Food very tasty and a very good price/performance ratio, paired with friendly staff!!! I was here for the first time 16 years ago. It's still awesome! Only the omnipresent train traffic on the Rhine spoils the enjoyment if you sit outside.

Food was quite good. Staff very friendly. We were brought the wrong beer. But exchange without any problems. Pizza had to be seasoned. It had never happened to my wife before. The staff didn't take the order properly. It was a pizza wrong. Our friend then had to wait. Of course it was stupid. The staff apologized, of course, but nothing more was done to make amends. Then you have to know that you are sitting right next to the tracks. This means that every few minutes no communication is possible. Trains are constantly passing by. I would describe the price-performance ratio as average.

Great pizza and the hot sauce is a must try. A place for good food without feeling like you're being ripped off as a tourist.

Very tasty and big pizza, Also special varieties. Great thin dough with a delicious edge. There are hot oils too. Entertaining boss. Even if it's not directly on the Rhine, it's a great address. We'd love to come back.

It is a must to stop here. The food is really super delicious and the service is just as good. So don't miss it if you're in the area. We've been there for the third time now and it's still super good.

We stopped here during a Sunday bike tour along the Rhine in beautiful June weather. Since the gastronomy on the river bank is more specialized for tourists (not necessarily the best quality), I recommend checking out the town centers of the Rhine villages. You can often find good things there too. We were lucky to get a table as there were many reservations. This can generally be seen as a good sign and so we were not disappointed here either. The food is very tasty and the staff is very personable and friendly. It was our first visit and we will definitely come back.

We found this pizzeria late on a Monday, 10:15 p.m., after a hike and were completely thrilled! Very friendly welcome and hospitality despite the late hour. The pizzas were terrific! We will definitely be back and can only warmly recommend La Romantica.

We were guests with a group of 15 people, including three children and a dog. Each of us found something suitable on the menu and our special requests were fulfilled without any problems. The service was excellent - all dishes were served at the same time, which is particularly impressive for such a large group. The price-performance ratio was also good, the food was very good. Overall, a very successful visit!

We were just there and it was really delicious, one of the tastiest Italian restaurants I've ever been to!!! The drinks are a bit more expensive, but otherwise really great. We'll be back.

Very nice boss, food was great, service too

The quality probably suffers greatly due to high demand. The salad is covered in sand or soil (apparently no time left to wash it)! The pizza is nothing special. Also, the advertising says 1m pizza - it's just a scam for advertising (instead of one large pizza you get two regular ones). A pity!

Atmospheric pizzeria, great service, excellent food. The owner is a very empathetic man, a true Italian, I recommend this place to everyone, moderate prices.

Some treasures are hidden. Also this wonderful family-run Italian restaurant. The pizza was incredibly tasty and the pasta was also very well received by my friends. We returned the plates all sparkling clean, not a single crumb was wasted 😊 . For those who like it a little spicier, there is the chilli sauce from Nonna and if you don't like it spicier, you can get it from Nonno. So great! And the pistachio souffle should also be ordered straight away. Danger of selling out, and while we're at it: Danger of addiction 🙃! The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

After we had already ordered pizza to pick up ourselves and we were very satisfied, we now had a home visit. All dishes, pizza and pasta, were very tasty. Friendly and fast service rounded off the restaurant visit positively. Next time I will try the pizza “in cream sauce”. 😉

An incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. Put your heart into it. The food was so good that we had to come back here on the second day of our short vacation because we hadn't tried everything we wanted to try. The salad in the bread basket is a poem, the pizzas are great and the desserts with tarts are delicious. We will be back!

We were in Assmannshausen for 2 days and ate there both evenings. And what can we say: absolutely brilliant. You are greeted and served so warmly that you immediately feel like you are part of the family. Then this food: super tasty, everything fresh. The best pizza we have ever eaten. Plus a heavenly pasta. World class. Everyone has to eat here at least once. It's a shame we live too far away to eat there regularly. But we will definitely come back.

This is the best pizzeria I have visited. First class service and the food is amazing. There is no other way to describe it. The service is always in a good mood and the boss greets every guest personally. So I am absolutely thrilled with this pizzeria. I give full marks and will go there again and again. March 2024 We spent a lovely day in Rüdesheim and were looking for an original Italian restaurant, We are because of the many positive reviews and tasty pictures, became aware of this restaurant. The parking spaces in front of the restaurant were all occupied, but there are enough parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. We received a very warm welcome and the service was always on point and attentive throughout the entire evening. The restaurant was very busy in the middle of the week in the evening, so we had to wait a little longer, until a table became available. The restaurant is beautifully and very comfortably designed and exudes a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. What I particularly liked was that the pizza is originally baked in a wood-fired oven. And all I can say is that the pizza was a very good size and tasted fantastically delicious. The starter (3 different bruschetta variants) and the main course (pasta dish) ordered by my partner were also very tasty. The whole thing was rounded off with the tiramisu & cappuccino, which was also very tasty. In terms of price, I would describe it as cheap for this quality. And at the end there was a very tasty Marsala on the house for free. CONCLUSION: It was a lovely, cozy and very, very tasty evening. Should we be in the Rüdesheim area again, We will definitely visit this restaurant again.

We ate in the pizzeria with 11 people on two evenings in a row and were thrilled with the entire package of food and drinks on offer. The stay was crowned by the unique manner of the staff, especially the lovely Italian manner of Donato. Really great. I can recommend it without reservation.

It was my first time eating here with friends. Best pizza I've eaten in my life and there were many. As an ex-professional ice hockey player, I traveled a lot around the world but I couldn't get pizza like that in Italy. Despite the full load, the team is super nice and ready to have fun. Stopped there today after a hiking tour because the reviews were great. And at least for the pizza and the friendliness we give it a full 5 stars! The pizza was the best I've eaten in years. Great dough, nice and crispy, not too thin and well seasoned, the whole pizza overall tasted absolutely great!! Plus well-stocked, well-stocked drinks! Extremely recommended!!

Sehr gutes, echtes italienisches Essen, freundlicher Gastgeber, es war ein wunderschöner Abend mit der ganzen Familie!

Das war nicht unser erster Besuch, aber erst mal der letzte für die kommende Zeit. Wir hatten reserviert, denn der Laden ist häufig voll. Beim Eintreten hat man uns nicht in Empfang genommen, ja sogar ignoriert, und uns einfach ein paar Minuten lang am Eingang stehen lassen. Nach einer gewissen Dauer haben sich sogar schon die Gäste verwundert umgeblickt wie wir da unbegrüßt standen. Das Personal unterhielt sich einfach lieber weiter. Mit dem Essen hatten wir an dem Tag auch wenig Glück: Die Vorspeise war deutlich versalzen. Die Sauße der Hauptspeise war zu wässrig, was bei einem Ofengericht auch ungewöhnlich ist. Wahrscheinlich hätten wir die Pizza nehmen sollen. Der Nachtisch war in Ordnung. Wenn man den langen Anfahrtsweg berücksichtigt und die Tatsache, dass wir in der kommenden Woche selbst bei einer Kette eine bessere Qualität an italienischen Speisen bekamen, war es insgesamt doch enttäuschend. Drei Sterne für den sehr freundlichen Service und das angenehme Ambiente.

Sehr unscheinbar aber einer der besten Italiener in dem wir je waren. Die Preise sind sehr günstig und der Service lässt einem auch keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren während unseres Besuches in Rüdesheim direkt zweimal hier. Empfehlen können wir alle Gerichte mit Carpaccio !

Ein sehr sehr sehr guter Italiener. Die Pizza dort ist die beste die ich bisher gegessen habe. Aber auch die anderen Gerichte, ob Nudel oder Fleisch sind super gut. Schade das wir nur in unserem Urlaub das Essen genießen konnten.

Wir haben in unserer einen Urlaubswoche vier mal dort gegessen. Es war einfach Klasse.👍 Das Essen "buonissimo". Die Gastgeber super freundlich, wie wir es von unseren italienischen Freunden gewohnt sind. Due Atmosphäre typisch italienisch.
