Immer wieder ein Erlebnis! ​Wir waren gestern bereits zum dritten Mal im Restaurant Cédric – und es war wieder einmal ein absolut fürstlicher Abend! Cédric ist ein wunderbarer, großartiger Koch, der trotz seines herausragenden Talents und seines Sterns wunderbar bodenständig geblieben ist. ​Das aktuelle Mai/Juni-Menü war von vorne bis hinten ein Gedicht. Schon das Amuse-Bouche mit dem frischen Brot hat den Abend perfekt eingeleitet. Die Gänge danach – von der feinen Dorade über die Knöpfle mit Gorgonzola und Bärlauch bis hin zum perfekt gegarten Lachs und dem zarten Schweinefleisch – waren handwerklich und geschmacklich auf absolutem Top-Niveau. Auch das Erdbeer-Dessert mit Pistazie und Grieß war ein Traum. ​Eigentlich sollte man gar keine Bewertung schreiben, um dieses Juwel für sich zu behalten – denn das Restaurant ist jetzt schon für das restliche Jahr ausgebucht! Aber Spitzenqualität spricht sich eben herum. ​Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Auch wenn man viel Geduld bei der Reservierung braucht – es lohnt sich jedes einzelne Mal!

A truly wonderful inn! The food is outstanding, and you can tell the love and care go into the cooking. The hosts are very welcoming, and you immediately feel welcome. The value for money is absolutely top-notch. What's especially nice is that you have time at your table and aren't just treated like a passing trade. A place to enjoy and linger – definitely worth a try!

Für mich strahlt der Ort eine richtig gemütliche, warme Atmosphäre aus genau so, wie man es sich von einer Kaminstube wünscht. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Die Speisen waren für uns sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich absolut stimmig. This was our third time ordering from you with my girlfriend. The pizza has always been very good, so this time we wanted to try the carbonara. We waited hungrily for the food, but after 1 hour and 10 minutes, the delivery driver called and asked us to come down because he couldn't find our name on the doorbell – even though it was written in large letters, which we showed him. Then he informed us that we couldn't pay by card, even though we had indicated this beforehand, because he didn't have a card reader. That wouldn't have been a big problem in itself; these things happen, and we would have paid next time. But what we experienced after opening the package and tasting the food was completely unacceptable. The carbonara was practically a completely tasteless, empty pasta dish in some kind of sauce, with exactly two small pieces of bacon. The photo speaks for itself. This is absolutely unacceptable – we waited over an hour for this. I could have cooked something better at home.

I was at this place three days ago. I ordered a pizza and my wife ordered a steak. It was one of the best culinary experiences we've ever had in Germany. The steak was seasoned much better than expected. After the meal, The owner offered us a delicious chocolate cake, which he said her wife bakes for the restaurant. It was also very tasty and eating that alongside tea was also a great experience. I would definitely suggest the place to everyone.
