Disappointed after the good reviews here. The schnitzel was tough and salty, the sauce more so. The pork medallions were better, but had the same sauce. The waiters were fine, but funny about serving tap water, preferring us to have more bottles of spring water. Also, the restaurant only takes cash which we hadn’t realised when ordering.

Very nice family run hotel. Very helpful and friendly owners and staff. The rooms are bright and friendly. The bathroom is a bit small but I personally don't think that's a problem. Everything is very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, very good quality. Nothing was missing. The staff is very attentive. The location is perfect. I can only recommend the hotel. If we stay in Rüdesheim again I would book this hotel again and again

Tapas are very tasty, big selection! The waitresses are all very friendly and accommodating! And very child-friendly, we were immediately offered toys (painting box). Despite the railway line and street being directly adjacent, the atmosphere is nice and you have a nice view.

That's really nice and good, price performance and the food is very good, that's my opinion, not everyone is the same, everyone has to get their own opinion, so I thought it was nice,

The food itself was quite tasty. My Diavolo pizza was good (without mushrooms) Unfortunately, the pizza with the sucuk was a bit bland and didn't have enough toppings. The Rigantoni were delicious. The Kaiserschmarren was in need of improvement, but ok. The Wiener Schnitzel was also delicious. All in all it was good :)

It's cozy, the trainees are very attentive and very friendly, something that's very rare these days. All the best for the future and always nice guests. We were a tour group from Baden-Württemberg.

I ate out four evenings in Rüdesheim and visited this restaurant twice. The service was excellent, the ambiance was fantastic, and I was very impressed with the quality of the food both times. I ate the best schnitzel in Rüdesheim here and would eat here again anytime. Since the restaurant isn't directly in the pedestrian zone, it's definitely quieter than other restaurants nearby. The Wine & Dine is definitely worth recommending!
