For McDonald's standards, I have no complaints. The staff is friendly, speaks German and processes orders very quickly. In addition, the food we ordered was fresh and wasn't kept warm for too long.

The order was barely sent to the terminal and the food was there, fresh and, above all, hot. Service was also super friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Ich habe 2 mal ein schocko shake bestellt und 2 mal kaffe shake bekommen mein Burger bestelle ich immer mit 2 extra Käse was mich noch 0,60€ koste bekomme immer nur 1 extra Käse bin sehr genervt von

In my opinion the best branch in the district. Employees seem hard-working and the food is served quickly. You can sit comfortably inside and when the weather is nice, the outdoor area is also great👍

Bodenlose Frechheit, der Mc Café wurde verweigert, wir sollen doch die „andere“ Maschine nehmen. Auf Nachfrage bei der Schichtleitung dann die Notlüge, die Kaffeemaschine im Mc Café ist kaputt 😬😤 Eine Cimbali im Mc BBC Donalds ….kaputt…drückt aber noch drauf rum…bei keinem Mc Café in ganz Europa wurde uns jemals ein Café im Mc Café verweigert oder Ausreden vom Personal vorgebracht, weil die Mitarbeiter zu faul sind, die Maschine zu säubern…ich gehe je nicht zu einem Mc Café, um die normale Plörre zu konsumieren. So etwas ist uns noch nie passiert und absolut dreist vom überforderten Personal…und das in einer Filiale, wo nix los war…jetzt wissen wir wenigstens, warum… Wenn es 0 Punkte gäbe, hier würde ich das erste mal in meinem Leben 0 Punkte vergeben, Frechheit 😡

Ho ordinato oggi online alle 20.16 Garantita consegna in 20-45 minuti. E passata una ora e dieci Minuti e la consegna non è stata effettuata. Io ho pagato 40 euro ... Posso avere un rimborso o un buono? Ritengo che la azienda non sia seria. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Flying endlessly and absolutely annoying if you can't eat because of it. You seem to have devices, but they are turned off.

Burgers are good as usual everywhere Ambience exactly the same, but what I don't like in the restaurant is that there are so many flying me and my family didn't leave us alone to eat. I pointed out to the employees that there were too many flies and they had to do something. All I got in response was a shrug of the shoulders. The tables were sticky of course so many flies will come.

It's always dirty and the employees are listless.

At 10 a.m. I wanted to get breakfast, but there was a truck parked across the parking lot and three McDonald's cars next to it. So I put myself in first place among the pick-ups. You are not allowed to park your bike here, otherwise you will be banned from entering the building. This is justified by the “feel-good atmosphere” of the terrace. Turned potatoes dry, cold, crushed, completely without salt. Instead of a double Big Mac, they brought a standard one. Fortunately, they made a new one without any problems. The restaurant doesn't even look busy to get lost in a hurry.

It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant like this, but the employees in Tölz thought that things could get even worse, like at BurgerKing. Impersonal, cold, uninviting.

A normal McDonalds, nothing more and nothing less...

Unfortunately, I think a lot has changed over the years. The shop itself, the people. I used to like coming here to drink a cafe or have breakfast. Now it's boring. The ordering machines are easy to use, but I personally still find it nicer. everything has seemed...different...not so comfortable anymore. It's a shame actually

20 minute wait at MC Drive. Last but not least, we received the complete order without the 5 sauces/ketchup we ordered, which of course we didn't check immediately.

Friendly employees and competent advice

Stopped by during a road trip for breakfast. This McDonald's has everything: ordering screens, quick preparation, outlets if you want to charge your phone, it is comfortable, and everything is clean. It is the classiest I have ever been to (there are even real flowers in vases on the tables). Either it is rather new or very well managed, but still it is the best that you could expect from a McDonald's.

Sorry, but the fish sandwich is a joke

The food was delicious, my stomach hurt and I wanted to vomit, but overall it was a good restaurant! Only the machines don’t give receipts! I waited about 20 minutes until they gave me a check for payment, they told me to go to someone in charge and ask for a new check.

As always and everywhere - you can rely on it. Very well-kept fast food restaurant with friendly staff. Often the fries at McDonald's don't taste very fresh to me... It's different here

The last time I rated here I could still give it 3 stars. Deduction back then left a lot to be desired because of cleanliness and the constant missing things when you ordered from MC Drive. The taste was still good back then. Now let's get to the update: ● There is a terrible smell of car exhaust and smoke in front of the entrance, so you either start running when you go out or run in. ● Tables are dirty and rarely clean. ● The floor on the toilet sticks terribly, there is a strong smell and the cleanliness is often not there ● Food lukewarm, drink tastes indefinable and not remotely like a Cola Zero, more like water with a musty taste. Not drinkable. With the burger, the salad is anything but fresh (and that's probably the case with all the ingredients there), the sauce and the meat in it feel careless and tasteless, thrown into the paper box from 2 meters away. Dishes are getting smaller and smaller, less meat is still being used, but it's nice to get double the money by setting the prices to nirvana. ● Staff unfriendly, hardly respond to complaints at all, if they even understand you. You don't have to know the local language and understand what someone is asking. ● If that's not enough, you'll probably have to deal with stomach and stomach problems at home afterwards. MD Autos und MD Körbe blockieren fast alle Parkplätze. Auch ein E Auto Ladeplatz wurde von einem MD Auto blockiert. Der Bitte um Freigabe dieses Parkplatzes wurde nur widerwillig gefolgt.

Leider ein unfreundlicher Mc Donald. Kunden scheinen hier das Personal zu stören. Hier habe ich mich nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Zum 2ten mal echte Nuggets statt Plantbased bekommen. Als das Personal darauf angesprochen wurde, wurde dieses unhöflich

Eigentlich mag ich den meist doch sehr hohen Standard bei MC Donalds. Hier ist das leider etwas abweichend. Die MC Plant Nuggets waren wahrscheinlich zu lang Frittiert. Curlys nur kleine Stücke. Rest aus der Tüte? Und es war dreckig, nicht die Tische aber der Boden.

Okropnie zła obsługa. Zamówienia inne niż składane. Skandal.

Ein sehr kleines McDonald's. Irgendwie haben sie uns mit dem Tischservice veräppelt. Aber ansonsten alles okay.

Sehr nettes Personal. Wollte ein Spielzeug tauschen, habe aber stattdessen einfach noch eins bekommen für mein Kind. Eine tolle Geste

Die dame, die mir heute mein Essen geliefert hat, verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung! Extrem nett, extrem engagiert und fühlt sich verantwortlich für die Firma, die sie vertritt. Sowas findet man heutzutage sehr selten! Sowas muss entlohnt werden! Da können sich die anderen Mitarbeiter ne Scheibe abschneiden.

Meine Kinder wolllten zu MC, so musdte ich nicht selber Kochen

Bester Milchshake mit Karamell den ich je von MEcces hatte. Anders als viele Anderen erst der Shake und dann Karamell rein, hatte bis zum Schluss das Karamell bei jedem Schluck.

Die Location zu empfehlen. Service war sehr gut. Wir haben bei der Bestellung falschen Knopf gedrückt und McFlury mit saurem Geschmack bekommen. Die Bedienung hat es ohne Probleme kostenneutral ausgetauscht. Am sonsten sind wir mit allem sehr zufrieden

Bacon net da, Big Mac schmeckt nicht gut und ein Freund der Milschshake hatte wurde fast um den Strohhalm betrogen und ein Freund die Fanta war nicht voll und ich dachte 2 Euro Pfand sind dann Plastik Flasche und draußen saßen komische Menschen und Hill Climb Racing Bildschirm geht nicht und die Wasserhähne sind ganz großer Quatsch da wird man einfach Nass weil Wasser kommt horizontal und ja, nur 3 Strrne, ok?

Trotz Großbestellung ging es überraschend schnell, Eingang vorn - Parkplatz hinten, etwas umständlich.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und der Mc Café war lecker. Aber an der Sauberkeit muss dringend etwas geändert werden. Die Toiletten sind schon um 0900 h der schmutzig und stinken🤢. Der ganze Boden ist wie klebrig.

Essen gut, Personal in Ordnung, aber Tische dreckig und Boden überall klebrig. Dafür war die Bestellung vollständig und das ist mittlerweile ja auch eine Seltenheit, wenn man mehr wie einen Burger bestellt.

Personen am drive in Schalter teilweise sehr unfreundlich und schwer zu verstehen. Nuggets waren bei mir zum 2. Mal frittiert. Waren daher sehr trocken und nicht gerade lecker

Per App bestellt und bezahlt, am DriveIn abgeholt. UND: Bestellung auf Anhieb vollständig. Qualität McDonald's typisch wie es sein muss. SUPER: Sind die Öffnungszeiten, für den spontanen Mitternachtsimbiss.

In meiner Bestellung habe ich den Tisch service ausgewählt, habe mich in den 1 stock mit dem Tischaufsteller hingesetzt und gewartet.Nach etwa 10 bis 15 min habe ich mich gefragt wo mein Essen bleibt bin darauf nach unten gegangek wo mein Essen kalt an der Ausgabe stand, bei welcher ich sofort mit meinem kalten Essen weggeschickt worden bin .

Habe mir was bestellt zum liefern um 22:23 Uhr erhalten habe ich es um 01:21 Uhr Telefonisch versucht da ist erst jemand um ca. 0:19 Uhr jemand rangegangen 🤬😠😡😠 und dann kamm das essen auch noch kalt an 🤬😠😡😠🤬

Eher einer der schlechteren McDonald's. Personal unmotiviert...wir mussten auf einen Kaffee über 10 min warten...obwohl wenig Gäste da waren.

Die Speisen haben an Qualität sehr nachgelassen. Einfach lieblos in die Schachtel geschmissen. Hätte man eigentlich fotografieren müssen. Ich hatte einen Big Chili Cheese Burger als Menü für 10,29 € Das ist schon ne Hausnummer!! Sah auf dem Bild super aus, das wars dann aber schon 😢 Das Mc Rib Menü meiner Frau war nicht wirklich besser.... Der Mann der mich bedient hat war nicht gerade gut drauf. Scheint der Schichtleiter gewesen zu sein. Da kannst du auch ins Jailhouse gehen und bekommst für 20 Euro was besseres Fazit : Wir kommen nicht wieder 😔

I've visited this MacDonalds a few times over the years and it's always been kind of; Meh! if the truth be told......it's a MacDonalds after all.....always pretty much of a muchness. This evening's visit however was something else. Flies everywhere, cold fries, and a burger which looked like it had been scraped off the floor! Topped off with a manageress who practically threw the "food" at me without saying a word.
