McDonald's in Hallstadt

I think it's good that McDonald's has also thought about how they can save waste. I still don't think it's good that there is still an apple bag, for example. Healthy apple slices but with antioxidants and acidity regulators, why not just a whole small snack apple? Also store well and you save waste

Things have to happen quickly and unfortunately it doesn't always happen. I'm not a fast food fan but every now and then the little one wants a Happy Meal. But the waiting times are annoying. But the staff is very friendly. Food is as the McDonalds standard promises. You still have to know for yourself.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive window for a coffee. That was enough, I drove without it. Definitely NEVER again here!

At the mc drive the staff briefly asked for patience. Then after a full 18 minutes without any reaction from the employees, we drove up to the (usually) pickup window. There wasn't a single customer waiting anywhere and there was no reaction to me outside the window. That's why I drove back without placing an order I understand when there's a lot going on. But if you cannot serve the customers in the restaurant and at the mc drive in a customer-oriented manner, you should concentrate on something in order to be able to maintain customer satisfaction. In any case, I was pretty annoyed, but I had the advantage of being the first to stand at the ordering point and drive after 18 minutes seemed MUCH TOO LONG FOR A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, but the customers who were standing in line behind me couldn't move forward or back and stood , even though they might have wanted to leave after 10 minutes.

Unfortunately I will no longer visit this MC Donalds. Big Mac was slammed into the box almost coldly and carelessly. I don't know if the staff can speak. I asked a young woman something but unfortunately there was no answer! Unfortunately you can't go to the toilet either. Broken toilet seats in both toilets. There is no toilet paper and it is very dirty so I left without doing anything. I've been to McDonald's several times but I've never seen one this bad. A pity

I ordered a cappuccino because I had it at Mc. Donald actually love. When I saw the lady working at the coffee machine, I had terrible thoughts. She kept adding cold milk. Only foreigners who don't speak a word of German at the counter. I have nothing against foreigners, but I would like to be able to communicate with the person I'm talking to. When I asked for sugar because it was empty, I noticed that the staff was overwhelmed. After I asked for spoons or something similar, as they were also empty, it was all over. The cappuccino came and felt ice cold from the outside, which it was. It also tasted terrible, totally watery. Ended up in the drain. Complaining makes no sense since nobody speaks German anyway. My food order was also wrong, which I only noticed when I got home. All in all underground. They'll never see me again. Unfortunately, you cannot award negative points. Absolute no-go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 minutes at the drive in is just too long and then unfriendly

The food is like any other McDonald's branch. The orders are complete and nothing has been forgotten. The order panels here only work to a limited extent, the touch inputs are cumbersome and take at least twice as long as in other branches. The service at the checkout was disappointing. When I asked if the toy from the Happy Meal could be exchanged, the junior was contacted first and when I asked again, I was asked as well. Apparently you can't tell what you're spending even though both the storage compartments for the toys and the boxes are labeled or illustrated. The branch manager should definitely train his employees in dealing with customers.

I don't go to MC often... but for the 2-3 times a year I think it's good... but the price-performance ratio is just too expensive... and every time we go there there is no clean place.

Very quick to prepare, sometimes in the morning they don't open at the specified time as published in Google, but they open at the latest 10 minutes after opening time. Every now and then you catch a more or less friendly employee in the drive-in who is very annoyed and blaring into the microphone. Nevertheless, the toilets and places are usually clean and there is always a parking space. You could maybe widen the entrance to the drive-in slightly. I've never hit the curb before, but based on the quirks that exist there, it's probably not a unique occurrence.

After years without Mäcces, we ate there again out of necessity and it was even worse than expected. Ordered 1 x plant nuggets, but received “normal” nuggets and pizza pockets. The amount was then debited twice! Just don't go to Mäcces...

They forgot a 🍔 on my large order. Contacted through the review in the receipt. As of yet, there is no reply from McDonald's. BLUF check your order for correctness at the counter before you leave the counter.

I had to wait a very long time for my food (20 minutes).

The waitress with the red hair was very rude and disrespectful to me. Customer satisfaction is probably not a priority.

The Kaulitz menu is terrible, the citizen has no taste and the sauce is very, very sweet and doesn't taste like sweet and sour and the meat tastes very artificial

Employees were not very motivated. There's a lot of dirt lying around. The food could use a bit more tenderness.

Unfortunately, food has often been forgotten to be prepared (table service) or items have been forgotten. The rest is typical McDonalds.

Burger looked like it had fallen and tasted like it had fallen. Over half thrown away.

The new McToast is cheaper than ever and looks like it was pulled out of the trash can, just kidding! Everything in the menu is now overstocked, and the sanitary facilities are falling apart, and the USB charging is throttled so that you would have to charge for hours to get a few percent.

The typical McDonald. Ordering at the terminals is annoying and time-consuming. The tables and floor could be wiped more often. Either the tables are sticky or there is leftover food on the floor. The men's toilet was so clean, the women's toilet was full of paper in the cubicles and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, said my wife. And the toilet seats are broken.

Everything worked great, I ordered it using the app and it was ready straight away.

The food was ok and the waiting time was short. Unfortunately the service didn't find time to wipe down the dirty tables...

Today, April 1st , around 1 p.m., drove through Mc Drive. I had to wait briefly at window 2, the output, no problem. I should pull over to the right - that's not possible, I thought - there are specially paved parking spaces with a big 1 and 2. So, as planned, I chose 1. The lady comes out and shouts: WHERE IS RIGHT WHERE IS LEFT?! Yes, if you don't feel like doing your job and don't know how it works, stay at home. Let's put it this way: she would no longer have a job in America Even in Germany, no one wants to deal with employees in a bad mood anymore.

No offense to me, but if the staff doesn't feel like working, then they should stay at home. When you call to ask if it's open on Good Friday and then you're insulted so stupidly from the side... without words 🤬..... there are enough people who would like to work, you need "those" people not. If this is how customers are treated, then goodnight.....(1st quote: "Are you" 80 and can't look "you" up on the internet!?) (2nd quote: "You" should go to bed) Sorry, it's better not to unleash something like that on customers... I'd rather not write anything more now...

I actually really enjoy going here. Unfortunately, the toilets are not always so tidy. But that can definitely be changed.

If you're still advertising the junior bag with the booklet, then it should still be there! It's a shame the grandson was looking forward to it! Next time remove ads? Everything was parked with strangers (circus?), which was also stupid!

After the renovation, it was very nice and spacious, but unfortunately it gave the impression of a canteen. Most of the time there is trash outside and in the parking lots. The tables are also full of leftover food and drink stains.

The food was quite good, was brought to the table quickly, but the tables were sticky with dirt and leftover food, the toilets were really bad, the staff were friendly, but they smelled very, very much of sweat...

Tested the app for the first time and it worked very well. Our order was brought to our table after a very short time. We really liked the burgers because they were nicely seared and not soggy as is often the case in other Meggies. The fries were wonderfully cross like we like them - perfect for both of us. Personally, I have rarely tasted so good in a McDonald's. And there were no ice cubes in the drinks, which is also rare - compliments. When it's cold outside, I certainly don't need ice cubes. No comment - the seating could use a bit of sprucing up. And when we're in Bamberg again, it's a safe stop.

Very quick service. Easy to choose from the machine. Tables could be cleaner. Otherwise, just fast food.

Diesmal ging das Essen sehr fix.war alles warm und das Personal hat Deutsch gesprochen und verstanden.das war leider schon mal anders in Hallstadt.

Zum Mitnehmen bestellt. War nicht viel los. Es haben trotzdem Sachen aus der Bestellung gefehlt. Leider erst Zuhause nachgeschaut.

Essen war nicht so warm Im Restaurant hätte es auch etwas wärmer sein können

Mein Diabetes hat mich vorgewarnt das ich in den Unterzucker komme. Und da ich in der Nähe von McDonald's war, war dies die Rettung. Ich habe eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und schwups ging es mir wieder gut. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet gut, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sauber und Top. Gerne wieder bei Gelegenheit 😁

Mitarbeiter lästerten in deren Muttersprache über Gäste, fassen sich ins Gesicht oder Haare und dann an die bestellte Ware ohne Hände zu waschen. Geht gar nicht.

War ok. Salatblätter waren braun, deswegen Abzug. Gibt bessere MC Donald's in der Stadt.

Genug Platz auch für die Kinder is es dort schön leider sind die Preise dort auch schon Wucher

Ein Mc halt, wie überall. Gut erreichbar. Schneller Service.

Schmutzige Tische, volle Tablettwägen. Mitarbeiter/innen die die Arbeit offensichtlich nicht sehen. Pommes waren kalt und vermutlich nochmal nachfritiert aufgrund der Farbe. Waren an zwei verschiedenen Tagen dort, kommen nicht aus Chemnitz.

Völlig überlastet Filiale, Defekte Toiletten. Zum Glück war das Essen wie immer sehr lecker, nach langer Wartezeit.

Essen und Getränke in gewohnt stabiler Qualität Das Personal war nett und konnte sprechen, nicht wie in anderen Filialen Schnelle Abwicklung, kommt dem Begriff "Fast-Food" sehr Nahe

Der digitale Bestellservice ist fortschrittlich und tatsächlich effizient. Der Service am Tisch war auch gut und schnell.

Schneller Service, Toiletten waren Sauber. Tische wurden regelmäßig abgewischt.

Das ist des einzigste mcdonalds wo gibts keine strohhalm zum cocacola im jeden anderem ist das klar. Hier nichts. Mann muss streiten fur eine zu bekommen.

Das essen war nahrhaft und fast aber ich finde es schade, dass ich bei meinem Hamburger Käse bekommen habe, obwohl ich den Käse abgewählt habe, außerdem wünsche ich mir. Dass man das Fleisch aicj abwählwn kann. Deswegen nur drei Sterne.
