Unfortunately, the information regarding the menu is NO LONGER accurate! They only serve pizza. That has been changed!! There's supposed to be another branch 30 km away that offers something else....

The service was very friendly, and the food was truly delicious! You could tell the food was made with fresh ingredients and high-quality meat (pizza ham and salami). The restaurant is quite small inside (about 5 tables for 2-3 people and 1 table for 4 people), so we recommend making a reservation if you're coming with several people! The menu was relatively small—a selection of 10 pizzas—and presumably changes seasonally. The selection wasn't exactly your typical run-of-the-mill pizza, but had its own unique touch :)

The pizzeria I originally wanted to eat at was full. So I looked for another pizzeria, and this one was a lucky find. Nice atmosphere, delicious pizza, and very friendly service. I'd go back anytime!

Warning, very confusing... They only serve pizza here! The Google listing is outdated or not maintained. If, like me, you're expecting a selection of Italian "dishes," you'll be disappointed. I can't say anything about the taste of the pizzas. The Spezi was... just Spezi.

Hällisches Kulinarium by Ammesso in Schwäbisch Hall – Average pizza, but friendly staff I visited this restaurant a while ago and ordered a pizza with salsiccia and potatoes. My order was taken quickly, and the server said it would be ready in about 10 minutes – but it actually took about 15 minutes. The interior is old-fashioned, but still nicely and cleanly decorated. There are also a few tables where you can eat in. The staff is friendly and always attentive. The pizza tasted okay, but not a highlight. The sausage made it quite greasy, and I found both the dough and tomato sauce rather average. Personally, I felt it lacked some refinement and seasoning – the dough, in particular, could have used a bit more salt. In Schwäbisch Hall, there are better alternatives in my opinion, although they are located further away from the city center. However, if you want to eat centrally, I can still recommend the restaurant: The pizza was by no means bad, and the price-performance ratio is good.

I've eaten a lot of pizza...but this one really deserves 5 stars again... an overall 9 out of 10. Crust: 8/10 Topping: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Why only an 8 for the crust and only a 9 for the topping? The crust could have been a bit thicker in the middle, or the toppings should have been spread more evenly around the edges. The toppings would have been just a 10, but a few fresh herbs would have been enough to give the pizza a 10. Service was super friendly, and the whole team was very young and in a great mood. Mega delicious pizza and very friendly staff

The food used to be special and delicious. Now it's just pizza. The service is terrible. Unfortunately, you can't rely on it, even with a reservation. It's now a huge disappointment. It's a shame, we used to love it.

There were 4 of us. We came to eat some pizza. Unfortunately we asked to have cutlery for at least half of us. After which the waiter said they have only one set. Then i asked if we could have 3 more plates to eat from. The waiter said he didnt find more then two. To end it all, you can not pay by card but nobody tells you that :(

Small but perfectly formed: that's the best way to describe Hällisches Kulinarium. We were there on a Saturday evening in November. Since there are only a few tables, reservations are recommended. All dishes are freshly prepared. What can I say? Everything served was excellent. The pasta with ham and truffle (freshly and generously grated!) was sensational. The prices are almost high, but considering the quality, they're reasonable. The chef/chef is very charming and informative. We'd be happy to come back.

The Ammesso is an absolute highlight! From the stylish atmosphere to the excellent dishes, our visit was a complete success. The atmosphere is familiar but inviting, ideal for a relaxed dinner. The menu offers a fantastic selection of authentic Italian dishes, freshly prepared with love. We were particularly enthusiastic about the homemade pasta and schiacciata. The service was friendly, attentive and professional. I'm already looking forward to the next visit - absolutely recommended!

a touch of Italy is in the air. young, authentic Italian who lives and passes on his love for food. freshly prepared pasta dishes and unusual, delicious sandwiches (schacciatas). Unfortunately, you can only reserve and stay slots for 2 hours. Unfortunately, pasta dishes are only available on Friday and Saturday.

We had a very good meal at Ammesso. Really good quality, everything freshly prepared. Great selection of drinks. Nice restaurant with a few tables. When the weather is nice you can also sit outside. Friendly service. We liked it and would love to come back.

eigentlich wirklich sehr nett, wir waren zu zweit, ein Pastagericht sehr gut, das andere leider geschmacksneutral. Was aber für mich gar nicht geht, ist, wenn ein Gast sich beschwert, dass bei der Carbonara das Ei geronnen ist, entschuldigt man sich und diskutiert nicht mit dem Gast, warum dies passiert ist. Man bietet eine neue Portion an (was nach der Diskussion auch passierte), oder nimmt den Teller mit, den der Gast selbstverständlich nicht bezahlen muss (dies passierte leider nicht).

I've been coming to Hall since I was a child, but I've never been to Ammesso. What have I missed! Both the ambience, service and especially the food are miles away from the Italian gastronomy as we usually know it. Absolutely special creations, really nice service and a beautiful and particularly personal atmosphere await you there. We enjoyed every moment and will be back soon! Thank you!

Small, cozy restaurant in the middle of Schwäbisch Hall. Young, authentic and inspiring Italian in the kitchen. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The food is the best we have ever eaten! Very small, but very comfortable. The food is delicious!

The Schiacciata is wirklich empfehlenswert. It's like I'm immersed in Freud. From the outside it is really difficult to believe that Italian food is served here. The flatbreads are delicious and they fill them however you want. My favorite is with mortadella, mozzarella and tomatoes in oil.

A wonderful little place for delicious Italian food. 3 days in Schwäbisch Hall and we were here 3 times. You can't find anything better. Very friendly, personable contact with the two young people from Verona who run the place locally. The food is the best Italian cuisine prepared with great care. The wines are delicious and at exactly the right temperature. Everything with attention to detail. The carbonara is delicious, the saltimbocca melts in your mouth. We felt completely at home here and wish them both all the best and many nice guests!

Pure chance hit with a bit of a bumpy start but a sensational finish 😀. The angel (lamb fillet, balsamic vinegar) catapulted me into culinary heaven. The dessert (homemade! Tartufo) was a dream. Very nice and friendly team. In short: we have to go there again soon.

A gem and the tastiest food we've had in a long time. The ingredients are fresh and harmonious, the service is super friendly and the chef is authentic and competent. You come into this little restaurant and feel like you're on vacation.

Amazing little place for Italian. Not only do they make their own pastas in house but they also cute their own meats! The guanciale looked amazing and wish I ordered the carbonara that my coworker ordered. My pasta with truffles was amazing too though! Definitely a must try when you’re in Schwabisch Hall.

Today my husband got a schiacciata (pronounced: S-KIA-TSCHA-TTA) with cooked ham, garlic cream and truffles. The bread came fresh from the oven and was prepared with a lot of love. A culinary delight and highly recommended. A must for gourmets when in Schwäbisch Hall. Feel free to try it out yourself. You will not regret it. I'll definitely come back often to try out the other dishes on offer.

Mini-small restaurant, be sure to reserve. We were there on the evening of December 22nd with 6 people, there was another table for 6, 3 tables for 2 and 2 + 3 seats at the counter. And very little space in between. Very nice service, food and drinks came quickly, the pasta is handmade and super tasty, if you don't like pasta or can't eat it because of celiac disease, you had SchwäbischHällisches pork with fried potatoes, also very tasty. The combination of homemade pasta and bacon/meat from special pork is really something special. The prices are ok too. At the end there was a limoncello. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Unfortunately, I recently had very bad experiences in terms of service and customer friendliness. I had made reservations for a class reunion weeks in advance and, completely unexpectedly and without any prior arrangement/information, after 1.5 hours - directly after dessert - I was escorted out with 21 people so that more guests could be catered for. The evening had only just begun for us! The food itself was also rather below average. Thank God it was still early in the evening and "Ollis" gave us shelter - it could have turned out differently. As former regulars, we feel completely offended. There was no apology, no word of regret, no attempt to find a solution. Humanly speaking, we have never been so disappointed by a restaurant owner in our entire lives. Despite all understanding of business acumen, the guests ultimately cannot help the limited capacity of the space. Professional hospitality looks different. Eating out is more than just eating. P.S. Friends of ours also had a similar experience a few days ago. They wanted to drink their espresso in peace after two courses...then they had to down it because they supposedly needed the space...

We thought you could also buy groceries there and would be shown the door in a rather unfriendly manner. A pity.

Soooo lecker 😋 Wir hatten einen Termin in Schwäbisch Hall und sind auf Empfehlung dort gelandet. Zum Glück :) Der Koch ist ein ganz lieber netter junger Mann. Man merkt einfach, dass er seine Arbeit liebt. Die Speisekarte ist klein und überschaubar aber das macht nix…dafür ist das Essen frisch und lecker zubereitet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Es war ein Genuss! Mach weiter so…solche mutige, kreative, freundliche, arbeitswillige junge Leute braucht das Land. Ich ziehe meinen Hut!

Wir hatten draußen reserviert, aber leider wurde das „draußen“ vergessen. Spontan wurde ein Tisch rausgestellt und es gab einen Prosecco aufs Haus. Gute selbst gemachte Pasta und Sciacchia. Der Enthusiasmus der Betreiber ist ansteckend. Man freut sich, wenn Service tatsächlich noch Service ist. Sehr zu empfehlen und man merkte, dass es bereits viele Stammgäste gibt. Macht weiter so.

Hier bekommt man nicht nur hervorragende hausgemachte Pasta und Schiacciata, sondern auch noch viel italienische Leidenschaft und Können dazu. Einfach divino 🥰. Vielen Dank -auch zum mitnehmen und Zuhause essen perfekt.

Ehemalige Metzgerei in der jetzt hausgemachte Pasta und Snacks (auch für to-go) gereicht werden. Es gibt innen nur 3 Tische und ein paar wenige Thekenplätze. Ohne Reservierung wird man wenig Glück haben, einen Platz, wie wir mit 4 Personen, zu bekommen (Reservierung hatte im 3. Anlauf geklappt). Es gibt eine Hauptkarte und eine Tageskarte. An unserem Abend war leider einiges aus der Hauptkarte nicht mehr verfügbar (bspw. Suppe, 2 Pastasorten). Auf die Hauptspeise haben wir mehr als eine Std gewartet, für uns zu lange. Wir haben die Zeit überbrückt, mit einer verfügbaren kleinen Vorspeisenplatte und doppelten Brotkorb - grds. lecker. Beim Servieren wurde dann festgestellt, dass die zusätzlichen Rinderfilet-Streifen in einem der Pastagerichte vergessen wurden. Zur Wiedergutmachung wurde uns Limoncello gereicht. Die Pasta war vergleichsweise fest aber schmackhaft, genau wie das Dessert (warmer Schokokuchen mit Vanilleeis) der Tageskarte. In Summe für uns gute 4 Sterne.
