Ordering food via the app is easy. Special requests are accommodated immediately. The croques are fresh, generously topped, and quite filling. Upon pickup, you're greeted with a smile and even get a chat with the chef. I definitely recommend it!

Very friendly staff, the food was prepared relatively quickly and was delicious. Only the seating along the wall could be a bit more comfortable.

Very nice shop, I can only personally judge the croque feta cheese, which is really good. Compared to the competition, it's indescribable 😁 However, sometimes special requests aren't taken into account, but what can you do? We're only human.

If the customer has a complaint that was due to a misunderstanding, calling the store (if you can read has an advantage) is a big step. Of course, adding twice when paying (because it would be so rude) is a far cry from customer service.

Extremely delicious. Ordered and picked up for the first time. It was ready on the dot, we pre-ordered in the afternoon. Everything was exactly as ordered and very tasty. There are plenty of croques and wraps, everything tastes fresh and good. The sauce was specially bottled. It would be nice if the sauce was labeled because we had garlic and garlic++ and one was white, one was reddish and both tasted good like garlic. :) Since both were garlic, that's okay, but next time it would be good to know whether you want ++ again or normal. 😊 But that's the only criticism. You get super full from a croque or my friend from his wrap and then ate his croque the next day. At other stores he easily eats his 2 croques. So that shows how well proven it is. The atmosphere in the store is very nice and cozy, and eating on site is definitely great too. Depending on the time, there is parking right in front of the door. Around 6 p.m. it was easy, I think it's busy in the afternoon, but Rewe is opposite where you can also park for a short time. So everything was great, we will order again.

Unfortunately, the first experience with Croque Paris was negative. Everything didn't seem well coordinated. The first visit was very close to the store opening. However, everyone deserves a second chance. Since this opportunity, everything has been going great. The food is great, the staff are friendly and if you have any special requests, they are taken into account. Clear recommendation!

Very friendly staff (service) and pleasant interior design (ambience). The prices are also reasonable. Croques and sauces are rather average in my opinion and I would rate this 3.5 out of 5 stars. I've had significantly better ones, but also significantly worse ones. Overall, just under 4 out of 5 stars.

Clean, friendly, punctual and most importantly the food is always fresh and tasty.

We went there again yesterday after a very long time, the shop is very well maintained and clean. We sat down on site and, despite the stress of many orders, we received a very friendly welcome and loving advice. The croques are richly topped with fresh ingredients, the homemade sauces are very tasty and you will be more than satisfied :) Very wide variety so that every wish is available. You can see the love for the store and the service. All in all, a top store that we would like to visit more often from now on. We wish the team a happy new year

I once saw that there was a croque shop while driving past and I was so curious about the outside that I spontaneously went in there. That was definitely the right decision. I haven't eaten such a delicious croque in a long time. You have definitely gained a regular customer. What also made me positive were the prices. What you get for this price is more than correct. Thank you for the effort you put into your work. You can tell the employees really enjoy doing it there. I would love to come back

For me, a croque is mainly about the bread and the sauces, as well as the quality of the ingredients. If creativity and love are added to that, then it is perfect. You can get all of it right here. No matter whether you are a vegetarian, a meat fan or have an extra-vacant taste. A lot is recommended and you should also dare to try out the delicious creativity. It's worth it!!! Guys, thank you very much for the great Christmas croque with duck breast, it was once again very tasty, like your other special croques. I'm very happy that there is finally a great croque shop in BB and that you also conjure up other things, like wraps or delicious salads. We ordered here for the first time today and picked up the croques. The food was generally delicious, but there were a few errors that were still calculated 1. 2 glasses of sauce were ordered extra for €3.20, charged for, but not packed 2. One of the croques was ordered without cheese, but there was cheese on it (regarding the answer - I still have the confirmation email here - cheese was not selected :-) ) 3. One of the croques was ordered in 34cm, we received all of them in 27cm, but of course the larger version was still calculated for one of them. In the end, we were unfaithful once because of the competition's opening times, it won't happen to us again...

I've been there several times and bought a croque there either eating it there or taking it with me. Every now and then there is a new croque topping that customers request. The Croque's are very tasty and can be bought in different sizes. I love it so I go there often. The boss is also very nice and is happy to give recommendations when there is something new, great service. Prices are also absolutely okay 👍😌🥖

A very diverse offering at fair prices

We got food there for the first time today. The croques were both tasty and plentiful, the sauces were also very good. We stopped spontaneously and hadn't pre-ordered. Luckily there wasn't much going on, but I found the waiting time of over 20 minutes borderline but still ok. What I didn't like is that regular guests and/or friends are given priority. If someone orders after us and our food is prepared after theirs, it doesn't leave a good impression. And we had no special requests. Furthermore, some advice wouldn't have been bad. For example, whether it can be a certain bread or a certain sauce and if you notice that the customer has to search on the menu first, then you would be happy to help him.

We were in Bad Bramstedt quite by chance, and since we don't have a Croque shop nearby in our hometown, I have to try it out again and again on such occasions Croque Salami and the double Lottchen, each with chili sauce, were ordered and were very tasty. The ingredients are fresh, plenty of toppings, the dip is really good. The young waitress was very friendly. The only criticism: the croque could have stayed in the oven for maybe 3 or 4 minutes longer, then it would have been a little crispier. But these are luxury problems. If we end up in the area again, we'll come back.

Here you “always” meet friendly staff and we can only recommend the croques. I've already tried at least half the menu myself. Be sure to check out the “special sauce”, it’s to die for.
