden grundlos anzuschnauzen. Ihre Art, mit Leuten zu reden, ist respektlos und völlig unprofessionell. Als ich einen Mitarbeiter darauf hinwies, dass er Eiswürfel mit bloßen Händen anfasste, anstatt eine Schaufel zu benutzen, stand er nur da und grinste, als hätte er keine Ahnung von grundlegender Hygiene. Entweder hat er keine Ahnung oder es ist ihm einfach egal. Meiden Sie diesen Laden um jeden Preis. Verschwenden Sie hier nicht Ihr Geld und Ihre Geduld.

Schmutzige Tische, werden nicht mal zwischendurch abgewischt. Waren Sonntagnachmittag da. Essen kam erst nach 20 Minuten und der big Mac war kalt.

Widerliche Kundentoilette - kann nicht abgesperrt werden, verdreckt und weder Toilettenpapier noch Papierhandtücher

Kaltes essen. Probleme am bestellterminal werden ignoriert und man wird als zu blöd zum Punkte einlösen hingestellt. Das das System sich aber aufhängt und man nichts dafür kann interessiert nicht

MC wrap kalt und nur halb voll. Pistaziendonut bestellt, als Ersatz (...haben wir nicht...) den einfachsten mit Zucker bekommen. Plant Nuggets steinhart, Pommes latschig und zuwenig gesalzen. Personal freundlich aber heillos überfordert. Mag ich McDonald's eh schon nicht. Aber dieser ist der Schlechteste von allen.

Ich habe mir letzte Woche etwas am Drive Inn geholt.Die Dame am Sprechfunk war sehr unfreundlich.Es kam nur ein "Moment".Dann nichts, irgendwann "Ihre Bestellung!".Ich sagte "Hallo"-keine Reaktion.Dann erzählte ich mei e Bestellung und dann kam nur "Zweiter Schalter"...Kein Hallo,kein Bitte und kein Danke. Als ich dann dran war und sie das Fenster öffnete,sagte ich nochmals 2x Hallo.Keine Reaktion,nur "5,98!".Dann sagte ich zu ihr "Ihnen merkt man deutlich an,dass der Job keinen Spaß macht" Sie sagte "stimmt nicht".Ich sagte ihr,was ich bemängelte es interessierte sie nicht.Auf "Tschüß "wieder keine Reaktion, sie schloss einfach das Fenster. Sie war etwas kräftiger,mittleres Alter und kurze rote Haare.... SEHR SCHLECHT UND UNFREUNDLICH

15 Minuten Wartezeit für ein auch noch lauwarmes (!) McSmart Menü - und es war weder am McDrive Schalter noch im Restaurant selber viel los. Die Mitarbeiter stehen lieber sinnfrei rum und unterhalten sich über irgendwelche albernen Privat Stories. Abgesehen Davon frage ich mich auch, wann die Tische und Stühle in diesem Restaurant das letzte Mal gereinigt wurden. Wirklich überall waren noch Essensreste zu finden, kein einziger sauberer Platz war verfügbar. Schade, da die Lage echt gut ist

Leider ein dreckiger und langsamer McDonalds...

Unfassbar nette Arbeiter. Durch den Schnee war es mir nicht möglich an die Ladesäule zu kommen. Zwei höfliche Personen haben für mich frei geräumt, sodass ich auf den Parkplatz konnte.

Essen war kalt 30 Minuten haben wir darauf warten müssen, wurden vergessen, erst auf Nachfrage hat es jemand bemerkt.

Kurzer Zwischen-Stopp zum Kaffee-Tanken. Gute Qualität, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal.

Ein absolutes Desaster! Die McDonald's-Filiale in Hallstatt ist mittlerweile eine Zumutung. Der Zustand ist miserabel, überall ist Dreck, alte Verpackungen und nicht abgeräumte Tische versperren den Weg, auf Pommes am Boden "slidet" man dahin wie auf einem zugefrorenen See. Das Personal scheint chronisch unfreundlich zu sein, von Servicebereitschaft keine Spur. Sonderwünsche werden genervt abgetan – selbstverständliche Dinge wie Servietten oder Eis im Getränk muss man sich hart erkämpfen. Die kaputten Monitore am Abholbereich sind ein Witz – seit Wochen ohne Nummernanzeige. Diese Filiale spiegelt nicht nur die Marke negativ wider, sondern ist wirklich eine einzige Enttäuschung.

Bis jetzt hatte ich eigentlich keine großen Probleme, mal ne Soße vergessen oder ne falsche, aber sonst war immer in Ordnung. Jetzt hats aber ehrlich gereicht. Ich habe im Drive in in 15!! Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet (nichts großes ein Kaffee und ein kleines Frühstück), war eh schon mega gestresst weil ich dadurch total spät dran war, fahre weiter mach kurz drauf die Tüte auf und nichts von dieser Bestellung war richtig. Nicht ein Teil der Bestellung hat gepasst wie kann das sein? Nicht mal den richtigen Kaffee hab ich bekommen und das nachdem ich 15 Minuten auf das Zeug gewartet habe!? Ich war echt stinksauer und werde McDonald's wohl in Zukunft meiden.

20 Minuten Wartezeit für 2 Burger!!

Sobald viel los ist kann man vergessen dass wenn man etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt die Bestelung vollständig ist. Zuhause ist uns leider aufgefallen dass von unseren 7 Burger die wir bestellt hatten nur 5 in unserern Türen waren. Und das ist einfach unverschämt, wir haben Ware was 10 € gekostet haben nicht erhalten und dass ist einfach nur frech. Wir werden auch nicht wieder kommen weil das nicht das erste mal so war. Einfach traurig.

Reinste Katastrophe! War schon lange nicht mehr in so einem schlechten McDonalds wie diesen. Personal total überfordert, Kunden genervt, Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig... Im Damenklo hat es sehr nach Urin gerochen, die Tablettwägen waren überfüllt, ein Mitarbeiter war nur am meckern und ist die ganze Zeit sinnlos rum gelaufen, die andere hatte absolut keinen Überblick mehr, was sie bereits von den Bestellungen bearbeitet hat. Unsere Nuggets waren nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit kalt, der Wrap zur Hälfte gefüllt und der Cheeseburger war schon angetrocknet. Es war überhaupt nicht viel los, aber dennoch lief dort überhaupt nichts rund. Andere Familien, die vor uns bestellt haben, mussten noch länger warten... Hier sollte man dringend etwas unternehmen. Siehe auch anhand den anderen Bewertungen!!!

Leider eine riesige Enttäuschung. Bestellung wurde falsch zubereitet und nach Frage auf Verbesserung war es leider immer noch falsch. Der Blick vom Schichtleiter oder wer das war, war sehr beängstigend. Ich kann nichts dafür wenn das Personal Fehler macht. Aber wie damit umgegangen wird ist nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

Please train your staff. I was told there was no nuggets meal deal, but that the individual components could only be purchased separately. I could have ordered it through the app. When someone jokingly shouted €100 out the window at the drive-thru because I hadn't ordered, that was the last straw. Extremely unfriendly and my worst McDonald's experience.

Somehow one of the best McDonald's I've been to. For example, they had tulips on the tables in spring.

Always rather quiet, everything modern. Cleanliness has actually always been a given here. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete again. It's a shame. But fortunately, they can work on the careful selection.

What I experienced here today was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. After a few bites, I noticed something really large and rubbery while chewing. When I spit it out, it was an elongated piece of rubber – similar to a sealing ring. It's definitely not cartilage! It had a very strange texture. It was embedded in the meat and wouldn't tear apart. I feel really sick and unfortunately, I have to say that this was my last visit to McDonald's. Since I'm not from the area and was passing through, I couldn't even go back to complain. Hence my review here!

Service rating: 6! Within a few days, we ordered takeout food and drinks twice for more than €70. Each time, we got home and realized that more items were missing from our order. Therefore, we won't be visiting this restaurant again. The friendliness of the staff also leaves a lot to be desired! The branch management needs to take action!

A very good McDonald's branch. You always get fresh, hot food here. Unfortunately, I'm not used to that anymore. It's definitely one of my favorite branches for miles around.

I ordered a white chocolate macchiato and got a macchiato latte. When I asked if I could get my macchiato, I was told no. Definitely my last visit. 🙄

Yes, I know reading is very difficult. But a little spark of brain activity would be welcome. Especially when there are screaming children everywhere at 9 p.m.

We ordered a Big Chicken Salad from the McDonald's today and were very disappointed. When we unpacked it at home, the box contained only some lettuce and a dressing—no chicken or cheese, the very main ingredients that make up the salad. Absolutely unacceptable for the price. Unfortunately, it wouldn't have been worth the trip back, otherwise we would have complained immediately. Very annoying; something like this shouldn't happen at a large company like McDonald's.

Yesterday, I went to McDonald's in Hallstadt for the first time in years, and I was pleasantly surprised. Since I wasn't sure how the terminals worked, a customer helped me. I went to the cashier. My food was brought to my table, and everything was fresh and hot. Later, an employee even gave me a double cheeseburger as a gift. The employees were all very nice, and one of them answered my questions with a lot of patience and friendliness. The only thing I found strange, but not too bad, was that my drinks were always to go, even though I had made sure they were for the restaurant, and I would have preferred a proper cup for my cappuccino.

One of our group wanted to try a German McDonald’s vs a US MCDonalds. The menu was much larger than in the US and we were able to creat more combinations with options we selected. For example our McFlurry had caramel and Oreo. The meat in the burgers also tasted better than in the US. Clean, staff was friendly and unlike in the US where they often say they will bring food to your table but don’t our food came right to the Table.

If you ever dreamed of fine dining in Bamberg, forget Michelin stars – just come here and witness the architectural masterpiece of a plastic chair bolted to the floor. The burgers? Assembled in record time, precision not included. The pickles usually escape somewhere between the bun and the wrapper. The fries? Sometimes crispy, sometimes tasting like they were fried during the Holy Roman Empire. The self-ordering machines are my favorite: they either work perfectly or try to convince you to buy six Happy Meals when you only wanted a Coke. Overall: a cultural landmark. You don’t go here for food, you go for the experience of questioning every life choice that led you to eating a McRib at midnight. Service is fast, though the staff look like they’ve seen things no human should ever see. It’s less ‘customer service’ and more ‘existential despair with a side of nuggets.’ The mix of students, exhausted parents, and that one mysterious guy who seems to live there permanently brings a really interesting atmosphere. Four stars only because Ronald McDonald hasn’t personally greeted me yet.

I find it a real cheek what you get when you order a McFlurry. You might as well order a McSunday and get just as much.

I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte at McDonald's – unfortunately, the preparation was disastrous. The matcha powder was simply stirred into lukewarm water and topped with ice cubes without being properly dissolved. My ordered caramel shot was completely missing. Shortly after drinking it, I felt severe nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, headaches, and vomiting. This shouldn't happen at a large company – especially not with a drink that's supposed to be fresh and enjoyable. My conclusion: Please don't buy it!

I went to this restaurant yesterday via the McDrive to get something for dinner and was served by the lady at the drive-thru counter in a very nice and friendly manner. She apologized for the "wait" but was very surprised because the entire process, from ordering to delivery, took less than three minutes. You could tell the lady really enjoyed her work. The food was fresh and hot. Burger King should learn a thing or two from this kind of service.

Really dirty and disgusting McDonald's. Dirty toilets, dirty floors and really dirty employees. Avoid!

Even as a fast-food chain, you should maintain a minimum level of cleanliness and have competent employees... The restroom and changing area are completely filthy, and the order is wrong. If you insist on the correct order, communication becomes difficult.

First I got the wrong toy in my Happy Meal, then I asked for the right one. The employee barely understood me and kept claiming they didn't have the toy, even though he was holding it out to me. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the Big Mac was missing... unfortunately, it's happened before; things have been forgotten. Very annoying. The diaper changing room smelled so disgusting and was so dirty that I preferred to change my diaper on a bench outside.

Unfortunately, there are no table numbers outside. Therefore, ordering via the app isn't possible outside. All the tables outside are dirty. No glasses for the McMeal menu, despite the advertising at the counter.

The wrong order every time. You just can't do it!!!

I recently went to Mecces Laubanger again. Service was terrible. No hello, no smile, and when I pointed out that I couldn't find a seat because most of the tables were dirty, I was told I could take the food away. Never again.

This was the worst visit ever! McDonald's is truly unsustainable. They don't offer a large portion (large package), and the employees are extremely rude. When I asked for the large portion, the employee cheekily said to me, "That's not my problem, that's your problem!" What kind of customer service is this?! I'm a paying customer, and I'm treated like I'm asking for something that's not on the menu. On top of that, my order arrived late, the food was cold and incomplete, and no one cared. I definitely won't be coming back and can only advise everyone against it. There are plenty of better restaurants that know how to treat customers with respect.

The bench covers on almost every other table are torn. Not through vandalism! The provider should make improvements here. So it's unhygienic.

The last Mc Donalds in Dresden, just ordered Mc Drive, after 20 minutes of waiting and receiving the order, 2 products that were ordered and paid for were missing! Never again

Last night at around 10 p.m. at McDrive I had a chat with the long-haired employee P.H. to do. This was the unfriendly employee I have ever encountered.

There were no Minecraft figures!

McDonald's Hallstadt, Emil-Kemmer Str. First of all: I don't go to McDonald's often... but I think it's good once or twice a year, provided you get your food fresh and hot! However, in terms of price-performance ratio, it is simply too expensive. For that money you can also go to a good restaurant where service comes to the table and I don't have to wait in line. I also noticed that every time we go there - and it's not that often - there are almost no clean places. In addition, the facility has become quite run down over the years, which doesn't look particularly inviting! But now to the positive: Since I don't go to McDonald's that often, I'm a bit overwhelmed. As a rule, I don't go to the terminal to order because that sometimes overwhelms me, but I go straight to the counter or checkout. Yesterday (April 10, 2025) I came across the extremely nice, friendly and courteous employee, Mr. Marco Wagner. He gave us (me and my husband) very good advice because I couldn't really decide. I was so surprised and overwhelmed to meet such a dedicated employee here that I asked for his name and personally thanked him for his excellent service. I often go to restaurants and fine dining establishments, but you rarely meet someone like that and especially not in a fast food restaurant. Normally the employees there look like they've had three days of rain on their faces and are unfriendly and snotty! Mr. Wagner is therefore almost unique in this gastronomy and that should normally be rewarded extra. At this point I would like to thank Mr. Wagner once again for his exceptional service and wish him only the best and equally nice customers.

We have often picked up food from this branch, although it is well known that parts of the order are often forgotten. Yesterday my husband ordered fries, a burger, 2 sauces and a white choc raspberry bag for me. He paid directly at the terminal. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we realized that the order wasn't complete again. This time not only were the sauces missing, but also the raspberry pocket, a good half of the order. When I asked him to check the order more closely directly in the branch from now on, my husband said that he didn't actually want to buy anything in this branch anymore. The hassle is now really too great and we have literally lost a lot of money because we often did not receive everything we ordered. It's really a shame and I feel the same way, we don't want to buy anything from this branch anymore.

Spoiled onions on the burger! MA only said 'smells normal', but that wasn't true. Was offered a burger without onions. No! I wanted mine according to the menu. So I was left without a burger, money and an apology. It's a shame that GA only comes with timely notice of the appointment!

Today I went to McDonald's for the first time in a long time, honestly, about 8 years. 😋 I placed my order and then realized I'd forgotten to put my money in my wallet. 😢 When I told them I'd forgotten my money, they told me they didn't have a card with them or PayPal on my phone. Since I'm not that type of person and always pay with cash, I don't believe in it. I apologized for pointing out to other people that they should have money in their pockets before eating out. 😕 Because the man wasn't so nice to me 😔 and yelled at me like that, this was also my last visit to McDonald's 😡

Order terminal has difficulty accepting coupons, touchscreen does not respond correctly. An employee with a tray in her hand could run faster!

Once again we ordered something and when we got home the Coke was missing. The only thing that is constant is the smell of sweat from the employees. I will avoid this restaurant in the future if the employees' personal hygiene is already like that. I don't even want to know what the cleanliness is like behind the counter

I go there most when I'm driving to a McDonald's. They put a lot of sauce on the Mc rip. So it's paradise for every sauce fan.

I don't judge the food, everyone knows it and it's the same everywhere. What I'm evaluating here is the fact that Pokemon cards are advertised on TV, the cards are displayed in the branch and then nothing is available. The toys that are given out are old. Clear out the window or mark it if there is nothing there. Not everyone has an understanding child who is happy with what they get.

Breakfast good, ambience a bit old. The floor where the tables are screwed on needs to be properly cleaned.

The faucet in the men's restroom was broken. A note was posted saying that wheelchair users/baby changing facilities should use the restroom. Then came the shock: hygiene is one thing.
