Burger King in Bad Bramstedt

In the meantime, this BK stands out clearly from the one in NMS, even the burgers looked really good visually, that's probably because there wasn't much going on at the time, but roundabout we were thrilled that things were going better than usual. I can't say anything about the ambience because we use the drive-in and eat in the parking lot or at home.

Everything has been fine since the reopening.

In my opinion one of the few decent burger king restaurants. Burgers are as they should be and the employees are nice. Inside is also cozy

Unfortunately it takes too long until you get your food

Well, I'm not a typical Burger King eater, but the milkshake contains sugar and is unfortunately addictive. Staff always super nice and accommodating. Ambiance for my age (53) is no longer just too loud. Sometimes I eat a burger or it has to be a shake.

I was mostly happy and things were better in other industries

As you know, everything is quick and easy...Service employees seem stressed and listless. You almost feel patient. But if you want to eat something quickly, it's fine.

Everything was perfect, the goods were as ordered, the burger was hot, the fries were crispy.

One of the best citizens of King I know. Citizens are always freshened up, which of course means you have to wait a few minutes... the branch is also very well maintained and clean.

I waited right at the counter for about ten minutes. It was not possible to order anything as I was completely ignored by the staff. I wasn't even looked at. That's not how you treat customers. A brief information that it would still take a while or something similar would have been enough for me. Not like that, dear Burger King team! I'll spend my money elsewhere :-)

Once again at home we noticed that a citizen was missing. Not checked once and then again. This has happened very often. Method? In the future I will probably have to unpack the bag at the counter and check it or, best of all, not go there at all and do something good for the environment by avoiding waste.

Pure chaos in this store, I waited more than 15 minutes for my food, there wasn't even an apology. My brother waited longer but got a free fries. A little later, more and more guests came and the numbers on the display rose and rose. A real crowd of people has formed in front of the counter. The bad thing is that staff cuts are being made and customers have to wait longer.

The burgers were average but the onion rings were absolutely delicious. But all in all it was relatively expensive because one of the burgers wasn't a promotional product. Next time just King of the Month.

Clean and tidy. We ate outside on the terrace. Service was smooth and good.

The employees there are always very friendly. Unfortunately it is a bit unclean at times (including the tables and the floor), but this could definitely be improved. Longer opening times would also be desirable.

The really “last” visit to this fast food branch. It's gotten worse and worse in recent years. How do you get the cheese on a “freshly” ordered burger to stop melting? Why do they only serve almost cold burgers here? Even if I say when ordering that I want hot burgers, it doesn't work. Sorry, but it's no longer worth it to me to spend these very rare visits here. Just a tip on the side: Just ask the branch in NMS (the one on the corner near Dodenhof-Möbel Brügge) how the employees manage to ensure that the customer can enjoy the food they have ordered hot. An animal ran over my burger for three days I have had a stomach ache and more, the store should be closed!

Der einzige Burgerking, den ich kenne, in dem Hunde verboten sind. Über das Essen kann ich nichts sagen, wir sind dann woanders eingekehrt.

Leider sind beide Seifenspender auf der Toilette leer bzw defekt. Anstelle dessen wurde immerhin ein Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett, leider aber auch etwas verwirrt. Falsche Produkte haben wir bekommen. Die Burger waren eben Kings…

...wenn ich zu Burger King fahr erwarte ich keine Krabbenleber ...war so wie meistens .Der Mann am Schalter war nett und aufmerksam .

Ambiente-wie gewöhnlich aber Sauberkeit lässt dort echt zu jeder Jahreszeit und Uhrzeit zu wünschen übrig. Ständig wechselnde Mitarbeiter mit spürbar sinkender Motivation, Schnelligkeit (hallo,definiere fastfood) und irgendwie schaffen sie es nicht ein einziges mal die paybackkarte richtig zu scannen. Auf dem BigKing XXL fehlt das XXL UND die Zwiebeln (guckt auch mal einer ins "Rezept"?????) BurgerKing Pommes waren immer DIE pommes für uns, diese Filiale ändert die komplette Einstellung zum Unternehmen an sich Vllt sieht man das auch nur so, wenn man höchstens 3-4x im Jahr in BK Fillialen einkehrt. Aber die Qualität ist sowohl in Berlin, Hamburg in diversen Fillialen, München, Wört a.d.Isar usw um Längen besser. Müsst ihr wissen....

Viel zu laute Musik!!!! Handtrockner defekt. Essen ging könnte aber heißer sein

Es ist funktional, aber Qualität sieht anders aus. Geschirr Rückgabe war voll, Essen nur lauwarm.

Immer voll über fehlt Personal ansonsten sehr nett es Personal. Dauert aber daher immer lange.

Ist halt Burgerking, geschmacklich ändert sich da meiner Erfahrung nicht viel. :D Aber das Essen war heiß, alle Kollegen des Ladens sind freundlich und die Bestellungen werden zügig bearbeitet. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne hin.

Ich finde , dass Essen hat total nach gelassen . Gerade die King Nuggets sind in letzter Zeit eine Zumutung. Entweder total trocken oder zu lange in der Fritteuse gewesen . Hatte das nun schon 4 mal .Echt schade 😞

Wirkt sauber. Essen geht so. Kurze Wartezeit. Ist halt nur Fast Food. Sollte man nicht viel erwarten.

Die Qualität des Essens war gut. Der Mitarbeiter ist freundlich und gut Sie können Ihr eigenes Menü zubereiten. Oder Sie fordern es direkt beim Mitarbeiter an Das Ambiente ist gut Ja gerne wieder 👍🏻✌🏻

War alles sauber, bis auf dem Tisch neben uns. Auch die Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Die Chili-Cheeseburger sind scharf und lecker.

Ich habe ein king smart menu bestellt und noch 5 Cheeseburger bestellt und die Verkäuferin sagte: welches getrink? Ich: Fanta Verkäuferin: welche Soße? Ich: Ketchup natürlich ich bekam die Bestellung und war auf dem Weg zu Hause ich habe es mit meiner Familie geteilt ich hab den Ketchup Gesucht und habe den nicht gefunden.

Nettes Team, heisses und frisches Essen.

Ein Burger King wie viele, da braucht man glaube ich nicht wirklich was zu schreiben. Das Perspnal war sehr freundlich, der Laden soweit sauber, nicht unbedingt riesig, aber ich denke dass ist an dem Standort auch gar nicht nötig. Nach wie vor habe ich aber die Papierstrohhalme zum Milch Shake zu bemängeln, man kann da so einen dickflüssigen Shake eigentlich nicht draus trinken, vielleicht macht man sich da nochmal Gedanken zu.

Früher war dieser BurgerKing das langsamste Schnellrestaurant Norddeutschlands. Das hat sich geändert, auch der Service ist deutlich freundlicher (und eben auch schneller) geworden. Jetzt hat auch BK diese grauenhaften SB-Terminals. Aber: man muss sie nicht nutzen sondern kann auch direkt wie gewohnt am Tresen bestellen, sehr schön. Das Essen ist eben wie es bei BK so ist aber vielleicht könnte man mal öfter auch die Tische mal abwischen und auch die Tablettwagen sind häufiger üppig gefüllt. Ansonsten: is(s)t okay, und vier Sterne sind angemessen.

Burger Fleisch war bisschen angebrannt hat bei mir die Hälfte vergessen musste extra nochmal hingegen um zu fragen wo meine anderen Burger sind

Es ist eben ein normaler Burgerladen aus der Kategorie Konzern. Eigentlich gibt es grundsätzlich keinen Grund überhaupt hier her zu kommen, aber dann und wann ergibt es sich eben. Hier sind die Speisen im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants dieser Klasse sogar recht frisch und warm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hier kann man einen Richt lockeren netten Abend verbringen, richtig toll und macht Spaß. Es hat Spaß gemacht

Ganz schlechter laden!!!! Hab in HENSTEDT-ULZBURG BURGER KING GEARBEITET hate ein aufhebugs Vertrag für ein halbes Jahr.... Wurde einfach nicht mehr angenommen!! Frechheit und war allerdings heute gegen 14:45 in bad Bramstedt burger King und wolte mich für ein vollzeit job bewerben... Sie hat es direkt abgelegt.... Aber an der Scheibe steht GROß!!! WIR SUCHEN MITARBEITER FÜR KASSE UND KÜCHE!!! UND IM INTERNET steht es auch

Wir waren in der Region unterwegs, als wir hunger bekamen suchten wir den Burger King in Bad Bramstedt auf. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf Änderungen bei der Bestellung wurde eingegangen. Das Essen, wir hatten mit Coupons 2 x die King Box für je 4,99,- Eu. und ein mal 3 Burger nach Wahl als Menü für 8,39,- Eu. alles sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für das Essen und die Getränke ist sehr gut. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen den Burger King in Bad Bramstedt klar weiter.
