McDonald's in Bad Camberg

I haven't had any bad experiences here so far. The food is delicious, and you usually get it very quickly.

The staff are unfriendly and barely speak German. Fries are cold 90% of the time and taste like cardboard. Wraps aren't filled properly. Idstein is 10,000x better.

Just bought a little something and couldn't manage the simplest things. We wanted two vanilla milkshakes, and what came out was a strawberry with chocolate and something with chocolate that didn't taste good at all. Plus, they taste sour. Wasting money on crap.

Unfortunately, the store has declined considerably over time. Orders are constantly forgotten or mixed up – you never know what you'll actually get. It's not particularly appetizing either, especially when just looking at the employees' hands and fingernails makes you lose your appetite. They look more like they came straight from a landscaping company than from a hygiene company. In an industry where cleanliness should be paramount, a simple hygiene test would probably be asking too much.

It's just like any other McDonald's for a quick bite to eat.

One of the nicest and best McDonald's I've ever visited. Lots of sauce and toppings on every burger. And... it's always hot. The fries are crispy and hot, too. Just how we like them.

The store wasn't running at all! The wait was generally far too long. They forgot our mayo, and the two apple turnovers we were supposed to get later weren't brought – while others had already gotten theirs. Then we wanted to pick them up at the counter and still didn't get them without any clear information about how long it would take, so we drove on without them.

Simply horrible... Pure chaos. I waited 30 minutes for my order and only got it after I reminded the waitress, and it was cold, too... There was trash everywhere outside...

Not at all polite or helpful. In particular, a gentleman at the cashier, who asked for a fork and napkin, said he didn't have any. I would have liked to know how to eat the salad with my hands... and he didn't give me a napkin, but told me to get some from the stand where they had napkins. I think they need more oversight from those in charge of making sure the food gets to the people... never again at this McDonald's...

The location is great, and when we're shopping, we just walk right past. Grab a quick bite and then carry on with our shopping trip. We love coming here!

Great Mac! The food is excellent, the staff is friendly. Happy emails are folded properly :) The coffee is a bit watery, but it's served on real china. Our dog even got a bowl of water at the table. The restaurant is sparkling clean, as are the restrooms.

Review for McDonald's Bad Camberg Unfortunately I have to describe a very negative experience from December 1st, 2024 around 4-4:30 p.m. in the Mc Donalds Bad Camberg. A member of staff named Ibrahim behaved in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner, which left us all very shocked and disturbed. We were seated at a table of four, had used table service, and I had only ordered a drink. Without warning, Ibrahim suddenly stood next to us and began aggressively yelling at me to “push” my drink away. His tone was completely inappropriate and we were all shocked. A short time later he came to our table again, became physically intrusive, put his face uncomfortably close to me and repeatedly asked in an aggressive tone: “What do you want to do?” He then became even louder and shouted at me in front of my friends. I then went to the counter to complain about this behavior. Instead of calming down, Ibrahim started screaming again: “Yes and now, yes and now!” Luckily, the shift manager intervened and reacted very professionally and de-escalated. Another employee also tried to reason with Ibrahim, which ultimately led to him quitting. The manager and the other employee apologized for his behavior and showed understanding for my complaint, which I really appreciated. However, Ibrahim's behavior was unacceptable - aggressive, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. This kind of thing shouldn't happen in a service business as it massively affects the entire customer experience. I hope that McDonald's takes this incident seriously and takes steps to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again.

I've lived in BC for almost 2 1/2 years now and have been to this McDonald's a few times. From my experience, you should absolutely avoid the MC Drive because you'll either end up in a queue because the ice cream machine is broken again or you'll be told to come to the restaurant if you want to use coupons from the app. And once you have ordered something, you wait almost every time. The hygiene in the restaurant leaves something to be desired. The terminals repeatedly don't work because some coupons aren't accepted and the staff is mostly incompetent and you get the feeling that they change very often. By the way, friendliness also looks different. And yes, I'm not a grumpy person who approaches people in a bad mood and gets an unfriendly response. This branch should be replaced by a Burger King, Subway or a KFC! I don't understand why there are two McDonald's restaurants in BC anyway?! Totally pointless.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast burgers. The coffees came after 10 minutes and we were then told that the burgers had to be remade because they weren't made correctly and we had to wait again. There was no soap when washing hands and that is probably normal here in the branch as it was exactly the same with the ladies. And I think in a restaurant special care should be taken to ensure that the soap dispenser is well filled.

I've been coming here with my wife since this branch opened. But now I feel compelled to give a bad review. We were there yesterday on 01/09/23 at 12:58 p.m. When we ordered, we said straight away that we wanted hot fries, because the fries here are almost always lukewarm to cold. When the order was brought I asked the employee if the fries were fresh and hot. He replied harshly: I don't know, I've only just started. We started to eat and noticed that the fries were only lukewarm and my hamburger Royal Ts was carelessly thrown together in half. When we wanted to inform the employee about this, he was walking along a table further and said: Hello, can you take a look? Speeches, he said harshly from there: Talk to the women and pointed to the checkout area. You can't treat guests like that and especially not regular guests. Apparently the management of this branch leaves something to be desired. Was ist bloß aus MC Donalds geworden? War mit meinen Kindern mal wieder in Bad Camberg essen. Naja, essen ist übertrieben. Wir haben das meiste weggeworfen. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen und kalt, die Burger ebenso und 4 von 6 Bürgern sahen dazu noch aus, äls ob jemand draufgesessen hatte. Die Frau an der Kasse hatte den Charme eines Türstehers und war sehr unfreundlich oder barsch zu Gästen vor mir, die nicht gut deutsch konnten. Dazu gibt es bei MC Donalds KEINE DTROHHÄLME mehr, nur noch bei Milkshakes. Angeblich wegen der Umwelt und nicht wegen der Gewinnmaximierung. Also ich für meinen Teil habe nun endgültig mit MC Donalds abgeschlossen. Meine Kinder sind 9 und 7 Jahre alt und wollen nicht mehr zum MC Donalda. Ist das zu glauben?

Nettes Personal die auch gern mal für ein Spaß zu haben sind

Bei meinem Besuch war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat meine Bestellung schnell aufgenommen und hatte dann auch schnell das gewünschte auf dem tablett.

Sehr lange Wartezeit an Drive. Die Produkte waren jedoch frisch zubereitet.

Wir waren im Mc Drive, in dem nicht viel los war. Vllt 2 Autos vor uns und wir haben 20 Minuten warten müssen, weil die Frau am Schalter nicht Multi-Tasking-fähig war. Keine Spur von „Fast Food“. Zudem ist der Hamburger und Chicken Burger kleiner geworden und teuerer!

Mc Donald halt, nettes und freundliches Personal, alles sauber und das Essen wie erwartet.

Essen, wie in anderen McD war lecker. Toilette war nicht sehr sauber.

Leider immer wieder schwer entäuscht... Bei 7 von 10 Bestellungen im MC drive fehlt etwas... habe mich so oft schon geärgert und immer wieder ne Chance gegeben.. aber jedes mal wieder entäuscht!
