Review for McDonald's Bad Camberg Unfortunately I have to describe a very negative experience from December 1st, 2024 around 4-4:30 p.m. in the Mc Donalds Bad Camberg. A member of staff named Ibrahim behaved in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner, which left us all very shocked and disturbed. We were seated at a table of four, had used table service, and I had only ordered a drink. Without warning, Ibrahim suddenly stood next to us and began aggressively yelling at me to “push” my drink away. His tone was completely inappropriate and we were all shocked. A short time later he came to our table again, became physically intrusive, put his face uncomfortably close to me and repeatedly asked in an aggressive tone: “What do you want to do?” He then became even louder and shouted at me in front of my friends. I then went to the counter to complain about this behavior. Instead of calming down, Ibrahim started screaming again: “Yes and now, yes and now!” Luckily, the shift manager intervened and reacted very professionally and de-escalated. Another employee also tried to reason with Ibrahim, which ultimately led to him quitting. The manager and the other employee apologized for his behavior and showed understanding for my complaint, which I really appreciated. However, Ibrahim's behavior was unacceptable - aggressive, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. This kind of thing shouldn't happen in a service business as it massively affects the entire customer experience. I hope that McDonald's takes this incident seriously and takes steps to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again.

Very tasty Royal cheese, staff mostly friendly, not always spotlessly clean.

They're too stupid for anything! They don't understand anything at all and only give the wrong things and rotten milk!!!! And then they are even rude!!

Until now I've always been of the opinion that you could put cheese on it or not. But how did that happen?!

The food was just like any McDonald's. But the staff was great. Very friendly. You don't experience that in every McDonald's.

I've lived in BC for almost 2 1/2 years now and have been to this McDonald's a few times. From my experience, you should absolutely avoid the MC Drive because you'll either end up in a queue because the ice cream machine is broken again or you'll be told to come to the restaurant if you want to use coupons from the app. And once you have ordered something, you wait almost every time. The hygiene in the restaurant leaves something to be desired. The terminals repeatedly don't work because some coupons aren't accepted and the staff is mostly incompetent and you get the feeling that they change very often. By the way, friendliness also looks different. And yes, I'm not a grumpy person who approaches people in a bad mood and gets an unfriendly response. This branch should be replaced by a Burger King, Subway or a KFC! I don't understand why there are two McDonald's restaurants in BC anyway?! Totally pointless.

Five employees behind the counter who are busy with themselves. Cold hamburgers, cold fries without salt. All three orders in the time I was there had their menu returned. No communication options as no one speaks German.

The chicken nuggets would definitely be older and the fries would also be cold. The store is really a disaster. Not even the toilets were clean.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast burgers. The coffees came after 10 minutes and we were then told that the burgers had to be remade because they weren't made correctly and we had to wait again. After 7 minutes our burgers arrived. I looked at them and half of them were missing. We complained and it was served and then we could eat. So we waited at least 20 minutes for our burgers. When I go to a fast food restaurant I want to eat and not after 20 minutes and two complaints...

There was no soap when washing hands and that is probably normal here in the branch as it was exactly the same with the ladies. And I think in a restaurant special care should be taken to ensure that the soap dispenser is well filled.

It just has to come out now - I think the prices are excessive, it's no longer worth it to me!!! I drove further and got a pizza and a cola. It's a shame, I used to really enjoy staying at "Meckes".

MCDrive, employees not necessarily friendly. Received food, everything old and cold. Unfortunately it wasn't discovered until 2 minutes later on the motorway.

Unfortunately one of the worse McD's. Quite a long wait for standard burgers even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The quality of the food wasn't really good either. Just a hint of chilly with the chilly cheeseburger? Oh well. The bacon on the other burger had also seen better days. Employees were, let's call it, not quite at work. This McD goes on my black list...

Were there during the week and was very quiet. Citizens were freshly prepared as were the fries. On the weekend it was quite crowded and you had to wait a bit. Citizens and fries were fresh

We never ate there again, saw three mice and told the staff they weren't interested. They said that's just how it is 😡😡😡😡😡

The staff has no clue about the ingredients. Asked them a simple question about what oil do they use for Fries, and they said they have no clue.

After a complaint, the food was quickly prepared fresh and replaced.

As we all know, the food tastes the same at all McDonalds. Unfortunately, restaurants are getting dirtier and dirtier. Whether it's a sticky floor, dirty toilets or leftover food from the previous person on the table

Food always warm and good, nice staff and fast service. Ordering via the app worked perfectly.

The workers probably don't know their closing times. Standing here on a Saturday where the McDonalds is supposed to be open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. It's 12:10 a.m. and the doors are already closed and you won't be served anymore.

Food standard McDonald's. But the service is a total disaster. Regularly, if not always, something is constantly forgotten during the drive-in. Burgers, sauces or promotional items. If you are sent to the right lane so that their internal timer doesn't continue running, then I at least expect that the order will fit and I won't have to do a victory lap every time only to find out that more items are missing.

So unfriendly, I ordered with a code from the McDonald's app, they had no idea about their job, they would rather go to another McDonald's, they just didn't do it well and they did the menu completely wrong and put salad on it even though it said NO SALAD, only a one star rating

Absolutely underground. First my order was taken incorrectly at the drive-in counter. Then they refused to correct them. After repeatedly pointing out that I didn't want this order, the other person got loud. "I'm telling you now for the umpteenth time IT WON'T WORK" blared from the loudspeaker. I pointed out to the employee at the front of the counter that he should work on his tone of voice. Suddenly it happened. Burgers and fries were dry and cold. Never again. I advise you to invest the time and go to Idstein

Staff isn't kind, menu was a dissapointment. I desired not to visit McDonald's anymore. 10 Euro for something which does not even feed your stomach, its does nit make any sense. Let's go to to KFC 🍗

Bad service, totally unfriendly

Underground!!! All the burgers have become significantly smaller, the MC rib hardly has any sauce on it and only one piece of onion. I've noticed the whole thing at many other MC Donald's. Of course, prices have increased as quality and size have decreased. All in all, a very bad scam...

Very nice staff, always friendly and with a lot of humor. Ordering is fun. The food was hot and prepared quickly.

Bought 2 burgers today, ate half of both and threw them away. Bread was crumbly, meat was flaky and dry, one bun had the top and bottom ends of a tomato in it, which was also yellow instead of red. The Maggi is and was only bad in the past! Better go to Idstein if you want Maggi, it's perfect...

I've been coming here with my wife since this branch opened. But now I feel compelled to give a bad review. We were there yesterday on 01/09/23 at 12:58 p.m. When we ordered, we said straight away that we wanted hot fries, because the fries here are almost always lukewarm to cold. When the order was brought I asked the employee if the fries were fresh and hot. He replied harshly: I don't know, I've only just started. We started to eat and noticed that the fries were only lukewarm and my hamburger Royal Ts was carelessly thrown together in half. When we wanted to inform the employee about this, he was walking along a table further and said: Hello, can you take a look? Speeches, he said harshly from there: Talk to the women and pointed to the checkout area. You can't treat guests like that and especially not regular guests. Apparently the management of this branch leaves something to be desired. The cleanliness of the floors, the condition of the seats and, above all, the cleanliness of the toilets and sink areas do not even meet the minimum standard. It's a shame that the branch has become so bad. The performance has been decreasing continuously for 2 years. We've had enough for now and are going somewhere else.

Was ist bloß aus MC Donalds geworden? War mit meinen Kindern mal wieder in Bad Camberg essen. Naja, essen ist übertrieben. Wir haben das meiste weggeworfen. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen und kalt, die Burger ebenso und 4 von 6 Bürgern sahen dazu noch aus, äls ob jemand draufgesessen hatte. Die Frau an der Kasse hatte den Charme eines Türstehers und war sehr unfreundlich oder barsch zu Gästen vor mir, die nicht gut deutsch konnten. Dazu gibt es bei MC Donalds KEINE DTROHHÄLME mehr, nur noch bei Milkshakes. Angeblich wegen der Umwelt und nicht wegen der Gewinnmaximierung. Also ich für meinen Teil habe nun endgültig mit MC Donalds abgeschlossen. Meine Kinder sind 9 und 7 Jahre alt und wollen nicht mehr zum MC Donalda. Ist das zu glauben?

Liebevoll belegte Burger, nicht. Burger ist nicht wirklich getoastet, nur aufgetaut. Pommes halb leer. Bin seitens McDonalds normalerweise deutlich bessere Qualität gewöhnt

Nettes Personal die auch gern mal für ein Spaß zu haben sind

Bei meinem Besuch war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat meine Bestellung schnell aufgenommen und hatte dann auch schnell das gewünschte auf dem tablett.

Sehr lange Wartezeit an Drive. Die Produkte waren jedoch frisch zubereitet.

Wir waren im Mc Drive, in dem nicht viel los war. Vllt 2 Autos vor uns und wir haben 20 Minuten warten müssen, weil die Frau am Schalter nicht Multi-Tasking-fähig war. Keine Spur von „Fast Food“. Zudem ist der Hamburger und Chicken Burger kleiner geworden und teuerer!

Mc Donald halt, nettes und freundliches Personal, alles sauber und das Essen wie erwartet.

Essen, wie in anderen McD war lecker. Toilette war nicht sehr sauber.

Leider immer wieder schwer entäuscht... Bei 7 von 10 Bestellungen im MC drive fehlt etwas... habe mich so oft schon geärgert und immer wieder ne Chance gegeben.. aber jedes mal wieder entäuscht!

Wenn du bis 3 Uhr Morgens arbeiten musst und Hunger hast, bist du verdammt froh, dass es hier noch Nachts etwas zu Essen gibt. Drive-In Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich.

Tische waren dreckig Toilette nur eine benutzbar und es wurde Cola Zero und normale Cola bestellt keinerlei Kennzeichen was welche Cola war .Muss man nicht oft haben .War sehr unzufrieden.

Ich war schon ewig nicht mehr bei mc Donald, Es hat sich einiges geändert. Wir wurden vorne am Tresen bedient. Auf unsere Bestellung wurde eingegangen und an den Tisch geliefert. Ich hatte ein Mac Flori mit Schokolade Sauce und Schokolinsen. Später noch eine Dark Schokolade. Sehr lecker. Mein Bekannter hatte einen Big Mac, Neuner, Chickens, Pommes und ne guck später ein Expresso. Der Laden war gut besucht trotzdem hätte der Boden Und auch die Tische etwas sauberer sein können. Sicher warst du. Fortgeschrittener Stunde.

Was soll ich sagen? Ich dachte es heißt fast food weil es schnell geht. Wenn ich aber schon 10 min im DriveIn stehe nur um meine Bestellung aufzugeben, finde ich es dann etwas schwierig mit dem "fast" (kein Einzelfall). Hat man dann sein Essen aufgeben dürfen, wartet man wieder teilweise 5 Minuten bis es kommt. Da meint man es ist alles richtigen gepackt ordentlich zusammen gebaut und man kann direkt rein beißen. Falsch! #bausatz #falschesoße #kalt

Kein Handyempfang und somit keine Chance sich in der App anzumelden. W-LAN hat auch irgendwie nicht funktioniert. Keine Punkte bekommen und konnte keine einlösen. Durch die dauernden Versuche die App zu starten ging die Laune in den Keller! Ansonsten ein tollee Ort mit Personal das sich kümmert und bemüht.

Sehr sauber, sowohl im Restaurant als auch in den Damentoiletten. Das Essen wurde und freiwillig an den Tisch gebracht, was sehr nett war. Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und still im Vergleich zu McDondalds in Großstädten. Die neuen veganen Alternativen von Beyond Meat sind sehr lecker!

Einer der besseren Filialen, sauber, gepflegt, und die Zutaten waren frisch und die Pommes ebenfalls.

Heute fuhr ich gegen 16:30 durch den mc drive. Da war Mitarbeiter A (+ 1 Stern wegen Freundlichkeit) grade die Außenanlage am säubern war und "Gartenarbeit" durchführte ,war der Weg zur sprechanlage grade nicht gegeben. Da eh nix los war . Fuhr ich halt zum näschten Fenster. Da war Mitarbeiter B Total unfreundlich und genervt mich drauf hingewiesen nur an der sprechanlage zu bestellen. Und so mit habe ich 1 Milchshake in Limburg am mcdrive an der sprechanlage bestellt . Fazit: ich werde hier nicht nochmal hin fahren

Abendessen | 1–10 € Was ich hier besonders gut finde ist das MC Flurry und das MC Sundae, bei diesem McDonalds hat es eine besonders gute Konsistenz. Jetzt möchte ich allerdings Kritik zu einem bestimmten Mitarbeiter äußern der heute (16.05) zwischen 19 und 20 Uhr am Drive In Schalter bedient hatte. Einen schlechten Tag hat jeder Mal aber bei diesem Mitarbeiter kommt es leider öfter vor das dieser etwas pampig und unfreundlich ist. Als wir bestellen wollten kam es wohl zu Akkustik Schwierigkeiten... so schnauzte uns dieser an und fragte " Ai Was denn Jetzt" Hier macht der Ton die Musik. Auch wurden wir des öftern nur mit Ja begrüßt und mussten so bestellen...wo ist denn der schön einstudierte Satz der immer zu Anfang ausgesprochen wird ? Das war leider nur eins der vielen Beispiele die wir erlebt haben, wie gesagt immer nur bei dem einen Mitarbeiter. Wir werden uns von nun an Überlegen ob wir hier Essen möchten. An dem Essen ist nichts auszusetzen, öfter fehlt auch mal was bei den Bestellungen, also lieber vor Ort nachschauen.

Alles zur gewohnten Zufriedenheit. Nur schade, dass es neben den Bildschirmen, wo die Bestellung vollzogen wird, keine Desinfektionsmittel bereit stehen. 🧐 Aaach, stimmt, Corona bzw COVID ist vorbei 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Alles okay, Burger könnte etwas wärmer sein. Die Bestell-Terminals finde ich gut, jedoch vermisse ich daneben eine Handdesinfektion, schließlich tippt jeder darauf herum und dann wir hier ja nicht mit Messer und Gabel gegessen. Das finde ich nicht hygienisch.

Eben bestellt, schon da, und so leicht warm war der McTasty auch. Die Pommes hatte auch bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wiederkommen eher fraglich!

Alles Okay gewesen freundlich bedient worden und bei der Einrichtung der McDonalds App weitergeholfen bekommen
