Fries cold no salt everyone is rude to me

We each had a good-tasting breakfast burger and a delicious latte macchiato, for which I received 4 containers of coffee cream for free upon request. The service was friendly, the interior was clean and tidy and everything was attractively designed. The restaurant is air-conditioned and child-friendly. For me this is usual McDonald's quality. I always enjoy coming back.

We bought McFlurry here last night and the cup was half empty. Lately there is almost as much in the large cup as in the small one.

Went to the bathroom for literally 60 seconds and they threw my food away.

Fries were definitely on point. Had Greek salt on them very well cooked.

Leider hat zum wiederholten Mal bei der Bestellung am Mc Drive etwas in der Tüte gefehlt. Dazu kalte Pommes und der Burger auch in die Verpackung rein geschmissen. Leider schon das zweite Mal in den letzten Wochen enttäucht worden.

Terrible. The burgers are missing ingredients, the fries are ancient and the manager probably came straight from kindergarten.

So that was the most disgusting meal ever. To charge 40€ for food for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), half of which is cold, the other half riddled with the employees' hair. Incredible. I've never been so disappointed. The order really wasn't large and even then several items were forgotten. I am more than disappointed and will not eat here again and cannot recommend this to anyone. If there were 0 stars to give, I would give 0. Very unfortunate.

Where is the best place to start? The employee at the mc drive doesn't understand the code even after the third attempt and accuses me of speaking unclearly. When I got to the window I asked for curly fries. But yikes we don't have any more. After taking the order we were kept waiting for 10 minutes even though we were the only customers. In addition, the cashier treated us as if we were disabled. While we were waiting, small children also insulted us. After the food finally arrived, the nuggets were way too hot and the fries were way too cold. Now to the main part. The Chickeburger was by far the most horrible thing I have eaten in my entire life. Afterwards I had to throw up. Pure horror

We visited a McDonald's restaurant that follows the modern trend of automated food ordering, where customers can choose between ordering through digital terminals or traditionally at the cashier. The restaurant is spacious and designed in a contemporary style, typical for most locations of this chain. We were a group of four and chose two McWraps, one with Caesar sauce and the other with sweet chili sauce. When we received our wrapped orders, it was not apparent which wrap was which from the outside. After unwrapping, we discovered that both contained mayonnaise, which was a surprise since one was supposed to contain only sweet chili sauce. Despite the incorrect preparation of the order, two members of our group swapped their meals with each other as we did not want to waste food. As for the taste, McDonald's does not vary much from location to location, so the flavors of the dishes were recognizable and consistent with expectations for this fast-food chain. For drinks, we noticed a new practice of not offering lids and straws, which can be challenging, especially when the glass is full. The restaurant is open until midnight, which is definitely a plus for late visits. However, we were bothered by the carelessness of the staff in preparing orders, which could be improved for a better customer experience. Overall, we could say that visiting McDonald's was a mixed experience where modernization meets traditional flavors, but the details in preparation need more attention.

The fries were old, cold and hard. The chicken nuggets were totally cold and my child's toys were also forgotten. The drinks weren't even half full and disgusting 😕 Totally disappointing and not recommended

This location is crooked. Ruhrei: There is two pieces of bacon in the image; you are given one piece broken in half. The meal is supposed to come with butter for the English muffins. This is something the McDonald's near Kaiserslautern and Ramstein both provide, yet this location wants you pay 0.50€, which is half the price for half a stick of butter, in some cases. The food tastes good, it was cooked well enough, but that of which I've mentioned above is absolutely pitiful. I don't recommend McDonald's. Make your own food, people.

Unfortunately, once again not everything that was ordered was in the bag. Bought food for 40 euros at mcdrive. When I got home I noticed that a chicken cheese box was missing. Something is often missing when I shop at mcdrive.... I can't disassemble the entire order in the car every time just to check whether you haven't forgotten anything. I don't even say anything about little things like sauce or what's served. But last time a mcrib was missing. This time a chicken cheese box. Sad. 🧐

We always enjoy coming here. The food and ambience are good and if something isn't warm enough (this has happened once so far), you get a replacement straight away if you complain. Only the service could be better. If you have to clean the tables yourself in order to eat there comfortably, it's not so nice. Of course, these will also be cleaned by the service staff upon request, but it would be more pleasant if it happened automatically. Still worth recommending and we would be happy to come back. Definitely one of the cozy McDonald's restaurants.

Sundays in Baumholder. Hardly anything going on. 1 order terminal defective. On the 2nd the paper band was missing. I ordered and only noticed after completing the order that there was no note. Since I wanted to pay in cash, I had to go to the checkout anyway. 2 employees were walking around the store without a plan. Tip from me, if you don't feel like serving customers, at least clean the tables! After about 5 minutes I was finally served. I pointed out the missing piece of paper. But this was skillfully ignored by the employee who didn't speak German. A colleague then helped to find my order in the system. 11, 48. I paid with coins. 11.50. And I immediately heard that money was missing! Please what? Of course he had already sorted the money into the cash register. Another colleague came and said he was missing money. Um, no, I still get money. She then had to tell him how much change I still got. Lord God! Well....food came....fries cold....burgers only lukewarm. We don't go to fast food restaurants often. And this experience contributes to the fact that it will be even rarer in the future!

ridiculous and so bad the service. You come there with your family, there's nothing going on either way, you order your food at the terminal and after 25 minutes there's still nothing. When I asked, the only answer given was that my order had probably been deleted. I got my money back and was definitely the last time I went to McDonalds. The staff in Baumholder can be completely forgotten 95% of the time, no decency, unfriendly, the pants sit at half past seven so that half of the underwear shows out and to make matters worse, some employees would be in order to have a shower. Long beard, smells of sweat like a wet fox. What a pity....

It was a really clean McDonalds, the food was freshly prepared, the staff was extremely friendly.

Active advice center for personnel issues. We were able to be part of the meeting today. Thanks to the stimulating conversations at the next table between employees and their clientele, we now know who is “no good” and which Jockel is doing his job right. Entertainment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m writing in case you want to work here. I worked there for 4/5 months. This is the most stressful McD I have ever seen in germany. Employees are basically working like slaves and asked to work with the speed of light. No other McD employees work as stressed as here. Franchise manager was actually okay, foreigners workers are super nice, I will never forget their kindness (africans coworkers and daily manager), however the others treated me bad, yelled at me, gossiped around and greedy either for leftover foods or tips/trinkgeld that customers gave to me directly. Leftover foods were never shared equally and practically owned by the fat ladies in the kitchen only. They have never shared any of tips/Trinkgeld with me. They often put me in the customer-facing parts, I assume they realize customers were often pitying me and earned so much tips. So please, customers if you ever want to give tip to a certain employee, think twice of who is going to receive them in the end. My suggestion would be not giving any.

Doesn't taste good, food is cold

Even though it wasn't particularly busy there can be long waiting times. At home I noticed that a burger was missing from my large order. Something like that is doubly annoying.

Das schmutzigste McDonalds das ich je gesehen hab. Offene Milchpackungen , der Boden dreckig und voller Müll im küchenbereich. Unfreundlichen Personal. Das war der letzte Besuch!

!NACHTRAG! Seit dem letzten Besuch...war ich 3x hier... Und überraschenderweise alle 3 Male Positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Personal wurde geändert. Bestellungen waren komplett...Nichts fehlte, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch hilfsbereit. Bei viel Betrieb trotzdem zeitnahe Bestellung Ausgabe. Sauberkeit ebenfalls gebessert. Kann mich nicht beschweren... deshalb von ⭐⭐ Auf ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Top, weiter so!😉👍🏻 -------------------------------------------------- Ursprüngliche Bewertung mit wenigeren Sternen: -------------------------------------------------- Nach sehr langer Zeit, ca. 2 Jahren und damals nach negativen Erfahrungen, habe ich mich überwindet diesem Restaurant eine 2.Chance zu geben. Mit der Hoffnung, dass sich nach 2 Jahren einiges doch zum positiven geändert haben könnte. Damals, schlechte Organisation, fehlende Bestellungen, kaltes Essen, lange Wartezeiten, aber nettes Personal. Ambiente modern und schön. Sauberkeit geht so. War an einem Tag unter der Woche gegen 15 Uhr dort mit meinen Kids essen. Neben uns und einem Pärchen, war im Innenbereich so gut wie kein Kunde mehr anwesend. Meine Bestellung wollte ich vorerst am Automaten tätigen. Zu meiner Bestellung habe ich Gutscheine aus der App eingegeben nur eines funktionierte nicht, obwohl es noch nie eingelöst wurde, aber noch gültig und in der App einzusehen war. Daraufhin fragten wir beim Personal nach Hilfe....ein sehr junger netter Mitarbeiter war so freundlich und rief die Filialleiterin, diese war Anfangs etwas genervt, da sie gleichzeitig am MC Drive zuständig war. Aber danach recht freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte mir weitergeholfen. Gutschein und Bestellung wurden dann an der Kasse angekommen und verarbeitet. Ca. 8 Minuten später wurde unsere Bestellung von einer netten und freundlichen Bedienung am Tisch gebracht mit der Anmerkung, dass falls was fehlen sollte, wir ruhig zum Tresen kommen und bescheid sagen könnten. Und siehe da, es fehlten alle Soßen und die Getränke. Am Tresen danach nachgefragt und recht schnell ausgehändigt.👍🏻 Während dem Essen, bemerkten wir, dass die Soßen für uns drei nicht ausreichend waren, deshalb bestellte ich am Tresen 3 weitere Soßen. Wohl gemerkt, alleinige Kundin inklusive dem Pärchen im Innenbereich und 2-3 Autos am MC Drive. An der Kasse die Soßen bezahlt, bekam aber ernsthaft nach fast 3 Min. warten, von einer Mitarbeiterin die sichtlich davon genervt war, am Ausgabe Tresen, die 3 Soßen ausgehändigt. Der Kassierer konnte nicht, da er NUR für die Kasse zuständig war! (Er stand einfach da, hinter der Kasse und hatte nichts zu tun) 🤦🏻‍♀️ Zurück am Tisch.... meine Kids hatten in der Zeit schön aufgegessen...ich konnte mein Essen fast kalt essen und die Soßen konnte ich mir eigentlich ersparen, kamen direkt mit nach Hause! Außerdem konnte ich im gesamten Aufenthalt mitbekommen, dass das Pärchen, die offensichtlich im Innenbereich essen wollten, in ihrer Bestellung ebenfalls Dinge vergessen wurden. Die Frau musste 3x am Tresen nach den vergessenen Bestellungen nachfragen,.... Personal war genervt und ignorierte die Frau, jaja kommt gleich, hieß es. Sehr lange haben die zwei gewartet...bis Mann und Frau, alles stehen und liegen gelassen haben und sehr sauer und unzufrieden, das Restaurant verlassen haben. 🥺 Im großen und ganzen.....sehr schade, dass sich in 2 Jahren nichts geändert hat....da hätte sich in dieser Zeit, seeeehr viel ins positive ändern können. Immerhin war ein kleiner Teil des Personals nett und freundlich! Sehr traurige Geschichte!

Ordentlich Bestellung am Automaten möglich

ehrlich gesagt schwankt der Service und das Essen hier gewaltig von Tag zu Tag.

Das essen ist gut aber es dauert einfach immer viel zu lange und sieht aus als hätte jemand den Burger in die Verpackung reingeworfen. Und 30 Minuten auf sein essen zu warten wäre in nem normalen Restaurant okay aber hier zeigt es das die Belegschaft scheinbar unterbesetzt ist.

Nettes und freundliches Personal. Der Store ist sehr sauber, egal wenn man dort Essen geht. Macht weiter so 😉

Früher war ich ständig bei Megges...lol...Heute eher selten!.....Qualität ist wie immer....nur die Preise...in Zeiten der Inflation...für mich zu hoch....

Tables outside were not cleaned up and messy, the cart for the return trays were full and nowhere to return it. For me, all could have needed more attention on the restaurant itself, to keep it clean, not only on giving out food

Von 4 Bestellterminals sind 2 seit Wochen defekt, am dritten fehlt der Kartenleser. Bestellung prompt zum Tisch geliefert, 1 Portion Pommes fehlte, was beanstandet wurde. Die fehlende Pommes wurde dann zum Nachbartisch gebracht, Erneut beschwert, Pommes kam dann, bis dahin waren die Burger kalt. Seit Umbau und seit das alte Personal ausgetauscht wurde ging es nur noch bergab!

Hallo liebe Leser. Ich bin an sich top zu Frieden mit dem MC Donalds Baumholder. Jedoch muss ich mich bei dem Personal beschweren. Die eine Mitarbeiterin war schon an der Kasse total unfreundlich und als Sie dann das Essen zu uns gebracht hat. Schmiss Sie das Tablett auf den Tisch und sagte weder guten Appetit. Einfach unfreundlich! Als ich dann zur der Dame hinging und sie um ihren Namen fragte, weil ich mich beschweren wollte. Gab sie mir den nicht direkt. Danach kam die schichtführerin und sie fragte zwar um was es geht aber es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch konnte man die Sache normal klären. Ich muss aber sagen dass die Küche immer gut ist und an sich die Mitarbeiter immer nett zu mir waren aber diese Frau und die Schichtführerin waren total unfreundlich.

Das Team heute kann man vergessen. 30 min auf Nuggets gewartet dann waren sie total hart und ungenießbar. War nicht die einzige die dich beschwert hat.

Ganz schön lange Wartezeit am MC Drive. Bestellung im Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bestellmonitor zeigt nicht alles auf was angeboten ist.

Jedesmal wird irgendwas vergessen wenn wir im mcdrive oder per App bestellen. Aber wirklich jedesmal...Mal Pommes, oder burger oder der Ketchup...auch Spielzeug für den kleinen wurde schon vergessen....man muss immer kontrollieren. Nervt ultra!

Ein McDonald's wie jeder andere. Einzig hervorzuheben ist, dass hier, wohlgemerkt Sonntag morgens, Cypress Hill gespielt wurde 👍

Freundliches Personal, an der Sauberkeit der Tische kann noch gearbeitet werden, obwohl vor Ort im Restaurant gegessen wurde waren die Speisen (Mac Rib) so hergerichtet das man diese nicht angreifen konnte die Verpackung voll mit Soße Belag teilweise in der Verpackung verteilt. Da sollte man daran Arbeiten.

Naja, eigentlich liebe ich McDonald´s. Aber in dieser Filiale... Mehrfach haben in meinen Bestellungen Teile gefehlt, die ich schon bezahlt hatte. Die Milchshakemaschine ist fast immer defekt, zumindest wenn ich dort war. Das Personal ist ok. Aber es gibt hier viel Luft nach oben!

Ansich ganz gut, vorallem da recht übersichtlich und mittlerweile sehr modern und der einzige McDonalds im Umkreis von ca. 20km. Leider fehlen aber so gut wie immer Dinge auf der Speisekarte, die einfach nicht verfügbar sind. Ebenso ist die Eismaschine zu 90% defekt, nur für ein Eis lohnt sich der Weg also keinesfalls. Ansonsten ist es mal so mal so. Mal sind die Mitarbeiter nett und alles passt, mal steht man einfach vor verschlossen Türen und nur der Drive ist offen, mal läuft alles drunter und drüber. Dafür ist es nicht weit und durch die Autos die hier über den Hof fahren fühlt man sich ein wenig wie in Amerika ;-)

Für mich der sauberste MC Donalds den es in unserer Region gibt. Essen wurde sogar an den Tisch gebracht. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Essen war frisch zubereitet, ok - es war wenig los, aber mein Nurger war gut warm und die Pommes auch. Bestellte mir dann noch einen Latte, wo man diese Kaffeemandeln dazu bekommt. Weil ich diese so liebe, schenkte man mir noch ein Paar extra dazu. Kann nur positives von dort berichten.

Wir fahren ja schon lange lieber zum MC Donald in den Nachbarort.Ständig ist irgend etwas Eismaschine kaputt Burger nicht anständig belegt Pommes versalzen Tische dreckig Personal unfreundlich Bestellung stimmt nicht Es sollte sich dringend etwas ändern.Den man merkt einfach das dieser Laden nicht läuft und somit kommt man auch nicht wieder!

Wir saßen auf dem dach und dachten uns hmmm, ob wir ein chicken burger bestellen können auf DEM DACH, wir haben eine Person dort gefragt, die hat uns dann den burger geholt, und hochgeworfen, er war noch gut erhalten, schön belegt und besser als bei den anderen megges

Came I to the store today it took over 15 mins for my order. When it arrived the fries were cold. I took them to the counter and explained they were cold and the manager said it was because I ordered coffee. I am not sure why ordering coffee makes fries cold? he told my daughter to translate as he couldn’t understand then say d it’s not my fault I will get new ones. He did not say sorry or no problem just walked away. I really felt sorry for the other staff members as they were really trying to be helpful. When the crew member brought the new fries over they could not be more helpful. It seems your managers have a bit of a god complex.

My favorite at McDonald's is the Happy Meal and the McCafe. A friend and I meet at McCafe on the weekend and enjoy the coffee and tea.

Window lady spoke decent English and was patient with our large order. We should have gone in, but didn't. Food was quick and served hot. Easy on and off main road.

This is you average McDonald's restaurant. They do have some variety, though, and the drinks are good. Our kids prefer their french fries over other restaurants. I find McDonald's in general a bit overpriced.

Mein Burger bigmac war lau warm und schmeckte nicht, der Käse war eingatrocknet mit dem Brötchen, die Pommes waren lau warm und biegten sich wie Gummi. Am Salat waren braune Flecken und die Blätter zusammengefallen. Außer den kleinen Tomaten schmeckte es nicht. Not sure what else to say, its McDonald's. Nice staff and comfy place to enjoy a burger. Wifi is not quite free, but linked to your phone number. The cafe makes great lattes. We do like the seasonal menus unique to Europe.
