The service has always been very nice, the atmosphere is very cozy and the food has been very good in everything I have eaten so far, I always like going there.
Hope it stays that way.😊
Great food; The communication beforehand was as good as you can imagine; and warmly, exceptionally responsive to special requirements/intolerances; great on-site support
We were there for dinner. The ambiance and service were very good. The restaurant, both inside and in the courtyard, were very clean.
I had tagliatelle with tiger prawns and aioli sauce. The prawns were super juicy, but the olive oil was too strong for my taste, which overpowered the entire meal.
Anyone who thinks they've already tasted everything German cuisine has to offer has never been to Brutzel Haus Rüdesheim. This charming gem on the Rhine is more than just a restaurant – it's an explosion of flavors that combines home, innovation, and hospitality on a single plate.
As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly roasted food and spices, awakening the senses and warming the heart. The decor? Rustic yet stylish. Authentic without being kitschy. You immediately feel welcome – as if you were visiting good friends.
The menu reads like a poem: hand-picked ingredients, cleverly combined, from hearty classics to creative reinterpretations that surprise and delight. The homemade braised dish? A dream. The grilled meat? An ode to craftsmanship. Even vegetarians will find lovingly prepared alternatives here that are second to none.
But what truly defines Das Brutzel Haus is passion. You can feel it in every detail – from the perfectly cooked steak to the homemade dips to the warm service that makes you feel like more than just a guest.
Whether for a romantic evening, a family reunion, or simply to treat yourself to something truly delicious – Brutzel Haus Rüdesheim is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food.
The bottom line: Five stars aren't enough. Anyone who has eaten here once is guaranteed to return – with friends, with family, or simply with a real hunger and a desire for real, honest food.
Spontaneously spent 1 night on a motorcycle tour. We received a very friendly welcome. Single room small but everything is there and very clean. Breakfast excellent. 1 star deducted because WiFi was almost non-existent and I think 12 euros for motorcycle parking is excessive.
The service was incredibly warm. The ambiance was truly rustic. The appetizer was unique and amazingly delicious. The meat dishes were excellent. The spinach dumplings, on the other hand, were oversalted and greasy, barely edible.
