McDonald's in Rüdesheim am Rhein

The worst place 😡 everywhere you look, just dirt and unclean. Tables inside and outside piled with trash, and the staff doesn't care.

Very bad experience. My McCrispy was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. The employees were rude and initially told me this was normal instead of solving the problem. After discussion, I did get a new one, but it was cold again. The food and service were very poor.

Very clean branch. Extremely friendly staff. Super kind to children. The employees also seem to get along well with each other. The food is always hot and fresh.

Well, it's a McDonald's. I didn't exchange a word with the staff, since everything is done via PC terminals. The washrooms are clean.

Unfortunately the parking lot is too small.

I ordered something from this chip shop and, of course, didn't check the bag to see if everything was in it. As expected, only half was in, and the other half was cold or wrong. Never again at this McDonald's. It's better to drive to Wiesbaden.

The food is delicious and fresh, but in the past, there have been a few cases where orders were incorrect or incomplete, and it was especially annoying when driving home from the drive-thru. Therefore, I'm generally suspicious of whether my order will be correctly executed and prefer to eat in person, as I no longer trust the staff.

I was there today and have to say that the kitchen staff don't maintain any hygiene, everything is prepared without rubber gloves, just disgusting, you can see for yourself if you don't believe it, go there, you can look into the kitchen and then you'll see it, who knows what else they touch apart from the bread and the meat.

We waited 20 minutes on a Sunday for 3 burgers and 1 wrap! That shouldn't happen at a fast-food restaurant. Plus, a woman suddenly came to the cashier and said they were out of salad. Absolutely incompetent people who really shouldn't be working on German soil.

I've never experienced such a miserable McDonald's in my entire life. I ordered and paid, but waited over 40 minutes – and then my number was simply deleted from the screen without me receiving my food. Absolutely outrageous! This McDonald's is a disgrace and should be avoided. Even dry bread is better than what's offered here.

Twice within a very short period of time, they were unable to process orders correctly: first, they forgot my daughter's toy in the happy meal, and today they even forgot an entire menu....

Nur Auto. Not open to pedestrians. Only cars.

McDonald's Rüdesheim: Very dirty! Tables not wiped, floor covered in dirty stains, and hand paper was flying everywhere in the restrooms. Even though there were hardly any customers! It should be cleaner. Burgers only lukewarm, fries soggy!! Never again

I was there because of my colleague's order. My family and I do not consume Mc Donald's products anyway. A US organization that is unhealthy and does not respect nature.

It's pretty loud in the restaurant. It keeps beeping and no one turns it off. The ventilation is very loud because it has probably been broken for weeks.

Takes forever, make mistakes, no excuses, food cold

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in Europe. Hardly anything going on and waiting times over 30 minutes. Absolute chaos behind the counter and a system like the DFB once had. Really bad!

A McDonald's like many but always nice people.

A good option, especially on Sundays when everything is closed. You can sit well, the staff is very friendly and cleanliness is regularly ensured. The food tastes like any other McDonald's, but the large selection always allows for new variations. I came hungry and left full and satisfied. That's how it should be

Nicely decorated, the food is like any other McDonald's, but when it's a little fuller, everyone is completely overwhelmed and you wait forever, fast food restaurants are different, sorry.

Super friendly staff. Helps where she can and is super friendly. The store is tidy and clean. The shop was cleaned in the morning. I'm super satisfied. The food is super tasty and fresh. If I go to Rüdesheim again soon, I'd be happy to do so again.

The burgers were a bit dry. The interior was very clean and so were the tables. The service seemed a bit clumsy, but still very friendly.

Unprofessional behavior and incorrect opening hours. I am very disappointed with my visit (or rather the attempt to visit) to your branch. According to the opening hours stated, their restaurant should be open until 00:00. However, when I got there at 11:30 p.m. it was already closed. To clarify things, I called and was treated extremely rudely. The employee, who didn't want to give me her name, responded to my question as to why it was closed with "Do we have to give a reason or what?" “ She justified this with “We don’t have any people” and simply hung up. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers. If you have to close early, it would only be fair to communicate this in good time instead of leaving customers standing in front of the closed door. I hope that you will resolve this situation internally and ensure that something like this does not happen again.

Iz is mc donald bread foam,a lot aditive taste synthetic and expansive.No more mc donalds.It is not food !

I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's today. I found the waiting time of 25 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers to be absolutely unacceptable. I expect quick service, especially at a fast food restaurant. It would be desirable if the processes in the restaurant could be optimized to avoid such long waiting times in the future. After all, I assume that no one wants to wait that long for their food.

The store is always cold. In many places it comes out of the ventilation like pike soup. Food is ok, sometimes things are cold or something, but no worse than at other McD's.

In between, you can eat at MC Donald's.

Spicy Crispy Chicken was freshly made and hot. Topping could have been more for the price. Staff was very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It was so clean and tidy.

Unfortunately it took forever. At one point there were easily 15 people standing there to take your order. As a result, the return area is extremely full or can no longer be used.

Had a nice meal on the terrace outside. The Mac abroad always remains an experience because there are completely different things on the menu. Lovers of the 'old-fashioned' warm apple pie can indulge themselves in Germany; Here it is still on the map.

I'm reading the comments and i cant believe what people write. This MC in Rudesheim is the best in Germany. I been in at least 50+ Mc's in Germany, only in this one the food is always hot and well prepared and the employes are super friendly. 10/10 Bravo

I always enjoy going there, but lately there has been a lot of savings on the fries and netted potatoes (see picture). I think it's a real shame because I always enjoyed going there, so unfortunately only 3 stars :(

This shed is a disaster! The employees still don't understand that the ice cream is made last and not as soon as the order has been received. You order a menu and an ice cream, then they make the ice cream, just put it there, it melts and then prepare the menu and other orders. The ice has melted... so thinking a little logically would come in handy!

The lettuce was forgotten on the burger and the toppings on the burger were absolutely rancid, so that the bread was only half on the other half. No Mc Flurry were available even though they were signposted everywhere. Oh well

Food is usually cold. Quality has declined. Same cost but change in taste which is worse. Food is missing when ordered.

Waited 52 minutes for 2 Mc menus and 2 individual burgers. Order partially incorrect. Wrong burgers and a product not received at all, fries cold and unsalted. Deceived for the 3rd time. Store dirty, no cleanliness, tray shelf overflowing.

Absolute disappointment… There were 2 long dark hairs in the package of fries!! The Big Tasty Bacon Burger came without bacon and instead of the mayonnaise I ordered three times, there was ketchup.

Experience last week: breading from the MC-Crispy was rock hard, and the extra topping wasn't really taken into account, there were missing extra ingredients that were paid for, sorry, it's only fast food and that should be manageable

Ordered hamburger double royal ts twice but only got the normal one. And of course only noticed it at home. Those in the kitchen aren't even able to prepare food properly. I paid too much and got little in return.

Clean toilet enough parking spaces

Typical McDonald's experience. Food tasted as usual. It was prepared in short time as you would expect in any McD. The order machine didn't give a printout, but the staff was very understanding. Our second order took a bit more time, as there was some confusion with the previous person's order. Even though we didn't mind the waiting the employee was very apologetic and super nice to us.

Gab halt leider keinen Service, da Produkte nicht vorhanden waren, finde es ist ne Frechheit wenn man nicht das bekommt was angeboten wird und möchte! dann aktualisiert eure Internetseite damit man nicht völligst umsonst in eure Filiale fährt, ich wünschte es würde endlich eine andere Kette als mc Donald den Standpunkt übernehmen, es ist überfällig!

Für die Erlichkeit der Angestellten können wir leider nur 5 Sterne vergeben sie hätten weit mehr verdient die Geldbörse auf dem Tablett vergessen als wir es merkten fuhren wir zurück das und die Geldbörse wurde ins Büro von einer Mittabeiterin gelegt DANKE FÜR SO VIEL ERLICHKEIT !!!!

Der MC Donalds ist relativ klein Die Sauberkeit könnte ein wenig besser sein. Die Tische klebten. Das WC Dreckig. Das Personal freundlich. Erst statt Laktosefrei Normale Milch und dann statt Gläser Pappbecher. Mann wollte diese dann in Glas umschütten. Aber da war es eh schon passiert. Die Chicken Nuggets waren dann auch noch kalt. Es ging dort schon besser. Vielleicht ja beim nächsten Besuch.

Ein McDonald’s mit nettem Personal und dem üblichen Querschnitt der Besucher.

Mit der Hygiene war diese Filiale nicht gut aufgestellt, ein Menü mit 2 Cheeseburgern und Pommes bestellt, die Burger waren lauwarm und die Pommes waren mit ekligen fettigen Zwiebelringen gemischt. Nicht zu Empfehlen.

Das Essen manchmal kalt oder es fehlen Sachen. Bestelle immer online...mittlerweile halte ich immer neben an und kontrolliere...

Essen frisch zubereitet. Saubere Tische und ausreichend Parkplätze

Hat derzeit kein Frühstück, was wir sehr schade fanden.

Schöne Einrichtung.Sehr sauber .Nette Angestellte .

War früher deutlich besser in Form von Preisen, Wärme des Essens, Freundlichkeit des Personals. Es kommt mittlerweile drauf an wann man kommt leider.

Ich war mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden, das Restaurant war sauber und der Service war nett

Wer Mc Donalds mag bewertet evtl. noch besser.... ich geh nur für die Kinder dahin. Es gibt auch eine Rutsche. Sonst ist es einfach ein Mc Donalds wie jeder andere.

Mega Restaurant so schön war mc donald`s erlebnis noch nie. Immer wieder gerne. Echt einen besuch wert. Alles top. Und die Leitung ist mega nett und höflich.

Dieser Ort ist Gottes Segen und Himmel auf Erden! Der Service super duper freundlich und das Essen ist eine diliekatese! Also wirklich alles top selbst die Toiletten schön sauber (nochnicht mal zuhause ist es so schön deswegen gehe ich immer hier auf Toilette). So bezaubernd war es noch nirgendwo. und die Leitung ist ebenfalls richtig höflich und sympathisch. Wirklich einen Besuch wert! Wenn ich mal heriarte dann da!

Super nette Filialleitung. Komme gerne wieder.
