The price and value are perfect! Excellent food, lovely ambiance. Excellent wines, and excellent service!

We were there in a large group. The waitress initially took forever to take and serve drinks. The food was tasty, but unfortunately, some of the food at our table was cold. I had a flambéed fillet. Even though I slid my chair back, the waitress managed to get two decent stains of the flambéing liquid on my pants. When I confronted him about it, he explained that it was just alcohol and would dry off without a stain. In fact, there was oil in it. The stain remained.

There were two of us. The food was absolutely delicious. A huge plus is the local sourcing of the produce, both the food and the drinks. Very well done, and the wine selection is quite extensive. Thank you, and we'll be back.

Let me put it this way. There was nothing to complain about. The appetizer and steaks were perfectly fine. The service was friendly, too. 1 appetizer, 2 steaks, 2 wines, and 1 large water. €94 Judge for yourself if that's reasonable.

The overall food quality is below average for sure. Both me and my husband were disappointed. It’s a tourist trap unfortunately as most of the places here. I would go somewhere out of the centre if looking for something more affordable for the price.

Should find a good place in Rüdesheim to taste a real Wienerschnitzel and taste some good local wine. We looked at reviews on Google and came across Friedrich's Wine & Dine. They were top notch. But what a disappointment. The veal schnitzel had been deep fried and was completely dead. The only thing you could taste was the deep frying. The breading was way too crispy, you could call it crunchy. And the meat, which was very sparse, was completely dry. The potatoes were ok but not more than that. They are not that easy to completely ruin either. Although the cranberries were not very good, they somehow lifted the dish a bit. The salad is not to be mentioned. I can understand why the waiter didn't come by and ask if it tasted good, because I think he knows that it is something very poor that they serve. A mediocre wine was the only positive thing we got there. Eat somewhere else is my best recommendation. 70,- euros for 2 people (schnitzel, 1 glass of wine and water).

Read the reviews before booking. So incredibly disappointing Wienerschnitzel, which was supposed to be with veal and with original side dishes, which were not on our plate 👎 The only positive thing on the table was my wine 🫣

Unfortunately, there were no fries that evening due to a broken fryer. The schnitzel with onions unfortunately only had raw red onions, and the breading was overly peppered. The chicken salad had only a few pieces of chicken, plenty of the same over-seasoned breading, and it was very dry. There were also a few slices of bread in a paper bag that had been in the bag for a while as they were slightly dried out and wavy. Rüdesheim's upscale tourist price range. However, there was a €4 discount on the salad after feedback about the breading. 👍Bicycles can be parked across the street in a gravel parking lot.

What a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. Despite a big birthday group, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We had the frankfurter schnitzel and the classic wiener schnitzel. Both absolutely delicious 🫶🏽🙏🏽

No, unfortunately not. The bottle of wine wasn't chilled enough, and they didn't even provide a bottle cooler with ice. The schnitzel was okay, the hunter's sauce was indefinable, the fried potatoes were partly burnt and tasteless, and the "garden salad" was mostly green salad with half a cocktail tomato and three olives! All for that price. What a shame! I wanted to treat my wife to something special on our last day of vacation. After three weeks of vacation, the worst experience. Never again.

Very tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful (they were able to charge my e-bike battery). I felt very comfortable there. The only thing that stood out to me was that I had the Jacky cinnamon ice cream for dessert, which I had to eat very quickly because of the heat. Personally, I would have added chopped nuts to the ice cream to prevent it from melting so quickly on the plate, but the taste was great.

I ate out four evenings in Rüdesheim and visited this restaurant twice. The service was excellent, the ambiance was fantastic, and I was very impressed with the quality of the food both times. I ate the best schnitzel in Rüdesheim here and would eat here again anytime. Since the restaurant isn't directly in the pedestrian zone, it's definitely quieter than other restaurants nearby. The Wine & Dine is definitely worth recommending!

We were a group of 45 guests for dinner and praised the excellent cuisine and the uncomplicated and very friendly service. A visit is highly recommended.

We ate there on Saturday and were very satisfied. Afterwards we tried a Federweißer and were able to partially listen to a wine tasting. The woman who runs it not only had great specialist knowledge, but was also friendly. Very impressive and commendable

My partner and I visited your establishment on the 29/08/24 for lunch. We have chosen your restaurant because it looked like a typical cozy wine restaurant. The not so good experience started when one of the waiters brought us our drinks with the dirtiest finger nails. We have ordered one of the most trivial foods which was a schnitzel. The meat was dry and definitely not freshly prepared . The potatoes that accompanied the dish were supposed to be freshly baked but instead were soggy and barely warm. Overall it felt like we were given a meal that had been prepared hours before lunch rather than freshly made. Overall: we did not expect such poor quality hygiene standards (dirty finger nails) and such a poorly prepared food in such a nice looking establishment. Unfortunately we will not go back there or recommend it to anyone else.

Very quaint place along the street from the upper parking lot…took a chance and loved it! Wiener schnitzel was awesome! Handkase as well (very fresh).

Very nice location, great atmosphere and good food. The menu offers a wide selection, also for vegetarians. Everything beautifully presented and friendly and professional service. Children's wishes are fulfilled, but prices are a little higher. Fair deal. Gladly again.

We were there with a family group, 7 adults and 5 children. The service was perfect, very patient and humorous, the orders came as requested despite the quantity, the food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The desserts were extraordinary. A nice experience in the tourist trap. Keep it up!

Even though it was getting busier, the service was very good and attentive! Porcini mushroom ravioli and spinach dumplings with chanterelles were delicious!

Yesterday we booked a night in the hotel and dinner in the restaurant at short notice. The reception at reception was very warm, a welcome drink was served, a nice welcome. The food was good and the service excellent. The waiter was very competent and friendly and we really enjoyed the evening. The room and the breakfast buffet also met our expectations. We'd love to come back

The prices are very high. In return, you receive ready-made goods in small portions. Schnitzel are small pieces and are deep-fried rather than fried. Everything gives the impression that it was made by suppliers and merely heated in the kitchen. Wines ok but overpriced. The waiter has insufficient knowledge of wine.

Enjoy with caution! I recently had dinner there with my partner. About 3 hours later I noticed a feeling of discomfort and nausea. This was followed by a night of extremely frequent vomiting, circulatory problems, sweats and diarrhea. I have only experienced something like this once before, on a trip to a developing country. My partner wasn't feeling well either, but better than me. Maybe because she only tried a little of my dish. I can only strongly advise everyone not to visit. Bad reviews will be addressed and, if possible, eliminated. Tip: keep the invoice.

Service was okay, the food was rather cheap or tasted like ready-made sauce. So poor value for money. Unfortunately, 2 hours after eating, my partner came down with severe food poisoning. This went on all night long. I tried a little of his food, but I “just” felt sick. When I read the other reviews now, especially about the hotel, I get an overall picture of hygiene and service. Definitely not recommended!

The food is ok and, in terms of quality and taste, is above what you normally get in Rüdesheim. But I have a few comments about my Schnitzel Jäger style. On closer inspection, the spaetzle are Schupfnudeln, but that's not a bad thing. What is much more serious is a glaring disproportion between the amount of Schupfnudeln and the sauce. The “drop” of sauce on the plate isn’t even enough for half the pasta. That doesn't work at all. There could also be a few more mushrooms in the sauce. The side salad was fresh and really good. The veal cheeks that my wife ordered were also okay, although the fried potatoes were quite fatty. But the taste is also okay. But we got our bitter lemon back in the bottle with a cardboard straw. That's a no-go. Leave out the stupid straw, the drinks won't taste good anyway. Simply serve the drinks in a glass. This also suits your house better. The service is attentive, quick and friendly. The price/performance ratio is also okay for Rüdesheim.

"It's a shame you didn't like it...🤷🏽‍♀️" Those were your words after I had barely managed to eat an almost inedible piece of rump steak in my grill pan (I have never been allowed to eat such a bitter piece of meat in my entire life...) Well - then there's coffee or schnapps on the house...? NOOO…! No excuse…? Nope - the quote above... It's a shame - actually a nice atmosphere and a promising menu... Price…? Rather too high... No matter - we'll go somewhere else next time anyway.

Difficult to evaluate. Service was great, friendly and quick. We were lucky, it wasn't rush hour and the food arrived quickly. Regarding the food itself: Price/performance not so good, as a lot of the food is made from ready-made products. Unfortunately, the cheese spaetzle doesn't work at all - it's made with a lot of cream instead of just sensible mountain cheese. The espresso is very tasty! The restaurant would have real potential if the cuisine changed a bit.

Die Wartezeit für das Essen betrug сa. 1:45h, was auch bei den meisten Gästen die ungefähre Wartezeit gewesen ist. Bei oder auch vor der Bestellung wurden wir auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Essen so lange benötigt bis es da ist. Nach der langen Wartezeit kam das Essen welches wenn überhaupt durchschnittlich war. Wir hatten Salat, Mattjesfilet, Steinpilz Ravioli und das Rieslingkräuterrahmsüppchen. Beim Salat hatte der Fetakäse unangenehmen Beigeschmack, die Suppe hat sehr wässrig geschmeckt und die Sauce der Steinpilz Ravioli hat auch geschmeckt als wäre der Geschmacksträger der eines Fertiggerichts. Das Ambiente ist drinnen eher mittelmäßig, draußen dafür aber gut. Somit ist das Restaurant meiner Meinung nach nur zu empfehlen, wenn keine andere Option offen ist und man den ganzen Abend an der Lokalität verbringen will.

Sehr schöner Laden, mit Restaurant, Hotel usw. Essen war in Ordnung. Die Karte hat sich jedoch besser gelesen als es doch geschmeckt hat. Will nicht sagen dass es nicht lecker war, aber halt nichts besonderes. Bedienung war echt echt sehr langsam.

Gutes Essen und freundlicher Service. Das Essen wird liebevoll hergerichtet und schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Auch die Weinauswahl ist umfangreich. Viele lokale Weine werden zum vernünftigen Preis angeboten.

Wohl eins der gepflegtesten Restaurants des Ortes. Schönes Ambiente im Biergarten, nette Bedienung. Getränke waren sehr lecker, essen war eher ein Okey-Gut. Wiener Schnitzel war sehr zäh. Geschmacklich kein Überflieger Frühstück war um 9:30 Uhr fast leer geräumt und kein Nachschub in Sicht, schwierig

We had a small salad, the filet that's being flambéed at the table and the Käsespätzle. Créme Brûlée as dessert. Beef, salad, and dessert were excellent! The Käsespätzle were sadly less good. Or rather: they were tasty but not Käsespätzle. It was more a Carbonara Sauce. Which tastes good, but it's not Käsespätzle. All in all, very good food, nice staff and very quick service. Would eat there again. Just not Käsespätzle. 🙂

Vanmorgen ñ frůstuckje a la carte gedaan in dit hotel/restaurant.... mooie locatie, ontbijt assorti was redelijk.... al met al voor 15eu pp ñ mooie erlebnis.

Das Essen war gut, aber der Wein noch viel besser. Sehr schöne Lokalität mit freundlichen Angestellten. Einen Punkt Abzug dafür, dass die Kellner nicht so aufmerksam gewesen sind.

Das Essen schmeckt sogar besser als von meiner Oma, der Wein ist köstlich und die Bedingungen super freundlich! Ein Besuch lohnt sich wirklich!!

Auch im Touri-Hotspot Rüdesheim kann man sehr lecker essen! Alles frisch und liebevoll zubereitet, dazu sehr netter Service. Kleiner Wermutstropfen - etwas lange Wartezeit auf's Essen.

Essen war sehr lecker, preislich okay, Kellner schnell, alles korrekt serviert, freundliches Personal, Wein lecker, schönes Ambiente. Sind froh, trotz einer schlechten Rezension geblieben zu sein.
