McDonald's in Hallstadt

I recently went to Mecces Laubanger again. Service was terrible. No hello, no smile, and when I pointed out that I couldn't find a seat because most of the tables were dirty, I was told I could take the food away. Never again.

This was the worst visit ever! McDonald's is truly unsustainable. They don't offer a large portion (large package), and the employees are extremely rude. When I asked for the large portion, the employee cheekily said to me, "That's not my problem, that's your problem!" What kind of customer service is this?! I'm a paying customer, and I'm treated like I'm asking for something that's not on the menu. On top of that, my order arrived late, the food was cold and incomplete, and no one cared. I definitely won't be coming back and can only advise everyone against it. There are plenty of better restaurants that know how to treat customers with respect.

The last Mc Donalds in Dresden, just ordered Mc Drive, after 20 minutes of waiting and receiving the order, 2 products that were ordered and paid for were missing! Never again

Last night at around 10 p.m. at McDrive I had a chat with the long-haired employee P.H. to do. This was the unfriendly employee I have ever encountered.

McDonald's Hallstadt, Emil-Kemmer Str. First of all: I don't go to McDonald's often... but I think it's good once or twice a year, provided you get your food fresh and hot! However, in terms of price-performance ratio, it is simply too expensive. For that money you can also go to a good restaurant where service comes to the table and I don't have to wait in line. I also noticed that every time we go there - and it's not that often - there are almost no clean places. In addition, the facility has become quite run down over the years, which doesn't look particularly inviting! But now to the positive: Since I don't go to McDonald's that often, I'm a bit overwhelmed. As a rule, I don't go to the terminal to order because that sometimes overwhelms me, but I go straight to the counter or checkout. Yesterday (April 10, 2025) I came across the extremely nice, friendly and courteous employee, Mr. Marco Wagner. He gave us (me and my husband) very good advice because I couldn't really decide. I was so surprised and overwhelmed to meet such a dedicated employee here that I asked for his name and personally thanked him for his excellent service. I often go to restaurants and fine dining establishments, but you rarely meet someone like that and especially not in a fast food restaurant. Normally the employees there look like they've had three days of rain on their faces and are unfriendly and snotty! Mr. Wagner is therefore almost unique in this gastronomy and that should normally be rewarded extra. At this point I would like to thank Mr. Wagner once again for his exceptional service and wish him only the best and equally nice customers.

We have often picked up food from this branch, although it is well known that parts of the order are often forgotten. Yesterday my husband ordered fries, a burger, 2 sauces and a white choc raspberry bag for me. He paid directly at the terminal. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we realized that the order wasn't complete again. This time not only were the sauces missing, but also the raspberry pocket, a good half of the order. When I asked him to check the order more closely directly in the branch from now on, my husband said that he didn't actually want to buy anything in this branch anymore. The hassle is now really too great and we have literally lost a lot of money because we often did not receive everything we ordered. It's really a shame and I feel the same way, we don't want to buy anything from this branch anymore.

Spoiled onions on the burger! MA only said 'smells normal', but that wasn't true. Was offered a burger without onions. No! I wanted mine according to the menu. So I was left without a burger, money and an apology. It's a shame that GA only comes with timely notice of the appointment!

Today I went to McDonald's for the first time in a long time, honestly, about 8 years. 😋 I placed my order and then realized I'd forgotten to put my money in my wallet. 😢 When I told them I'd forgotten my money, they told me they didn't have a card with them or PayPal on my phone. Since I'm not that type of person and always pay with cash, I don't believe in it. I apologized for pointing out to other people that they should have money in their pockets before eating out. 😕 Because the man wasn't so nice to me 😔 and yelled at me like that, this was also my last visit to McDonald's 😡

Order terminal has difficulty accepting coupons, touchscreen does not respond correctly. An employee with a tray in her hand could run faster!

Once again we ordered something and when we got home the Coke was missing. The only thing that is constant is the smell of sweat from the employees. I will avoid this restaurant in the future if the employees' personal hygiene is already like that. I don't even want to know what the cleanliness is like behind the counter

I go there most when I'm driving to a McDonald's. They put a lot of sauce on the Mc rip. So it's paradise for every sauce fan.

I don't judge the food, everyone knows it and it's the same everywhere. What I'm evaluating here is the fact that Pokemon cards are advertised on TV, the cards are displayed in the branch and then nothing is available. The toys that are given out are old. Clear out the window or mark it if there is nothing there. Not everyone has an understanding child who is happy with what they get.

You just can't do it! No matter what you order at the drive-in counter, it is rarely complete or it is simply not the product you ordered. Freshness? If you're lucky, you'll get some hot fries. Sauces? Most of the time they're not there and if they are, they're the wrong ones. Just leave it alone and lock your shop.

Ordered to take away. There wasn't much going on. There were still things missing from the order. Unfortunately I only checked at home.

After the renovation, it's very nice and spacious, but unfortunately, it feels like a cafeteria. There's usually trash outside and in the parking lots. The tables are also covered in food scraps and drink stains. The restrooms are dirty, and the toilet paper holders are broken.

The faucet in the men's restroom was broken. A note was posted saying that wheelchair users/baby changing facilities should use the restroom. Then came the shock: hygiene is one thing. But the condition of the sink is a complete no-go!! Look at the pictures; something like fungus has grown in the drainpipe over time. The entire sink (inside) and drainpipe are affected. It's absolutely unacceptable to let customers use something like that.

The day depends on the service. Eat as usual MC. is OK. So go for it! Unfortunately everything was only lukewarm!

The blonde lady at Mc Drive yesterday at around 10/11 p.m. served me the sweetest ice cream. Was very friendly and very accommodating.

Food was prepared quickly, as always at Mäcces. Staff friendly. However, no attention is paid to cleanliness in the toilets and corners. I think it's good that McDonald's has also thought about how they can save waste. I still don't think it's good that there is still an apple bag, for example. Healthy apple slices, but with antioxidants and acidity regulators, why not just a whole small snack apple, they can definitely be stored well and you save yourself the waste

Things have to happen quickly and unfortunately it doesn't always happen. I'm not a fast food fan but every now and then the little one wants a Happy Meal. But the waiting times are annoying. But the staff is very friendly. Food is as the McDonalds standard promises. You still have to know for yourself.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive window for a coffee. That was enough, I drove without it. Definitely NEVER again here!

At the mc drive the staff briefly asked for patience. Then after a full 18 minutes without any reaction from the employees, we drove up to the (usually) pickup window. There wasn't a single customer waiting anywhere and there was no reaction to me outside the window. That's why I drove back without placing an order I understand when there's a lot going on. But if you cannot serve the customers in the restaurant and at the mc drive in a customer-oriented manner, you should concentrate on something in order to be able to maintain customer satisfaction. In any case, I was pretty annoyed, but I had the advantage of being the first to stand at the ordering point and drive after 18 minutes seemed MUCH TOO LONG FOR A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, but the customers who were standing in line behind me couldn't move forward or back and stood , even though they might have wanted to leave after 10 minutes.

Unfortunately I will no longer visit this MC Donalds. Big Mac was slammed into the box almost coldly and carelessly. I don't know if the staff can speak. I ordered a cappuccino because I had it at Mc. Donald actually love. When I saw the lady working at the coffee machine, I had terrible thoughts. She kept adding cold milk. Only foreigners who don't speak a word of German at the counter. I have nothing against foreigners, but I would like to be able to communicate with the person I'm talking to. When I asked for sugar because it was empty, I noticed that the staff was overwhelmed. After I asked for spoons or something similar, as they were also empty, it was all over. The cappuccino came and felt ice cold from the outside, which it was. It also tasted terrible, totally watery. Ended up in the drain. Complaining makes no sense since nobody speaks German anyway. My food order was also wrong, which I only noticed when I got home. All in all underground. They'll never see me again. Unfortunately, you cannot award negative points. Absolute no-go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 minutes at the drive in is just too long and then unfriendly

The food is like any other McDonald's branch. The orders are complete and nothing has been forgotten. The order panels here only work to a limited extent, the touch inputs are cumbersome and take at least twice as long as in other branches. The service at the checkout was disappointing. When I asked if the toy from the Happy Meal could be exchanged, the junior was contacted first and when I asked again, I was asked as well. Apparently you can't tell what you're spending even though both the storage compartments for the toys and the boxes are labeled or illustrated. The branch manager should definitely train his employees in dealing with customers.

Very quick to prepare, sometimes in the morning they don't open at the specified time as published in Google, but they open at the latest 10 minutes after opening time. Every now and then you catch a more or less friendly employee in the drive-in who is very annoyed and blaring into the microphone. Nevertheless, the toilets and places are usually clean and there is always a parking space. You could maybe widen the entrance to the drive-in slightly. I've never hit the curb before, but based on the quirks that exist there, it's probably not a unique occurrence.

After years without Mäcces, we ate there again out of necessity and it was even worse than expected. Ordered 1 x plant nuggets, but received “normal” nuggets and pizza pockets. The amount was then debited twice! Just don't go to Mäcces...

Today, April 1st , around 1 p.m., drove through Mc Drive. I had to wait briefly at window 2, the output, no problem. I should pull over to the right - that's not possible, I thought - there are specially paved parking spaces with a big 1 and 2. So, as planned, I chose 1. The lady comes out and shouts: WHERE IS RIGHT WHERE IS LEFT?! Yes, if you don't feel like doing your job and don't know how it works, stay at home. Let's put it this way: she would no longer have a job in America Even in Germany, no one wants to deal with employees in a bad mood anymore.

No offense to me, but if the staff doesn't feel like working, then they should stay at home. When you call to ask if it's open on Good Friday and then you're insulted so stupidly from the side... without words 🤬..... there are enough people who would like to work, you need "those" people not. If this is how customers are treated, then goodnight.....(1st quote: "Are you" 80 and can't look "you" up on the internet!?) (2nd quote: "You" should go to bed) Sorry, it's better not to unleash something like that on customers... I'd rather not write anything more now...

I actually really enjoy going here. Unfortunately, the toilets are not always so tidy. But that can definitely be changed.

The food was quite good, was brought to the table quickly, but the tables were sticky with dirt and leftover food, the toilets were really bad, the staff were friendly, but they smelled very, very much of sweat...

Tested the app for the first time and it worked very well. Our order was brought to our table after a very short time. We really liked the burgers because they were nicely seared and not soggy as is often the case in other Meggies. The fries were wonderfully cross like we like them - perfect for both of us. Personally, I have rarely tasted so good in a McDonald's. And there were no ice cubes in the drinks, which is also rare - compliments. When it's cold outside, I certainly don't need ice cubes. No comment - the seating could use a bit of sprucing up. And when we're in Bamberg again, it's a safe stop.
