Best Burger King with a great team. You immediately feel welcome. Especially Mr. Layth Qader always takes care of the customers and is very attentive. Food 10/10 Everything is freshly prepared. You can tell they value their customers. I always enjoy eating here.

Since my visit to that restaurant yesterday, I've been feeling absolutely terrible. I'm completely bedridden – nauseous and constantly running to the toilet! Never again!

Food was great, but the lighting was far too bright – it was an eyesore. The "Collection" sign, in particular, was so glaring that it was difficult to read the screen behind it displaying the collection number. Completely counterproductive.

The staff is very friendly and communicative; I can recommend this restaurant to everyone.

One of the best burger king outlets I've been to. Used a 10 Euro offer coupon to get a couple of burgers, small fries and coke light. The meat was cooked extremely well, on point in the big king burger. The chilly cheese burger had liquid cheese of the exactly desirable consistency. The order was processed very fast. Ambiance was calm considering a Sunday evening. Overall one of the better outlets out there.

Actually a really nice Burger King, but on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. it was unfortunately really dirty and the dining area was not clean at all.

I ordered via UberEats. It was delicious and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as warm, but that's always the case with deliveries. I'd be happy to return!

Ordered on August 18th: The Big King XXL was very well prepared. You can tell that the store has invested in new drink dispensers, renovated, and significantly upgraded overall. The employee on the phone was very friendly, took my requests into account, and implemented everything professionally. Thank you for that – and also for the donut 😉 Overall: good quality, good service, recommended.

This is a very clean Burger King. Since I don't like ordering from vending machines, I'd like to point out that I received friendly service right at the counter. I had a voucher, and it was redeemed without any hassle.

I used to go here with my girlfriend. It's a really good Burger King. The only reason I'm deducting a star is that the drinks machine is no longer accessible, so you can't easily refill your drinks. It used to be better, but otherwise, it's great.

At first you think it would be relatively modern, but when you look at the drinks dispenser or the toilets, you see how dirty this branch is 🙈

Just awful, my shake tastes like rotten milk, I eat it cold and then the unfriendly staff 🫥 never again, I hope I don't get food poisoning

+ Fries were good, fresh, and tasty + Fast service + Staff were nice and friendly - Unfortunately, the Long Nugget Burger didn't taste particularly fresh. The nuggets were cold, which made the whole burger taste poorly balanced and not particularly tasty.

Disgusting. Worst Burger King I know! Burger covered/riddled with rancid fat. There are probably savings on cleanliness. Goes to another BK. The food here goes straight into the bin!!!

Ordered via Uber eats. The wrong burger arrived, lattice potatoes instead of fries, water instead of sprite, ketchup instead of mayo. The other order was also wrong even though the invoice on the bag was correct. Of course no one answers the phone

First of all my order was taken incorrectly they didn't give me enough change then they didn't want to talk to me when we went out the employee ran after me angrily then I found pork/bacon in my burger I don't recommend this shop!!!!

Very welcoming place given the tables outside. But to my questions the staff treated me like a fool and answered me badly. They should treat customers more kindly.

1) greasy fries; 2) no napkins in the bag; 3) a bit tight with the car (you can't park after the drive-through counter).

Overall a very clean, new store. The food actually tastes very tasty, but the price is outrageous. So far my favorite BK in Munich. Unfortunately, the boss acts like a police commissioner and goes around, rudely sending away customers who are using the wifi (despite having purchased it). The remaining guests are treated like felons with eagle eyes. I don't like coming back here.

I had to wait half an hour for my food when I asked the manager that I had been waiting for half an hour and he said “great” I would like to note that the store was not full

Ordering and delivery took over an hour, the food was lukewarm, the burgers were soggy and the cola was no longer cool, but the cola was wet and sweating, which means the driver had the stuff in the car for far too long and I'm only 5 to 7 minutes away from there, which is the absolute lowest point in terms of service and food

They offer recups. So you no longer have to use disposable cups, especially if you stay. Finally a fast food shop that has introduced this. I hope many people use it. You can save so much waste this way.

One of the better BK locations in Munich. Fairly comfortable, enough parking spaces, self-service drinks station with all kinds of soft drinks (e.g. Fanta peach, ...). There are only strong fluctuations in service. Sometimes everything goes quite quickly and you get the cups in advance so that you can get something to drink while you wait and everything is orderly. Recently I waited more than 15 minutes for a fairly simple order only to not find a single table that wasn't dirty. Of course, the guests who leave littered tables are not, strictly speaking, part of civilized human society. But the tables were not cleared for at least half an hour. This doesn't make the place any cozier.

I just had 2 whoopers with cheese at the drive in, one of them without tomatoes, a cheese burger and chili cheese nuggets. The cheese was missing from both (but I paid for it, of course!) And the chilli cheese nuggets were cold, the cheesy was a chilli cheese... so unfortunately there isn't much more that can't fit. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time at the drive in here :(

3.99 for a burger with crispy meat! Big King with 2 meat patties for 3.99😂. What kind of shop is this? From now on only Mc Donalds or Burger House in Pasing 🤘! Spezi without sugar is cherry with water mix 😂

We were there on Saturday with family and friends to complete our move. 6 adults and one child. Ordered at the terminal. Once there were no fries, the cheese patty was completely overpriced (I thought it wasn't just one) and everything was only lukewarm. It's a shame, we often had good experiences with this branch.

Compared to other Burger King’s, this is really good. They process the order fast, friendly staffs and good ambience. Perfect for a quick bite

Best Burger King employees very friendly and the food is always fresh

I have been visiting this Burger King regularly for 3 years and I noticed back then that the employees were rather dismissive. Then came the days when the boss was also present and then things got really great for a while. But recently something has been noticed again. Unfortunately today the machines no longer had any fizz and the drinks tasted rather disgusting. It can happen, but the man with the mustache only decided to offer us a can from the fridge after asking the third time. I really like the store but it's very surprising why on certain days the employees really don't make any effort at all. Although there isn't much going on, it has to be said. But of course the food is super delicious. And please leave the hot brownies in the microwave a little longer.

It was late in the evening around 11:30 p.m. Open until 1 a.m., little to no other customers in the store. Listless employee, don't need a hug or anything, but a little "friendly" communication would be okay. Ordered food via the app, so the employee didn't even have to take the order. Fries were cold, whoopers were cold, the only “fresh” and warm burger was the crispy chicken. I think it's a real shame that so little emphasis is placed on good food.

The current development of doing everything via machine (“order tablet” and self-service at the drinks machine) destroys the last touch of atmosphere. Yes, it's supposed to be a "fast-food restaurant", but there's more atmosphere in a chip shop.

The branch was recently remodeled and therefore looks modern. There are enough parking spaces, it is clean, ordering at the terminals is easy and preparation is quick. Nothing was missing so far and the staff was nice. I've also had something delivered here a few times, it's usually there in under 25 minutes and so far nothing has been missing. Even when onion rings were out, another burger was given for free as a small apology in addition to normal fries.

I give this five stars as a pure Burger King review. I compared it with the other Burger King branches in North Rhine-Westphalia. These can't keep up with this one by any stretch of the imagination. The restaurant, as well as the parking lot and the toilets, are completely clean and in order. The staff is quick and friendly. I liked the quality and freshness of the products much better than in North Rhine-Westphalia. Therefore it is five well-deserved Burger King stars.

So this is the second time I've been here and I have to say I'm thrilled. For a Burger King, this is a model restaurant. It's not disgusting, it's clean, the burgers seem fresh. The cleanliness is very noticeable. This is how it should always be!

Deliver chicken nuggets instead of chili cheese, great for vegetarians..

We were just at Burger King on Landsberger Straße. We ordered: 2 x Veggie Whopper with extra cheese (+€1.00 each), one of them as a menu. When we unpacked them at home, we held two beef Whoppers in our hands, without any cheese at all. Impudence!

Nice restaurant with air conditioning. Burgers are good. What I particularly like is the dispenser for drinks. You can refill and there are ice cubes. What's not so great are the paper straws, they dissolve. That's disgusting.

This Bürger King, I've known this shop since I was a teenager, the food was so delicious back then that we went there with friends straight after the swimming pool. I definitely miss those times, the people who know it definitely miss it too ☺️ However, I recently went out to eat again and ordered chicken nuggets with mayo and ketchup like I used to. Now I can say that it didn't taste good at all, the taste is completely different, so I'm no longer happy 😵

Ordered at the drive-thru: half of the order was missing. The fries were inedible, cold and undercooked.

First of all, after the second scandal and even before that, I noticed how Cleanliness and taste as well as waiting times at 98% of all B. branches were catastrophic. We waited until today to try it again. According to Google responses, there are no clean and good-tasting restaurants in either the Landsberg district or the Munich area... But here on Landsberger Straße. the ratings were noticeably better. And what should I say . The shop is absolutely clean Toilets clean and free Food fresh and, apart from the somewhat soft rolls, tasted really impeccable. - Everything was hot and during the meal the restaurant was cleaned immediately and car mats were cleaned. 4 stars only because the rolls were not cooked well enough, but everything was still very tasty and friendly. To be honest, we didn't believe it anymore, so if B.K. then here. Furthermore, an incredible variety of drinks including refills. Happy to come back here! Attention only applies to this B.K. Branch :-)

You can eat very well here for a fast food restaurant. Is very clean and the service is very good and nice.

I will never go to this juice shop again and I recommend that no one ever set foot there. It started with the absolutely rude, stubborn and unfriendly greeting at the drive-in counter from the little Indian woman (probably the branch manager), when she gave the numerical code for the coupons she was completely incompetent and complained the whole time that this was happening there are many numbers. Then I drove up to the counter and showed her the number codes and was insulted as to why I read the numbers instead of reading the burgers to her one by one. She then yelled at me to go away with the numerical codes. So I drove to the nearest Burger King where giving the coupons with the numbers worked perfectly.

Burger Kings aren't that different from each other, but we think this Burger King is a little better than the others and go here more often. The highlight is the drinks machine with tons of different flavors (e.g. Mezzo Mix Zero Peach). You can experiment a lot there. If you bring a USB cable you could probably charge your phone as there are power outlets everywhere. In contrast to some other Burger Kings, McDos, etc., the tables here are almost always clean and the tray drop-off is almost never overcrowded. Toilet is always okay too.

The Burger King is simply great. Today I ordered three burgers and was given a free cup by the boss, which I could then refill as much as I wanted. I was there for the first time today and didn't know anyone, but I was very surprised, better than any McDonald's I've ever been to.

Very clean and tidy place with friendly staff! There are outdoor and indoor activities for the youngest.

Hello The food is good, we are satisfied, but the manager is a real disaster, we were there yesterday with my family early around 11am, there was an arrogant and rude manager and for this reason I will NEVER EVER visit this place again, although I've been a frequent customer of Burger King since 2015 but I'll never go to this store again We don't know Burger King that much, what a shame!!!

Mei, Fast Food halt. Aber besser als McDonalds o. ä.

Rychlá usměvavá obsluha. Vše jak má být, super mega burgery a vynikající chuť. Nic dalšího není třeba dodávat. Vždy dostanu to co očekávám.

Auch bei BK ist das Sparen angesagt. Der Whopper nur noch ein Abklatsch aus vergangenen Tagen, weniger Beef, sehr trocken, weniger Sauce, merkwürdiger Geschmack. Das war es für mich BK, ich bin raus.

Das einzige Burger King wo das Essen warm und frisch ist.

Also ein im Vergleich zu vielen anderen toller Burger King. Sauber, lecker, freundlich, schön eingerichtet. Das einzige: die Pommes könnte besser sein. Und die Zwiebel Ringe etwas saftiger. Sonst alles wirklich gut!

Sehr zu empfehlen sehr sauberes Restaurant WC ist ebenso sauber freundliches Personal. Getränke All you can Drink man kann sich so oft man will Getränke am Automaten selber auffüllen. Getränkeauswahl von A-Z
