Nothing exceptional, average Burger King.

ADDENDUM: apparently the staff has been trained and since it is possible to order at terminals, the waiting time is normal. Unfortunately, these meetings remain among friends. I find it unprofessional in a crowded store. Therefore “only” 4 points. But from one star, a good performance. Food as always, but the staff seems overwhelmed. Every time something is missing. On my last visit, private friends came and the customer was forgotten. Waited 20 minutes and couldn't order. I left without food. Luckily, things are more professional at McDonald's. A pity!

It's bk so basically tasteless but they are open late

I didn't get what I ordered at the drive-thru. The taste was better too. A pity!

The sellers are nice, the food is fresh, and you can easily move between the tables with a wheelchair. Toilet is clean.

In the evening you only get mixed leftover fries. The wrong sauces are constantly being packaged. The employees display dubious behavior.

An outdated Burger King, dirty floor, dirty tables just dingy. The burger worked, at least if you like it cold, I thought a salad instead of fries —-> thought wrong. Have you ever eaten a green salad with lots of sour pickles 🙄? Don't try it, but that's what is served to the guest here. Green salad with pickles, nothing else. Complaints are only responded to with a shrug of the shoulders. So not for the faint of heart. A very well run store years ago, but now a disaster. The service also leaves a lot to be desired, no hello, no goodbye, poor hygienic conditions.

Today I saw by far the most disgusting behavior ever. I ordered a chili cheese burger and got another burger instead. So far so good. I gave the employee this Shown burger burger and my hand touched the burger and showed the contents. The employee took the burger and actually resealed it and put it back. When he saw me watching him, he suddenly got it Burger thrown in the trash. I definitely wouldn't eat here.

The first time and the last time, never again, an uneducated employee, we couldn't even choose the menu, he turned his back on us.

After years of abstinence, we stopped at Burgerking again on the way home. And unfortunately I now remember why I haven't done this for years. Nobody in the service understands or speaks German without accident, the burger and fries were carelessly slapped together and lukewarm. The restaurant was loud, dirty and rather uncomfortable. Then the whole thing for almost 20 euros per adult. Thanks, but I'll have a nice meal next time.

This was the worst ever whopper I have tried in my life very very, very terrible and dry and completely tasteless!

Well, what impressions can I describe here? It's just Burger King. One like the other. Food is delicious, interior is clean and looks like any other BK branch, parking spaces are in front of the house...

You don't deserve a star. The workers there are not nice. There is a worker who behaved inappropriately towards us. They are barbaric and don't know how to deal with customers properly. They also made a card with us on an order that we paid for but we don't check the order until we get home and the order is not complete and when we checked with them they lied. Wow, there is no organization there as each of the workers has a girlfriend and he secretly gives her what she wants. What a barbaric center and there is no supervision. When you write to the complaints office, he defends you and does not accept criticism or complaints. It is a very bad center. There's a difference between you and McDonald's treatment. I don't advise anyone to enter Bad Tölz Burger until the staff changes, especially the chef who is currently working

Very friendly staff with a lot of patience. I liked it here and if I were in the area again, I would go again. 👍

Great place to stay for a while, go to the toilet or chat briefly on the WiFi while you wait for your train or something similar!

Fries hardly have any salt, McDonald’s is simply the best and KFC is simply the king!!

Wow, now with an ordering portal like the competition. I like it. Wopper very juicy, delicious 😋 and as always the best fries 🍟. Highly recommended as a stopover on the motorcycle.

Everything was very neat and clean... The burgers were freshly made and even looked similar to the picture on the poster... The furnishings are stylish, child-friendly and also clean. No wish is left unfulfilled here... P.S. Everything is also handicapped accessible - VERY GOOD!!!!!

This place has been very dirty for a long time and will continue to be dirty. I don't advise anyone to buy there at all, disrespectful treatment of customers.

Food like everywhere else but somehow getting old on the outside and inside.

Employees so-so. Hardly anything to do, but almost every table is so dirty that a thorough cleaning is required. I can't understand 😔

In the men's room, urine comes out of a floor grate and floods the floor when you pee in the urinal. The door to the toilet cubicle cannot be closed because the frame is somehow warped. I went to Burger King for the Spongebob Bikini Bottom Burger, but of course this branch doesn't take part in the program. When I asked the employee about it, he laughed at me a bit.

Da muss ich wohl den unmotiviertesten Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens erwischt haben. Zusammen mit einem anderen Gast standen wir an der Kasse und wurden einfach wie Luft behandelt. Keine Begrüßung, kein "Einen Moment bitte", wir wurden einfach nicht bedient. Nach einiger Zeit sind wir beide wieder gegangen.

Hässlicher laden, trostlose Gegend aber die Burger schmecken einfach dreimal besser, als bei m...anderswo. Bis auf den Kaffee, der ist Set 20 Jahren bitter und richtig bäh . Die Leute an der Theke hab ich früher freundlicher empfunden, aber was sie aufs Tablett legen, ist essbar immer wieder . Ich gehe gerne oft aus um in einem Restaurant echte Lebensmittel zu essen , koche auch gerne selber, aber wenn es schnell oder sehr spät oder sehr früh am Tag was sein muss , ist der king für mich die bessere Wahl.

Waren an einem Sonntag mittag da ca. 11 Uhr. Der Boden war dreckig die Toilette nicht sehr sauber. Überall Krümel. Außen lag Müll auf den Parkplatz. Alles ziemlich abgerockt. Zudem war nur ein Mann da der wohl alles machen musste. Gab nichts mit Hähnchen. Warum auch immer. Die verständigung auf deutsch war sehr schwierig. Burger war wohl die Soße drüber oder was auch immer. hatten alle 4 Magenprobleme bekommen. Diese Filiale braucht dringend eine General überholung. Und mehr Personal. Burger zubereiten ohne Handschuhe und dann abkassieren. Wir wissen ja alle wie dreckig Geld ist. Gehe gerne zum Burger King wenn's Mal ein Burger sein soll aber die Filiale ist sehr bedenklich.

TischSockel durchgerostet, nebenan ein Stuhl mit demontierter Sitzfläche. Ein Teil des MännerWC gesperrt. Dieser BK ist in keinem guten Zustand.

Ich habe zwei Menüs zum mitnehmen bestellt. Alles wurde frisch und schnell zubereitet, der Service war freundlich. Die Burger und Pommes waren geschmacklich sehr gut (genau so wie in jedem anderen guten BK), das Ambiente in dieser Filiale ist auf den ersten Blick nicht besonders modern / einladend, mir sind aber auch keine unhygienischen Ecken oder Müllberge, wie hier teilweise schon beschrieben, aufgefallen. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Ich denke heute ist erstmal das ich bei Burger King einen richtig frischen Burger bekommen habe respect 🫵😎

Bad Tölz ,,BurgerKing,,...Nicht überwältigend...als TouristenHochburg sozusagen eigentlich zu normal ..nichts was man bewundern könnte.

Ich würde mal sagen eine der schlechteren Filialen überhaupt. Die Fritten total versalzen. Der Burger war meiner Meinung nach frisch, nach meiner Frau zu urteilen eher nicht. Aber in der Gastronomie sollten Mahlzeiten mit Handschuhen zubereitet werden. Das ist heutzutage Standard. Auf jeden Fall bei den Kollegen mit dem großen M. Hier aber nicht. Obwohl maximal 5 Gäste da waren war das Rückgabe Regal komplett überfüllt. Auch insgesamt das Ambiente mit teilweise angerosteten Tischen sieht nicht schön aus. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Service dieses mal sehr gut. Beschwerden sofort reagiert. Lieber Essen beim King als bei einem Clown!!!

We stopped to have a quick lunch while it was raining, the place was mostly free and service was quick. There is a drive through and also a few spots for parking. In addition, there is an outdoor play area children and outdoor seating.

Oft langes Warten auch am Drive. Burger oft lieblos hergestellt.

Wie von einem Burger King zu erwarten…

Leider ein wenig heruntergekommen der Laden. Müsste eigentlich mal renoviert werden. Es war nur eine Kasse auf, weshalb die Bestellungen länger gedauert haben. Also nicht wirklich im Sinne von Fastfood. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass alle Speisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Negativ, der Aussenbereich war trotz tollem Wetter leider geschlossen. Ist nicht nur mir sonder einigen anderen Gästen aufgefallen, die raus wollten. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Veganer long chicken sehr empfehlenswert. Die Pommes waren nicht mehr warm und das Ketchup kommt im gegensatz zum Mc donalds in einer anderen Verpackung, wo man es nicht dippen kann Vegane Nachspeisen gibt es auch nicht

Der whopper war kalt. Die Bestellung habe ich unvollständig bekommen.

Irgendwie kommt es mit beim MD professioneller vor

Vor Jahren super und sauber. Jetzt kaputte Sitzgelegenheiten so gut wie jeder Tisch dreckig und vom WC Rede ist besser nicht. Sehr schade war früher gerne mal mit meiner Familie hier.
